Let'S start the video so to prepare this hair pack. The star ingredient we will need is green gram also called moong. Dal green gram is one of the best superfoods a potent ingredient that contains a high amount of protein, essential fats, vitamins and fiber, which reduces hair, fall and promotes healthy hair and the next ingredient. We need is fenugreek seeds, it's extremely effective in nourishing hair from the roots it contains lecithin, which is a natural humid tint that deeply moisturizes and conditions your scalp and hair. Thus, it controls hair fall efficiently. Now, to prepare this hair pack, we will have to first sprout these two ingredients. When grains are sprouted, they become a miracle food that increases. The nutritional. Value of the grains sprouts are high in protein and enzymes, which promotes hair growth and repairs damaged. Follicles more than 75 percent of hair is constituted of protein. I'Ll quickly show you how to prepare these sprouts, which is very simple and cost effective process now to a bowl, add 1 cup of green gram and 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds. Add some water and rinse. It thoroughly now add sufficient amount of water and let them soak overnight. Now it has completely soaked well drain out the water and to sprout the grains. If you don't have aloe vera plant, you can simply add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera leaf powder to this. As you all know, aloe vera is wonder plant it's a great humectant for your scalp and hair as it hydrates, and strengthen your hair and add half a cup of curd or yogurt and also add half a cup of water to this and grind it to a Smooth paste now to this, you have to add other two important ingredients, but first strain the mixture to avoid the residues to stick to the hair. Otherwise, this will make it very difficult to wash the hair to strain use a transparent, thin cloth like this to have an easy flow. It'S a bit messy process, take time to strain it, but yeah. It'S worth it. To this, add one tablespoon black, castor oil. As it's very effective to prevent, hair fall and helps promote hair growth and to complete this pack add 1 egg as eggs have an abundance of proteins you can skip using the yolk part if required. Now give this a good mix and i'll show you how to apply this hair pack apply this hair pack on oiled or damp hair, always make sure you apply hair oil, the night before applying this hair pack or just two hours before hair mask application and for Hair oil, i have used diy herbal hair oil, which is very effective for controlling hair fall and also helps to regrow your hair.
