My hair is pretty frizzy, so it needs a lot of conditioner to make it feel really healthy. So i'll start by shampooing my hair and then just give it a little rinse and then I'll move on to using my conditioner., I like to apply it from the mid-length right to the tips, because if I do it right from the top, it can make my Hair feel quite heavy.. It feels like it doesn't weigh down my hair, like some conditioners.. I do comb it through with my fingers just to get it all the way through and then I'll leave it for a few seconds and then wash it out.. My hair feels so healthy and nourished, and it makes me feel good about myself.
