Oh well, well, so a lot of you guys have been asking me how I was able to grow my hair. I have a few things that I have done that have really helped it. I'M just gon na get right into it. If you liked this video give it a thumbs up subscribe, I do have merch I'll show you some pigs, maybe check that out. One of the biggest things that I don't really see too many people talking about is that you want to switch up your part. This is just me trying to take a thumbnail, so don't mind that, but I did want to say if you have like a pony tail, let's say, and you have a big chunk of your hair, that isn't growing. That could have been growing and could have been contributing to the thickness of your pony tail. But now because you didn't switch your part and you have that bald spot, your hair is gon na, be thinner. So if you want to have long hair, which is why you clicked on this video and thick healthy hair, you have to take care of your hairline. Just remember that long, thick, healthy hair starts at your scalp. Obviously, there are things that we can't avoid like aging and genetics, so don't get down on yourself if switching your part doesn't make that big of a difference. I will always recommend this, though, because I saw such a huge improvement when your hair's parted anywhere. Every time you do this you're pulling your hair every time you put your hair in a ponytail wherever that part is that's being stressed and pulled at so you can't keep doing that for the rest of your life. You have to change it or else you're gon na go bald in that spot and that's exactly what happened to me. Everyone has, you know a little bit of hair like you can see your scalp, but if it gets to a point where you can see your hair receding, your hairline, you need to switch your part. You can see this little indent here and this little indent here. My part from the time I was a teenager to a few years ago. My part was always on this side and my hairline I will show you pictures started going back and back and back over here, but now it almost looks like it matches with that, and then I switched it to this recently and now you can see this is Going back a little bit, so I switched it to the middle now so that I can give the two sides a break like I can wear my hair like this or I can wear my hair up and it doesn't look terrible like it used to be really Bad here and honestly, I did get PRP, they draw your blood, they take the plasma from your blood and they inject it into your scalp. This was the day of my first PRP treatment ever see. We covered all of this. They treated my problem area. So not the whole scalp like if you were to wear a headband, it would be from the front of your hairline to the end of the headband, and that really did help. But I think that switching your part, if you can't get PRP, is definitely the way to go. I got the PRP done once and I saw some improvement actually a lot of improvement. This was me about to get my second treatment one month and eight days after the first treatment, so you can already see like a dramatic improvement in just over a month. This was the last time I got it. I only got it two time so I'll show you what it looked like after this second time, and I was like damn - this actually works. So this is the same day of the clip that I just showed right after I got my second and last treatment, and then this next clip is gon na be a few months after my second treatment. I just wanted to show you guys something really quick, because it's very exciting these little baby hairs. These are all new hairs that are growing. This is the side that I parted my hair on before I decided to change my part, so you can see like how much thicker it is and I'll bend down. My hair was freshly washed in that clip. It'S freshly washed. I took a shower this morning. Actually, the hairs are growing this way. I think it's because now I part my hair on this side a lot of times when you get things done like I got the sculpture done and I was like this is so dumb and I made a video telling you guys do not get that done, because It'S such a waste of money, but this I did not give it beauty fix. I got it at a different. Spa would definitely recommend them. Obviously, you're not gon na run out and do right now because of everything that's going on, but that definitely helps but, like I said, you need to switch your part every six months or something like that, so that you don't have a receding hairline after I got The PRP: that's when I switched my part so that the part that had it the worst could heal it looks really different. You could be switching your part, and that could be all well and good, but if your hair is in a ponytail - and you pull that out - which I am so guilty of - that I always like rip it out instead of like going in and untying it. What you can do to minimize the hair that will be pulled out is to use these at first, when I saw people using these. I was like this to me, looks like it's worse for your hair, like your hair's gon na get stuck in all these little things, but you can pull it out and it doesn't pull any hair out and my hair comes out very very easily in the shower. My hair comes out a lot. It honestly makes your hair have more volume in a ponytail. I don't know how it does that, but like it makes it kind of like go up like if I have my hair in a regular ponytail, it would not do that. I also use these these. Do it has a hair on it right now you can see you. Why can you not see that? Okay, just trust me, I would definitely recommend these over the scrunchies if your hair is always up like this you're. Putting a lot of stress and pressure on your hair nine times out of ten, my hair is in a low ponytail, so that none of my hair is being pulled it's very loose. The other thing I like to do, though, is I take these clips and I do like a half up half down I'll, take a clump of hair and I won't like pull it really tight I'll just loosely. Do this it's just away from my face, because I literally cannot stand when my hairs in my face, I'm honestly just noticing how long my hair really is it's kind of insane - and this is after I got a haircut cut like this much off my hair. It is really really long, that's kind of crazy. My hair was so damaged. Oh my god, I probably should have started with that. So I've always been really into dyeing my hair, but about two years ago my hair was just plain brown. I just dyed it brown, which is my natural color, and it was really short one day I decided I wanted to do blond again. I DM this girl on Instagram, so she told me that she recommended this, and so I got this so then I had someone fix it and rebleed my entire head after she had already bleached it like three times so my hair was bleached like four times within The month, oh my god, you can just see, oh, my god, it looked so bad and like I would keep getting it toned and stuff like that to try and fix it, and it would look good like kind of ashy for like one day, but then it Would feed back to yellow and, like it looks good in pictures cuz? I would edit it like. It looks white in this picture. Meanwhile, it was actually like, yellow, like you, can kind of see it's kind of greenish kind of yellow. You know so then I decided you know what it let's go pink, go hard or go home. You know what I mean. We went dark pink and I was actually getting ready to do an MTV show, but I went to Greece first, so this is me in Greece and my hair faded, because I went in the ocean to like a light, strawberry, pink, but the reason I have the Pink idea, like I was saying, was because I I was gon na film an episode on MTV and I wanted people to like. Remember me, so I was like it. Let'S read, I it bright ass pink. So if they googled me and saw my Instagram and stuff, they would be like. Oh that's her, you know what I mean she was ping care. My all my profiles, I won't point, had pink hair. So then it started to feed naturally like on its own, but obviously like it was so pretty like that light. Pink was so cute, it just kept fading and I was like what am I gon na. Do get my hair dyed pink like every month, so I decided, let's go gray, because why not so in the pictures? It looks really good, but like this, so it looked in real life um. You can see like a little spot of blue a little spot of pink and all so. I had a weird haircut at this time. My hair was really thin at the bottom because of the cut, then my hair went from grayish and ashy blonde to like the yellowy blonde, so I was like let's diet, brown but my boyfriend at the time, which is not my fiance. I accidentally died at this reddish color, which looked nice at first when it faded to this, and this was right before my birthday. So for my birthday I decided to get a haircut and to diet like this purpley color and it looked really cute. I loved how healthy it felt because it was cut and I really did like this color, but then I went to Aruba and maybe it was because of the ocean or just because of time passing, but the purple kind of faded to red then uh huh. I didn't want your hair anymore, I decided to get extensions and then, after that I was like you know what we need to leave our hair alone, and I did for like a year. My hair has been so many different colors, and especially in this past year or two, it was like the most I've ever done to it, my hair, no matter what always felt like it had this chemical in it. It was so disgusting feeling like right now. It feels so soft and smooth and it's shiny before it felt like hey, but it also felt like it had like chlorine in it all the time and I'm like what is going on. So I made a vow to myself to not put any harsh chemicals or bleach in my hair. The other thing that I did for a while is hair masks, and this is just a random one that I had in my drawer that I it's empty now that I used, I think, in order for these to really make a difference. You have to be really consistent with it. I did it every single time I was gon na wash my hair. That'S another thing that will get to how often I wash my hair cuz. That really does help too. Since I decided to make my hair healthier, I was able to transition slowly into now, washing my hair only like once a week - and I know that sounds disgusting, but my friend even tried it cuz. I told her to do it and she was like. Oh, my god. I haven't washed my hair for days and it's not even oily and I'm, like I told you, I washed my hair on the 22nd, so I went through that whole on the 22nd. Today is the 26th, so I had my hair all day on the 22nd 23rd, 24th 25th and today's the 26. So this is the fifth day it's just starting to get oily. I did not put any dry shampoo in it. It still looks pretty clean in the front, usually in like this areas where it's not too oily, but if it really is early, you can, like you, see how it sticks together. Like you know what I'm talking about, it's really not doing that that much like this is it from the back like. I would feel more than confident walking out of my house with my hair down and not feeling like it was oily, that's crazy. It doesn't feel well either. I used to wash my hair every single day and literally by the end of the day, it would feel oily. It took a long time to get to the point where I can wash it once a week and be okay. What I usually do is like I'll, let my hair go past the week and once it's past the week, it's like really oily. It'S disgustingly oily and I actually like massage my scalp when I'm watching a movie or something that just makes it even more oily, but that is good for your hair. The natural oils that your scalp produces is amazing for the ends of your hair. Just for your whole head, so what I do is I take my brush and I kind of like. I don't want to do it now, because this has like oily hair in it. But I will like kind of rub my scalp and it feels so good and pressed kind of hard. I make sure I brush the knots out of my hair first so that I'm not pulling my hair out. I said: there's like 15 minutes brushing my hair and honestly. This ship made a huge difference in how quickly my hair grew. It'S so true: that's stimulating your scalp, make sure hair grow and I used to always watch those videos where people would like tilt their head upside down and massage their head for like four minutes or something every day, the inversion method. I'Ve always wanted to try that, but I have been stimulating my scalp with my brush. Not only am i simulating the scalp, but I'm taking the oils from my scalp and coating it my whole hair on the ends, especially my hair, grew so quickly as soon as I started doing that like a week after surgery, I was like even my boyfriend's, my Boyfriend, my brother's girlfriend came to visit and she's like doing extensions and I'm like no, I loved my short hair when it was really short and really like. You know cute, but then, when it was growing out and who is that that, like awkward length where it's like kind of at your shoulder, but not real, I just was not into it. I was like thank the Lord that I was able to grow when it comes to. Like my diet, I am a very big water person. I'Ve always just loved water. I love how it feels when you drink water. The only thing that really changed was that I started doing hair bass and massaging my scalp and brushing it. So I think those are the things that really helped it, even though water is obviously amazing for your skin. It'S amazing for your body. Water is just so good for you, maybe it would have taken longer for my hair to go. If I did your butter, I don't know, I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you find it helpful. Let me know if you guys see results, because I would honestly love to be part of your hair journey. So if you liked it subscribe, give it a thumbs up and I'll talk to you guys soon.

Sasha: There’s a tip: If you want blonde hair and you don’t want to ruin your hair, invest in a good wig

Esme isAllthat: Why people find disgusting washing the hair once a week? I mean, it’s the best you can do! Washing your hair daily or four times a week is really damaging and unnecessary. Guys, your hair needs to breathe!

Tiffany Alvord: 1. Switch up your part [ wear a side part or try a middle part, the point is you always should switch it up ] 2. Use scrunchie [ I recommend satin ] - don’t pull your hair so hard when taking it out of a ponytail. Or use a hair clip if u don’t have a scrunchie 3. Hair masks - be consistent 4. Wash your hair once a week 5. Stop bleaching/coloring and cut off the damage 6. Scalp massages - Inversion Method

Karen De smarto: I once had super dark thick long and healthy hair now its short, bleached and fried af

Lex Thomas: I’m at the awkward shoulder length rn. Pray for me lol❤️

R: Girl, there was literally NOTHING wrong with your hair or hairline..NOTHING. I'd be happy to have your 'before' hair...you should see mine. I swear to god social media is literally creating new beauty problems for girls to fix and I'm sick of it. As a 21-year-old woman, I'm so tired of seeing new things that I constantly need to improve about myself.

Kimberly Perlman: The color it is now is the most flattering it makes your features pop

Noooooooope: To all my short hair girls: don’t worry you’re still beautiful! Long hair doesn’t make someone more beautiful

Sia: How to regrow your hairline back to normal: be rich and get a PRP.

Chloe Michelle: This is like the universe talking to me. I’ve been struggling with my hair and really want it to become more thick and healthier and then you posted this. Thanks Alana !

Vivian Pierce: My hair is extremely dry and thinning but after I started taking biotin and collagen pills my hair is growing like crazy! It probably grew like 2 inches in one month, I also recommend Shea butter

Maria June: Alana posts such good content!! Has purpose and is something a lot of people connect with! A big reason why I started my own channel

s w a r l e y: guuurl you can wear any part. Look at me, when I’d switch mine to a middle part I’d look like an egg Edit: wow thanks fellas!

Kelsey Garcia: Love your transformation girl Ive been every color and it always felt damaged too. Becoming a hairdresser taught me alot and you’re doing a great job. Definitely need to try the prp for fullness I learned something new today ❤️ Keep this kind of content going I love the beauty tips ✨

Melissa Teh: u know wht this is the video people need no offense to any other video out there but do u notice there is no product mention and just with minimal effort like this is amazing and girl those r real effective tips cuz it really works 10/10

Robin Nilsson: As an college athlete with dandruff, my dermatologist told me to wash my hair every day! Its all about using the right products at the right times for YOUR own needs. People waste so much money basically guessing what their hair and skin needs, they should have just spent it on one dermatologist appointment to begin with.

Jen: I cannot believe how much your hair has grown in just over a year! That’s amazing. Going to try massaging my scalp now!

Flourish With Liana: You’re such a girl boss, Alana. I love your vids sm. You’re literally one of my biggest inspirations to make my own YouTube channel, so thank you I know you want to inspire people to start their own channels, so I just wanna let you know you’ve definitely helped me start mine

ashton faith: did anyone else literally have no idea that you should switch up your part? ‍♀️

MM: Love this video!! I’ve been growing out my bleached hair for the last year! Cut it very short in September to help it grow more evenly since I had a lot of breakage. My natural color is very similar to your current color but a bit darker. I was going to add highlights/lighten it in September but after seeing this video it just motivated me to continue growing it out and then perhaps going back all natural!

figs: I love how this isn't sponsored by a certain product. But just gives normal tips we can all do that maybe we haven't thought of! ❤

SenoritaVinaM: I'm massaging my scalp as I'm watching the video, fingers crossed I'll have longer hair by the end of it

Zoë Paris: omg this could totally be why a spot on one side of my head is losing hair and the other isn't!!! Why have I never thought of this?! changing my part TODAY. thank you for this!!

Britney Nguyen: I’ve been waiting for this video!! I dye my hair alll the time and I’m a swimmer so maintaining healthy hair is a big struggle. Thank you for the video Alana!! Lots of love from Virginia

ASHLEY BROOKE ASMR: I have really healthy hair too!! I used to dye my hair all the time.. but because I took care of it. Did masks, wore my hair down, wash once a week etc my hair was always healthy even through the bleach, heat and other dyes! A few other things I love doing it allowing my hair to air dry, not brushing while its wet, and rinsing my hair with cold water every now and then too. I barely heat style it anymore and I havent shes it in 2 years or more. Loved this!

Anjali Hembrom: I just got personally attacked by her beauty

Eve Harrington: My hair is to my butt, I wash it about once every week and a half, always use a hair mask when I wash it, don't use heat (including hot water), use the plastic scrunchie thing, sleep with it in a braid, take a biotin supplement every night, massage my scalp every now and then, and mess around with my part just throughout the day. Also eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water.

Blush Crown: *Wow you did a lot to your hair! I usually do highlights but I’m resting from it right now and basically letting it be, trying to get it back to healthy and strong which is its regular stage, even though I always did highlights. Healthy hair is the best*

WILDheart: I just want to say that washing your hair once a week doesn't work for everybody. So I had always seen in the videos how we should wash our hair once a week and how in the starting it might feel weird but then your hair will get used to it and produce less oil. But that never worked for me. I tried for a long long time to only wash my hair once a week but I noticed a lot of my hair falling out when I did that. Sometimes for some people this doesn't work because the dirt builds up over the week and clogs the pores, thus making you hair fall out. I read this under some video and this completely changed the game for me. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and I have noticed a reduction in my hair fall. I hope someone else benefits from this :)

Kate Rose: I damaged my hair soo so bad about 7 months ago with bleach :( I keep cutting it short and it’s barely past my shoulders right now and the bottom several inches are still pretty damaged but much improved from what it originally was! So I can’t wait till some more time passes with dedication and love my locks again❤️ your hair is gorgeous btw❤️

Beatriz Sanchez: I love how honest you were about everything your hair went through. New sub here

Lucy McClaren: Wow honestly this got to be the coolest haircare video I've ever seen! Definitely gonna try all of these methods because I also want to grow my hair long and thick too. Thank you so much for this lovely video

Ana Morais: Thank you so much for your tips. I will try to do that the next few weeks. And I hope to get good results of it, because my hair needs it. My natural color is dark brown. And I did Californian locks, dyed my hair red and the last time I dyed my hair was black. I will never and will never dye my hair again. Thank you again for sharing your experience for us, you helped a lot. ❤️ Lots of love, xx.

Henrietta Grace: that red fade dye is exactly what i had! most of the dye is gone now i can't wait for it so be healthy and long like yours

Lorraine Carey: At sixteen I started dying my hair. I'm 67 now and still dying it. I'm almost at the point to go gray. Enjoy your youth and you will look back on this as one big journey. You are beautiful as well. Thank you for the great advice.I have to confess we did a Mayo Mask back in the 70s. It still works.

River 22: I love how honest and real you are. I normally don't trust youtubers when they are talking about products they use, but I would buy anything you recommend because you're so honest.

kyrielynn1: I never take the time to comment but I wanted to tell you that was a fantastic video. I’m pretty critical in nature but I appreciated how thorough you were in describing exactly how damaged your hair was, and the causes. If it wasn’t for that, and resonating with what feels like a dire situation in contrast to seeing your beautiful hair now, I would not be as optimistic as I am now. Also though, as a marketer, I would like to point out that it was a wise move to detail all that later. I do however would love to know is how exactly you “left your hair alone” for about a year. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and feel it’s probably my only resolve at this point, but scared shitless thinking about hating what I see in the mirror for that long, even during a pandemic. Perhaps, a good idea for follow up video? Lastly, did you maintain hair extensions during that phase? Thanks so much and keep up the good work!

Zuly Terrazas: I have been on a hair journey forever and my hair is long, thick and healthy. Even though I have psoriasis on my scalp (thanks mom) so I have to was every 3-4 days and my biggest advice is wearing my hair down for 2 days and once up on the 3rd day. I went through a phase of wearing my hair up everyday in tight ass buns and pony’s and I got bald spots in the same place you had hair loss using protective styles and only wearing it up once or twice a week is a game changer, let your hair breathe ☺️

Coco A: Thanks for being honest about all your hair and treatments you do, it helps girls feel more confident :)! No one tells us about all these things and you are really honest about everything you have done thank you, it is very informing :>>!!

Holo Hoops: they make soft scalp brushes that are amazing! some things that have really helped me is manipulating and putting tension on my hair as little as possible, using leave in conditioner on the ends of my hair, and using oil on my hair before i detangle and on the ends after i wash! all of your tips are awesome. nice too see straight hair girls using masks ❤️ mayo and eggs ain’t it!! we left that in 2012

Shrimpy McGee: I totally agree about switching the part! I always talk about this on my channel (I'm a hairloss and regrowth YouTuber). Thanks so much @alanaarbucci! Also it's great you are open about PRP treatments and helping to end the stigma of hair loss. xoxo

Callie Bruton: Thank you for this video! I'm trying to grow my hair long although it's really weird because within a month and a half my hair has grown so much! Now of course I want to highlight it ✨

Angela Waldman: Great video - thank you! I use PRP for my skin since I am older and it is such a fabulous treatment for stimulating collagen. I was on the fence about using it for hair loss but wow, great results. I'm sold. I have bleached my whole head and now it's so broken and ugly and of course, I had stupid extensions which DESTROYED my hair. I'm so ready to go natural but wow it's so hard after being Marilyn Monroe blonde. What level would you say your natural is? I agree nutrition and water are so important!

Veronica G: I do the scalp stimulation with a brush too and it has definitely helped my hair grow!!!

Emmanuelle Schultze: These are all great pieces of advise. I recently did a major cut to my collar bones but its not that cute. So this video came just in time. Thank you very much! I'm going to start right away and can't wait to see the results.

Lisa Marie Carter: The inversion massage really does work. So does Viviscal for speeding up the growing process of both length and density. Men's liquid minoxidyl (Walmart, generic Rogaine) works wonders for thinning temples and part area if you can't afford the PRP. Then just DON'T CUT IT !!

Seray: Another tip : try taking turmeric and barley grass tablets ! For me it did wonders ! I started taking it in March and my hairline is full of new hairs. My hairline even went down a little bit more ^^ and it has a lot of over healthy benefits have a nice day

FG Ninisun: Your videos really make me feel more confident. Like now I know that I'm not the only one to have those "flaws" and over obsess abt them, and I know that solutions do exist.

Emi: ceo of actually giving people really good tips

Leigh Blair: I’ve also abandoned all elastic and switched to french pins, hair clips, sticks, forks. So far I’m noticing less pulling and hair loss at the hairline, and no more breakage aside from what’s already there but progress is progress!

Belle Stewart: I'm so glad I watched this video when it came out! The day you posted the video I decided to change my hair part after realizing that my hairline was receding in a couple spots. The two spots that were receding appear to be growing back

Nickkey: Great tips! My hair is so damage right now and I’m trying really hard to get healthy again

Princess Peach: I’m about to donate my hair (and I’m really nervous because I love my hair long) and this video is just perfect for me! Thx Alana

Rose Rose: Her content is actually useful ☺️ She’s one of my inspos for starting my channel

Uno Doz: I LOVE the amount of work you put into the videos!! Months of footage its so autentic and real ❤️ like you

Crishya: Thank you so much for your advice!! I lost so much of my hair from bleaching it also:( btw, your eyes are so beautiful!!

OhDestiny: I’m in the military so I can’t not have my hair in a tight bun It sucks. We also get headaches from wearing our hair like that for 12+ hours. The worsttttttt

Emma Grace: YOOOO, this is the first hair video in all of YouTube history to give new and actually helpful tips! Props girl! Loved this.

Rola Y: I love ur content. I really hope u are mentally doing ok during this isolation sending out all love to you

Savannah Rae: Not gross at all! I used to go a full week in high school without washing my hair. It was so helpful to shower deep condition and straighten it Sunday night for the whole week. Now, I can go 4 days. Not as long, but 4 days is still good!! I massage my scalp too, I scratch it or use a wide tooth comb.. instead of a brush. You should get one of those face laser things that has ion gas in it... kills bacteria and stuff.. they have a brush head add on too! I wonder what that thing does for your scalp...lol. Love the pink hair on u Alana. So happy to watch your page BLOW TF UP this past year ❤️❤️

Miranda Garza: This literally hit home lol my hair was short & has been at the awkward length for the LONGEST!! I’ve invested money into extensions or cute long ponytails & was about to cut my hair again but I’m going to try this instead ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️THANK YOU!!

Sara Gillett: Love the scalp massage idea! I've watched a lot of these types of videos and I haven't heard anyone mention that. My hair is so thin, I'll be trying this for sure!

Vi: So happy that you’re talking about hair parts and scalp care because people don’t realize how IMPORTANT it is to the health of your hair!

Sophia Bour: thank you so much Alana !!❤ This is so helpful especially now6 that we all are in quarantine

Mateo Marcetic: This is honestly my favourite hair video ever. I do the same thing with washing it once a weak and massaging it with my oily brush

Мишкина Сберкнижка: Beautiful, speaking stight to the point without wasting time on empty talks with actually useful tips and points that people usually dont think about. Thank you so much ♥ ♥ ♥

Inas Iman • 26 years ago: -Dont pull your hair by making a high ponytail or pulling it in the front etc -switch up your hairline (every 6 month) -hair masks -curly or soft hairties -use natural oil from your head -massage your hair (with a brush everyday) -drink a lot of water

Mirja M.: These tipps were so helpful, thank you! Could you go more into detail on how you managed to go from washing your hair daily to like once a week? I'm trying to wash my hair only every second day for 6 months already and it keeps getting oily after 24hrs, it's so frustrating! Do you have any tipps and tricks that helped you? Thanks, ly ❤️

Caitlyn Clements: Thank you! I’m currently blonde. I’m naturally dirty blonde. I’ve dyed my hair I don’t even know how many times since I was in about 5th grade. During my freshman year, I let my hair grow and it was past my chest. I ended up over toning it because back then i didn’t know how to do my own hair, and then I killed it. I had to chop it to shoulder length and it still looked dead! I kept cutting it and cutting it because I thought shoulder length was it for me (definitely isn’t) and blonde is just so damaging like no matter what. Getting it toned, purple shampoo, all that. It’s so damaging! I spend so much money on products just to be yellow all the time. In about an hour, I’m driving to Sally’s and I’m going back my real natural color. First time since I was 11 years old! Wish me luck queen !! ❤️ I really want long pretty hair again.

anna johnsson: while in quarantine ive dyed my hair literally 18 times. bleached it like 5 times total in under a month, put red in it which yall probably know is HARD to get out :D and now im tryna grow out my naturally light brown hair and im so excited to have my healthy hair back lmfaoo been missing it for a while now. i also cut it only by my self, never professionally, which i know is bad, and it didnt even turn out good lmfaoo i chopped off like 20cm from it, went shorter and shorter, was at the awkward shoulder length phase and tried the 1 minute mullet challenge which totally ruined my hair. now its damaged, a weirdass length, i really need to grow it out and not dye it as much as i did 2020-2021 loved the video tho <3

SleepingBaby: This was super helpful! I haven’t cut my hair for a year now and it’s at this awkward yellow stage, I’d love to get my hair to yours!

Jungkook Bb: Okay but her smile just makes my day is it just me?!

Yusur Al-haddawi: Hi , thanks for the great video! I have hair falling massively every day. it is scary sometimes. once lockdown ends I'm planning to have PRP. But what type shampoo did you use? thanks

Laura Lonergan: Thanks for some different advice than I'm used to seeing on here. You know... the usual "vitamins, hair oil, gallon of water" I had a brush right next to me when you talked about massaging your head and now that's what I'm doing lol. Praying it works!! ;)

DANIA: You have no idea how much I can relate to you! My hair is currently at that awkward lenght which I don’t vibe with at all, I like it either short or long. Also I learned the hard way that people who charge $100 to dye your hair are going to f it up. Same happened to me, twice and I was thinking I went to a good hair salon but in fact it wasn’t After she dyed my hair I could see streaks on the hair and I was shocked because I was looking at all these girls and I was like “Why isn’t theirs like this?”. Then I went to a pro and she really fixed it and I paid $250 which kinda broke my heart to pay that much but I have go give it to her, she did a correct job. She also gave me a list of products for my hair and I can see it getting a little healthier. About the oiliness I feel like it’s much more noticeable at the awkward lenght. When I had short hair I could stay a week without washing and it would still look amazing. Same with longer hair BUT with this lenght is so so hard. Also mind you I did a silly silly mistake in December and went in a cheap cheap salon and get a damn haircut for $4, she f ed my hair up so bad and not only my hair is at an akward lenght but it is also recovering from the haircut which I got fixed but it still needs time to grow. Sorry for the rant but I just hope someone will learn something from this :) Don’t get a cheat haircut by someone you don’t know. Don’t go to a hair salon and think a cheap price would do a good job cause it won’t. They might do a decent job for $100 but I’m telling you far from well done. AND ALSO keep in mind that a cheap hair stylist doesn’t know to do what you ask for, they usually only know what they were taught in school so if you ask for something complicated they won’t want to lose the money and they’ll just do something that might not even be close to it.

Monica The Slayer: That video really gave me confidence that I’ll fix my hair and it will all be fine soo thank you a lot

Ray Carlitos!5: I love your content and yes your hair is supper healthy and long. Currently, been working on my routine and noticed a little difference. If you have any suggestions for wrapping hair, please let me know

GravityArts_LHF: I definitely recommend slowly transitioning into washing your hair once a week. Your hair will probably be really oily and dirty but that’s just because you wash it more than you need to. My hair is pretty healthy and hardly gets really greasy for a long time. Just start by washing your hair when you need to (only when it’s gets too oily not just a little).

Miriam Esmeralda: I wash it once a week also, mainly because my hair is sooo thick and long, it doesn’t dry. It takes a full day to air dry. Hour and a half if I use a blow drier. It would be impossible and very time consuming if washed daily.

Tina Hammer: THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I have naturally brown hair, wanted to go blonde, balayage not completely blond. And the hair dresser completely messed it up (bleached it two times) then I went back for her to fix it, ended up getting bleached three times within a week and having completely damaged hair until this day...

Rosa Mancuso: You are right about the parting. I used to part my hair to the left and I started to notice the balding and I changed the parting to the other side to cover it and my balding spot filled up . Now I wear my hair in the middle.

Kristen - yayaaks ca: She’s so right about leaving your hair alone for a good amount of time really helps to grow it! I had long hair like 10 years ago, got a bad hair cut that left me with super short hair like above my shoulders I was so sad and angry at the salon lady because I didn’t ask that. So I set myself a goal to grow it back again. It took me like a 1 year and a half. What I did? Washed my hair like 2 times a week, tried as much as posible to not put heat on it unless it was a special occasion, I did 3 times a month natural hair mask & I only would get cut like 2 inch of hair every 3 or 4 months (3 times a year) and my hair grew back in about 1 year and a half almost 2 years later! I have never cut it short again!

LennyPanda: My hair came out because of a perm and it won’t grow back or stop breaking off no matter what I do. You’re so pretty and your hair look so healthy btw❣️

Sahar Khan: I love how honest she is

Virgen Maria: I used to only wash my hair once a week, and because of it I got dermatitis. I had judge spots of dandruff, and It also spread to my eyebrows because when you workout or sweat during sleep the oils from your scalp goes to your face and it got really bad. I went to a dermatologist and she told me that the worst thing a person can do to their hair is wait more than 3 days to wash it.

Kira Faith: I really loved this and was really helpful! Not trying to promote or have the need to buy products, but showing little ways that can help with hair growth that you can do every day.

L.E: When I tried biotin I saw an increase in hairs on my face which I hated. So if your hairy maybe skip the biotin. A water filter for my shower really helped my hair immensely and an acv rinse and scalp massager (they sell some on amazon) when I shampoo

Franny: You know, I noticed the bold spot where I usually part my hair and I figured out (like you) why, but with your pictures you confirmed my theory...so thank you! And sorry for my mistakes, I'm too tired to write in another language. It's 01:00 AM here in Italy

LindasRoses: When you wash your hair everyday and wash away the oil from your scalp, your scalp produces more and more oil because it thinks “holy crap, all that oil is already gone” and wants to protect your scalp and condition your hair. When you wash it less, the oil sits on your scalp longer so your scalp has no reason to overproduce oil because it thinks it has enough. It’s the same with your face and the natural oils it produces to condition and moisturise you’re skin. Thanks for sharing girl!!

Tabea Batch: Does rinsing my hair count as washing it? I tend to work out multiple times a week, and so get sweat in my hair. I don't want to just leave it in there and not even try to rinse it out, so is rinsing okay? Also, I have naturally very thin hair. Would you say that PRP could thicken it? My hairline is also naturally very far back, can PRP bring it forward? I tried to research this a bit but couldn't find many answers. Thanks!

Liza: Your videos are always so impressive. I learn so much from you <3

How funny: that makes so much sense, thanks for that beginning part about the taking care of your hairline!

Kristina Popkova: you just have opened the world to me :D i didnt know that hair went missing from my head because of the parting... thanks for sharing this with us, will change my parting

time tells: I'm defenetly going to try using a brush to massage my scalp bc my fingers get too tired from doing it lol

MeMak -: I’m so glad you covered the front part of your hair being damaged. I have the exact same problem from my stupid parting

Chloe Soule: I came back to say thank you bc this helped my hair out so much a couple of months after watching this video I’m amazed

shane dana: As I am balding, this video was not really for me, but I still enjoyed learning about you. Stay strong and happy during these tough times,

Haley Marie Beauty: I love having light blonde hair, but the amount of damage it does to my already fine hair is just not worth it anymore. I would rather my hair be darker and healthier than blonde and super damaged.

Yesmean: Your first tip is amazing, never heard of it. It makes so much sense! Hi from Germany girl! :)

Jacqueline Almazan: I did pretty much exactly what you did with your hair but probably worse!! Yall dont even wanna know lol but if i showed you my hair then and now yall would be shocked cause my hair looks so much healthier now! Thank you for the helpful tips, I will definitely be trying your methods! <3
