Curly Hair Routine With Coconut Oil

Okay, so for my hair I haven't washed my eye. I haven't washed my hair and probably like three four days, and this is what it looks like right now. It'S super damaged, so I'm just gon na do what I usually do so for my hair. My best friend is coconut oil. All the time. Always it's just it's just the best thing moral. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put it all over my hair and I'm gon na leave it in there. Are you to live it into 20 to like 20 minutes to an hour, but I'm gon na do an hour that had nothing to do today and then with that, I'm just gon na leave it in for an hour, maybe more, maybe less. I don't know well yeah I'll, come back okay, so I wash my hair Eiko washed it I didn't use any shampoo. I use the shea moisture brand, does curl and shine conditioner and I really like rode my scalp, like I try to focus on my scalp a lot more because of the coconut oil. I don't want my scalp to be oily and then I choose the conditioner and I wash everything off. Of course, not all the coconut oil is gon na come off, but that's how I like it cuz after I do this. I don't put anything else in my hair, so no, no serums, no gels. I just leave it like this, with the coconut oil in it and now, with my felt know, microfiber towel, I'm just going to scrunch my hair, so I forgot to mention. I already part my hair, so it's like parted, like on the side. I, like you own, my hair to the side um I like to part it in the shower. I don't like to do it afterwards. I really don't like touching my hair a lot when I'm done showering. I only touch it when I'm scrunching it so yeah. I'M also gon na focus a lot more on the tips right here, because it's super damaged and they basically it's basically like straight hair. Like see how straight this is, and not as curly oh yeah, I'm just going to scrunch it for a little bit and then I'm gon na, let it air dry. Also. Another tip that I like to do is, since all my baby hairs are not even there. I like to bring them out because they're not to come out unless I do it myself, and I know this looks kind of weird, but when it dries up it'll like look better, so I like to get them from behind my ear. So I can free my face of a sick forehead and now I'm just gon na let air, dry and I'll probably be done in like 2 3 4 hours, so I'll come back alright. So this is my hair. Two hours later, my roots are still really wet. So it's not like it's full volume, but so it looks like it's no product, no anything just coconut oil and I really like the way it looks so yeah, that's one of my clear routine. This is what I really want to bring with not a ton of products on it um, it's soft, its shiny, it's not too oily um yeah. This is what I do. Meyer

Joe: hey im a guy and my hair is exactly like yours but a bit more rugged looking would this routine work for my hair aswell? also i hate to brush my hair as it makes it really puffy and frizzy so would it be ok to just use my fingers to detangle my hair instead using the coconut oil? i like to use sea salt spray about half an hour after i leave the shower to give it that beachy look would this interfere with the coconut oil at all?

So what I do, I wash my hair (no conditioner or styling products), oil overnight and wash it off again next day. Followed by conditioner. I do is once a week. But I'm bit worried that, will shampooing my hair back to back cause any damage that I'm not aware off??

My daughter has curls and I'm looking for how to care for her hair because I have straight hair and I know curly hair requires different things than straight hair. I know more moisture is the main thing. Did you not shampoo the coconut oil out?

I am gonna get into the coconut oil scene asap as I have been relying on Aloe Vera gel and linen seed oil for my hair this past year or so.
