Y'All, I'm about to do something that I never do. You know I'm gon na do today. I'M gon na not use a styling product you're thinking! Oh, is this girl? What has she done with Alyson, but guess what I've been trying out a new product line new to me and they've been around for about a year now I've been trying them for about a month, insistant Lee. I know that my hair is already healthy, but I feel, like I have seen my hair become even more resistant to humidity resistant to wind. I just I really can't say enough good things about this line. I love it and I'm really excited to share with you. Its pros. Have you heard of pros so pros is a custom hair care company go online, you fill out a consultation, and lo and behold you get products delivered to your door, a shampoo and conditioner and a pre-poo hair masque. It is a pre, shampoo treatment masque. It'S insane that there is custom hair care out there and what I love about this is that you know if you've watched my ingredients, video, you know it's important to understand ingredients. You know it's important to understand what you're putting on your hair, but if you're the kind of person who it really doesn't have time for all that, you really don't want to understand all those things you just want products that work. This is the way to get it. This is how you get products that work for you without having to understand every ingredient that goes into knowing and trusting that the ingredients that are in here are good good for you and good for your hair. So you go online, you fill out this consultation, we'll have questions and it's pretty thorough. I have them right here, I'm going to read some of them to you. What is the texture of your natural hair when you let it air dry? How thick is one strand of your hair? What is the condition of your hair? What is the length of your hair when you run your hand through your hair? How many strands do you notice in your palm? If you part your hair on the top of your head, how much of your scalp, can you see? How does your scalp usually feel any color treatments? How what do you style your hair with? How would you describe your diet? How often do you experience stress over the next two months in what zip code will you spend most of your time? Do you want silicone free? Would you like to select any additional ingredient preferences and then what fragrance would you like to use in your formula and you get three choices which is awesome and but not least, what are your hair goals? All these questions are helping pros, determine your hair's strength, its elasticity density, texture, porosity, all those things. I'Ve been telling you for a period of time. Now that you need to know about your hair to choose the right products, they're gon na, do it for you they're gon na, do it for you and they're gon na make it really really easy. Like I said, I've been using this products for a while, I'm going to watch this hot mess. That'S on my head, we're like day three, it's not horrible! I could wear this out and be okay with it. That'S fine, but it's going to live in better after I mask shampoo and condition my hair. So let's get to it and then I can show you what my results look like having not even used a styling product. So first, I'm going to start with the hair mask this hair mask is not your typical mass is a pre shampoo treatment. This is something you're going to use weekly. I use a little bit more than a quarter. Size amount - and I apply it mostly to my ends and then work my way up, I like to massage it into my scalp. That'S definitely not a step you need to take, but the nice thing is with these products is that they come with directions that tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. I leave it on for about 15 minutes to allow the strengthening and hydrating ingredients actually repair my hair and also prepare it for the next steps of cleansing and conditioning next up is shampoo. This is a sulfate free shampoo. I use about two pumps of this shampoo and it makes a great lather it's not over the top. It'S just the right amount of suds and if of course it's not going far enough for you, you can add a little bit of water to help that lather move a little bit more easily through your hair after I rented that out completely I'm going to follow Up with their conditioner - and I use about two pumps of this now, the first time I used it, I was a little freaked out because it seemed to disappear into my hair. I mean I thought I needed to use a lot more, so I used two or three more pumps and it was way too much. So trust me when I say this stuff is super concentrated a little goes a long way. So stick with two pumps. If your hair is about the length and density of mine, the directions say that can twist my strands as I work my way down to help the product penetrate my strand, I prefer to use my typical squish to condition to really drive the conditioner and water into My hair to feed it from the inside out rinse that out almost completely then add a little bit more, like maybe a chick pea sized amount. As my leaving conditioner and my only styling product for the day, okay, I've popped my hair. On top of my head directly after applying that conditioner and no other styling products have been applying, this is it now. I may choose to apply a little bit more of the conditioner just on my ends, right before I diffuse. If they look like they need it, but from here on out I'm going to take off my plop diffuse, my hair as usual, and you guys have seen that in several other videos that I've done before. Basically, diffusing is going to happen without a gel. In my hair time to defuse okay, so I've got my clips in my hair is like 99.9 % dry and the volume is incredible. Is it not like? Can we agree that? Yes, I have more frizz, you can see it. I can see it. I'M totally good with it. A lot of you guys tell me you don't like this perfect gelled looking hair. This is not perfect, gelled! Looking hair, this is just great looking hair, if I may be so bold as to give myself a compliment. This is hair that just looks like hair. It looks like what your hair should look like when you've washed and conditioned it, which is exactly what I did so I'm gon na let this cool down for about 10 minutes and then I'll get back with you and we'll just shake it out together. No there's! No crunch, but when you, when you diffuse your hair you're asking the water to evaporate quickly, so it does leave something behind just a little bit. It'S very, very soft. It'S very very fluffy and I'll take out my clips and shake it out with you in just a moment. It is that time. Let'S take these clips out. Okay, guys, this is just my hair with the clips out like I haven't. Even I haven't even fluffed it. Yet, let's do it use my claw fluff technique to kind of get everybody where I want it, I mean, have you ever seen so much volume in your life? I really you're, not gon na, believe me, but I really don't have that much hair. So this is pretty amazing for me. No, it's not the curliest. My hair has ever been. No, it's definitely not the most defined. My hair has ever been it's the most voluminous and it's the most natural-looking my hair has ever been so. If this is the kind of look you like and you like, a quick styling routine, this is where it's at my hair, dried in 15 minutes. I mean usually it takes me about 25 and will my hair look this good tomorrow? Yes, it will. I need to refresh with some water and maybe a little bit more conditioner, probably but that's okay with me. It'S still really easy. It'S still really natural humidity resistant. It'S wind resistant like it lasts, and I did try this with a couple of my other, very favorite, shampoo and conditioners, to see if I could get the same result, and I didn't. I talked about these questions from the consultation that you take on the pros website. In the beginning of my video, so this is a professional consultation that feels like you're talking to a stylist and after they received this information pros processes. 85 data points from your exact consultation to create the one formula for you out of 50 billion possible combinations. A really cool thing after you take that consultation is not only. Do you get custom, hair care? You also get a sheet that tells you all about exactly what's in your products, your hair and scalp needs your hair goals: how to use the individual products that comes with directions, all the specific ingredients that are in your mask, shampoo and conditioner, and by the way, Because I selected for these products to be silicone, free and the shampoos are always sulfate free. These are curly girl, friendly ingredients. My conditioner does contain, I believe, a second issue, nor does contained in drying alcohol that by January you can rest assured that all of these formulations will be completely alcohol-free, and just so you guys know in between the time that I received my shipment and filmed this Video I lost to these and I was able to reach out to customer service and they sent them to me right away. The mask comes just like this guys. I literally can't think of a bad thing to say about this company about their product. It'S just it's so awesome. The price was really the only thing holding me back, plus the fact that I already have so many products under my sink. Of course, this is just a first impression, but I used the three products, scrunched some Curly Custard in it afterwards and diffused and holy cow is my hair light and soft, defined, shiny and with absolutely zero frizz. ulovemex33: I’ve been following you since you first started your curly hair journey. Your hair has done a full 100% improvement. I love it. The cut definitely gave your curls more strength and definition coupled with the right products. I wish I had the energy or even the true desire to see what works for my hair and what doesn’t. One day the products I use my curls are so defined and pretty and then the next time I use the same exact things i don’t get the same results. I just don’t get it. So I started straightening it again due to frustration.

Nancy: My hair is fine, curly/wavy, and a couple of inches past my shoulders. I prefer it to relax into a wave when I let it air dry. second day hair for me is a relaxed wave and I love that. This type of hair routine sounds like it is up my alley. I wouldn't refresh it with moisture, I would finger comb and go for second day hair.
Christina Schroeder: I tried this and was impressed by how soft my hair was. LOVE the mask so much. But I am not convinced on the no styler. My hair was super big and my curl not as defined as I would have liked. I am going to give it a go for as long as the product lasts and see if I notice a difference. It is pricey.

I saved the bottle caps for travel, so I don't have to worry about spilling because the bottles are the perfect size for travel. Oh! If you use dry shampoo, theirs is probably the best I've ever used. It does the job and your hair still looks great and it gives it volume! It's a powder and has zero smell!! Awesome product!

Kurai_Sen: Hm, this sounds incredibly interesting, if only we had them in India :( But being 6-7 months into CG, my hair is slowly beginning to improve. The only issues? I seem to not be able to get good wash day hair, like I need to sleep on it in order for it to look good. I've been sleeping in the crunch as advised by you, and it seems to work for me, but I wish I could have great day 1 hair out of the shower and not have to sleep on it in order for it to look frizz free, defined and volumized. My texture is similar to yours, only coarser.

I liked the way my hair looked just by being air dried but I am buying a diffuser that you talked about. Now my question is, one what did you say your hair is like? My hair is usually straight if I brush it and I just recently stopped doing that. I did put on the answers that is normally wavy/curly. I do want that. Then I started using WEN products and now I only HAVE TO wash my hair about every 6 - 7 days or so. I wash more often usually because I will end up getting it wet in the bath or shower so I will just start over so I can re style or style differently... It's also great for not stripping color from hair on top of the whole ' No sulfates, phthalates, etc...' Thing!

FOB will be much less complex as far as the questions that they ask but I've still heard really great things. I would love to see a review on that! Edit: I've just emailed them to ask them to come to Australia. Do you HAVE to use the mask for 15 minutes? Adding an extra 15 minutes in the morning when you start work at 7am is a big ask!
