Here, damn [ __ ]. I need to stop pouring away. Just hair is luscious [ __, ], exciting, put on a new wig tomorrow, [ __ ] give me some more wigs, [ __ ]. My competitive incident is up there yeah. I know my hair's [ __ ] up and everything, but you know what i'm saying like this ain't [ __ ] up here. You know what i'm saying this natural veil here like this is not nappy here, like the the the society got ta. Think of this nappy head, there's not nappy here. This is [ __ ] natural strong. Here they could stand under the sun and you could get into a fight and it's still gon na, be there hey get out my way. This is i'm doing a hair mask for culture. This is avocado and i just finished putting the argan oil. I'M gon na put mayonnaise uh, castor oil, olive oil. I know it's a lot of oil, but my baby hair got to be really hydrated like mines and um, and i'm about to put egg and honey to laugh right. But mia is for me and culture, big school, big chunky, school honey and i'm not gon na put that much honey because you know, since this is a baby, i don't want her hair to be sticky and she just touches it and weird stuff. You know just a little bit: that's it guys wish me luck! Cracking this egg! Ah, and now i'm gon na put a lot of a lot of black castor oil. You'Ll put it all in that [ __, ] and uh. I'M gon na put it in the blender, so the avocado me i actually added another extra avocado so that avocado meat won't be in your [ __ ] head because it's really hard to take avocado chunks off your head. So why not? I might add a banana because a banana is really good. Um nutriments to the hair. All of this [ __ ], is good for the hair. You know what i'm saying another egg take the table smooth. It is now this [ __ ] right here is going to go to uh for me and my baby's hair and let me go wash it the the mind you this don't have conditioner and look how it brings out her curl pattern. This treatment is really good for curl patterns. I don't really have a curl pattern, but my baby he does so. This is really okay guys. So this is really how my hair is uh. My hair gets like this. When you blow dry it then, two days later, it just gets pop up like that. This, even when you braid it, this is my hair texture is my hair is not curly, so the the like, my daughter's hair, is curly. She got like curls or like little coils too, but my [ __ ], just don't get curly at all. It'S just straight like this um, but i still needed moisture and it's just a good uh hair mask to help your hair grow and all the good things that you put in your body. You got to put in your hair you're not going to put soda in your hair because of course so does not go for your body, so it's definitely not good for your hair and yeah. Let'S keep on going so i finished, and this is the end result. This side look, i want to show you without no filter how it looks nice and shiny

Ashley Campbell: She wears wigs all the time. And I think she found a method or a stylist that knows how to install her wigs and simultaneously keep her hair protected under those wigs so she keeps her real hair healthy and that's how she retains length & health. And I do think it's silly to associate long hair with mixed-race people. Black people can grow their hair as long as they want. She may be mixed but she is Afro Latina and she has Afro hair.

Pauline B: People are so stupid when they think you have to be mixed or something to have long hair. The ignorance is real. Every female in my family including myself have long thick hair. It's just in our DNA. Yes black women do have long hair .

Beauteous soul: There's no such thing as BAD HAIR !! All HAIR IS GOOD!! There's no such thing called good !! That's right

10K Javonne: That’s gorgeous Cardi. I love how real she is about it; everybody that’s hating should ask themselves how many other celebrities are sharing their own hair growth journey and secrets who else is real enough to do that.

Angela Jenkins: She is showing those with well maintained hair you can have healthy wonderful hair. You go Cardi!

Rwoodwin: Natural strong hair that can stand under the sun, and you can get into a fight, and it's still gonna be there. AY!!! GET OUTTA MY WAY!!! I can't hold back the laughter. Cardi is hilarious! I don't follow her career, dont listen to her music, dont watch her perform on stage but when something comes across my feed saying that she is clapping back; my curiosity takes me to see what she has to say. This girl is GORGEOUS & HILARIOUS!!! AND I have nothing but love for her ❤ She will always be in my prayers❤

Elaina McFadden: My granddaughter’s hair is past her waist. And she’s not mixed, doesn’t have a hair routine, nada. But I love whatever Cardi does. She’s my spirit Angel. Note to strangers: please stop coming up and touching/pulling her hair or asking “is it a weave”? It uncomfortable. Black girls can grow their hair just as long as their counterparts. Thank you.

almondyJoy: The best way to grow healthy long hair and keep it, is low manipation. After shampooing and conditioning, put it in a low manipulated style and just just leave it alone. All of the constant slicking back with gel, pulling back, tight braiding and wearing of lacefronts will not allow the hair you do grow to retain it's length.

Bali Bombay R.N.: I love her But you know it definitely helps to have money so you have access to the best treatments and stylist. I noticed that a lot of artists’ natural hair started growing once they made it big. Ex: Cardi, the Stallion, Taraji, Beyoncé etc etc

Angie Tennyson: I just love her for her authenticity!!

Heavena Wilson: Her Hair mask is something I would try.. Her natural hair is beautiful..When one wears wigs alot people sometimes forget to take care of the real hair they have underneath.

JameeWoodard: Take care of your hair and it will grow. Wigs and weaves are protective styles as along as you care for your natural hair.

Tabbie J's Voice: She's a everyday person...& ppl are so caught up in celebrities lives that they'll start a whole fight with you over these ppl...There's nothing she's doing someone average out there isnt doing....Maybe if ppl stop praising these celebrities like they're gods they wouldn't be so judgemental or surprise when they do or say something...# Nothing new

Maya Lynn: I appreciate the fact she shows the reality of our hair. She does ALOT in order to grow her hair. At the end of the day she’s showing that if you are African descent, no matter the depth of the curl pattern, you gotta work with your hair to retain health and growth

Georgia Mitchell: I love this young woman. She's as sweet as she is raw. Totally 100%. I'd love to know her when she hits 40.

MzSB Jones: The method she using are also not some over priced products with ingredients you can’t pronounce. It’s simple and cheap.

iamqueenaatifa: Facts about her saying you can get into a fight and it’s still gonna be there

Jvonne Mcmichael: Showing that she cares for her n daughter's hair. Lets go, let it grow, and shine like a brand new dime. Yes makes a lot of cents. Thanks Cardi B gonna try and see if it works for me.

Kay Marie: I’m sure she doesn’t really have a routine. Simply having it braided and not washing it too often definitely helps the growth. Product does not really growth your hair. How you take take of yourself and the things u consume is what helps

AKIYIAKELLY: I love how real she is.

Kiana Marie: And she's absolutely right! Being mixed don't mean your hair is supposed to be longlike what???? Who made these lies about our hair up???? People are truly lost

Brianne Tudela: Sounds like someone is jelly. Hair is what you make of it. Anyone can grow their hair but it does take yeeeaaarrrssss, patience and consistency!

ntsiki yedwa: I just wanna say that it's extremely difficult to grow long, very curly hair. Her hair is way more straight compared to other African textures. Curl patterns make the hair more sensitive - it tangles fast and breaks more easily. You resort to protection hair styles that defeat the purpose of growing your hair.

CARRIE SIMMS: My daughter is mixed as well and we had a hard time getting her hair to grow. Now she has found the right products for her hair to. Hair can be fixed as long as you have the right products.

Septina Willis: My cousins and I used that recipe when I was a teenager..we didn't use Avocado, we didn't know what that was..I forgot about that recipe until Cardi B used it..it makes your hair strong and healthy..I'm 63 yrs young..Thanks for sharing..

Tiffany Coach-Brown: I sooooo love her each one teach one mentality ❤

Shawnie C.: Even though protective styling can be beneficial in hair growth , dont get too obsessed with it that you lose out on having fun with your hair . Enjoy your hair at every stage. My best years of being natural was when my hair was a shorter length. Long hair doesnt define us. And protective styling isnt the only way you can maintain length. I wash and go once or twice a week and have been able to maintain length that way. Have fun and do whats best for you! Our hair is amazing no matter the length! Ultimately hair retention comes down to one thing : taking care of it! How you choose to is your doing, your hair will show you when you are on the right path! Shout out to cardi and all my girlies on their hair journey.

Queen keikei88: I thought bad hair was defined as split ends and poorly nourished hair. Before we start educating others we first must educate ourselves.

Andrew Johnson: she is right about all that being good for our hair !

Chrissie Carpenter: Did she just say it's 'nutriments for the hair'? I love to hear her talk

YourRoyalRuby♡: She's right I made this avocado mask one time and didn't blend the avocado completely smooth it was a full project getting those chunks out of my hair! Blend it SMOOTH

Kyky: She has beautiful hair and growth to go with it...i dont see the problem Thats right Cardi Stong hair is always the best

Lavendar Ladybug Adventures: Not manipulating your hair alot also helps with growth, I learned

Uniquely Designed: Her hair is GORGEOUS ❤

Mentagasm: That is actually a great hair mask. Find the ingredients that work for you and work it. A lot of natural medicine folk say if you cant eat it it should not go on your skin or hair. If you wear wigs or protective styles you have to take care of the hair underneath. Hair grows at a minimum of a half an inch per month.

RMTae LoverME: The main thing women really need to know .....just like she said it's not about just taking care of your hair it's about taking care of your whole body. My sister-in-law's hair is butt length and thick (she's a beautiful dark chocolate woman). But her hair wasn't always that long. When she was in college her hair was short and straggling like Cardi and her skin was horrible. She started drinking a gallon of water a day, stop eating junk food (especially Hot Cheetos and diet pop) she's not a vegetarian or anything like that but she cut down her meat consumption significantly she look at meat like the side dish not the main. I can tell you her skin is like glass and so soft. She has always exercise daily due to she's a soccer coach. Said it was purely accident cuz she wasn't trying to lose weight or anything like that she was just trying to increase her endurance. But when she saw the changes she wanted to maintain retain her length. Then she also started following Curly Proverbs here on the tube. I started implementing her routine and the first thing I saw is... BAbbbbbeee my skin is like a babies butt now. I had a little bit longer than shoulder-length hair( was always thin). But it all broke off do to bad eating habits and bad stress. I'm not look for butt length just health.

Scorpio Cara: I didn't know cardi had all that hair DAMN. definitely don't need wigs and lace fronts. Wow

Felicia Towns: Long hair is a woman’s glory says the lord. God bless every woman of color including my daughter for natural long hair. We shouldn’t comment on CARDI B’s hair they have to change styles for photos shoots and video etc. it would be too much on her natural hair so definitely protect your mane . I love all of it! Wigs, extensions and weave protective hair styles an all natural ways.

JESUS IS GOD: Protective Styling + Vitamins + Staying Hydrated+ Castor Oil on Scalp = GROWTH! ‍♀️

K J: Cardi has beautiful hair and it is taken care of really well. I love her personality and how she always uplifts others.

Rashawndria Henderson: I love it. I've always used egg, Mayo and Black castor oil but I was sleep on these other ingredients so THANK YOUU CARDI for these ingredients and I can't wait to take my braids down and start this regime in me and my sons hair

Mary Ann’s Crochet Hands: I applaud Cardi. She is trying to let all natural women and girls know we don’t have to just watch and struggle. There are options. She clearly has a great stylist. The wigs are done perfectly and it hasn’t effected her natural hair. Wigs can be protective if maintained properly. My 25 year old is mixed and she had a shit ton of hair, meanwhile her sister my 27 year old had short hair that wouldn’t grow. The difference? The youngest lived with me ALL of her life, so I cared for her natural hair. My oldest lived with her, and I say this so you have the correct picture, she lived with my husband’s mother who knew nothing about African, curly, mixed hair. She took her to salons, they put a relaxer in her head and broke it all off. Fast forward. My oldest came to live with me at 17 and her hair flourished. She comes to me still to get her braids, and her hair cut and color done. Just being mixed never guarantees long hair ‍♀️

Mz. Miller: Just bcuz a person is mixed race does not mean their hair is automatically gonna be long or have a loose curl pattern. Just ask Doja Cat. No matter what race u are though I still need to keep ur hair healthy & that takes work. This stereotyping people bcuz of the grade of their hair or the race of people they belong to is dumb af. If y’all do ur research you will find that just like skin color & facial features, ur early ancestor’s hair evolved & adapted to the environment they came to settle. After leaving Africa to travel & explore other lands they became stranded bcuz the route they took to get there no longer existed.

Melissa Registe: Cardi B method help my hair 100% and hair have good length. Thank you Girl!

Dominique Carlos: Thats wassup cardi it looks amazing and f what other plp have to say if you know thats your hair keep it pushing don't prove nothing to anyone. As a black women with long hair plp never believe me either smdh but once they see it for themselves its mine then its a different story so again f them keep ya keep up mama

Cindy Douglas: It’s natural hair and extra growth from being pregnant as well, well I know my hair grew like running water with all my pregnancies and I did totally nothing to it.

Tabby Kamau: Oh my gosh, she's so pretty and cute without makeup! Not to mention her gorgeous hair!

Flora GoodVibes: I love the mixture....Avocado, eggs, bananas, castor oil, honey. This is even more effective when you leave it in your hair, throw on a shower cap and let it steam overnight, then wash it off in the morning.

Donni Blahh: I have been saying that for years and some people are just so freaking ignorant. GOOD HAIR, BAD HERE THERE'S NO SUCH THING!!!

Shayvideos1: Love her post...so true .. some people have it bad with calling kids hair nappy or calling them" naps" for fun but it's not fun nor funny. Then they wonder why young girls/women especially don't like their natural hair.

Cordobito De La Corredera: She has a beautiful hair. This mask really works.

Adrienne Bazemore: I love it long thick and healthy hair that's what matters! That's really ignorant for somebody to think that you have to have good hair just because your mix. Cardie keep doing your thing and forget these haters

monique smith: She needs to be more like this in general. This vid was very positive i love it.

Tshegofatso Ntwe: I love when she said there's no such thing as bad hair. I think it's better to say someone's hair is damaged because some products really do damage hair.

Charlene Gandy: She has beautiful hair, she's a beautiful woman. Wild and funny and fun she's just being herself

MsRashedia32: She also had two pregnancies that aided in her hair growth due to the increase in hormones while she was carrying shits pretty asf too

GABBY CARTER: The ignorance of people trying to deny Cardi's much apparent African heritage.SMDH!

Shari Mayo: One thing I like about Cardi is she stays true to herself. Love it or hate it, she is not changing.

Model Win: Let the haters hate Cardi B looks incredible

Tamara D: Yes black woman can have long hair, however, the fact still remains that the tighter the curl pattern the harder it is to retain moisture and growth and this is from experience.

Carla NB: I hate when people say..."why you wear wigs your hair is already long & pretty"...then I have to explain its to protect my hair so it will continue to grow & stay that way. Shouldn't it be obvious that applying heat, pulling & stretching it everyday to get into a fancy hair style does not promote good hair growth? ‍♀️...I'm not a huge fan of Cardi B, but I gotta appreciate her for explaining the process for the folks in the back.

Donna Maxwell: Love her...she keeps it straight

Sunciare Roberson: She spoke nothing but truth. It’s sad that ppl who are insecure with their own hair texture reflect their insecurities about not her and her hair texture.

R G: Cardi B is so hilarious! I love her!

Sharon Carter: That’s right Cardi! I’m so sick of the haters. You are a beautiful person inside and out.

Tara Cullen: Cardi B has beautiful hair, she needs to wear it more in her photoshoots, music videos, award shows etc..!!!!!‍♀️

Frances Walker: Yep, years ago my mother-in-law was a cosmetologist and she says there is no such thing as "good" hair or "bad hair". It's just texture.

Nereida Ramsey: I think Cardi’s hair is beautiful and looks healthy, absolutely gorgeous

🤎 Solana 🤎: I'm 29. I didn't even realize I had a curl pattern until I tried this hair mask. 100% recommend.

Kim Morris: Thank you Cardi B. You're absolutely right. There is no such thing as bad hair.

Echelon: So that why my hair hasn't been growing all these years....... To much damn soda, damn..... Thanks Cardi B.

Brandy Mcknight: People will find anything to hate on someone about....its hair for God sakes...we all have it!

2toosexE: People also need to remember she just had a baby and your hair grows a lot when pregnant. Not everyone will shed the growth especially if you stay on your prenatal drugs for a while after giving birth.

Nunya Raines: She's right. My Natural Type 4 hair is about that long when blow dried. However, those natural ingredient mixtures are tiresome. She could just by the Mane Crush, Henna Suqq or Eco Slay Products for those pre-mixed products in jars.

Carolyn Dorrough: 4c no matter what race you GOT to be on top of that hair type. I'm trying this,! Thank you Cardi. ❤

Camille McGhee: I luv Cardi B. The HATERS need 2 leave her alone.

YourRoyalRuby♡: These hair routines are helpful and I used the avocado mask but not as often as I wish I could but someone told me do these in moderation sometimes these foods have ingredients where it can add up to too much at a time like too much protein

Lisa Ferrell Ferguson: My son, daughter and myself has tried it and it is wonderful. I have really course hair and let me tell you ,baaaaaabeeeee it's amazing.

Mari Loves Peace: If it wasn't for her showing what helped grow her hair. I would have never found something that actually helps my hair grow. And maintain thickness.

Phillis brown: Cardi thank you for sharing your hair is gorgeous and healthy!

Wasnme Fureal: YES CARDI I AGREE AND HAVING A COUPLE OF MILLION DOLLARS DOESN'T MATTER EITHER. EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT USE SOME PRODUCTS FROM HOME BUTTTT STILL GO TO THE SALON EVERY WHAT????THEN EVERY SO OFTEN USE HOME CARE THENNNN BACK TO SALON MAYBE JUST MAYBE OUR (ROUTINE)WILL WORK OUT ALSO JUST MAYBE‍♀️NOT HATING QUIT IGNORING THE MONEY FACTOR IT MAKES A DIFFERENCEAGREE TO DISAGREE

JodyNanci: I’m definitely gonna try this mask. Her hair looks amazing

Glory Mosby Floyd: Properly well maintained hair can grow as long as desired no matter what race or ethnicity It's sheer ignorance to think otherwise

Yvette Gilbert: I'm 100% black and I used to get the " you got good hair" NO, ALL HAIR IS GOOD. THANK GOD FOR MY PARENTS.

Asiya Iammuah: Cardi is inspiring me to step my game up..if my hair could punch me, it would stomp me out in a pair of timbs

Solando Iceberg: Imagine having to prove stuff or argue with strangers online. Must be tough.

BrownSugaBabe 429: I just a avocado hair mask similar to this and I felt a difference. I will get in a routine of doing it every 2 weeks. Thanks for sharing Cardi B.

Andrea Emerson: that's right some textures dry out really fast. You have to find the product that works for you not your "hair type" have to find that balance and it takes time to see the results

Marvella Jones: She showed her natural everything doing wap and her hair was short uneven and badly over processed 7 months later and this length

Jim Glass: I love how she looks with no make up on. She looks so adorable and spoiled

Mrs. Lady: Cardi thank you. I was writing your mask ingredients down so fast. I am definitely going to start doing this. Thanks. I just love your realness.

mrsbrownsugarsweetz: I use the same ingredients in my hair except the honey and it does repair and hydrate. But hair (glory) needs more than hydration. U have to protect it. Which is what she is doing with all those wigs and money . Find styles that promote growth and protection as u hydrate and care for ur hair(glory).

Omayra Lara: I literally have three textures of hair on my head I use the same recipe she uses. My hair is thick and strong .

Social Work Sheryl: I love that Cardi clapped back and let people know that just because you are mixed does not mean you will have naturally curly hair. Cardi is Afro-Latino and that means she is Black and Latino. Therefore, she could have different textures of hair. There is NO SUCH THING AS BAD HAIR!! Black Women like myself have had long , healthy hair since the beginning of time. Most of the women in my family, especially on my Mother's side, have long, healthy hair. That is because we take care of our hair consistently by washing, conditioning, and getting regular trims every 6-8 weeks. If women stop putting so much stress on your hair with tight braids or weaves that pull your hair out, you can maintain healthy hair. But, you have to care for your hair.

Marcia Holmes: All you really need is a good hairdresser, not a stylist to grow your hair. Stay away from being a product junkie and just keep your hair moisturized and maintained.

Drawfuless: I wish I had a mom or parent who did stuff like this for me.

Lakiyah Turner: “You can get into a fight and that hair will still be there” ☠️☠️

Monique Batise': Love how she can take that wig off n have that hang time yessssss... thumbs up natural hair .. you go Cardi

jenaccess4luv: I am African American and had hair down to my hips. What? I wasn't suppose to have long hair because I am black My best friend who is Lebanese has always struggled to grow her hair. Hair growth has nothing to do with ethnicity. There is a whole lot of women growing their hair to great lengths. Check out Indigenous Strandz here on YouTube she has thigh lengths hair

Amy Brown: Your hair looks so healthy, my daughter and I have to try this! Thank you
