Amazing Affordable Curly Hair Routine | Hask Curl Care Collection

Hello, everybody - i am jamie, jo and welcome, or welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to be taking you through my affordable, curly, hair routine. This is a super highly requested video and i finally found a brand that i absolutely love that is affordable and has an incredible curl line. These are the results of my styling routine today and, as you can see, my hair is super defined super juicy and i don't have a lot of frizz at all. So if this is something you're interested in make sure you stay watching today, we are going to be focusing on styling curly hair for voluminous defined and moisturized curls. So it took me a little while to find an affordable hairline for curls. That um, i think, is effective and does a great job for the price point. But today i finally have found a great line, and i've been trying it out for about two months now and it is the hask curl care collection. So thank you again to hask for working with me on today's video. I am really happy to be bringing this to you guys, so i hope you do enjoy it and let's hop straight into the video uh before i actually hop into the styling, i'm just going to explain a little bit about each of the products and what i'm Going to be using today and what they do, this is the husk curlcare five in one leave-in spray. This is already my second bottle. I'M just gon na be reading it out to you what it does this detangles um to prevent, breakage and provide up to 24 hours of frizz control and thermal protection. This definitely is something that saves frizz and i especially love it um. On a second day to refresh my hair, i already used this in a video. I think it was my last video to refresh my curls, it's so good, and next up, we've got the curl care defining cream. This keeps curls in shape with a lightweight humidity proof formula that works to enhance your natural curl pattern, leaving curls soft and defined. Now we've got an option between a gel and a mousse, so this is the curl shaping jelly. This gives your curls long, lasting control with flexible and non-sticky formula that sculpts your curls without leaving them stiff or crunchy, and then you've also got mousse. You guys know. I love mousse. This is almost finished and this is the curl enhancing mousse that keeps your curls full of body and bounce with its creamy non-drying formula, encouraging the curl formation to be long-lasting and defined. Those are the products today i am going to be using the five in one leave-in spray followed up with a little bit of the curl defining cream and then finishing off with a mousse, which i love so for today's um routine. I'M not going to be styling on overly wet hair um. I will wet it just a tiny bit more because i did my makeup. Whilst it was drying in that towel um, but what i'm going to do is start by parting, my hair. I have this bang that doesn't know which way it wants to go, and it's so annoying like it should go this way, but it just hangs in the middle for curly hair. I have pretty long hair. Let me show you all of it. It'S quite long. At the moment, and definitely needs a little bit of a trim, these products are going to work on any hair type, shape, length, etc, because this collection really is made for curly hair and for curl care, which is super exciting to see, especially with an affordable price Point i love seeing brands like this come out with a full range of products that actually cater properly to curly hair. I do want to mention for you guys that these products are sulfate, paraben, um gluten and aluminium starch free, as well as not being tested on animals, which is another really great thing for an affordable price point. So let's get started, i'm going to just wet my hair, a tiny, tiny bit more so i'll be back, but i don't want it to be soaking wet. I just want it to be nice and damp. Okay, i'm just going to zoom no zoom out, i'm just going to sit back a bit further, so you can see my whole hair whilst i'm styling and the first step we're going to be doing today is going in with the magical five in one leave-in spray. I i honestly this is already my second one, and i've used this already in two tutorials on instagram and one on youtube, because i think it is such a good staple product um. So basically, all i like to do with this is spray. It everywhere not directly. In the roots, but like definitely on the top of my curls as well - and this is so great for getting rid of frizz and really um just moisturizing, my curls - sometimes i honestly only style my hair with this, if i'm just being lazy, but i know it Always works so yeah. That'S what i'm going to be going in with my first step, and this is also another reason as to why i'm not saturating my hair with water, because this is a quite a watery spray. I don't really need to have like super wet hair for these products to be activated. If that makes sense all the way down to the ends, i'm just kind of raking it through gently as i go. I literally want to get this everywhere so all over my whole head in every section of my hair and as you can see, i'm not raking it through or dragging my hair through because um. I don't want to really kind of disrupt the natural pattern. I just want to enhance it, so i'm just spraying it everywhere and kind of lightly raking and smoothing it in now that the five in one leave-in spray is just evenly distributed in my hair, i'm going to go on to the next step, which is applying the Curl defining cream i'm just going to take this in a pea-sized amount to begin with and focus on styling in two sections, and then we will join it together by like fluffing it in the back um. So i've just kind of smoothed this product through my hands. Not to mention guys the smell of all of these is so nice. I love it and i'm just going to do a similar thing, not fully raking it, but just gently applying it to each section and once i'm happy with doing that, i've applied a little bit more products and i'm going to just kind of scrunch it into my Hair start enhancing those curls to blend this together, i'm going to flip my head over and scrunch it all together and make sure that i'm blending this back section just like this, okay guys, so i actually have changed my mind at the beginning of the tutorial. I did say i want to use the mousse, but i want to switch it up today and show you the um curl shaping jelly instead because they're both such great products. So i'm just go. I'M sorry. I can't show you this because i can't do it, but i'm just going to put it into my hand and i'll show you how much i'm using i'm going to start with about this much for one section of my hair. You can see that and i'm going to scrunch this straight into my hair, just going to do that flip again, one more time: okay, everybody and that is it for the styling um. I'M really excited to see how this dries. I think it's going to look great. It always does i'm just going to show you the curves so long you can see. I have no wet frizz either, so these products are really great for frizz. I'M not going to show you how i diffuse today, because i've done that in so many videos so check out another tutorial um and i will be back with my hair, diffused and ready to show you. I am back now with almost i think, 100 dry hair um, and this is what my hair typically looks like after styling, especially with the gel it is so so defined, and so bouncy, like my curls, are extremely moisturized. And now all i need to do is just separate my hair fluff it up and give some volume and movement back into my hair. So uh, you guys have seen me: do this a million times, but really i'm just going to shake out my hair at the roots, i'm just going to look in the mirror, so i can see what's going on, ah look at these skulls they're, so juicy wow! This is the result of this wash all drugstore products. Three easy steps. I'M shook, that is the end of today's video. I'Ve got a stray.
