What'S up y'all welcome back to another video, it's Lydia thanks for tuning in and yeah. So I know it's not Christmas anymore, but y'all know I can't like not do a curly hair topic, video for y'all, so for today's video, if you could tell by the title I'm gon na, let y'all know what like the best shampoos are for curly hair girls, Like my favorite, my ride-or-die shampoos, that you really need that will help clarify your scalp won't strip. Your curls will still provide you a lot of moisture and just will keep your curls look and pop it. All of these shampoos are sulfate free. If you don't know what sulfates are look them up, there's a bunch of videos on them. I personally don't like to use shampoos with sulfates on them, just because I noticed that they tend to strip my curls and make my curls a lot frizzier. So if you can try to avoid using shampoos with sulfates in them, definitely try it out, especially if you're a natural curly, hair gal like me, but either way, let's just get right into it, so number one has become by far one of like my most favorite Shampoos, this past year and within, like these past couple months and it's the shea moisture, jamaican black, castor oil, strengthen and restore shampoo, and it has shea butter, peppermint and apple cider, vinegar. It says it's for natural chemically processed our heat, styled hair, but really anyone can use this shampoo. What I love about it is, although it really doesn't smell like that great it doesn't smell like all fresh in like awesome, like you know, it's like an herbal essence or like an Aussie Shampoo wood, but what's great about this is not only does it actually clarify My scalp, without stripping it of all of its natural moisture and oils. I'Ve actually been able to tell a difference in terms of like the strength of my hair and the shininess of my hair. After using this shampoo - and I really do think that Jamaican black castor oil makes a big difference in it, and the fact that it also has peppermint oil and AC B in it is super great, because apple cider, vinegar is amazing at cleansing your scalp and really Getting rid of a lot of build-up. Peppermint is fantastic at stimulating my hair growth, so that's another Plus and so is Jamaican black castor oil. So the fact that it's all packaged in this little shampoo bottle is like the main reason why I love this stuff. So much it's sorry number two is another tried-and-true favorite. For me: it's the Carol's Daughter, sacred tra trt. I don't know, I'm probably pronouncing it wrong, I'm so sorry. Basically, it's the shampoo that uhm basically is for anti frizz and anti breakage, and for a while, like all last year and the year before, that, I had dealt with like a lot of breakage and I think it was due to just the way I was styling. My hair and the fact that I was like using combs and unnecessary brushes in my hair, but that shampoo really really helped in terms of building up the strength of my hair. I'M really decreasing the amount of frizz after shampooing, my hair, because I noticed whenever I shampoo my hair, depending on the kind of shampoo I'm using. I can really tell if it works depending on how much frizz I can see in my hair right afterwards, and that shampoo really did a great job at decreasing the amount of frizz, and I love it because it comes in a little pump applicator. So it makes it super easy to apply to my hands and then apply to my scalp but yeah. That was the shampoo that I used in my wash day routine, video from like back in March. If you haven't watched that video go check it out, but either way yeah - that's definitely another favorite of mine. Number three is this, as I am a curl clarity shampoo. Now. What I really really love about this shampoo is that it's very gentle on my hair, so it doesn't set up too much, at least not for me um. It personally smells a lot better than my Shea Moisture one, even though I love the Shea Moisture one, and I noticed that this really did last me a long time if you probably can't tell at all, but I'm probably like right here in the bottle - and I Noticed that with this, like a little bit of product goes a long way in terms of cleansing, my scalp, so that's what I really appreciate about that shampoo, so that one definite number four is the diva curl lowpoo. Now this stuff is a little bit more pricier than the other products that I mentioned um, but it's honestly fantastic when I was first starting off in terms of like experimenting with shampoos. That was one of the first shampoos that I used in my hair and loved. It it really did a great job at getting rid of buildup in my scalp and on my hair, and it still was like moisturizing and didn't strip my hair too much. This is different from the built-up buster. Personally. I'Ve tried that one from the diva curl line and that didn't do anything for me. So if you're looking for something that gets rid of buildup, I personally think the lowpoo does a better job than the buildup buster. But that's just me, and last but not least, I have the Camille rose, Naturals, sulfate, free, sweet, ginger, cleansing rinse, and this has castor and Anna seed oil in it. And what I like about this shampoo a lot is that it's super light. As it says, it's a it's a rinse, so I noticed for me if I don't have to too much buildup in my hair, but I don't have like zero buildup in the sense that, like I can just put water in it and rinse out my product. I noticed this is really great at just getting rid of that, like minimal amount of build-up without really drying my hair out, it makes my hair super soft too, and I think the best part is that it has that castor oil in it. So if you suffer from dry hair in the slightest, this will definitely make your hair feel very soft after washing it um and also castor. Oil is just really good for hair growth too. So that's another plus, but either way yeah. That'S definitely another favorite of mine and yeah, so those were my top 5 favorite shampoos for naturally curly hair. I really hope you found this video helpful, be sure to comment down below if you use to any of these shampoos or if you all, have any favorite shampoos that you've used. I really want to know down below too, because I may be in the market for a new one next year, even though I love these ones, it doesn't hurt to. You know, spread my wings and try out some other stuff, but either way. Thank you. Nina Moo: Shea Moisture JBCO is surprisingly very moisturizing and I love it. The sacred tiara is also my favorite.

nvrnakednails1: I'm still in search for that perfect moisturizing shampoo that doesn't strip my hair too much. Lately I've been using the coconut shampoo by Maui moisture, and it's okay but I still have to dilute it. Next month I want to try the one from Camille Rose, and the hydrating shampoo by the mane choice.

KrystleK: I found your channel today! I love your videos!!! So helpful for this curly life

Katelyn Wright: The shea moisture JBCO one is my favorite it help so much with strengthening and growing out my hair

Cherale White: Funny I come across your vlog about this. I had just went out earlier and picked up some of that Maui moisture heal and hydrate shampoo and conditioner in a trial size. And I also picked up sheamoisture moisture retention shampoo and conditioner as well. As I finally chucked out the old Head and Shoulder bottles I've been using previous for my dandruff(me thinks twice a day moisturizing has totally helped me end that issue since my big chop). Only thing is now, after I finish off my VO5 clarifying shampoo, I'll need a new one sulfate free one. As the protein treatment/rinse I use requires it to be washed out with a good clarifier. If I'm not mistaken(which I might be, as some of the vlogs run together a bit for me at times), but did you suggest in one of your vlogs that the Kinky Curly shampoo was a clarifying shampoo or no? If so, the store where I work might have that in I believe. And I for sure should jump on it fast, as I noticed the shelf space for Camille Rose products has shrank down to just the curl milk, something with avocado, and a twisting butter. Had to go to Target to find the Curl Maker that you had mentioned.

Cierra Rose: It’s strange. Cause carols daughter shampoo says sulfate free. But the second ingredient is a sulfate. Idk if it’s that one you suggested but i know it was the purple one (I don’t know the names lol)

Confession of an Aries: Lol I think my hair is picky and sometimes bougie because it dried my hair out but my curls definitely were curlier than before. As I Am shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner are bomb ☺️!

Michaela Hamilton: I USE THAT SAME JAMACAN BLACK CASGER OIL SHAMPOO AND I SO AGREE!! ILYSM you should still post frequently and have you ever thought of doing a meet and greet if so you should come to Minnesota!

🦋ᑕꫝꪮsꫀꪀ ᑕꪖꪀᦔꪖᥴꫀ🦋: Thanks I needed this my hair is curly too ☺️
