Hey guys welcome back to my channel, my name is Kelly and in today's video I'm gon na show you guys how I do in olaplex treatment at home. So if you haven't noticed right now, olaplex is all the rage. It'S everywhere on Instagram on YouTube, at least in the curly hair world, so I first discovered olaplex through hi Felicia, the curl Queen. You guys can check out her videos. She doesn't video on how she does her olaplex treatment and she's been raving about this for a while, so I had to get it and a lot of other people had bit of getting it too. This is awesome. So what this is is it's a bond repair treatment, so our hair is made up of bonds and proteins. So when we damage our hair through whether it be straightening or coloring, or just how you manipulate it or manage it that can cause, you know damage or breakage or whatever. So what this does? Is it repairs all those broken bonds? So there are three different forms to the olaplex system: there's olaplex number one number two and number three, so I have number three here and I learned that olaplex number one and number two should only be used by a stylist at a hair salon. So number three is actually made to be in affluent treatment, so this one is a less potent version of number two. All the flex number two has 15 % concentrate, whereas old flex number three has 12.5 % concentrate, and the best part is that olaplex is for all hair types straight: wavy curly, thick frizzy, whatever it is made for all hair types, to basically bring your hair back To its natural state, so this helps to make your hair softer reduce frizz. If you have curls make them more defined, it's just amazing all around so I haven't been using all the plus for very long. I just got it recently last month, so this is only my second time using it. I'M gon na leave a clip to show you guys the results after I use it for the first time and I used it with Rio, sheõs volumizing conditioner, so my hair, it looks huge, so I loved the results. From that day, my hair was so full. It felt so soft. It was very voluminous. Obviously, that had partly to do with the volumizing conditioner that I used, but most of it had to do with the olaplex seriously, because I've used the volumizing conditioner many times before, and it does work great, but it doesn't. It never looked like that. So my hair was like on another level that day so I'll just get into how to use it. So I'll give you guys the instructions on the back it says, use before shampooing. It is not a conditioner. It'S a bond builder directions of use. You can use it one time per week for damaged hair use. It two to three times per week apply on damp towel. Dried hair apply a generous amount from scalp to ends until it is thoroughly saturated, leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes longer if desired and then rinse from hair, shampoo and condition as usual. So I already rinsed my hair. It'S not soaking wet at all! Actually, rinsed it probably like 45 minutes ago, so it's still damp, but it's not soaked. So what I'm gon na do is section my hair and then start applying the olaplex, so something I learned from hi Felicia is when you're applying the products in your hair don't apply too much of it to areas that you know are not damaged, try to focus Most of the product on an area that might have damaged whether it be an area where you colored it or where you might have straightened it a lot. So you do want to saturate your hair with the products, but don't put too too much. If you know that part of your hair is good, so you want to make sure that you detangle your hair before you add the product into it. So I use my Denman brush just gently brush it and then add it in you do want to saturate your hair, though um you don't want to leave any parts of your hair dry. So after you apply it to your hair, you can leave it. As is you can braid it? You can twist it I'm just gon na twist it like this, so I know which section has already got the product in it and you can make it into smaller sections. If you want do it, however, you see fit if your hair is thicker, you might want to do it in. You know smaller sections to make sure all of your hair is saturated and it has a light smell. The smell is not bad at all. It smells like, I don't know it smells like florally kind of it smells like something I smelled before for sure. It'S not strong, though, so I'm really gon na focus the product on these sections of hair, because this is the top section where I have most of my highlights, and I feel like just the top section of your hair, you know, gets hit by the Sun more So it's more prone to damage, so I'm going to use a little bit more than usual on these sections here. So if you have really dry ends, you want to focus the product on your ends or, if you have really frizzy roots, you want to flip as a product on your roots, because it's gon na work really well to help rejuvenate that section of your hair. Okay, guys so I'm finished putting it in my hair. So the wait time varies it's all depending on your hair and what your hair needs. So the instructions say that you can leave it on for ten minutes or longer if desired. I'M gon na leave mine on for 30 minutes because I just wanted to get in there as much as possible. So I'm gon na do that and I will be right back. Okay, guys, I'm back. It'S been a little over half an hour because I have to eat. I was hungry, but this is what my hair looks like. So obviously it dried up some it's not fully dry, it's still a little bit damp, but when you leave the olaplex in your hair for a long period of time, it starts to get a little bit hard, not a lot at all. It just has like a little cast yeah. Now, I'm gon na wash it out. So it says after you rinse this out. You shampoo and condition like normal okay guys. So that's it. I shampooed and conditioned my hair. I have nothing in my hair right now. It'S just water and my hair looks pretty curly already um. You can use any shampoo and conditioner. You want honestly, obviously like a good one, one that doesn't have like sulfates and parabens silicones and all that bad stuff, but I used um diva curl, so you can use whatever you want so yeah guys. This is how I use all Clips number three. If you used it before, let me know down in the comments below what your results were like. Hopefully you guys enjoy this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel for more videos. Thank you so much for watching, and I will talk to you in my next video bye.

Ameri: I used it overnight and i saw a hugeee difference! My ends didn’t curl so much before but after the treatment they came back to life

Happy Hubbs: Your hair is like mine. When it’s wet it’s straight as it dries it gets curly. Thank you for your very informative videos.

Shay DeJesus: Omg... Kelly this video was super helpful! I need to try this on my hair! I gotta say this curly hair journey is so hard and sometimes I just want whip out my straightener but your videos always help me stay motivated. I’m into my 2nd month on this curly/healthy hair journey and I know I have a long way to go before I start see amazing results ❤️

Dinah Reviews: It is so nice to see results on different hair types. I am loving the results on my straight hair & can't wait to share. I have one more treatment left before I share my thoughts but it is safety say I love it. I leave mine in longer and sometimes place a plastic bag or wrap over the hair and put heat to it. Love the results when I do that. SO shiny. xoxo

CJ1C13: Yesssss I did it as well and I felt the difference.... I will be doing my second treatment on Sunday since I just recently had a trim !!! I say do it Ladies you’ll be surprised!!! My curls were so defined after love love the results!!! Love you girlie Keep doing your thing mama God Bless You

RockingTy: Love it! I used Olaplex 1 & 2 for the first time yesterday when I had my whole head of highlights retouched and my curls are still alive!! The first time I had the highlights done (at the same place) my curls died for a good 3 months. I also bought Olaplex 3 to use at home, can't wait to use it. Love your videos, even though my curls are not as defined as yours (I wish! I'm a 2B or 2C on a really good day) your videos are super helpful <3

TheCurlyFitChic: I so needed this video after adding dye to the bottom tips of my hair! I'm about to order now! Thanks so much for this upload! ❤️ Edit: Ugh....my hair is a couple inches from my butt. They really should sell a bigger bottle. I will have to purchase two to be on the safe side!

Annemarie Smith: Kelly, you've been such an inspiration to my curly hair journey! Thanks!

Alexandria Torres: This was such a great and helpful video! Perfectly detailed. This is a product I've been wanting to learn more about before I purchased it, so thank you! And your gorgeous hair inspires me

Natashia Clifford: Thanks for helping us curly girls!!! Such an inspiration

Amanda Bicket: Whoa so much volume in that after photo! Thanks for this video Kelly! Oh and also don't forget, thanks to your brother for getting it for you so we can all see it in action!

Linda K: Omigosh, girl your hair looks amazing! Olaplex needs to hire you to promote the product... I know I'm sold!! :)

A Montoya: I just recently discovered Olaplex and it is a life-changer. I started coloring my hair when it started to go grey, and I had no idea how it would wreck my curls. I saw Olaplex on Tiktok and decided to give it a try, and it changed my hair game. I got the sample kit so I could try it without investing a ton of money, we all have cemeteries of products that just don't work. After my first treatment a week ago, I bought the largest size of the repair treatment because it is that good. I have spent the week using different styling products to see which hold I like best, and I love them all though mousse made my hair really soft and voluminous. I also got the finishing oil and leave-in conditioner, which I use after I wash my hair. I mix the oil in with my product and then also use it in between washes directly on my hair. I give this product a thumbs up and have recommended it to all my curly-haired friends. :)

vbtjasi: it’s funny how excited we get when our hair types are included

AnnMarie Milligan: Great video!!1 thank you - simple and effective explanations - can't wait to use this tonite!

Pretty Buff Bod: Your curls are popping!!! I just bought mine and I am stoked

Hey, I'mValarie: I get step 1&2 from my stylist (I've had since I was a baby) and it worth it to get a treatment done at a salon, and it's been a few years since it's been out, and it's not as expensive to get it done

DawnMarie F: Thank you for your well made and informative video. To the point, good pace and great results. You have me sold, I'm going to try it tonight

Gigi Reddick: Great tutorial thank you. Gorgeous hair!!

Veil Break: It was your hair that inspired me to cut mine! After watching your 'rezo cut' video. Best thing I did! And your hair is looking better than ever!

Sara: I definitely want to try Olaplex... I've got color-damaged blonde hair, but I hate being brunette (or dishwater blonde, whatever my actual color is lol) Maybe my husband will get some for me as a Valentine's day present hehe Anyway, your curls and volume are amazingggg! I'm so jealous!

Pelu: Omg you're gorgeous! Love the video! Recently become obsessed with olaplex on my chemically treated hair, you got a new subscriber from London girlll ❤️

Paula Broussard: Wow, that came out amazing! So much volume!

Krystina: Olaplex is great! I have a hookup with my cousin and she got me the travel kit with step 1 and 2 from a license store similar to cosmoprof. On Olaplex site it says "the longer it sits, the better the results" so I overnight olaplex in my hair like my prepoo routine.

nonkavw: You look like a mix of Beyonce and Shakira.

Kresiva Rivkah: Thank you for creating this tutorial!

N E S S A S U N S H I N E: This is so helpful!! So excited cause I’m gonna try it this week!!

Normie Peachey: Thank you! I just found out of this brand and I'm patiently waiting for next month to treat myself!

Veronika Klaic: Great delivery you talk at a good pace you’re interesting not conceited nor dull well done!! great music too!

Lidia Santos: Such an inspiration for the curly hair!!!! I have a question... do you have a lot of hair that falls out? In the shower or just in general?? Curious to know what amount of shedding on someone else’s curly hair is:)

Iris Barahona: I ordered 0, 3, 4, 5,6, and 7 , can't wait too use it.... your hair is gorgeous!!!

Butterfly Glitterglam 🦋: Oh my, I was doing this wrong I will try this next time , I was using Olaplex after my shampoo! And was leaving it in too short will try 30 minutes next time, my hair looks like this when curly but now it’s totally damaged and does not curl anymore, feels like straw after washing Good video ! Reese: Question! I wash my hair once a week and by the end of the week there is a lot of buildup due to the products I use. Will rinsing my hair be enough to get some of the buildup out of the way so this product will work its magic?

Jessica Rivera: Woah... It looks so good!

RedLadyBug 91: I’m interested in this product as I have natural frizzy curly hair that I’ve straightened to death. I only straighten my fringe these days and I want my natural curls back

Jaleen Azevedo: PLEASE DO AN INNERSENSE REVIEW!! On the hydrating cream conditioner, hydrating hair wash, quiet calm curl control, and I create lift!

Graycee Calloway: Beautiful!!!

Jess: loved the video!! can you do an updated shea moisture routine? or some video with shea moisture? love their products!!

Hannah: I think I need that the back part of my hair was soooooo crunch, that part of my hair doesn't curl unlike the other part, it tangles a lot, it feels like a plastic fake barbie hair, I couldn't brush it easily even with conditioner, I'm so frustrated at that part

Selah Avery: So did you go to a salon and have steps 1&2 done first? Or did you just use step 3 both times you've used it?

Berchy Zgb: Oh my Gooood the hair I'm in love ❤ and please if you can make a video of how to remove silicones without sulfates if it's even possible

Doris de arce: Did you blow dry/diffuser?

Alejandra Chavez Cruz: Can you use it on permed hair?

Shila Jo: You look like Shakira! Gorgeous curls btw!❤️

Rebekka Wilson: I been using Lange hair care shampoo and conditioner as well as some other products, i have very kinky natural curly hair. But as soon as i take hair brush to my hair tears up. What do you recommend

Habeeba Janabi: You are seriously sooo beautiful wow

diane marie: I went through two bottles of the Olaplex, but I did not see a difference. I suspect it is due to the fact that my hair was over processed and damaged by a hair stylist no longer with Ulta. I am still crying! Should I continue to use it?

Darian Elena: *buys olaplex* This was great

TheGirlOverTheMoon: I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but you look so much like Shakira!
