Elite Hair Care USA

PO Box 14

Apopka FL 32704

Hey guys crystal here from elite haircare usa, so we have my client here, i'm just going to kind of tilt it slightly. So y'all can see this long. Hair like this is all her hair, [ Laughter ] anyway, you feel so all her hair, y'all and she's natural, which is very refreshing. So she came in today to get a silk press um and we're also going to do a minty treatment to her scalp. Using our minty scalp ale, serum and then we're going to trim her, of course, after the fact get her washed and all that good stuff. So you guys get to see the entire process of how we are able to manage long hair to make her job a little bit easier. We'Re also going to do a hydration treatment on her and it's her birthday weekend, there's so much going on you guys. So you guys get to see from start to finish right right all right, so her hair is right. Now it's dry, i'm gon na go through with a wide tooth comb which she's already detangling it, but i'm just going to comb through it just in case just to get the process started when you're dealing with long hair. You guys it's kind of best to take things in sections. That is the easiest way to go outside. Of that. You know detangling before you start, shampooing is also going to help you throughout this process. Okay, it said happy birthday queen, oh thank you, okay! So we're going to use our elite smooth me scalp ale, serum i'm gon na bring you guys a little bit close just so you can see her scalp area and you'll see exactly what i'm doing. So if you guys can see in here took this away from me, she has some buildup or congestion is what we call it of the scalp. So i'm going to do a minty treatment on her first and help get a lot of this buildup off so that we can prepare her for her shampoo process. So what we're going to do is we're going to put the serum on her hair or, on her scalp more say, not even her hair. If you feel it running, let me know: okay, okay, so the way the scalp l serum works, you put it on the hair when it's dry apply it to the areas where you have the trouble now with her hair, i'm noticing that it's almost throughout the entirety Of her scalp, so i'm going to just place it about an inch apart and rub it in just so that cleansing action can start in regards to the scalp as we go through. So the scalp ale serum also contains zinc, which is really really good for those of you that have congestion of the scalp or what we call dandruff or build up congestion is just a better word. Okay, so what i'm going to do is just part, her hair in half all right, so i'm gon na move you guys back, so you guys can see turn this way for me and then all you do is take your fingers and massage it into the scalp. Now, because her build up is a little bit more cakey, i'm going to go through with my comb just to help lift that buildup off of the scalp, but i'm not going to scratch the scalp. What i'm doing right now is just distributing the serum throughout her scalp level, if you notice, i'm not dragging it through her hair, it's not required for the hair, it's really for the scalp and the scalp. Only all right, so we're going to take our home part. The hair and just go through and gently lift up any build up that she has at the scalp level. The worst thing you can do is drag your comb like this. That creates abrasions on the scalp. It also makes the scalp very. I sore that a lot mm-hmm and be nice and sore when you're done it starts bleeding different different things happen, yet hello, hi, uh yeah, i just haven't - had a chance to apply i'm at work right now. I'M gon na take care of it today. Thank you took this away from me, so she has a little bit here that we didn't get into. So i'm going to put a little more serum okay over here looks good, so we're going to flip to the other side same thing here. All you want to do is just lift it off the scalp okay, with it being in the hair. It will come out during the shampoo process, but it's really at the scalp level that you want to make sure that you lift off any type of dandruff or dry scalp. It is going to make your wash day so much easier so and then, of course, i throw my phone good morning all right, so we are going to go ahead and get her into the shampoo bowl. They said this lady has beautiful hair. Thank you all right. I'M going to have you slide down. Well, actually, let me tilt the chair back all right, then you'll slide down for me and then your left will. So let me bring you guys over tilt. You down. All her hair is in the sink. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to start with her hair outside of the sink and start with the dry shampoo process where we're just going to use, and i put conditioner what am i thinking? Let the water warm up really quickly, we'll take our dry shampoo and just distribute it throughout her hair. This is going to allow us to get all the excess oil off of her scalp that we just placed on. So we don't need the oil to stay there. We'Re using the oil to treat the problem and then we're going to extract as much of the oil as we need to so i'm applying it to her hair while her hair is dry. This is another reason why i say: use just a really cheap shampoo at this phase, because you want to make sure you don't you're going to use a lot, so you don't need an expensive shampoo to get the oil out. You just need something. That'S going to cleanse and just get it off all right, so water's gon na be cool, which is not our best friend, but cool water extracts oil better than one hello. This all right. So we're going to use our minty shampoo, okay, so minty shampoo from the minty collection. This is going to help to aid that scalp issue that we have going on here, and it's also going to help clean the scalp at the same time, while creating a really soothing feeling and taking away any itch that she might have. Because i'm sure, with the interview that big, if everybody could go and hit that thumbs up button for me, i'm giving you guys some good action here. So i would appreciate the thumbs up. So all you have to do is close your chat and go hit that thumbs up button, and then you want to make sure that you get right under that occipital bone a little hump here, because that's typically, where the dirt likes to hide. So we're going to switch over to warm water, so so all right so for her second shampoo, i'm gon na create what we call a cocktail shampoo. The cocktail shampoo will be moisture elt and the minty shampoo together. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na put it in my hand, first mix it up really really well, because what i want to do is create an equal balance of moisture and scalp treatment, but if you don't mix them together, it's almost like you're Putting one on top of the other i'm gon na, rub it up together. Thank you, simon, says just wear it mostly right make sure your here is nice and clean, which it is right and then we're going to start our rinse process church so uh. So this just make sure we rinse out thoroughly all right, so we are going to do a hydration treatment, but let's check her scalp out. First. Do that for me, if you guys can see her scalp is nice and clean? Yes, nice and clean no more build up all right come on back for me all right, so i'm gon na go ahead and get our hydration treatment ready. So we're going to be using the hydration handheld machine, [ Applause ]. So i'm going to fill it up. A little bit more than normal because she has longer hair and i want to be able to get to all of her hair. So once you fill up the water container, put it back on, if you guys haven't seen this before this is our newest tool. That is a part of the elite hair care line. This tool is actually available for pre-sale until and they don't ship until november, but we're going to get it started, so that needs to heat up. So in the meantime, what i'm going to do is create another cocktail for her and the cocktail is going to have our minty conditioner, which we're going to use a good amount, because she has long hair and also our moisture, elt conditioner. Okay, so once again a scalp and moisture combo, so we're gon na mix it together when you guys create cocktails. I always tell you to make sure make sure that you mix your conditioners before you start using them. Okay, so we're going to put it all over her hair, lift that hair up get it all over the scalp as well. So the hydration needs to be done at the hair level, not at the scalp. So you really want to make sure that all of the free hair has conditioner on it. Of course, it's going to distribute anyway, you just want to make sure that you get it on everywhere. All right, let me wash my hands off, so i can hold the machine. Well enough. I feel like tingling, it's tingling. How does that feel bad? No, it's really nice! Really! Nice see! I can't be having like spokeswoman in my chair, [ Laughter, ]. Okay: let's go ahead and get this baby started, so how you use it, you fill it with water. Distilled water is the best turn on your power button all right and then we're gon na start lifting her hair up. Is it warm and basically we'll do this until the water has come out or finished out in the container, because she has longer hair? I did do it three fourths of the way if your hair is shorter. Of course, you can do it in a um about half to a quarter of the way of water, and then you want to make sure that you get these in that's very important. The ends of the hair is where, typically, you have the most dryness. So you no longer have to have this huge hydration machine at home. Come on back for me and then, when you're done you just unplug it pour out any excess water that you didn't use and then put it away. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to set it down and i'm gon na really get these ends in here. So the good thing is, you can actually fit it down like how i did and get your treatment done. So the water is almost done. All right, all right, so we're just gon na go through detangle her at the ends, so you know what i'm gon na. Have you sit up for me? Let me back you guys up some, so you guys can see her full length. Can you turn your head for me? That'S her length, you guys all right. Let me set you up, you can sit back for me and then we're just gon na detangle, her in sections. Okay, that's the most important part section. Let'S see what so, you start by starting on the ends, and then you work your way up. I'M going to put a towel on the floor because her hair is moist. You just do little pieces at a time section one and if you guys notice i'll go a little bit and go back through the ends and then work my way up. Don'T try to pull through a little tangle, just kind of rake slightly go back up. You'Ll notice, how much easier it gets as you do that, so i'm not going to take any hair off the comb, because i want you guys to see how much hair comes off to see that guess what guys even just detangling her with a comb. It doesn't mean that you, you have to be so rough. You have to oh she's, taking all her hair out, because i know a lot of you say that when we're detangling, why are you being so rough? Well, if we were rough, she'd have a lot of hair loss. Am i hurting you, i'm used to it, but this is not the type of hair to have in the tender head. I'Ll. Tell you that much all right, so we have just this little section left here, so i can just go through this section in its entirety: how's your scalp. It still feels good, so all right last little piece all right. So out of all that hair, you take it off the comb. I don't want to leave anything. This is what came out. That'S it okay, so we detangle with a comb right after using the hydration machine, and that is all that came out. You guys out of all of this hair, so that's really good and then our little strainer, no, nothing. Okay! My love, i'm gon na. Have you lean forward for me and come on back so at this point now that we've detangled her you're gon na use cool water again, but you're going to make sure that you do not disturb the hair? Okay you're, going to rinse it in one direction? You'Re! Not going to keep scrunching the hair you're going to gently, lift the hair up so that you can keep it detangled all right and then i'm going to lift the hair and squeeze out any excess product. You do not need conditioner in the hair. You guys, if it's not a leave-in conditioner, do not leave it in the hair, especially if you plan on blow-drying your hair all right, so i'm going to go ahead and squeeze out the excess water all right slightly tilt up. For me, i'm going to use a little bit of our silky leave-in conditioner spray and just kind of move the hair around all right and then what we're going to do is part our hair down the middle. I'M just going to part it into four, because that's how i'm going to blow dry her and you always detangle as you go guys, that's very important, even though you detangled during the conditioning phase. You still want to go back through with your comb when it's time for you to dry. So all i'm going to do is rope twister really loosely down just a little bit for me. Let me get the hair back here. Nope you're fine you're right now and we're going to go ahead and comb through this part. [ Applause, ], okay and then we're gon na make our way to the other side. Same thing, just split it in half, so [ Applause, ] and then the last section. It should be really easy all right, so what i'm going to do is get two clips so that her hair can sit up while we slightly air grab her. So what we're going to do? Is you take these two click right here. Take these two clip it here. This is just to kind of help us with the dry process, she's not going to dry 100. You guys that's not going to be possible under the dryer under the dryer, but this is going to help us get some of that excess water out so that we can blow-dry her the rest of the way, let's get over here, all right. So what we're going to do is i'm going to turn you guys towards me we'll do some q a because i know you guys have tons of questions wow. She kind of air dries. So there's 400 people on here. If i could get everybody to go and close out your chat and thumbs up, it's live for me. That would be great. Let'S see here are your products are the products you are using good after taking out braids absolutely kelly. Absolutely it's going to help soothe the scalp. It'S also going to help clean up any type of um dirt or build up that you have on the hair from having it um. Excuse me from having it up for so long. Let'S see sorry, i have to pick up my towel. That handheld steamer is everything yes baby. It is. I saw a chat replay before where someone asked if they could use their clothes steamer. I just want to say no ma'am, you guys are funny. What'S the difference i use mine uh one is handheld, one, isn't the closed. Steamer it doesn't push out. That'S the only difference with the clothes steamer clothes steamers, don't push out steam. It just kind of just sits there. So you're going to work a lot harder and then, when this one sprays it actually you can feel the water. You can feel the particles of water that's being sprayed, and it's nice and warm beautiful, hair and yeah. The clothes steamer gets extremely hot. I have one at home. My boys have hair like that. Wash days are long thanks for the tip about dealing with the hair outside the sink. Thank you to the detangling from the bottom gently. That'S how i do mine. Yes, i keep saying it, but her curl pattern is awesome. Strong, healthy, hair too. She has beautiful hair. Absolutely. I have brawling hair for a few years. Stylist bleach with 40 volume without all the plex now should length here now should length is white water method, a good regrowing hair quickly. I don't use rice water, that's dirty water! Only inside what is she having done to her hair she's, going to get a silk press and a trim currently, naturally, i'm considering a texlax nice. I believe people have forgotten how to play the sciences game. You show her the appreciation by smashing the thumbs up. Ladies, absolutely showing me like, you guys, liking my videos that tells me that i'm on the right track good morning crystal, i really need that hydration tool, because my hair is so dry and i live in colorado. Danielle uh, i want to say the machines are still available. We did another 25 for pre-sale, so i'm going to tell you guys. Sorry, i'm texting, i shouldn't be texting and talking should i i'm texting and talking it's about to die hold on you guys. I don't want you guys to go anywhere, so let me plug you in there you go hold on you guys, i'm gon na go back back back back all right. There we go melissa she's, the only beautician that i see, sharing to the extent that crystal does. Thank you already done. Thank you. I love that you take your time. You'Re knowledgeable patient, but you do work fast. Thank you. What was the serum that was put on the scalp at the beginning? That is the soothe me scalp ale, serum from our minty collection. Soothe me, scalp ale, serum, your advice changed my life a lot. Thank you. You'Ve lost weight. No, i need to lose some more. I'Ve been doing my cmos, though, that much i have been doing so. We have 10 steamers still available good morning. Did you use the steamer while the conditioner was on the hair? Yes, so the steamer replaces going under the dryer with a conditioner and cap. No, the steamer replaced doing a hydration treatment with this huge machine that you guys see over here. So i'm going to show you guys the machine, i'm talking about. Okay, if you guys look over here in the corner right next to where you see my light on the wall, you see this big, bold, looking thing, that is a hydration machine. If you notice it takes up quite a lot of space, so that's another reason why the handheld steamer made more sense because it doesn't take up space. You can plug it up, use it unplug it put it away. You can bring it wherever you want with you. You can fit it in your suitcase. You can't fit that hair steamer anywhere. It sits there and it's actually one of the most aggravating tools that i have, because it is only serves one purpose. It serves one purpose and one purpose only, and i can't take it anywhere with me, so that's why the handheld made more sense. You can get a whole hair and facial treatment with that steamer. Absolutely hi houston. Is she a regular customer nope? This is her. First time she is from where are you from georgia, but she drove from uh. She lives in south carolina but she's from georgia, and she sounds like she's from louisiana y'all, so she was already headed this way. She booked an appointment and she wanted to get her hair done for her birthday, so she's here um i'm trying to go back hold on. How do you know if you need to use a cocktail on your hair or the steamer, so the cocktail is basically mixing a shampoo together or conditioner together, i didn't want to just treat her scalp with the minty collection. I wanted to treat her scalp help with the build up and also add moisture to her hair. That is why i combined moisture elt, which is our high or intense moisturizing conditioner and intense moisturizing shampoo, along with the minty, shampoo and minty conditioner, because that was going to help take care of the scalp issue. I appreciate her so much today. I just wanted to let her know and shout it out. Thank you simon says my hair is in need of a color. Can i use beets or something until i launch it till you want to die? I do not. I'Ve never tried, beets and stuff. I know some people use turmeric, but i've never tried it can't get my natural hair to grow past a certain length. What should i do? I probably i'm not sure you might need to book a consultation to see what's going on. Please ask your client how long it took her to grow her hair that length i've never cut it. She'S, never cut it. That'S her entire halloween i'll be 30. she'll be 30.. So that's 30 years worth of hair 30 years, never cut her hair. Have you trimmed? It before occasionally she's trimmed it occasionally and she trusted me to trim her y'all. Listen, listen, okay, which one of your products is good for curly wash and go are define me curl cream. Is your best friend paired with the um either ims or the first tamer and shine serum define me curl cream, finally get to see alive, also someone with extra long hair yeah, because you guys said i cut everybody's hair off. So that's refreshing! That'S why we have to hit the thumbs up to keep her with us. Thank you guys. I wanted to know as well about her hairline love the dry shampoo tip. Thank you, sell it to me, sell what to you carmela post the steam treatment. What products would you use to wear it curly, rather than continuing with a silk press, they define me curl, cream, cocktailed or mixed with the frizz tamer and shine serum. That'S the on the one i sit under at the salon. So i need the handheld one. Like a mug abs, i can't wait to put this machine in the garbage i'm trying not to, but it is time the hand the one the handheld has has restored life. For me, i can do a handheld treatment in five minutes where, when you're sitting under that, because the steam isn't hitting hard enough - and it's not getting all the way in you have to sit in there for 15 to 20 minutes where i can do a whole Treatment in five minutes i'm on live mommy. I got ta call you back it's my mother. Can elixir and serum be used together? Um they're, one they're they're, almost one in the same except the elixir, doesn't have cbd in it. So i would just use one finish. It out then use the other, the one that has the cbd is typically the um, not typically, but of course, the super regrowth or the goddess serum. What shampoo did you use on her hair? I used a cocktail of the minty shampoo and the moisture, elt shampoo and then minty conditioner and moisture elt conditioner combined at that time, everybody's telling you happy birthday from baltimore happy birthday from all these places. She said. Thank you. What was your reaction when she walked in with so much hair? So let's talk about that. She did not walk in with so much hair. She walked in with a bun and, as i go to take out the bun and i untwisted i started noticing that a lot is falling with me like it's like a rapunzel rope into the board, i'm like yeah. I know she got turned away from a lot of salons in his hair. I'M used to it. So it's not a big deal for me, but i know a lot of stylists will not will not. They told you. No. A lot of stylists won't mess with her hair, it's too long, but for me i'm used to it. So i'm i'm good uh. Let'S see how did the client hear about you? My videos? Am i having a black friday, sale, absolutely 60 off everything, excluding the handheld hydration machine that hydration machine the big one girl? You don't want nothing! I would like to purchase my own steaming steamer. Where are you located? You can actually purchase it during pre-sale online by going to elitehaircareusa.com and using code steamer20. That will give you 20 off the steamer steamer 20. Is the code and it'll give you 20 off the steamer. Let me make sure that the code is actually still still right. Yep, it's good until set it's good until actually it's good until all of the pre-sale ones are gone, a rapunzel rope. Actually, that's the best way to describe it. Ash is good. Can you color your edges if you're trying to grow them back uh depends on what color you're using i'm not really doing q a you guys. So if anything, all the questions are typically about what i'm doing right now shout out from south africa: hey south africa uh. I have low porosity hair and i've never used a protein treatment before so i was wondering when, should i use it once a month or two times a month? You only use it when you need it. If anybody can put that terminology that i use how we use protein, that is going to definitely answer your questions db. The fact that you were so gentle with her hair working your way so not to tear out her hair is very considerate to her as a client. I wish it was more like you. Where are you located, i'm in orlando florida? You guys are not joking about these things. Okay, when is it necessary to use the protein treatment somebody's going to ask you in just a moment db. Can i use a 40 off coupon coupons will work on our tools i'll do tools. The only time you'll get a coupon is, if i give an actual coupon for the tool which i do have one now. The coupon code gives you 20 off and it's steamer. 20 steamer 20.. Her videos, thank you. How do you know what porosity your hair is? You need to do a porosity test. Are you taking appointments for november and december lm? I am already booked up through the end of november december. Will open up sometime this month in the mid-october, so i'm already booked up through to november, whatever the last day of november is on board that i have nothing open at all. When is it necessary to use protein treatment a protein treatment day, outing a band-aid on a boo-boo? Absolutely thank you. Cynthia not wear a band-aid every day you do every week, you do not have a time frame when you wear a band-aid, you wear it. When you have a booboo, the booboo, for you would be your hair is shedding. Your hair is breaking your hair is damaged. It'S thinning, so you need put a band-aid on it, which would be the protein treatment you put it on. Do what you need to do. Stop until you have another boob, that's how it works. Protein treatment should be used occasionally absolutely carvilla, thanks for enabling me to achieve a full head of hair. When would you have the dye we are still working on the dye? That'S a big project. Can i use a blow dryer when using a protein treatment? I wouldn't absolutely cynthia. Thank you all right, you guys, so we are going to go ahead and start the blow dry process for my client here, because blow drying will take just a little bit of time just a little bit all right. So let me get to get myself together. You can slide on over into my chair all right, so i'm going to slide you guys out, so you can see a little bit better as to what we are doing because of her length and i'm definitely going to use my baby list for her hair and You want it bone straight if you want like a loose curl um like a loose curl like straight all right, so we're going to start with the blow dry process. How we're going to do this is the tension method first and then we'll go through what i want to clean my blow, dryer off and then we'll go through, and so with the tension method grab the hair. Okay, take our brush start at the end and work our way up all right, i'm back sorry, my phone died. So so, of course, i'm trying to do the instagram one, but i haven't been live on instagram in decades. Listen instagram is okay. It'S all right. Youtube is better all right. So let's turn this around. I don't even know how to use my instagram. Can you see if i'm live? Anybody understand um instagram cause uh? Maybe i do not? Okay, i think i'm doing it right. Okay, checking connection, okay, all right! Now. Okay, so we're gon na blow out these last two sections using the tension method. Yes, she has 100 percent natural edition on all her hair. Thank you. Well, i don't come on ig very often, that's why a lot of people don't see me on ig all right. So last section in the meantime, i'm going to be using my babyliss prima because she has much longer hair. Oh it's quartz! Alright! Here we go that's a baby with primo, so so all right, so she's all blown out turn the heat down in here. [ Laughter ], all right, so we're going to do loose curls turn here, i'll move you guys over here, so you can see there. We go loose curls on her hair, so we're going to use some of our frizz taper and shine serum about that. Much that much rub it up really good. This is also going to serve as a heat, protectant and a little goes a long way. [ Applause ] all right, so i'm gon na split her hair, like this, just to keep some out of the way until we get to that section same thing with this one: okay, my sections are about a quarter of an inch and i'm doing diagonal partings, because I'M going to go back and curl her anyway, i don't need her hair to be dead bone straight. I just need it to be straight enough for me to be able to trim her and then go back and give her some really big, curls [ Applause ]. So this is where we are right now, so you guys can see versus where we started nice and silky [ Applause ]. This part actually won't. Take me as long. Actually, none of it takes me that long, [ Applause, ] cool, okay. So far, that's where we are nice and light, even though we did the scalp treatment to her for her build up or her dandruff, it's not heavy. That'S what you don't want. You don't want the hair to be heavy. You want it to be nice and light. Now, of course, the larger the section the slower you have to go, but you cover more ground, so you do whichever works best for you. I wouldn't recommend doing her hair in small sections, it's kind of like redundant. You can do it in a larger section, with a larger heavier iron and get the same result and she has fine textured hair. At the same time, so small sections aren't really needed mm-hmm. I wish i could play music, but youtube and instagram might block me really. Yeah you can't play with it. They love to get you for copywriting, oh wow, all right guys. So the back is complete nice and light and airy that's what we want all right. So let's go ahead and split the front same concept, diagonal parting. So we'll do the hairline last i do need to get something from my edges: edge repair, what type of flat iron am i using babyliss prima? So if you guys notice, i'm doing large sections and i'm still getting a nice silky finish for me all right. So we're gon na do her hairline, really quick, hairline, nice and silky. Look at that! Oh okay! She said last time she got her hair, trimmed good answer. She like she tried to do it herself, okay, i just gave her the okie doke. Okay. How did that work out? I mean it looked like it was. You know you just did a nice blunt piece at the end yeah. Well, i put it like down the middle, so i had to piece that yeah all right yeah, but we're not gon na. Do that again, okay, i had just took out some um some live. It was tangled yeah and oh there's a part that you cut off. It always happens. It'S always you know i was taking out a sew-in. I was taking on some braids and you might see a little too short. That'S because i i wasn't paying attention and i cut it off everybody's done it. I'Ve done it. Look at that sit in your car for me, mama caught you in the field. I'M sorry send me your card i'll call you in a few all right. Let'S get this side! Okay, okay, home you wan na get nice and tangled there we go. Okay, all right, we're back! So we're gon na. Do our hairline really quick part it out! You'Re amazing, thank you. [ Applause, ], [ Applause, ], [ Applause. ]. Do you have a product line? Yes, i do, if you click the link in my bio you'll, see all of our products and every product that you've seen me use on her hair from the shampoo, the conditioner, the hydration machine. All of those products are mine. Yes, this is her natural hair. So, okay, all right, so we're going to finish up the crown, trim her and then give her some loose curls and i'm going to use the same flat iron. I'M not going to change anything. Thank you essential darkness. All right did she have long hair. When you first no ask her, does she want to share some of her hair with me? Oh, so, for all of you guys that are on the ig live, you should definitely join us on youtube. Where we do a lot more lives than ig, i just said i would come on there today. Just being sporty, you know be a little spony, but typically i'm on youtube, live side, partner, middle part, um, side cycle, so we're gon na do a side part. If you guys, like what you see on my youtube family, please don't forget to thumbs up this live on. My ig family put some hearts there for me. Please, and thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you your night nurse, because i'm best with natural hair, the best with natural hair, though all right so we're going to finish up this area here. Yep youtube is live. You have a youtube live if you go to elite haircare, usa, on youtube, you'll be able to join my youtube family. All of my handles are the same on all platforms here here. Usa, maybe just a straightforward person. Some people can't handle that some people can't anybody. That knows me knows. I do not go around the corner to say what i have to say. Oh, thank you very much. Thank you. Probably in 2021 i'll do the tours again, i'm not going to do any for the rest of this year, all right! So we're almost done just going to do a couple more pieces here in the front and we're going to trim her. Do it this way, trim her curl her and set her on her way for my next one and then in regards to the products that we use i'll go over the list again, because i know everybody always asks me to say what products again so for her Shampoo, we did a cocktail using the sushmi minty shampoo and moisture elt shampoo. The minty shampoo was for her scalp, where we also did a minty treatment to help get a lot of the dandruff off of her scalp um. That video is on youtube as i'm doing it live, and then we did a cocktail with our conditioners using the minty conditioner and the moisture elt conditioner, and we use our handheld hydration machine, which is one of our newest tools on the site. Now for pre-sale and we did a hydration treatment for her at the same time. So now wait. Did i miss a whole section over here? I did. I missed an entire section hold on. Let me finish this little section here, so i'm not doing a haircut. I'M just doing the trim, i'm not going to use my cutting vest because it will be useless. Her hair is way longer than the cutting mat, so we're going to freehand it. But she trusts me to give her her trim, because no one has given her a trim. So i'm not going to take her down to about we're just going to do a cleaning up of the ends kind of even her out wherever we can and then go from there all right, all right, sit up straight for me, sit all the way up and Then squeeze your butt back feet down bone down arms underneath the chair and on the arm give myself some space. I need it all right, so you guys get to what you wanted to watch the turn, because i don't have a comb all right. So you get to watch the trim. Remember whenever you're trimming, the hair, you trim it in the shape of the head, which is almost like an orange. You do not trim the head in blocks. Okay, so you're going to trim it. Just as though you were slicing an orange, is it really not here? Yes, so what i'm gon na do you guys probably won't get to see where i'm trimming it from, because i have to go so high up it's about almost an inch and a half to two inches, but it's so straggly here yeah at least do i'm almost There majority of my work is stretching that's what happens when you're little people like myself, so all right whenever you stand up for me, i'm gon na come right here, just like that. Yep, okay, just like that step outside yeah, [ Applause, ], okay, we're all done all right, so she is all trimmed up: hair, nice and straight okay. There you go, everybody can see all right good, so we're gon na give her some really big. Curls show you guys how we're gon na do this all right. I'M gon na use my large baby list and i'm gon na do large, sectioning, [ Applause ] just like that and then pin it okay. So that's all i did back here, i'm gon na split. It into you you, if you're not comfortable using the flat iron, which it has to have some sort of bevel on it, and you could use a big barrel curling iron too. I just i hate taking out extra tools. If i don't need, i can achieve the same, look with the flat iron, so i mean for me of course, shorter hair's gon na always be easier, but it's less work. But true, oh i don't know, i don't really have a preference honestly if it's too short, it doesn't work for me and if it's too hot you work harder. So one in the same, like that both sides don't want to mess with long natural hair, because it's a lot of work but i'm used to it. I don't turn down any type of hair i've yet to be defeated by anyone's hair. To say that i won't do it. That'S awesome when i was younger well, it was only a guy that did me in my mom's hair when um when i was a little um, okay, okay, okay, lady, just just stop exactly so yeah! I don't want to have a purpose. I prefer long or medium length. Extra short hair is the one that takes me a long time, because i have a really like go small space and then it's very dense. So of course, medium shoulder length. Anything past four inches is easy for me for someone who doesn't know how they would think like the solo opposite. No, i don't want it for yourself this. This is really a breeze for me, but you have to know how to handle it. Yeah and that's the problem, it's the shampoo processing stuff that people get really caught up on because they know that it's hard to shampoo, very long hair. Unless you have it like down packed yeah, i don't think so much for me. It'S just take steps. Just take steps and you'll get it done because you got here at what 9 30 no 10. 30. 30. 11. 30. 12. 30. 2 hours. It'S almost two hours from start to finish almost two hours and that's with dryer time and everything. So i think we did good. She got here at 10. 30, it's 12 25. We'Re almost done curling her she's gotten her trim she's gotten her wash. She got a hydration treatment yeah we cleansed her scalp first, which was a pretty cleanse. So we did good and she's still out of here before one o'clock without them just sit over there for a second. Let me take a break. I'Ve heard that before a lot of people do that a lot so yeah all right. So we got two more pieces and then we'll pull down our curls here and then she's good to go. The curls would be more like a deep wave or a body wave for her wing. One time i got to do to do those really like tight throws. Oh it's so pretty. Like i put my hair tight like that girl stop mm-hmm, you learn your lessons. Did not work out so we're going to do our last piece here and then, when you're doing your curls, you just want to make sure that you go really really slow, especially because you are using a flat iron. But if you're not used to the flat iron - and you don't have the right type of flat iron, then i would suggest you do this with a curling iron, which is i hate, drawings. I don't know why. So these two here in the front i'm gon na. Let air dry slightly, let it cool down really quick. So what i'm going to do is use a diffuser on low with cool air. I just wanted it to cool it down really soon and then, in the meantime, we're going to go ahead and remove the pins from all the ones that we did. First i'll turn her, so you guys can see. Do you guys see the nice coil nice coils, [ Applause, ], so yep, nice and shiny? Oh we're going to spray a little bit of goddess polish. Take care of her hairline, really quick! I'M not going to put too much under control on her hairline. Just like a little dab, [ Applause, ] [ Applause, ] - all right lean forward for me. So i'm going to use my paddle brush because we just wanted it to be nice and loose okay. These curls are going to just go so the goal is to just make her hair have some movement of its own. Looking like a natural flow stand up for me, so i'm going to turn you guys this way, so you can see and then i'll turn you guys this way. So you can see and then come on over here and then shake it for me, shake it shake it shake it. Okay, [ Laughter, ], all right, you guys, so she is all done so when she goes home, then she can go ahead and wrap it. She can do whatever she like to eat from. Are you going back on the road? Okay, you want to keep it down or you want me to put it in a bun. Okay, all right, so she's gon na keep it down you're, definitely working and you're. Calling thank you. Hey, client pick me up at the foot of the bridge. All right, you guys you can turn around, so they can see the rest. So you guys can see all her hair. Oh you can see for yourself now you can see your own hair. That'S so nice, good! Okay, all right! You guys, thanks for watching bye, jeep, all right, my youtube fam! She has all done birthday, hair ready! You know so we'll see you guys in the next video bye.

Patricia Brooks: My dad made an appointment to get my hair done because my mother fainted in the midst of doing my hair. I remembered being at the salon early in the morning and I was the last one to leave the salon. She didn’t do a good job on my hair. I went home and told my father I would NEVER go to that woman again. Another neighborhood stylist, Mrs Brett, took care of my hair until I graduated from high school. You are correct a lot of stylist do not want to work with long hair which is crazy to me. She is lucky to have found you. You are a great stylist.

Patricia Smith-Rice: Brilliant haircare videos and "female" tips! I'm still sporting my long natural hair that has now become silver grey and the wavy curl that drives me crazy to try to tame. I also remember being "charged" extra for having long hair when I got it done...so refreshing to see someone with the gift of patience and knowledge and good-spirits to take the time show everyone you're true love of hair! God Bless your Hands!

nahchill: I think you are the first beautician/hair stylist Ive ever seen do an actual TRIM and not a CHOP! Lovely work

Michelle M.: It is rare that I will actually watch a stylist through the entire process of styling a clients hair but it has been a joy watching a sister that takes pride in her craft and is very gentle and knowledgeable. I will look forward to continuing to watch you in the future ❤. Best Wishes Michelle

Telisa H: Thank you for explaining everything as you went through the process. I am on a waist length growth journey and I am doing it all without the help of a beautician. I cut my ends myself since they take off so much when I go into the shop. I really did learn a lot from you doing this client’s beautiful locks. I get the build up throughout my whole head also and thought “just drink more water”. Please keep the knowledge flowing. God bless you in your business. Stay safe, stay blessed!

McPhee &Jesus: Oh, and thanks for using the wide-toothed comb and starting from the ends when you comb & also sectioning the hair, for her type of thick, long hair. It's the only type comb I use, as well in sections. I can't understand for the life of me why some beauticians love using a fine tooth comb on this type of hair, which is very damaging. I also love your soothing voice and proper enunciation! Bravo!

Margaret Elridge: I love it when a stylist knows the difference between a trim and a cut.

Beverley Dabell: Absolutely mesmerising. As an ex hairdresser it fascinates me to watch professionals execute their craft. What Beautiful hair, it shone like glass xx

Jennifer Martin: This Lady is an Angel. She truly took care of her clients hair. Outstanding!

Zoey the Simmer: Such beautiful hair. This was so informative and satisfying to watch. We stan a hair stylist who understands, takes care of and teaches us how to look after our hair.

Rachael Alexis: Enjoyed every moment from start to finish, she's got talent to handle such long hair, you go girl

Thabile Mantjie: Wow! I have never seen such passion for hair. That is a GOD given talent not rushing after money. The dedication, passion and love for your work is amazing and inspiring..This is perfection at it's best.❤

NativeNYerChicHK: I love how when you section her hair to straighten, you do it in sections individual to her head rather than a typical thin horizontal row after row that some stylists use on everyones head regardless. With your thicker, diagonal sectioning you’re getting the spots on and around her head that someone else might miss, or on conversely, might fry because they’ve ironed over too many times. Really beautiful job with the diagonal parting & larger sectioning. Really cool to see. Thanks for sharing.

karon mcgregor: It's really nice to see a professional who takes their time with their clients. As a white woman with white, frizzy/curly hair I continously battle to find someone who will take time on my hair. I'm often subjected to a quick two minute wash/conditon, followed by a slap dash cut/trim, and by the time I get home I can see my hair has been cut unevenly in the front. However, thanks to this channel, I'm learning how I can create my own shampoo/conditioner mixtures for grey hair. Just need to know how I can cut/trim my hair at home now. Crystal???

Meek Spears: Omg!!! See That’s how long I want my hair to be when I straighten my natural hair - she has some BEAUTIFUL hair!!!!

Novice Works: Just LISTENING to the 'shoofashoof' of hair being washed was relaxing. <3

LaShonda DeVaughn: My hair is about her length, takes me forever to do. Posting how I did a roller set and achieved these results, I try my best to lay off the heat. But your client’s hair came out gorgeous!

Asia J: Remember my mom straigthening my hair and saying, " hold ya ear".

toye2u: Great job Crystal! I love how you interact with your clients, making them feel safe and comfortable while teaching them and your viewers. People don't understand customer service and customer retention flies right over their heads. Although we saw very little of the trimming, there's going to be one with something to say. Smh!

jilly cooper: So all in all it's a couple of hours! Wow! It's a brilliant lesson you've given us so far. Can't wait to see the finish!!

Sharon G: That was so soothing to watch. She has a beautiful head of hair!!!

Debbie Straniero: It’s really nice to watch someone who cares & knows what she’s talking about and So cute also. ... I love straight to the point ......OUTSTANDING

Kim Sam Ram: A compassionate and competent hair stylist. Infinite blessings to you and your client. You are both loved, valued and appreciated ♥️

Lisa Clark: Sweetie, I think your client was going to sleep! LOL! The way you were parting and gently scraping her scalp put her in comfy mode. It is soooo relaxing to have your stylist working your scalp. That right there and being at the shampoo bowl is what I look forward to for my salon visits. You are such a pro at what you do!

Les Meyer: I am a white girl and I wish I was there to watch you do your magic. I admire you preciseness and techniques. You are a wonderful person and styling. You are a artist!!!!

Homebizmum: Hope she enjoyed her Birthday Gorgeous hair! Crystal’s magic hands.

Tammy W: The long hair is absolutely gorgeous, and the stylist has magic in them hands great video. Thanks for sharing

angela jenkins: Her and my mom have wonderful long hair, I think that’s something good about black women at the golden years stage. Beautiful!

Nicole Hernandez: This woman has the most beautiful head of hair!! What I would do to have it!! The style came out absolutely gorgeous...

Angela Hagood: Beautiful! I love your teaching, you are such a professional! Client education is so important. You take the time to explain each step and I love that! So patient with each step! Keep up the good work!

Lori Meenan: I am so jealous of this beautiful hair!!! Absolutely beautiful; before, during and after!!! Wow!!! You do amazing work! You definitely love what you do and it blesses your clients!!!

Tan Elise: Absolutely beautiful! I’ve always wanted my hair that long.

Karla Manuel: Great job I love the end results you’ve done a beautiful job . The way that you took such good care-of your client is definitely to be commended. Wish that we lived near each other.

Starla KS: Great stylist, love when stylist knows how to take care of hair. I appreciate this stylist because they are not many like them.

Meredith Bethel: I love the way the beautician interacts with the client. The trim was AWESOME! So many beauticians like to do a chop rather than a trim . Amazing work done on a BEAUTIFUL BLACK QUEEN!

Scalp Feel AH Hair-Scalp Pampering by iSophia: OmG that scalp lifting looks like "LIFE" to me. I'd pay just to have that done even though I don't have the issue. ISTG Got my head itching too!

DanymarieXO: I wish I lived in Orlando! I can’t find a good stylist here in MD. I had below waist length hair when it was relaxed....the maintenance was too much so I stopped and now I can’t get it to go past my shoulders‍♀️ thinking about going back to relaxers after 10 years of trying. He hair looks amazing and healthy!

Laurs Ramsey: I absolutely love watching you. You are one that 100% cares for hair and your clients♥️

Dawn Rodriguez: That whole treatment and styling looked healthy. Nice job.

Linda Rogers: I really like watching you do hair, you talk to us like we’re face to face. Thank you

Janice Malone: You are an awesome hair stylist. Watching this video reminds me of the patience and care that my dearest sister used to have while caring for my hair.

Erin Lewis: This is my hair minus about 2 inches. I wish I had someone who would take this kind of care on my hair. Beautiful job. ❤

Infinity Dove: You did an awesome job!! 2hrs is typically how long it takes to properly do long hair. When I had long hair, before the big chop, my Dominican hair stylist did an amazing job but then her shop closed and I haven't found a stylist since to replace her. Henceforth why I did the big chop. My hair was the same length as this lady's hair. Now I'm carefully regrowing my hair. I am AfroLatina (Boricua) with 3c type hair from NYC. Not all Dominican hair stylists are the same. Plus I don't use relaxer, so my hair is too frustratingly difficult for them to handle.

Georgana Bredy: Your client has lovely hair and you handled it well from beginning to end. Thank you Crystal for sharing how it is done. Happy birthday to your client!

Carol Smith: This is my first time coming to your channel and I love it already! I can tell you care. I am now a new subscriber and I look forward in watching more of your videos. You did an excellent job and her hair is so beautiful!

STARRS Mukbang: When she was combing out the lady’s hair it was almost as if the lady had Brazilian curly hair !!this woman did an amazing job on That woman’s hair !!! She cares and the world needs more hair professionals like her . This woman has kinda like a accent to !! Love it

azure winged: I’ve just found your channel. This is amazing that you did this video for people to watch and learn. Thank you!

ZAMIRAC: You seem amazing at what you do ma’am keep up the good work

Alicia Mann: Her hair is SOOO shiny! I can't stop admiring how gorgeous her hair is!

SickMade801: I would've thought warm would extract the oil better just based off the fact when I wash like our fry station at work has alot of oil and if I wash with cold soap it doesn't come off but if I use hot soap it comes right off so that's cool that you explained that.

Marva CB: Beautiful hair great stylist. Happy Birthday. No one in their right mind could give you a thumbs down. Bravo You are also calm and kind and patient. It is a pleasure to watch someone like you enjoy doing your craft, thank you.

Tabbs Smith: This lady has amazing hair, I suppose the trick to having this length and healthy hair is not to do anything yourself and never cut it. This lady must have looked after her hair. I would say to any mom with daughters never cut ( only a trim to remove split ends) as a white women I now appreciate the work that black women have to go through. Stunning hair

Michelle Forbes: Fabulous job! You were very thorough and you took your time and explained the entire process from start to finish.

Michelle Taylor: OMG...finally! I come on here and see someone with hair just like mine. I've been looking forever. So happy! On to the video

OnikaStar Malone: Yassss!!! Service worth paying for I never got any treatment like this at any salon I love seeing salons treat clients treated like this and she has beautiful amazing long beautiful hair and I also love seeing a hair stylist that knows her stuff when it comes to natural hair

Julia Moss: how did she get her hair to grow so long , and how long did it take? that's literally goals right there in love

Kimberly Judd: Excellent hair care videos. I especially appreciate the natural long hair care processes for managing growth. I would love to hear the story of the hair care growth journey of the queen in your chair, in this video!

rosely beltrame: Que lindo esse cabelo , parabéns a profissional

Alicia Mann: Just beautiful natural hair! <3 Love it!

Fiona Cahill: You really made her hair gleam. Its beautiful , and you are so great to watch & learn from. I love your straight to the point no nonsense approach to your live demonstrations. Cherise Williams: I’m watching you pretending you’re washing my hair, it looks and feels so good, LOL!!! the way you’re getting in the scalp, I’m falling asleep. Thank you

Wendy Miles: I love that hydration system that you used, this is my first time seeing something like this, that enhanced your conditioner!

Cindy MacDonald: When you are actually combing her full head if hair, you are so gentle! And that massage....HEAVEN!

Jay407: Seeing her curls pop back after shampoo was so satisfying! She takes care of it!

christina N: You provided tender loving care to this young ladies ample mane! Awesome job & outcome. Now you deserve & need a full body massage after that massive work out.

Jasmine Dapree: I'm enjoying this video! Beautiful hair, beautiful hands.

Judy Walker: Beautiful head of hair, people pay hundreds of dollars for their hair to look like hers Happy Birthday to your client

Zara Prebble: Oh my goodness Such shiny beautiful hair and you made it even more gorgeous, I can see your passionate about what you do it’s lovely to see. Stay safe and sending much love from the uk ❤️

B lorac: Your eyes are as beautiful as the other ladies hair is! Thank you,I've enjoyed your original video!

Jackie Nish: Wow that was fascinating!! I cant get my wavy hair that straight or shiny!! Amazing. Xxx

Helene Pilon: You are absolutely awesome with lots of patience to be able to work hours on a person just love watching you do your magic

v wash: I love that you don't overbook and shuffle your clients like an assembly line. My stylist does it all the time and my hair is not long at all but I have to reserve at least 4 hours when I go to her. It is so frustrating and makes me do my hair a lot at home. But I have been using your products for about 3 months now and with the help of your videos I don't go into her often anymore.

Black Beauty: My hair is waist length and I love coming across videos like this. It really helps me on taking care of such long hair. I normally wear it curly because I sweat from the head a lot.

Peebe Goodwin: This is why I have had the same hairstylist since i was 9 im 35 now she takes really good care of my hair. Plus the scalp massages put me right to sleep im tender headed but when she does my natural hair now ive been natural for 8 years nothing hurts and my hair is healthy and long.

Ella Sterretjie: Hey Crystal. Wish I had such long as I struggle to get my hair grow. I have fine hair but would love to have long hair. Any suggestions please. You did a great job with the ladies hair. It's so beautiful well done!! Wish you were in South Africa

Antonia Gordy: This is my first time, tuning in .you step by step was very clear and educational.Thank you. Aberdeen,Md.

Donnaree Weeks: Excellent trim .You are very trustworthy . Her hair actually looks longer . I don't like getting my hair trimmed / cut because the beautician always cuts too much off . You listened to your client . That's very important .

Georgia honeybee: I love learning how to take care and treat my hair I'm always hitting that thumbs up button for you, your awesome and informative.

swonsley: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WORK & HAIR!!!! My hair is half the length of hers and I pay a house note to get it fixed, I can only imagine how much this costs.

Vicki Cannon: Hey Lady, I respect and love you for the way you care and protect your clients. It was like a Momma bear protecting her cubs. I am a new subbie and with you for the long haul❣️ Your work is first class. Thank you for all your sacrifices, hard work and generously sharing of your knowledge.

LaFlaqs: Absolutely Beautiful; I had to watch the entire video; I just couldn’t fathom it was all real just A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ALL TOGETHER

M W: Love video...... you know everyone complains about their job but when hair is literally your profession no length of hair should bother you because that’s what you getting paid too do is hair so no length should pain you not everyone is gonna be short haired. I appreciate your attitude and the time and effort you put in cause most won’t do that

Wanda Corley: Hi everyone, yes her hair is good before. I like The beautician taking the time explaining to us this person's problem with dry scalp something to get the build up off the scalp. ✨

Anndena Anderson: Her hair is beautiful! You did an Awesome job!

Kooky Southernerdwoman: Gorgeous and love the curls you put in her hair!
