Neeta Jain: I'm sure all the advice given is with the utmost good intention but so many factors come into play- it isn't just about what you apply and practically it isn't affordable for all to have regular blood tests to see what you might be deficient in as someone mentioned in the comments below . Sometimes one health condition directly or indirectly impacts hair/ skin cells and as much as this advice here is genuine it is very simplistic and not always the most practical as people's circumstances and the factors that they face are different. So I guess it's about being realistic as to how much one can really do based on their own factors

B K: Mam, I used to do everything same as you said in this video since childhood as my mother used to say same..lefy vegetables, milk & coconut oil is best remedies for strong,long & thick hair.. My hair was floor length with thickness of palm wide braide. I use to comb once in a day after shower tight with oil neat & tidy look. Till my graduation I used two plates, nobody made my fun in college infact all appreciated me.. Today I am 32 yr of age.but due to heaviness on neck doctor advice to cut it &.due to demand of professional as well I took step to cut.. But today my conditions is I get scared to touch hair due hair fall by hair smoothing treatment, I regret that decision. But now I started same process of my childhood again.. Due to work from home I got opportunity to oil my hair and tie them tight in two plates with ribbons lk school. So my hair remain intact no need of combing often in a day & less hair loss, direct I ll do hair combing next day.. U will hair started taking shape of wavy curls and feel of thickness..
