My Hair Care Routine!! Best Shampoo,Conditioner &Oil For My Hair/How To Take Care Of Long Hair
Hey friends.. So,Here is the most awaited video.....This is My Everyday Hair care routine!! Best shampoo and conditioner/masque available in India for my hair!!!
TIPS-
1.Apply a generous amount of masque or conditioner at the ends.
2.Never apply serum or conditioner on the scalp.
3.Don't use too much shampoo.Just use a little bit which is sufficient to remove the oil completely.
4.Never rub ur hair, Always use sliding motions to wash or to apply oils/serums etc
5.Let the conditioner set into ur hair for 2-3 minutes minimum.. and then rinse.
6.Always apply 1-2 drops of good quality serum at below shoulder length after headwash to achieve softer smoother hair.
7.Wash ur hair thrice a week if possible or at least twice a week for faster growth.

Everyone treats Angela and welcome back to my channel since have been getting a lot of messages from you guys to upload a video on my health care team. Here I have with the video I'm so sorry. I was not being able to film this video due to some reasons, but today I have finally decided to do this. So in this video I show you which products are used for my hair for day to day places sighs shampoo I use which conditioner I use and which oil are used. So the oil that I use on my hair is this one. This is the oil that I use it twice in a week. I know you must be wondering there is nothing written on top of it, because this is not the packaging of this oil. Actually, this is a combination of three different oils and I'm going to show you which these oils are and how to make this oil so keep on watching. So the first one I use is this castor oil. I bought it from a nearby medical store. You can buy it from any other brand as well, and this is the second oil which is an olive oil. I bought it from a nearby departmental store and the third oil is from parachute. This is 100 %, pure coconut oil. These are the three oils that I use on daily basis. Now I am taking a glass tumbler and pouring the oils one by one into the glass in equal quantities. You don't need to have exact ratios. This is just an estimate. After finishing this, take a small button like this. This is a makeup removal bottle by Maybelline. It has a small cap like this, which is perfect for this purpose. Now, I'm gon na pour this oil into this bottle. Actually, I'm a little lazy kind of a person, and since I do this three times a week, I cannot everytime take all the three oils and mix them. So it's better to keep it in a bottle like this, and this is sufficient for two weeks, which is perfect. So let's get started. So I take the bottle and make small vertical partings in my hair, put the oil in the parting massage a little and then make another parting again put the oil massage a little and keep on doing the same thing. All over my head. You can use a cotton ball also to apply the oil, but, as I told you earlier that I am a little lazy kind of a person. So I don't do that. Much hard work to pour the oil into a bowel and then find a cotton and then apply it. So I think applying it in this way is a lot more easier. This is the reason why I used this bottle because it's really handy and easy to use directly, and since this is my hair care routine, I want to show you how I do this now, I'm taking some more oil and applying it all over the length to Keep them moisturized properly and specially at the ends, because the ends tend to become really dry. Never ever rub your hair used lighting motions like so now. I give myself a good massage for 10 to 12 minutes and I do it in circular motions like so then I grabbed all my hair into a high bun and secure them with a hair stick. Now we wait for one hour to let this oil set into my hair. Now I have washed my hair. I first used a little shampoo on my scalp and then greens and then took some more to apply all over my hair. It removed the oil completely without drying my hair, so the shampoo I use is this one. This is from L'Oreal professional Paris, and this is the mythic oil shampoo. It makes my hair really soft. I love it and after the shampoo I use this mask from the same mythic oil range. I apply it all over. My hair below my shoulders do not ever apply it on your scalp. I am using a serum from Mac trick these days. I'M not that particular about serums, whichever I find easily like Laurel, professional or matrix, I use it. I'M taking two drops of it since I have long hair and applying it all over my length and just like the conditioner, don't ever apply serum on the scalp. Just apply it on the ends and below your shoulder length, and after that I take a hairband and put it on my head just like that, and I keep it for 15 to 20 minutes just to have a pretty little bounce at the front to make any Poof or hair style later on easily after removing it, my hair are still wet, not completely dry, but they are really soft and behave properly, so I'm good to go with any hairstyle.
