(, playful music, ), Hey guys, welcome back to another video.. Today I am finally doing my updated hair care routine.. I have been meaning to do this, video for so long.. The very first video that I ever uploaded to YouTube was my five steps to healthy hair care routine., And although I think that that information is still very relevant, I still use it every single day. I just feel like the quality of my videos and my filming style has really changed over the years.. So I just wanted to give you an updated version and I wanted to give you a video. I really felt proud about., So yeah, I'm just going to try and give you as much information today on how I care for my hair., And I hope you enjoy the video. Okay, so my healthy hair secret weapon is my wooden brush.. I am absolutely in love with this thing and I will never ever ever ever be without it. When you use a wooden brush, it absorbs your hair's natural oils. So when you brush your hair, it distributes these oils evenly and conditions your hair., And it also reduces static and breakage, and it's just the perfect tool. If you're trying to grow long healthy hair., I will never ever go back to using a plastic or a metal brush again. And they also massage acupressure points on your head, which is great for stimulating circulation to the scalp and promoting healthy hair growth.. It'S like every time I use this, I'm getting a scalp massage., So I have three different wooden brushes.. I have two by the brand Eurotech a large oval brush and a small travel-size brush., And these are the highest quality brushes. I'Ve ever come across they're made in Germany, they're made of maple wood and I bought them at Whole Foods around four years ago and unfortunately, I cannot find these brushes anywhere.. I'Ve searched everywhere. I'Ve looked at Whole Foods, I've looked online and I just can't seem to find these brushes anywhere., And that makes me really sad because I want to recommend you brush that you guys can actually buy.. So I'm gon na keep my eye out for these, and hopefully I can find the place where you can get them. And recently I bought this wooden brush. And it's by the brand Tek it's made in Italy. And I really have been loving this.. I love the size. I love the shape, it's just a really great brush., So yeah you can look for this brand T-E-K Tek.. I find that there's really big quality differences with wooden brushes.. I have been using a wooden brush for years and years, and I used to buy this one from my local health food store.. It'S one that you can find at a lot of different places., But every few months it would just completely break.. This part would just rip out. And keep in mind. I have a lot of hair, but I still felt it wasn't a well-made brush., So I went through around six of those brushes before I found my Eurotech brushes. And I've had my Eurotech brush for around four years.. It'S still going strong. It looks completely brand new to me and all the bristles are still attached., So yeah try and look for a company that actually specializes in making wooden brushes.. I find that the Europeans make the best wooden brushes. Oiling. Your hair is one of the best ways that you can condition your hair.. It keeps your hair hydrated, it keeps it soft, it keeps it shiny., And there are so many oils that you can use for your hair.. Some of my personal favorites are argon oil, coconut oil. Of course. Jojoba oil is really good. If you have thin hair because it's really light. Avocado oil, I mean there's so many different oils.. You can really use anything. You want you just wan na make sure that it's unrefined cold-pressed, preferably and organic., And I also like to add in some essential oils or some neem oil rosemary, essential oil is really really good for stimulating circulation to the scalp. It makes your hair so soft and it just really promotes healthy hair growth and same with the neem. Neem is amazing for growing strong, healthy hair.. It'S just a beautiful oil., So I kinda like to just mix a few oils together and make my own hair conditioner.. So there's two ways that I oil, my hair.. I would either just coat my hair in the oil of my choice and then just leave it in my hair for a few hours or even overnight, and then just shampoo it out., Or else I would do a gradual oiling., And this is what I've been doing. Lately, I think it's really perfect for the winter time. And basically I just put a little bit of oil, though my ends every single day., Just the smallest amount, so my hair doesn't look greasy. And I just keep doing that every single day until I shower. So it's kind of like my hair's, always being nourished by these oils. And also when you're oiling your hair. It'S the perfect time to give yourself a scalp, massage. And scalp massage promotes healthy hair because it stimulates the circulation to your scalp and it also helps you relax and relieve stress'cause I mean who doesn't want a scalp massage. I personally love scalp, massages and head massages.. Any other massage I don't really care for, but I mean I will have a hand massage and a scalp massage 24/7 and be the happiest girl alive.. So now it's time to talk about shampoo and conditioner., You can read the label of your bottle of shampoo and it can make it sound like the most amazing, spectacular, shampoo, it's gon na make your hair grow out healthy. It'S gon na make it shiny soft beautiful.. That'S really marketing.; They just want you to buy the shampoo and conditioner. So it's pretty much just lies.. What you wan na be doing is looking at the back of the bottle and checking out the ingredient list.. I would look for something that doesn't have things like: sulfate fragrances: salt, just chemicals that are gon na strip your hair and aren't good for your health.. My favorite shampoo, as you guys know, is by a brand called Calia.. I'Ve done a whole video on them. They're. Just an amazing company, their products really work for my hair they're, very gentle, they're, very natural, and I just love Calia. So much so, of course I have to mention them. Again. I've been using them for years and I will use them for the rest of my life.. I love you Calia.. I also like to use a shower filter, so I can be washing my hair in the best water possible. And I try to only shampoo, my hair, every four to six days.. I wash my body everyday, but I only shampoo and condition every four to six days. And I find that the longer you go without shampooing, the more your hair balances out and then you don't have to shampoo as often if that makes any sense. And your hair's Oil'S kind of act as conditioner, so it's good not to be stripping them out of your hair, every single day. And I also highly highly highly recommend doing hair rinses.. I have two hair rinses that I do all the time.. One is an apple cider, vinegar rinse, where I just put a little bit of apple, cider, vinegar in the bottom of the cup, around two tablespoons, maybe and then fill the cup up with water and then just dump that over my head after I'm finished, shampooing and Conditioning. - And I just leave that in my hair - and it leaves my hair so soft and shiny and apple cider, vinegar, clarifies it., So it's just. I always have a good hair day after I do an apple, cider, vinegar, rinse. And the second rinse I do. I actually have a video on, and that is the rosemary hair, rinse. And rosemary is just amazing for growing long, healthy hair.. Basically, I just take some fresh rosemary and simmer it in the pot with some water and then once it cools down just dump it over. My head - and it leaves my hair so soft and shiny, and it smells so amazing. So yeah, hair rinses can really make a big difference on your hair. And a lot of people swear by the no-poo method., Where you wash your hair with baking soda and then Condition it with apple cider, vinegar, and I do like doing that to my hair, sometimes more as a clarifying treatment. But I really prefer just using a shampoo and conditioner.. But I thought I would just still mention it, because maybe you guys wan na check it out or try it out for yourself, because it is a really cheap way to shampoo and condition your hair, and it does make your hair feel really really nice.. So that's another option for shampooing and conditioning. Now. My next tip is probably the hardest tip for a lot of people, but that is just cut down on the amount of heat you're using in your hair., And you don't have to do this forever. You can just try and limit your use. If you use a straightener everyday, maybe just try and straighten it only once a week., You just really wanna, give your hair a break and allow it to become healthy, again. And I've talk about this before. But I use to straighten my hair every single day for high school and it just damaged my hair. So much my hair looked horrible without styling. I would straighten my hair. My hair would become more damaged, so then I would have to straighten it even more to make it look healthy, again., It would become even more damaged and it was just this vicious vicious cycle for me.. So one day I just cut that cycle and I was like ,'', I'm just not gon na use heat on my hair anymore, ,'', I'm gon na. Let my hair grow out and be natural.'' And that's what I did and now I'm really really happy with my natural hair.. I don't need to style it anymore. I just let it air dry.. I don't use any styling tools, I don't use any styling products.. So just do a little challenge with yourself and try to reduce the amount of heat that you use in your hair. For a while, and I guarantee you'll see a huge improvement with you, hair. Damage proof. Hairstyles is really important when it comes to growing long, healthy hair.. For me, my favorite protective hairstyle is just putting my hair in a side braid.. You guys probably noticed from 80 % of my videos that I always have my hair in a side braid. My go-to everyday hairstyle is just a side braid with some sort of hat, and I just find that it keeps my hair protected, prevents it from getting matted And I love braids. I think that they look really cute. And I always wear protective hairstyles to bed.. If I go to bed with my hair down, I will wake up with the worst matted poofy dry hair.. So I have two protective hairstyles that I wear to bed.. I will either twist my hair into a bun and then secure it at the front of my head with a big clip, and I love doing this because the next morning I just wake up with the perfect waves in my hair. So it's kind of like a heatless way to style your hair., Or else I will sleep with my hair in a braid and then secure it with a scrunchie. And I like to use a scrunchie because sometimes an elastic will break your hair, but a scrunchie's soft And gently and it won't cause any breakage., As most of you guys know, I am a firm believer in eating a healthy whole foods diet, and I also really believe that you are what you eat. And if you eat beautiful, nourishing foods it will just shine through And you'll look beautiful on the outside., So I definitely think that food plays a huge role in having healthy, hair. Eat. Your omega-3 fatty acids eat your mineral-rich foods.. I love starting my day off with a green drink everyday. It gives me those minerals, it's detoxifying and I just feel like it's. The most beautifying elixir in the world. Just eat real food. And a lot of you guys ask what supplements I take for my hair. And if I could recommend one supplement for a hair. It would probably be MSM powder. MSM is an organic sulfur compound that benefits our skin hair nails and joints due to its collagen building properties.. It'S also a wonderful anti-inflammatory and great for detoxifying the body.. I will mention that there are huge quality differences in MSM supplements, so always look for a non-petroleum-derived MSM. And you can use it both internally and externally., And another little tip that I still recommend is just go to your local beauty supply store and get some little Trimming shears. Just little scissors to cut your hair. And just go through your hair whenever you're bored and find those little split ends and just give them a little snip off and it's gon na make it. So you don't have to go to the hairdresser as often.. You know - and that is my little trick., So those are my tips to achieving long, healthy, hair naturally.. I hope you guys enjoyed the video. If you did remember to give it a thumbs. Up. And let me know what do you guys do to keep your hair healthy.? I love you guys and I will see you in my next video bye. ( upbeat music, )

holistichabits: Hi guys! So I'm commenting here in 2019 letting you know that clips from this video have been stolen many times to promote horrible hair growth pills and other scam products. I am not affiliated and do not promote any of the companies using my image! If you see ads on facebook or IG using clips from my videos please comment and let people know it's a scam and I do not endorse it! Even if they state I use it and give a false review. I don't!! This has been going on for a few years already and the last thing I want is people getting scammed into buying these products. P.s. I have tried reporting, getting the ads taken down and nothing works because they are not legit companies and come back the next day with a new company name. Thank you all for watching this video and supporting me!! xoxoxo

lillian bingham: I watched this video a few months ago and when you said not to use heat on your hair, I thought it was going to be impossible! But once I tried it, I realized that my natural hair has a few waves and it actually looks really pretty when it’s down. I’ve now gone 5 weeks without using any heat on my hair!! Thank you so much Edit - I’ve gone 13 weeks now!!! Another edit - it’s been 7 months and I cut my hair I don’t regret it haha

Majencia: “You are what you eat.” I eat spicy food, so that means I’m HOT!

Anjali Singh: She really invests a lot of money and time on her hair and skin The essential oils and even the shampoos cost so much for middle class people Its funny how healthy stuff is more expensive

Ahamed: Sarah: Cutting down heat in hair is the hardest tip for people Me: Never had heat in my hair and still thin hair

i have officially lost my marbles: "You are what you eat" *So im a rice* ᶜʳⁱᵉˢ ⁱⁿ ᵃˢⁱᵃⁿ

Ebony Corbishley: Perfect hair doesn’t exi-

KaMa JuSo: 3 reasons to have healthy long thick hair. 1. Genes 2. No stress 3. Healthy Diet Ever since I moved out from home and have some depressed phases my hair started to fall out a lot. I only have half the hair that I used to have. Which is still more than the average person has. But stressing yourself out and eating wrong are the major things you can actually work on to keep your hair nice and thick

MaryBethArtHawaii: Girl I had beautiful hair past my waist in December 2019. shortly after that I used DivaCurl for a month and a half. In short I’m absolutely devastated lost half my hair, what hair I have left is severely damaged and going for another cut this week, my hairline is now set back and I have bald spots. like I said devastated but Onward and Upward~ thank you so much for your tips. I am ready for my new hair journey...much love and light your way~✨

Rebecca Jane Brown: I have no idea how I found this video, but I'm very happy I have! You're really lovely to listen to and you explain things brilliantly! I'm walking away from this video with so many ideas and feel so much more knowledgable about it all. Thank you.

Zoey's World: A great oil for hair growth is castor oil if you use it 1-2 times a week with some coconut oil it will really help with hair growth

T: Gorgeous hair! I think it's all down to genes guys, there's nothing we can do but avoid destroying what we already have, so just work with what nature gave you and don't mess it up!

purple: For me, water plays an important role. Both internally as well as externally. I had a phase in my life, where hard water was heavily involved. And it damaged my hair very badly. Thankfully my hair is healing now slowly.

Alfalfa: Me: Omg, I want short hair so bad. *Watches girl with long hair* Me: I want long hair now!!!

Audra Auclair: Having thick hair also helps...

Mariam Alzebdah: Her: Uses brush Me: Cries in curly hair

Kainoa Blackeagle: This is probably YouTube's best source for growing healthy long and strong hair. A beautiful vlogger with proof positive, tried and true methods with spectacular results. Spoken in the most the most calming educating voice with easy to understand instructions, with copious links to satiate your devotion to the best way to treat yourself. You have such an elegance and omnificent female power and energy. I just feel so happy to watch this video. Thank you!

George b boolin: I can see how her hair has naturally straightened over the years because of the weight of it

Eddie Kolterman: About 7 months I shaved my head and it was honestly extremely liberating and freeing. But I'm definitely missing having longer and thicker hair. So thank you for releasing this wonderful video. Peace and love

Felicia Mesadieu: Wow after watching this video I have so much more insight to women who have straight hair and their healthy haircare regimen. Your hair care routine is not much different from someone with a curly or kinky texture who is dedicated to having healthy long hair. I now realize that every hair type desires the same love and detailed care no matter the texture. I would say that your regimen is very similar to mine. A few differences would be -- I have to sleep with a satin scarf and pillowcase so that my hair does not dry out from a cotton fabric. Since my hair is more kinky my natural oils do not reach the tips of my hair easily as it would with someone with straight hair, so I have ensure that my hair is properly hydrated and moisturized. I also deep condition quite a bit more. I wear protective styles almost 90% of the time. I do my best to stay away from heat and I wash my hair once a week or once every other week. I nourish my hair with natural oils as well. I also do scalp massages to stimulate growth. Thank you for sharing your tips.

Boy in blue: I’ve been doing so good with my hair, I haven’t used heat in years other than 1-2 times. And it’s amazing, my hair is naturally fluffy and slightly wavy. And my main styles are, a pony or bun, and I always keep my hair in a braid for bed. It’s nice to see a YouTuber doing something I’ve been doing for years. Also I use a shampoo that I add to, I add a bit of oil and a keratin powder sometimes honey if I have it. And a method I call dry condition where I put my conditioner in before I shower and let it sit.

Kim Taehyung: Anyone else just really blown away by purely how beautiful she is— Her eyes- even her teeth.. like wow she’s the level of beauty I wanna be one day:’)

Its me Yoni_: Me with short hair: MOM! GET MEH SOME COCONUT OIL! Me with long hair: MOM! CAN YOU CUT MY LONG AS HAIR?! My mom: AAAH! JUST GET FREAKING BALD >:O

Queen.oftheclouds 420: The hardest part for me about going without heat tools is that my hair is really really frizzy and there are a lot of fly always too. Even if I style it by braiding the night before my hair still like frizzy crap. It would be great if you could make a video on HOW to go without heat. You know, like things you could do to keep hair looking less frizzy and wild? Idk if this makes sense. I tried looking up a video for it, but a lot of them focus mainly on styles.

K: I want to grow my hair until its hip length then just maintain it at that length

Alexa Castillo: So I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and it really has helped me improve the health of my hair and I’m currently in the process of growing it out and you’ve given me very helpful tips and information thank you❤️

enoud: if you really think it is just genes think again! i used to have a very beautiful hair until i stopped taking care of it and it became the worst. now i'm regrowing my hair back with most of the things she said and i'm REALLY starting to see a difference even though i did follow these methods before watching her videos. however yes you will not get her naturally beautiful thick hair but you will make the hair you were born with 1000 better if you really take care of it inside out.

Alaian Brammer: Thank you Sarah, this is an inspiration. I am trying your hair tactics. I'm using better hair methods, silk pillow case. I tell a difference. The hair rinses are amazing. Thank you for your tips. I had long haor and recently, this past April I chopped it to my jaw. Even though I regret it, I felt as though I needed to start over. I'm trying my best to keep it healthy. How long did it take for you to grow your hair out? I tried oiling my hair but it made my hair so oily. I have oily skin as it is, but does it really help??

Fragile As Glass: Step one: Be born with thick hair.

Yasmin yarwood: Thank you for this video! I have had health problems and my hair had thinned out and it falling out :( I was also using really bad shampoos as well. Gonna follow your tips ! Hopefully I can get my thick hair back

Monica Van Ittersum: Watching this video and comparing it to your hair now is fascinating. Your hair is so so so beautiful here, but your hair is improved so much that its EVEN MORE beautiful and healthy now. Your tips are so valuable ❤️❤️❤️ More hair health and skin health videos please!! ❤️

Kavita: I used to think that perfection doesn't exist. Then I looked at her hair! Love ur hair. Pleaseeeeeeeee do a quarantine morning routine..and night... Please. Ur hair is my goal

Jennifer Gilder-farooq: Omg love your hair in this.Looks so gorgeous. It looks almost blonde with a gorgeous wave and love the growing out side bangs. Also it hangs down in tousled waves and is much more in style than how it looks now.Personally I feel it is far too long now and doesn’t show off your pretty face but this look is so lovely on you.A friend says you should chop your hair to your shoulders then give a week by week update ,imagine all the fans that would watch but personally I would love to see your hair like this again you look so lovely in this. Like you better without the bangs

abby & elena: "You are what you eat". It's true, my blood is probably 80% pizza sauce...

Olivia Zhang: When I look at your hair, I know what real "jealous" means...hahaha

Toomy M: Your video was amazing! I am gonna use these tips cuz I straighten my hair once or twice a week. Thank you for sharing these tips!

storytreble3: FINALLY! Someone who has the same hair that I do! You are beautiful! I thought I had figured out my hair but now that I am starting my first teaching job, I want to look more put together and professional. I can't straighten my hair every day but braids and other do's make me look sooo much younger than I am. Thank you for your tips!

Joo Joo: To Sarah, I found this video toward the beginning of 2016. At that time, my hair was totally wrecked. It was so damaged from a million things and was in such poor condition and I was fed up. I wanted to grow my hair long again (even though I'd had it long when I was younger, I always used flatirons and dyes and treated it horribly so it was gross-ong, not beautiful long) and so I went to YouTube looking for answers. I watched your video and before it I had no idea how luxurious and calming hair care could be and the benefits that could come of it. I got a haircut and set out to start what has now become a real journey of healing with my hair but also myself. I invested in oils and good shampoo and conditioner and learnt as much as I could about healthy hair. I didn't realise at the start, but most of my hair was damaged basically up to the root, and I essentially started a process of growing/cutting/growing/cutting/growing/cutting and so on. I also have trichotillomania which means i had/and still somewhat have certain balding spots that I hope to one day overcome and grow out. Its Nov 2018 now, and my hair is at my shoulders. It was probably BSL when I started, but over time I became more invested in the health of my hair rather than the length. My hair has changed so much - its got thickness back, its shiny (god it was so awful cutting out the flatiron because it was so damaged that the only way it looked good, like you said, was by styling it even more - endless cycle), and its just healthy and something that I can almost (once a bit more of my balding grows out) be 100% proud of. Thank you for making this video, you really inspired a change in my life and I can say that it feels so nice to have thick healthy hair that is at its fullest potential rather than being horribly damaged and wrecked. I really can't thank you enough. Now that its at my shoulders and so healthy (for the most part) all the way down to the shoulders, I feel as though I am ready to start growing it out to make it long like I wanted to when I first stumbled upon this video about two and a half years ago. I now know how to care for my hair and I am so excited to start the length process and this video means so much to me. I know its 'just hair', but I've had a lot of things go wrong and mental illness up the wall and all these terrible things - and it just feels nice to feel good in my body and have a great mane that keeps me cosy. Love, Julia.

Cristina R.: The BEST video of hair care routine I've ever watched. It is a bit difficult to change my hair habits. I follow some of your recommendations but I have to learn more and the path is still long for me. Thanks a lot for sharing these videos for such a long time. You have a new suscriber! Greetings from Spain \,,/

Real human person not a frog: Watching this before I chop my hair to a bob. I’m fine. This is fine.

C Leach: Lately I have been binge watching hair care vids. I have started wanting to start taking way better care of my hair because I have discovered my hair is what makes me feel pretty. I am 9, and at the moment my hair is relatively thick. I am aiming to get my hair to my waist, but it goes only around 30 cm off that target so I have a long way to go. Anyway, I wanted to let you know these are really helping me. Thank you. Your hair is lovely. :)

Divya M: Thankyou so much sis!!;-) Lovely video.I loved it!! This helped me with my hair!!

ADF FSD: you are: face goals hair goals  clothing goals smile goals eye goals voice goals eyebrow goals BASICALLY EVERYTHING GOALS TBH

Sofia Anisimov: I like to use a hemp shampoo and conditioner. It actually works very well for me and it has helped my hair grow faster, look and feel healthier, and it has helped my natural gold highlights come out more. Usually they only come out in the summer time when I go to the beach. I definitely recommend hemp hair products.

Sarah Morris: I LOVE my wooden hair brush! got it from Amazon and I also use vegan cold pressed coconut oil once a week on my scalp and use a tiny bit on my ends every other day to keep it from breaking and getting dry. I also use the brand sugar bear hair to help my hair grow and keep from breaking so much since my hair is some what thin.

Lusine Galstyan: 7:28 yeaah! This technic with vinegar I do also, that's my granny's old way to keep the hair shiny and soft.I also don't wash it,I do it when I'm already done with taking shower. I tell it everybody who I know, I recommend everybody, but people always don't believe me or they think it will smell horrible It smells like vinegar only when it isn't dry yet.But as long as your hair is dry,it starts to smell like your shampoo or conditioner. You can try it ones and if you don't like it don't do anymore, but I am 90% sure you'll keep on doing it,.Even after the first use you will see how magical it works. You'll get angel hair❤

Lili Vojtek: I love this video a lot, and I find it very informative, but I have to add that the 2014 aesthetic is so prominent in the video, I will once show it to my child if they ask what my youth was like :D

mollie corona: everyone wants thick hair until they actually have thick hair

SpazyAzy's Art: This was a good video, I have medium length of hair and now I am growing it back long and keeping it long for a while! I will have to give these a shot and see if they work!

Strong Advocate: Thank you for posting this! Fantastic info. Researching brushes now for my wife. I've seen a couple others who like Tek. Definitely keep us posted on Euro Tech. You're awesome!

Gal Margalit: Hi there, LOVE your videos! finally found more ideas and info on natural stuff :) Question for you- on the days you don't shampoo your hair- do you rinse it with water at all? or keep it dry on those days? Thanks!

Siya: It's awfully hard to maintain long hair but I still love my hair ❤️

Kaili Komp: Lately, my friends have been asking how come my hair is so pretty. My answer has always been 'I oil my hair' :D I can't sleep with my hair down so I usually either braid it or put it in a bun but some time ago I thought I could also put oil in my hair while I'm at it so my hair could get some much-needed nourishment over the night. And it seems that it's all working because others notice the change.

Taleah Aston: Woah I just previously subscribed and just found out she's been on YouTube since 2014??! How does she not have like 5 million subscribers!!!

isabelle holmes: I think your tips are amazing every time I wach your videos I get more and more relaxed. My hair is getting longer and longer so I thank you so much for helping me

Anastasia Baechler: Oh my gosh I just realized when I saw your birthday that we have the same birthday! You are my favorite YouTuber and I am so happy we share the same birthday! I have been watching your videos for years and I think you are so smart and I have been using some of the same products you recommend and I love them. Thank you so much for your advice! ❤️ P. S I love your top and your lip stick

Hannah Jackson: Everyone always suggests dry brushing, but no one ever mentions dealing with curly/wavy hair. My hair would be a pouf ball if I brushed it dry :(

HH M: My hair is very damaged due to bleaching , she forgot to say , stay away from bleaching at all cost, but I am assuming she has never punished her hair with bleach just as so many women like me, due to lack of education on hair beauty, her hair is amazing. I would be very happy just achieving waist length and healthy hair ,even if is not thick. Thank you for the advices:)

smbigle 91: Hello, I love your videos especially how much hair you have! I was wondering if these hair care can help "thicken" or "add" hair as I have thin hair. Keep up the care

Suzi Wolfgang: I started using the Calia shampoo and conditioner after one of your videos. Thanks so much for the recommendation it took a long time to find products with only natural ingredients. I like the line for oily hair since that’s what I struggle with the most. I can immediately tell the difference with unnatural shampoo. My hair gets oily so fast but with the calia I can actually make it a full week before washing my hair again. I want to get a wooden brush next.

RockTransistor: Hi Sarah, thank you for posting new videos again! I’m still watching the old ones too though :) I just donated half of my hair and not only do I have to adjust to the length but to the color too, it’s a lot darker now. I see in this old video that your hair is a lot lighter than it is now, is this the result of the hair lightning method you explain in one of your other videos? I’m thinking about trying it. I’ll be grateful for a reply! Thank you for all your help!

Stacey Shaffer: Your hair is beautiful. Thank you for all of your tips. This video was very informative and helpful

johandri lubbe: Wow..... I'm speechless, like just wow. I am definitely so gonna try these tips, you have great advice, your a motivational speaker and make great videos

Naeema Mohammed: Thanks for all tips you been advised to get a healthy hair I am following and implementing your recipes.

Eleanor Douglas: Just to say guys, they sell really great wooden brushes at the body shop

c C: shes a living proof for healthiness

Lauren's reviews: I have very thick hair and my story started a few months ago and I had lots of stress from school and my hair was falling out. my hair is finally growing back and I seem to be happy now I’m at a new school with positive energy and my hair is at its best. So my tip is that always try not to stress and be in a positive environment.

Brynne Clarke: Hi there! Great video! How do you make your green drink in the morning, what ingredients do you use and do you blend or juice them? Thank you! ♡♡

shubhi singh: You haven’t done such a video in a long time .... please do it again ❤️

Gloria Candiolo: I praise you for knowing how to braid your hair because my sister has long hair but it is so thin and damaged and she never lets me braid it. It is such a waste. Well done. You look beautiful.

Ummay Salar: I just fell in love with your hairs ❤️

Lyndsay Raine: I feel like you and Tati would be besties ❤️ you both have a similar radiating light!

Elena Forest: I had my below-the-waist long hair cut much more than I wanted to.. It ended up above elbow length, two months before prom, so I really freaked out, cause naturally I was used to my long hair, it was kind of my thing ( never dyed it before, never used iron curler or straightener, too, always conditioned etc.). Now I usually have a great hair gene - grows really fast, strong and thick, however in that particular time, I needed like extremely fast growth without being too harsh on the hair. My grandma had told me that she used to put castor oil in the roots of her hair, when she was younger and apparently it did an amazing job for healthy hair growth, so I decided to give it try... I just bought pure clean organic oil from our pharmasy, and I decided to put it in the roots and at the ends of my hair, then wrapped it in a plastic bag, and finally in a towel, so it would warm up - I waited for 6 hours before I washed it. Did that twice a week. By the end of the two months my hair was again waist-long, amazingly healthy. This is the best thing I've tried so far. If I would to recommend any hair growth and repair tricks, it would be that. However, don't get deceived by some mixed perfumed versions of it, or shampoos with it. Very plain organic pure castor oil does the real job. It's usually really cheap and with a thick, sticky, still oily consistency. It's a big mess, and you need to try harded when washing your hair, afterwards, but as long as you're consistent, it works amazingly well. Of course then there is the fact that not everybody's hair usually reacts in the same way towards products, but as far as my experience, at least it's not irritating the scalp in any way. I was also concerned, because my hair is generally oily, but there was no issue with that, since I made sure I would wash everything away. Also usually when I had leftovers I used it on my eyelashes - interestingly enough, didn't irritate my eyes, even though it would get in them, but I really saw a difference in the length after about two weeks. I would love to hear about somebody else's experience with castor oil =)

isa: Omg I just found this channel AFTER I cut my hair I want long hair back But the good thing is my hair grows fast thanks for this video for some FASTER tips!

Carly Callaway: Love this! I struggle with having healthy hair because I always have to have it in a ponytail for sports. Any advice for that?

Aditi Kumar: I followed your advice for 6 months. It ruined my hair. I wanna cry!!! I can’t believe that your hair care routine is why you have beautiful hair. There has to be genetics playing a role in this

TheRachPatch: I love you hair this color! Did you naturally lighten it? Can you do a video on that?

Kat H: What's life like with SO MUCH hair? It's unbelievable. ❤

google account19: I can't even count how many times I've watched this video, it inspires me every time

Alex _: I envy you ❤️ although my hair has natural beach waves and is a caramel blonde color.. it also is quite thin. I don't use heating tools or brush it either but is there a way that I can have fuller hair?

nathalia nicolle: I love your hair!!!!!! It's so beautiful. I struggle with oily and thin hair. My hair goes past my waist line. What shampoo do you recommend? I want a clean one that will help with growth and thickness. Any affordable version for this? Thank you!!!!

R: Hey @holistichabits Sarah! Just wondering what kind of haircut you have? As in, when you go to the salon, what do you ask for? I really like that your hair has shape but not too many layers. Thank you :)

Stephanie R.: Clarifying shampoo + Oil treatments and/or Protein to Moisture Deep Conditioner based on what your hair needs (lifeless & stringy means needs protein & dry means needs moisture), does help. This mainly is what I've done to achieve my long hair. I agree quitting usage of heat tools does help. Using natural products for everything, does as well.

Trendy Girl Nails: well you offically have the most gorgeous hair ive ever seen....

SANJU JAISWAL: You are goals ❤ I really want to ask does your hair shed if yes then how many strands do you loose each day?
