Amla Deep Conditioner For Fast Hair Growth + Thicker Hair || D.I.Y.

So the first thing i'm going to show you is a deep conditioner that i like to do so i tend to do deep conditioners at least twice a month. It helps penetrate your scalp and it also helps with your hair growth journey main ingredient that i'm going to be using today is called amola powder. So if you do not know amola or amola is a fruit um, it is very high in vitamin c, but you can also get this in. So many different forms. Amola comes in oil form powder form, so today we're going to be using the powder form. So here are some of the benefits of amela, promotes healthy eyes, hair, skin and nails. It also assists with natural internal cleansing. It reduces dandruff, it is very high in iron, calcium, and it also helps boost your metabolism. Don'T know why i threw that in there, but i just felt like that was important, but so yeah right now, i'm on a hair growth journey and i just wanted to kind of like really nourish my scalp. So i wanted to try out this deep conditioner. So that's why i'm presenting to you guys today, because i really like how it made my hair feel afterwards so right here, i'm adding my favorite oil, which is almond oil. As you know, almond oil. It makes your hair long, strong and thick. It also helps control. Your hair fall out and it helps with nourishing your hair and it smooths your hair cuticles as well almond oil is also good. It helps prevent split ends. Last but not least, i'm going to toss in some honey and, as you know, honey is good for making your hair extra silky and shiny. Last but not least, i'm going to add some h2o and i added some in like little by little. Just because i wanted the consistency a certain way, i didn't want it too liquidy. I wanted it thick because that's just how i, like my deep conditioners tears. So this right here is my nut milk bag, and this is a strainer. So i like to toss my diy conditioners in the in this strainer, so that way i can get all of the clumps the lumps out why'd. You do me that way. We should know that we won't be any want it to stop. So, after about 45 minutes to an hour, you can go ahead and rinse the hair mask out of your hair. You can also follow this with your favorite conditioner. It is optional, but i typically go in with like a three minute deep conditioner, while i'm in the shower and then i rinse that off as well hair mask really left my hair feeling silky soft um. It also left my curls popping, like especially the tips. The tips of my hair was just the curls just bounced back like it came back to life, so my curls are revived they're. Looking refreshed. This really got me excited. I definitely want to do the indian clay mask next because it's been a while, since i've done that one so yeah every month, i'm going to try out a different hair mask. Let me know if you guys want to see a different hair mask every month. So here is a mixture of my favorite oils, which are peppermint almond and castor oil. I'M going to also be mixing this with my flexi curling butter by aunt jackie's, and i usually like to start from the ends of my hair to the root. So remember the ends of your hair are the oldest parts of your hair, so you always have to treat them with extra. You know tlc making sure that they're moisturized they're not dry and brittle, because if they are dry and brittle, then they will therefore break and then cause a lot of fallout. This is the next day my hair is completely dry. This is a style on itself. So if you want to put your hair up like this, leave it in for a couple of days, you know play around with it. There are so many different styles. You can do just with mini twists. That is it. I hope you guys enjoyed this deep conditioner.
