My Wavy/Curly Hair Routine (2B/2C Curls) + Giveaway | Frizz-Free & Natural

Hi everyone, my name, is lilia and welcome to my new video on my youtube channel. Thank you so much for tuning in and today i'm going to be sharing with you, my natural wavy hair care routine. Ever since i started wearing my hair, more naturally embracing my natural waves, a lot of you guys have been requesting for me to film a haircare, routine, video and now i'm finally doing it. If you're excited for this video, it would mean so much to me if you could thumbs up the video and with that being said, let's jump right in. I would say that my hair for all my curly girls out there is a mix between two b and two c waves. My hair right now is definitely at the healthiest it has ever been three years ago. I cut my hair super super short, not because i wanted to, but because my hair was literally breaking off and it took me about three years of really taking care of it. Really getting to know what works and what doesn't work, not coloring it as much and not heat styling it as much to get back to this point and um yeah. Now i'm really happy with my hair. So that's a little bit of my hair journey. Now it is time to actually start talking about the product, i'm first going to start off with weekly or bi-weekly treatments, especially for wavy or curly hair. I think it is so important to not only like shampoo and condition your hair, but to also give it some treatment time, if that makes sense some meat time, but then for hair. If that makes sense. So i use two different treatments on my hair and i usually combine them together and they're both from the brands, the innate life and they're, also sponsoring this part of the video. So when it comes to the innate life, they really stand for a very natural, organic and simple product. So these products are perfect. If you care about natural hair care, as well as products that work with the cg curly girl, hair method, because they don't contain any nasty particles, if i can say that way, also, i love the packaging, and i think my favorite part about these products is the Smell nothing comes close to how amazing these products smell. They literally smell, like aroma therapy on your hair anyways. The two treatments that i use for my hair, weekly or bi-weekly are the innate life scalp treatments, and this is for a normal scalp and what it does is that it repairs and it hydrates your scalp. So if you struggle with dryness or some flakiness, which is what i definitely struggle with, unfortunately this is great. So when you apply this product, it is quite oily, but don't worry, it all washes out. So i use this product on dry hair and what i do is that i grab a bit of the paste again. It is quite oily and then i grab a piece of my hair and just really massage it through not on the hair itself. But more of my scalp massaging your hair is honestly the best thing that you can do for it. If you want it to grow and be healthy because it promotes blood circulation, the hair growth. So i always recommend massaging your hair. You can leave this overnight or for a short amount of time kind of depends. I love sleeping with this, but sometimes i just don't have the time for it and i leave it on for like an hour or something, and it's really cool, because after a little while, like 10 minutes or something it starts to tingle like it's a very minty Refreshing relaxing feeling, but your scalp literally tintles, it's amazing. While i put this on my scalp, i put this in my mid to the end of my hair, because this is the innate life herbal hair mask, and this is hydrating and reparative, and this also contains 15 different plant-based. Botanicals smells amazingly and is surprisingly not that greasy, i feel, like some hair masks, really weigh your hair down, but this feels more silky. I would say so it's not that heavy, but it is very moisturizing and potent so i just apply it from my mids to the ends of my hair and then i put my hair in a little bun and i either go to bed with it or i Chill for a while, and then it is time to wash it out. Also, i only brush my hair before i go into the shower, sometimes after if my hair is really naughty, but i try to touch it as little as possible after i washed it just because i don't want to disrupt the natural curl pattern, and i always use This rose gold, hair brush from kristen s because it is so soft on my hair. It never hurts and it also looks beautiful when it comes to my shampoo and conditioner. I use a few different brands because throughout the years i realized that my hair kind of gets tired of using the same shampoo and conditioner over and over again so some days, i will use the shampoo and conditioner from the innate life, and this is the bergamot And lemon lime - and, oh, my god, you guys this is the best smelling, shampoo and conditioner. Ever if you love a very refreshing invigorating scents. Try these these are amazing and lingers. So long in your hair, like i'm telling you this is the best shampoo and conditioner i've ever tried. Another shampoo and conditioner that i like to use to switch things up with is from the brand kizu from the very famous influencer nagin marsani. All our products smell beautifully they're a little bit more of a floral kind of perfumey scent. All her products contain honey derived from her bee garden, which is pretty cool. It'S like a family business, and i really like her shampoo and conditioner. It has no sulfates, no nasties and then last but not least, the other shampoo that i like to use is this detox shampoo. From the way i like to use this shampoo once a month to really make sure that i clean my hair from all the build up, so i also really like the way hair products. Also, whenever i wash my hair, i always use this hair scrubber that i got from amazon. It'S super cute and so practical, because if you have a lot of thick hair and you find it hard to really massage and clean your scalp, this is something that will change your life. Not only does it feel great on your scalp, but also make sure that you really clean not only your hair, but also your scalp. Now that i showed you all the products that i used before and in the shower, i'm now going to appear with wet hair and show you how i style my hair and how i actually achieve these girls. So everyone i just came out of the shower - and the first thing that i do is put my hair in a towel so that it can soak up all the excess moisture in my hair. I let it sit while i do my skincare routine, as well as my makeup routine, and once i'm finished with that, it is time to work on my hair. So this is my natural hair when it's all wet without any product, and the first product that i love to use is the innate life neroli, hair primer, and this is to balance and restore your hair. It'S perfect if you're going to use any form of heat on your hair, so i make sure that i coat every little part of my hair because i really wanted to stay as healthy as possible, especially when i use heat the next step that i use is To use this air dry cream from kristen s, kristen s is another hair brand that i have been loving throughout the years. Kristen s is developed by the very famous celebrity hairstylist called kristen s. Obviously she was also the mastermind behind lauren conrad's iconic braid. I don't know if you guys still remember that from i think, like about 10 years ago 15 years ago, when the hills on mtv came out. I was obsessed with that show, so she also has a hair brand and that is available at target, and i also think sephora. So i use about this much on my hair and i focus it on the ends of my hair and what i really like about this product is that it is quite lightweight, but it still adds some um, moisture and definition. The next product that i'm using is also from kristen s, and this is from her curl defining collection. This is the weightless shine, curl, defining jelly. I use about three pumps of this. It'S quite a hydrating, transparent gel and i just work it through my hands and then i work it through my hair at this time i don't really scrunch my hair, yet the next step is a curling mousse. Now this is actually not a curling mousse. This is the kristen s volumizing mousse. She also has a curling mousse, but just like hers and a lot of other curling moves that i've tried, i don't like them. I feel like they're, quite drying. They often contain some sort of sea salt in them which accentuates waves, but um. My hair just doesn't like any form of like sea salt spray stuff like that, and then i use quite a bit of this stuff until i feel like my hair is completely satisfied. So i'm going to start with this amount, just start scrunching it in my hair, focusing on literally every part of my hair, the ends as well as the roots, and this is really the trick to my hair. Now it is time to blow dry when it comes to blow drying. My hair, i use the d3 um. I think this is the micro hair dryer, i'm not sure. If that's the official full name, i will have linked it in the description box down below. Just like any of the other products that i've been mentioning so far, i really like this hair dryer because it looks so beautiful. The white with the rose gold is so my aesthetic, i don't use a diffuser when i blow dry my hair um, just because i haven't noticed that big of a difference, so i'm going to blow dry it on the highest heat, but the lowest wind setting. If that makes sense, this is my hair all done and blow-dried. I do have to say that i am so happy with the state of my hair right now and even though i do curl and straighten my hair sometimes, and i also color my hair once or twice a year, because i take such good care of it throughout The rest of the period of time - and i don't use heat every day on it, i feel like my hair - can handle it and it's not that breakable as before. So for my last and final step in my everyday hair wash and natural wavy hair routine, i like to use the innate life rose, hair, elixir and this is to tame frizz and add shine, and it contains over 15 different hair oils. It'S such a nice mixture of all natural and super potent hair oils that i love using this, and it also smells amazing. It smells like it smells like a really natural rose, scent and very earthy honestly right now, i feel, like my hair smells even better than that. It looks if that makes sense um. So i just add like about three drops of this, and then i just scrunch it in so that there is some extra shine and another extra nice scent. If that makes sense. And last but not least, i like to finish off my hair care routine with a hair perfume, a hair. Perfume is something that i always use, especially if i go on dates now with my boyfriend, because i'm not a single lady anymore, hey yeah, i love using the gizu honey, infused, hair, perfume and i have the full size as well as the travel size. I just quickly wanted to show you guys add a few spritz through my hair and it's kind of a mixture of flowers and some honey, and i don't know like freshness it's really hard to describe. I wish you could sniff this because it does smell amazing. So my lovely online friends, we made it to the end of my hair care routine, and i really hope you guys enjoyed it. Naturally, a lot of you guys wondered if this was my natural hair, texture or, if i did any like curling to achieve this look, but it's all natural with a little bit of help of product.
