Caring For Your Ag Doll'S Curly Hair!

Hey everybody today, I'm gon na be showing you how you can care for your curly haired dolls, hair, and what I mean by that is that if your dog has curly hair and it's just getting really frizzy and messy, but it still looks curly, then this is How you can just neaten it up and make it look pretty and new again, but if you have a crewing hair doll and the curl in your hair has kind of straightened out and now it just kind of looks, wavy or almost just straight and frizzy. Then you're gon na have to recur her hair and I've actually done a tutorial on how to recall your doll's hair. But that was like a couple years ago and it's really bad quality. So if you want me to redo that video and show you how to fix your curly haired dolls, if it's straight and wavy now then leave me a comment down below, and I can do that. But in this video, I'm just gon na show you how you can just tidy up her frizzy looking curls. So the first thing you want to do is just take your spray bottle, that's filled with water and you only want to spray a couple of sprays, because if you spray it down too much, then it'll weigh the hair down and then you'll start to lose. The and then you'd have to recrawl it so just spray a couple of sprays of water and what this does is it basically just gets the fridge down a little bit and the little wispies and flyaways down, and then what you want to do is take your Pair pick - and this is what American girls specifically sells for curly hair dolls and if you've ever bought this for your curly hair doll, and you have no idea how to use it. Well, now, I'm going to show you so the easiest way to start off dealing with this is to taking section by section, so we're gon na start off with this section right here, and you can see that all the curls are really tangled up and frizzy. Looking so you're just gon na take your pick and gently start working it through the curls and what this does is it's just gon na untangle them from each other and just sort of like get them to not be intertwined with one another. So just gon na go through and gently use your pick and the reason why using a pick is better than using a brush is because I've brushed it's gon na just make it even more and the pic is better because it's just a lot more gentle on Your curly hair dog's hair so that you don't end up straightening it out so once you've gone through with a pick, it should look like this. The curly hair is just gon na start separating from itself, so it's gon na look a little bit poofy, but that's! Okay, because now what you're gon na do is you're gon na grab little sections of hair and then they're just gon na twist them around your finger to get them into little ringlets again. So I'm just gon na grab small sections of hair like this and then I'm just gon na twist it around my finger and then you can see that it makes a nice little curl. So I'm just going to do that to the entire section of hair. So now her hair is back into the little wriggling shape and I just want to stress how important is that you're really really gentle with your curly hair dolls and when you're going through their hair with a hair paint. You need to be super gentle, because when I first felt Laney who has really curly hair, I would use a brush instead of a hair pick in her hair, and I would like rip the brush through her hair and basically, what that did is it ended up Kind of like stretching out and straightening out her curls and then when I would try to twist them around my finger to make them curly again. They wouldn't curl. So if you want to keep her hair, nice and curly and bouncy and shiny and soft and not frizzy, then it's really important to be really gentle with it. So now I'm just going to go through and do what I did this section to her entire head of hair you and then for the final touch. I just like to spray some water, just at the top of her head and then just kind of. Let me Pat it down so that there's no little frizz ease at the top of her head and it just makes everything look a little bit cleaner and neater. So that is how you tidy up a curly-haired dolls hair. If it's starting to look a little bit. Frizzy or tangled or messy, and I really hope that this video helped you out, and I highly recommend that, if you're purchasing a curly hair doll for the first time that you buy one of the little hair picks that American girl sells. Because that way, you won't be tempted to brush your hair out and stretch out her curls and it's and you'll be carrying for it the right way and if your dolls, curly hair, has already been brushed out and written down, it's kind of beyond repair.
