The last thing any woman wants is an itchy scalp and shoulders peppered with dry flakes. Hi, I’m Sneha Daftary, your hair expert at Glamrs.. We'Ve collaborated with Himalaya to bring to you a simple hair care routine, using products that are budget friendly and effective to help deal with stubborn hair conditions such as dandruff, pretty easily.. After personally trying these products and seeing visible results, I thought it would be great to share my thoughts and a routine that includes power, packed tips to help combat dandruff. Just like dry skin dandruff and a dry scalp need moisture replenishment.. So I always walk that extra mile and oil, my hair first. Off late I’ve, been using Himalaya’s Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil, which is enriched with the goodness of Tea Tree oil and Aloe Vera.. You can watch our previous video ‘Hair Fall, Haircare Routine’ to learn the right application and massaging technique. Keeping this oil in your hair for a good 30 minutes acts as a herbal deep conditioning treatment. That is the need of the hour for hair. That has been through a lot of stress thanks to excessive usage of hot tools, pollution stress, bad eating habits and what not.? I always use the shampoo to take out the oil without wetting my hair. First, Any product with herbal ingredients keeps dandruff at bay.. Remember, while you massage in the shampoo and when you rinse it off, use your fingers and not your nails as that, could lead to further inflammation and aggravate dandruff, even more.. If you feel the oil has not been completely washed off, go for another round of shampoo Post, your shampoo, you need to apply a coin size amount of conditioner. Only on your ends and mid lengths to restore nourishment and moisture back into your hair. Leave on your conditioner for a good 10 minutes. Rinse it off with some cold water, as that helps close the cuticles and makes the hair look shiny.. While your hair is still damp, take a tiny amount of Himalaya’s Anti-Dandruff Cream on your fingers, rub it in your hands and run it through your hair. Strands. Leave-in cream can be applied even before you shampoo, your hair. If you don’t want to use oil.. In that case, you can massage your scalp with this. Instead leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off like you, normally do.. This cream contains the perks of Tea Tree oil and Tulsi, which gives you beautiful and shiny hair throughout the day.. Controlling and eradicating dandruff is a gradual process that cannot be cured simply with the use of hair care products.. It is also necessary to make changes to your everyday, routine lifestyle and diet.. If you're dandruff persists, please see a doctor to get to the root of the problem.. As for this routine, it has worked well for me, but you have to be regular and patient to see visible results in your dandruff condition.. I hope you found this video helpful.
