I hope you all are happy healthy, taking care of yourself and very positive if you are coming first time on the channel., so my name is Prerna and this channel name is Preity Prerna and I came here 3 days a week to share best DIY remedies with My family, and by using them my family, is very happy. In today's video I have come to share with you all. how, while sitting at home, you can control your frizz and make your hair manageable. You can give a beautiful Shine and luster to them. In short, you can doa hair spa at home, don't require any kind of cream or anything else. There are very simple steps which we can do at home. Only 3 steps, no machine needed and no head massager needed to do hair spa.. We just need you and your hand, that's it. Let'S know what needs to be done. watch the entire video carefully, because I will tell you the modification for specific people. If you didn't listen carefully, then you will not get better results. Then you will say we did get good results.. So please state tuned and watch the entire video carefully. We talked about hair spas, so some section of my family over here will say this is luxury process. If the juice is a luxury for your body than hair, spa too., I just mean to say, as like juice helps your body cells for growth generate and rejuvenate. Exactly the same thing, hair spa does for your hair. If your hair has so much frizz, so it will control them, make them manageable. Make your scalp improve the hair texture. It does not allow any kind of problems to come in your hair.. If crimp comes in your hair or become wavy unnecessarily, believe me hair, spas. After a regular interval time, it can provide new life to your hair, for which you are always been waiting. For.. If you do all the procedures timely, which I am about to tell everyone's duration - is different. It'S not like my hair needs once a month, then your hair is also needed once a month.. Maybe your hair needs it once in 15 days for once in two months. So please, you have to study your hair. Well, how can you do that? Do the hair spa one time as I am telling you. after that, when you feel its requirement again, because you can see all your transition and their changes according to that, you can repeat them. The minimum time period is 15 days and maximum. You can do as much as you want, so the very first step which you have to consider is cleansing. We all do the shampoo absolutely we do, but here we have to do later Street cleansing, just like grandmother used to do while rubbing your neck.. Similarly, you have to do that cleansing for your hair. For this you need one tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel in a bowl. If you have plant-based aloe vera, so you can use that after peel them well grind the whole Aloe vera Gel content, your gel will be ready, then take one tablespoon of it.. In this. You have to take your second most important cleansing element, which is a one tablespoon of apple cider, vinegar, you can take any vinegar apple, cider, vinegar is the one that is available, So I used this. mix them properly., because aloe vera is gel is liquid, So it Will take some hard work to make them work, but if you work hard, then it will become one. and that's your step number one. That'S cleansing for the application of hair cleanser. First damp, your entire hair. There is no need to damp perfectly. If you want you can upside down your hair under the tab, give a little water to all of them. That'S all if you have a spray bottle, So you can spray it’s all around your scalp as well as in length., and try to distribute it equally. Obviously, it will not happen but try to damp your entire length after that, the calendar which you have prepared, take it and roughly apply one side of your scalp condition, apply people who have a fungal infection or it has happened or is likely to happen. when you Feel your scalp is so acidic and having dandruff, So you wouldn't do this thing to your scalp. You just have to apply your length. Fine. Those who do not have any hair problems do not have any fungal. Infection has not happened and is not likely to.. They can clean there scalp properly with this.. Absolutely no problem, See apple cider, vinegar, cleans your hair. So strictly that I cannot put it in words.. It'S acid apple, cider, vinegar! You can use any vinegar! That is from the editable grade. I have ACV, So I am using that., which is very light and potent, and I told you foodie, you can apply your hair properly So that on your scalp, any infection or any micro will be completely gone.. This is the easiest way, just like the chemical exfoliation for the scalp. and your scalp get clean completely applied in your entire length, all the deposition which stays on your head from the chemical treatment, any kind of products and DIY mask.. It also has the ability to clean them So apply it properly on your entire scalp and length and after that, wash it with plain water yesterday they are going to be multiple hair washes but believes me. It is worth it. So please don't worry. I have shown you directly. There are amazing results., so give up any kind of worry completely and listen carefully about what to do. After washing with plain water now counts. The step number 2, for which you have to apply very nutritive, mask for your hair. For this. In a bowl, you have to take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel again, if you have plant based, so you can take that yeah. I am using market bought aloe vera gel. The second thing which you have to take here is olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil and the best of all is argan oil, which I am going to use. Here. I'll talk to you in detail about some Another day about argan oil. How good oil is this? It is almost serum, it's not oil, but it comes in all category because it is powerful. It'S a kind of serum for your hair. All the hair serum you have applied. The most important ingredient is argan, which gives your hair Shine luster and such a nutrition and does not give stickiness at all. And the third thing which I have to take care is 2 capsules of Vitamin E oil. If you have normal Vitamin E oil, so you can take half spoon of Vitamin E oil again whisk it properly to make them once. It'S is very thick consistency because there is an aloe vera gel and oil which we bind now. Your second nutritive mask is ready For the application of a mask. You have recently washed your hair, and now they are slight wet. Take this mask and apply it properly on your scalp length and hair ends. Yes, this is such a nutritive mask that it works on your roots and also provides a texture to your length and nourish your hair ends, and it maintains the weakness. Hair, breakage and split ends so apply this mass properly because hairs are wet. So a little bit of mask will separated in your entire hair. You don't have to do hard work. You just tied your hair by using a hair clip and if you have a shower cap, so you can wear it.. Otherwise we can wear a poly bag. Why do you have to do that? We are not using any expensive machine, We are not taking spas, nor are we able to give any kind of steam to the hair, but now the weather is too hot. So when you wear a shower, cap. steaming will happen automatically in your hair. You don't need to do anything in this process. If you want so you can wear a shower cap, you can do it when you are at home. Otherwise you don't wear a shower cap. Just squeeze it well and keep it tied, and after that you are good to go. Keep it for as long as you can. There is no problem, no stiffness will happen. There will be no problem, the hair will become soft enough and you will get the amazing results because roots getting nutrition, length and tips are happy. means everything for the hair.. So keep it up as much as you have time suppose: 2 hours or 3 hours, while watching a movie or you have worked for whatever time you have, if you don't have it so let it stay at least for one hour: it's a very expensive oil. Let it stay for one hour so that your hair gets all the nutrition and a shower cap is mandatory if you are doing it for a short time, if you are doing it for a long time. So let it be like that no need to wear a shower cap Done after that you will shampoo your hair.. There are some condition while doing shampoo, because if you take too much chemical-based shampoo, what was the use of spa it make sense. So you can try to use Herbal shampoo. You can check out this video, where I give you so many options of Herbal shampoo. Not everyone is going to suit you, but you can just try the Hit and Trial Method whatever suits you is your shampoo here. I am using gooseberry Bhringraj shampoo, but you can use whatever variant you like and shampoo it well after completing the shampoo. You understand what magic is happening in your hair, because you will understand the texture which becomes smooth hair will become more Shiny. You will find it possible to get the desired result that you had imagined. after this. Your last step is conditioning. You don't have to use market-based conditioner. You have to take one tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel again and you have to take the same amount of milk as you take aloe vera gel. If you have a coconut milk, So believe me, it is just like an icing on the cake for your hair.. But if you don't have coconut milk, it's ok, so you can take normal milk with you use on daily basis like Mother, Dairy cow. Whatever comes to your hair, take that milk here., whether it is raw or boiled there is no problem, just wishk it properly. Now, for the step number 3, your DIY conditional is ready. Just now you wash your hair. If you want to apply it on Wet hair or you can even stop for a day and try to do the conditioning tomorrow, that is also very much possible, provided you should be free. Many people don't have that much time, so we can do it at the same time as well. I recently washed my hair completely, so I apply this condition properly again, the same procedure on your entire scalp and length and after that I squeeze it properly and wear a shower cap. and I kept it for approximately 45 minutes. Yes, after 45 minutes, when I did shampoo, then the results are in front of you and you can see how amazing my hair look. I am super happy with the results, but you have to make sure of one thing: if you did the henna and Indigo powder application or if you applied any color. So this complete procedure is such a super cleanser that you will see the color coming out from your hair. So, just don't worry because it is such a powerful cleanser that your cuticles are clean and you will see the visible proof after the conditioning when you wash your hair. Believe me don't yell from the bathroom that, oh, my God magic happens because hair is going to be really shining means your hair will be so soft. Then you will say that magic is happened, such a result at home. Yes, you can get such results at home. We have used home ingredients, there is no extra work. very easily you can achieve this result. Apple cider, vinegar is very good and amazing cleanser, which gives your hair Shine. So if at all, you have an oily scalp, so you can just repeat the 1 step of ACV. Even then your hair will have oil regulated and pretty good shine. These individual steps are so potent that you will definitely see changes in your hair. If the hair is bad, then it will become average. If it's average, then it will become excellent and you are going to be really happy. Also, those who have poor hair, they will get the excellent one., provided you just use. It regularly regularly doesn't mean daily or weekly once in a 15 days or once number is enough. If you have done all 3 steps, so will our hair will shine like your hair, I always say that no one has any competition with anyone, but you have yourself for competition. Yes, so your hair will have a better Shine than now, maybe more than me or maybe not so there is no comparison right away. That'S why, when you keep doing it, so you are hair having cleansing nutrition and conditioning. So the improvisation of your hair is sure..
