Hi guys welcome back to my youtube channel to all those I knew hello, don't forget to subscribe and check out all the other tutorials I have for curly hair in this video, I'm going to show you how to deep condition your curly hair. There are two ways that I do this and I find this very important in my routine, so the first method is using a deep conditioner before you shampoo, your hair. In this I'm using the false, essential, apotheon priming hair mask it's a very rich creamy mask with banana pals and matey. It doesn't smell, really nice, but it's got a lovely consistency and it helps manage my tangles very easily. Now I use a deep conditioner before and shampoo, because sometimes I use a medicated shampoo and that dries out my hair really badly. So I needed something to protect my hair strands, while the shampoo washes off my hair - and I find this is one of the best conditioners for the patient or mask it's also made for a pre shampoo ma. I thoroughly wet my hair parted into sections and take a generous amount of the deep conditioner. I smooth it over in a praying motion like this, followed with finger detangling and a wide tooth comb. Next, I'm gon na tie it into a loose bun and then use a shower cap. I'M currently using a cholesterol cap that heats up a little bit that helps the deep conditioner getting more thoroughly inside your hair strands. We need any shower cap if you have it at home, so the second method is softly. My most used method for deep conditioning, I shampoo my hair and then I apply the deep conditioner. The shampoo removes all previous buildup, and this makes the deep conditioner easier to penetrate through the hair strands. Here I am using the bodyshop rainforest moisture deep conditioner is one of my favorites, like I said before I section my hair and then generously apply it to each side. I then use a wide tooth comb followed by the narrower comb. This has distributes the deep conditioner. Suddenly, throughout my strands, I usually put this under a shower cap for minimum to kill twenty minutes two to three hours on a good day, and if I'm really busy, I keep it overnight and rinse it off the next morning. This is how it looks right after rinsing out the deep conditioner I'm now going to style it with my favorite, even as I am leaving conditioner and eco styler gel the couple of hours of air drying will have my hair look bouncy very less frizz soft to Touch and most importantly, clean healthy. What more can you ask from a good, deep conditioned session? cath: hello, im an aspiring curly haired girl suffering with dry hair. Do you condition your hair in the shower after shampooing and then put in leave-in conditioner? or do you just shampoo and then deep condition? is there a difference between leave-in conditioner and deep conditioner? Also why bother putting deep conditioner in your hair prior to shampooing if you are just going to wash it out???
Sanika Patil: I don't really use deep conditioner because I think they are a bit too expensive so instead I oil my hair the previous night of the hair wash.. it works just as great...and is much more affordable..my favourite oil mask which also helps with hair growth is 1/3 part black seed oil and 2/3 of coconut oil...if you don't have that coconut oil by itself is also great for hair..

Rups S: Hi.. I did a DC yesterday with the mamaearth argan oil hair mask. I have done it b4 n my hair looks moisturised..but this time it has turned frizzy. The only difference this time is that I used a heat cap during DC for around 30 minutes. Then left the mask for around 20 minutes more without heat. I followed it up with Arata creme n gel (which I have done b4 too). So did the heat cap DC not suit my hair? Or what could have caused this frizz? Thanks.
