#Ayurvedichair

Well, hello, gorgeous, i see you - and i am here with another - ask hannah suk, it's one of our series that we do where i answer one of your pressing questions, what analytic herbs are best to start with. First and foremost, i want to say that, even if you are still chemically coloring, your hair or using any type of chemical treatments, even perm, all hair types, all hair textures, oh my ladies and gents out there, all of you can use at least one aerobatic herb There is one aerobatic herb for you out there. I would highly recommend that you start with what i would probably deem as being like the basic go-to's, whereas hannah's a pretty. You know strong and intense herb and you can like jump into using it, especially if you already know your hair really well, you could definitely go that route. Definitely amla powder. I'M a powder has studies backing it with hair growth. I love almond like amla. Is it's a staple amla should be a basic go-to herb. You could do so many great masks and treatments with it aloe vera powder, if you're not allergic to it. I i hear i always recognize that some of you are allergic to aloe. If you're not done aloe vera powder - yes, you must have it on hand, and you should keep that on hand stock up on that. Luckily, that goes a long way. So, if you're trying to keep something for the year, maybe at least three to four packages - um and then we have fenugreek fenugreek - is the queen of slip and mucus and all that good hair growth. It is so so good mind you. The only downside to fenugreek is that it's a little like creamy wheat, so it's kind of like got those little creamy wheat balls and then that's so definitely watch the video that i have on how to strain it, because that will help a lot. Another really amazing herb to start with is cassio yes, cassia and cassie's, also cleansing so cleansing cleansing, cleansing, moisture, moisture growth and uh. What do we have here? Volume and thicker hair strands? That'S also very mild. It will be the zeiss of this powder, so the zeissus powder is definitely a go-to. I would say you have to pick five. These are the fives that i want you to start with. These are the exactly the five herbs that i want you to start with. Some of you who are like i need something already ready to use. I definitely still recommend the goddess hair and the suitcase araveda as well. Those ones are very, very good as a go-to, those are in powder form and then we also have under collections on our website, but the henna bar. There is a whole bunch of amazing, delicious masks, ready to use that you can stock on up on. You can keep any six to eight of those on hand as a go-to for whenever you need to, and that's gon na, probably last you like about a year of authentic, healthy hair care treatments. That would be a really good amount to keep on hand. You know this will really have you really well covered and you can still use all your regular styling treatments and go-to's and leave-ins and everything else with kind of soap. Products which are which is great and no conflict of interest happening here. And i really hope that you found this video helpful every thursday. I have another ass kind of sick video, for you so make sure you subscribe and hit the bell notification. This sunday drop in a new video again and then, of course, tuesday, more videos, so stay tuned, don't miss out. We have so much going on it's so much fun with you guys. I appreciate you guys and i will see you next time. You

HennaSooq: Do you remember what herb you started your journey with? Or if you haven't started yet, which will be your first?

Claudia Smith: This video is perfect timing!! I was just thinking this question and I had put an order together Thank you for the confirmation Khadijah!!❤❤

Letti Lopes: This video is great! It has me wondering, how many herbs and essential oils can you put in a diy oil or tea spray? Is there a limit so ingredients don’t clash?

Tiffany Jordan: I haven’t heard of the Zizyphus powder..definitely need to check this one out

roseleine johnson: Do you think before dying your hair with henna should you use any ready to use mask to start off your healthy hair journey or it doesn’t matter which you start off first?

Gorata Malose: I'm planning colouring my hair with chemical dye and I wanted to know if my ayurvedic herbs will interfere with the dye the same way that henna does. I do a gloss that contains amla, zizyphus, fenugreek and moringa every fortnight. I've only heard of henna making it difficult to use chemical dye but I was wondering if it's the only ayurvedic herb like this or if other herbs are the same. I can't find any information on this online. Any insights would be appreciated .

sunni james: I actually started with my love henna back in 1981 I use them all now for whatever my hair needs.

Edith Fowler: I will be doing a clay wash soon. Can I add some of these to the clay? If so which one? Thank you.

Roma Walsh: Hi I still don't know where to start. I have some thinning and extreme dry Indian hair. I have amla powder. Never used it. I tried fresh aloe and it was a bit drying and sticky. Could this be how I used it? Also desperately need to dye my hair soon. The stress I know isn't helping matters. Please would you dedicate a video on hair growth, shedding etc?

Ms J: Why is most hair stylist on this channel say to stay away from henna? Also how can you remove henna from your hair?

A Hunter: I'm starting with Amla, for growth!

Claudia Smith: Are your consultations available to Canadians?

Lady9tails:

Prohodaction: specia lvideo!=)
