THANKS FOR WATCHING!

Hi everyone so - and this is my hair care routine, which has been requested um by I'm sorry, I can't remember your name I'll put it in the bar below and requested me to doing a cat video, and I think this would probably be quite interesting for a Lot of people, because there aren't that many kind of really informative, um haircare videos on YouTube, really curly hair, you kind of have to like afro hair and that kind of thing. But you know not all of us - have got that kind of hair. Some of us just got really curly hair and then - and so I'm just going to talk you through my hair care routine. So, like I said in my tips for curly hair, I washed my hair everyday and I shampoo and condition and brush it only when it's got conditioner in the shower everyday and use the tangle to use a brush for that. And so I'm just going to kind of talk you through the products that I use. Looking now I didn't realize how many it was that you hear quite a lot but um yeah, because I wash it every day I like to use quite kind of gentle shampoo. It'S kind of targeted at everyday use and the shampoo that I've been using is the John Frieda Frizz Ease curl around care and it's the style activating daily shampoo and it looks like this and it says it awakens and improves natural curl patterns for shiny, sound style. So install spirals, hydrates nourishes and glosses um. It smells quite nice. Just smells like shampoo really and it's a bit wet. So it's my shower. It does the job. You know it's, it's a nice personal shampoo, it's like a reasonable price and it does the job. It'S not too harsh and um, and definitely I would recommend, if you wash your hair everyday, because you've got curly hair use a shampoo, that's targeted everyday use, not something like this, which is the pan. 10 perfect curls shampoo, which I love and I was using. But it's just too harsh for everyday use. So what I do is my everyday products. I just use whatever time that, whatever condition are really at the moment, I'm using the Schwarzkopf split hair repair, which is nice, which looks like this. So I use the John Frieda curler and daily shampoo and the Schwarzkopf conditioner every day and then once or twice and twice a week. Actually I don't know why I said once it's always twice a week I wash my hair properly, which means I use a shampoo. That'S not for everyday use to kind of cleanse. It really well, and I should have brought it up because sometimes I use the Neutrogena one for dandruff because like because I use because I wash my hair every day, let one get product build-up, but something like this. Like the panting one, I use that shampoo in my hair twice and then apply a deep conditioner and the deep conditioner that I'm really enjoying at the moment is the Tresemme thermal recovery, which looks like this just a big tub, and these are great because they're around Three or four pounds you get, I think it's five hundred mils yeah five hundred mils and it's just like a thick white cream and you kind of towel dry. Your hair apply this for like five to ten minutes, wash it out and your hair's like really nicely conditioned and nourished, and it's really love your product and it's not too heavy. It doesn't wear your hair down or anything. It'S really nice and the other things that I've been using, which I don't think I would use again, oh, but I had wanted to try them for a long time with the vo5 hot oil treatments which look like this. They come in like this is what they looks like you get four in a little packet and what you do with this is you put it in hot water, and then you apply for shampoo in your hair, and it kind of is meant to sort of really Condition, your hair, you know Nora deep down because the oil and the heat and everything - but to be honest, I think you trust me wet so at best I won't buy these again, but if there aren't specialized for something you know you can you could check them Out it's a nice idea, but um the actual product is weird. If you want me to do kind of more in-depth some of you about these, let me know and I'll do it, but I prefer the Tresemme conditioner um. Then I so after I've washed my hair. I get out the shower, wrap it up in the towel. You know cleanse my face subscribe, boys, your moisturizer and that kind of thing, and then I get my hair at the time, roughly kind of um dry it just the tiniest bit for like 30 seconds with a towel, and then I apply some serum and the serum. I'M using is the frisk arm serum by James Brown, London, and it says it's smooth and really frizz into a flawless finish, and it looks like this and I'm sure you can get this not beat so super drug. I think I've got mine in cheek a Mac so but um it wasn't expensive. It was around five pounds. You get a decent amount for a serum, it's quite a large bottle and it's really nice. I just kind of put two pumps and then kind of scrunch. It tip my head upside down, scrunch my hair kind of really well and then flop what sits in between my palms and apply it kind of to the ends of my hair and then, like, I said before I like to move, but I've got three haircare products Here, they're from different ranges that in price wise - and I can talk about all three and I like all three and I'm giving talk about them, and I'm going to talk about the first one, which is the cheapest one, which I believe is a pound. And this is the boots, essentials, styling mousse for curls and waves, and it looks like this nice pink bottle. This is great, it's just you know a normal moves of trying just looks like that. You know normal mousse. I'Ve got nowhere to put this now and it's gon na be a pain to pop it on then. Yes, it's a normal, normal moose. It it smells, it smells quite nice and it works really really well. This is what I put my hair last night and it works really well, if you're in a budget, and even if you're, not it's just a good product, they do it for different types of hair. Obviously this is the only one. I'Ve tried because I've got curly hair, but it's a really really great product really really good. I'M really pleased for that and I definitely buy it again and it's a pound. So you know you really really can't go wrong, trying that it's really great the next one's a little bit more than a pound. I can remember exactly how much this words I'll put it in this side in the bar below and it's the John Frieda Frizz Ease. Take charge curl boosting roots, and it looks like this, and this is okay - it's not as foamy it's more concentrated than the other one it doesn't hold as well. But it's nice. If you like John food and you like frizzies range, it's it's nice. It'S worth a try. You'Ve got if you want your hair to kind of just be just curly, not really big in volt and voluminous, and that kind of thing it's a nice product and then the higher end product that I've got, which you know I'm talking about. All of these, because some people like to spend a little bit more in their hair care, some people prefer to keep it to a minimum kind of thing I kind of like those. I just want something that works for me and the reason I've got all of these is just because I like to try any products, and this is the TIGI catwalk curls rock curl booster, and it looks like this and this isn't a mousse. This is spray, and this is the only spray that I've ever tried. It gives the same result as a nice, and I bought this from TK Maxx at around 6 pounds. I think it retails at about 13 pounds and it smells lovely. It'S kind of got sweet kind of it smells like most tea tea products, mellotts that kind of sweet to chemically smell, but I like it and I just kind of spray it onto my hair, all of the movies and everything I've just said now. By the way, I do with my head upside down in a scrunching motion. So if you would like me to demonstrate this is what I do help slow down and then just scrunch scrunch scrunch pulling it all up kind of organize it into what I want it to do and then just leave it to dry and so those kind of Products are really good um, I know make some people look a bit hesitant to kind of wash their hair every day, but I promise you, my hair isn't damaged or dry at all and I'm washing it every day. Is it's nice I like doing and it takes just that little bit more time in the shower, but it takes me probably five minutes to do my hair before I go to bed when I say go to bed and don't that good sleep. But you know when I have my shower at night and um and then it's it's great, you know in the morning. I don't have to do anything to it. I just kind of mess it up and go, and it's really really good, and I think this kind of routine would be good for a lot of people that I've got hair like mine, but kind of just weren't sure what to do and what to use and How often to use it and how to use it, and that kind of thing and, like I said in my previous video, just don't touch it while it's dry and let it do its thing and it should be great and um so yeah, that's it from me. I hope you enjoyed that. I really enjoyed rambling on about haircare and I'm glad that, are you getting so many comments about my hair. It makes me feel really nice and I'm really pleased so yeah. That'S it for me, um, and I hope you enjoyed that and I'll see you very soon. Bye,

MissDarcei: Wow I can't wait til my curly hair is this long! Beautiful :)

simplyjustbecause: Thank you so much for sharing your hair care routine! Your the first video I've found on curly hair that actually was informative. Your hair is gorgeous :)

Melinda Pursley: Thank you so much for the video! My hair is almost the same length and curliness of yours and this vid has some great tips. I too like to change up the products I use so I end up with 5 or 6 at a time! I especially love the tip for everyday shampooing as I only do mine every other day as I was concerned about the brushing factor. I will be trying out your tip this week. Keep up the great posts!

Lindsay Sailer: i used your technique and i LOVE my curls. they are back! thanks so much :) my next step is to buy the products you use bc i have a feeling my hair will look even better than it looks now. you're awesome! :)

Thesparkleicious: So glad it helped you! I think the key for it not going crunchy is making sure there is no water left in your hair, like not dripping wet when u apply it x

Wake up and smell the perfume: Thank you so much for these videos :) Really hoping mine will look as great as yours when it gets a bit longer! Cant wait to try your methods out :) x

Cafeconlatte: I am mixed race, have exactly the same hair as this girl and since i stopped using silicones and sulphate the quality of my hair really improved!

LaughingLeanne: I've just discovered your videos and love them! You have such gorgeous hair and are so sweet! Thank you for sharing all your tips with us!

puni001: Gorgeous! I have super curly hair too, but my curls are a bit tighter and more course. I will try some of these products. I've been using gel all of my life b/c it seems to manage my hair better, but I'll explore these.

Sujhealy: Beautiful hair! I can't get my hair to curl like that any more.

candychunk: Wow! I do the EXACT SAME ROUTINE! Not the same products (I only use one hair product aside from shampoo and conditioner, just mousse after) but the same steps: showering at night, only combing with conditioner while wet of course, applying mousse, then waking up with my hair done, LOL. I love your curls, I showed my sister your vid and told her how I love your hair and she said that we have the same curls but I think mine is a bit tighter than yours, just a tad. I'll try some of those products.

Rachael Pownall: I love how your hair looks, wish I could get mine to look like yours. I am definitely going to try now, thank you. And it sounds like you already know this but there are a ton of haters that will leave nasty comments out of their own misery but I thought it was very helpful.

Kaleigh Clement: "Curly Sexy Hair" is a spray mouse that works really well, use it sparingly because it will become crunchier and harder the more product you use. Smells amazing also! I've used so many different kinds of mouse and have found a few I personally like. Dove is a good one, but since they changed the product I haven't used it as much, I think the new product from Dove is a little too greasy. Aussie has a really really nice, cheap, lightweight mouse and Big Sexy Hair is probably the best for hold.

EmEn: Can you please do an updated routine showing how you get your curls exactly like this? I think I have the same kind of curls as you so I'd love to know how you got them so defined.

DolceCafe: I started using the new 'Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy' shampoo and conditioner a couple weeks ago and it is AMAZING! it really hydrates and nourishes my hair and makes it super soft. I have really curly hair and I also have super oily skin so I wash my hair everyday. And this stuff hydrates my hair without weighing it down and making it look greasy. :)

Thesparkleicious: Hey, I have used both sulfate and silicon free hair care over the years and tbh it made no difference to my hair, and I still had to wash it every day. I do like some shampoos that are sulfate free, but I'm not religious about it as I saw no change. Thanks for sharing though, i'm sure it will help someone:)

ruigopermeer: I loooove the fact that your curly hair is so big! Still trying to get my curls as big and as voluminous. Sad that we haven't got the boots hair products in holland...

Melanie Grosso: honestly you are the youtube video that has ever helped me. i have the same hair as you thank you so much! you are the best and your hair is gorgeous

sawyerangel: Ive watched your videos for a long time now but seen this you look so good even though its an older video wish you would wear your make up like this again or do a tutorial on this makeup and nail polish look I LOVEEE it :). Much love from Sarah in Scotland xxx

Mary S: Hey! I just want to say you're awesome! I gave up on my hair, it was just too frizzy. But, then I watched your video and I went out and bought everything. THAANKK YOUUU. I did your wet hair routine, and did it with you. Love it! Except, are your curls crunchy, cause when I use the John Freida mouse it turns out lovely but with a bit a frizz and the Pantene mouse is awesome, but it's very crunchy.

Sweetlove7794: Hey! i LOVE your videos, i have hair just like yours, but i just didnt know what to do with it! & honestly, straightening it all the time is a real pain. I LOVE the tips you gave & the products you shared, but i live in Toronto, Canada, so i dont know which stores carry Boots Essential & TIGI catwalk & James Brown serum. Stores like Walmart do carry everthing else though, John Freida, Pantene, Garnier, Head & Shoulders etc. So any ideas what i can use instead? or which stores carry them? THANKS!

Thesparkleicious: Any color works on curly hair, as long as it work with ur skin tone. My hair in this video was after I had dyed it black about 6 months b4, and it had faded in to that color x

MyCandyCurls: love this!!! very informative. youre so right. its hard finding videos on curly hair.

Rim Slaoui: @the sparkleicious Wow I actually have the EXACT same hair as yours! Same curls, colour, length.. Thank you so much, it really helped cause I never know what to do with my hair! I usually wash it every other day, use conditionner, but never really put any mousse or anything, & I touch it A LOT. So I guess you just resolved all my hair problems lol But I still have a question : How do you get such nice curls at the front? Mine are always frizzy no matter what... Oh, and btw you're beautiful! <33

Katt Jenkins: OMGOSH!! You're hair is gorgeous! Thanks for the tips!

Zoe Engelhard: How do you let it dry at night? Diffuser? And do you tie it up? Really helpful & would save a lot of time in the morning

Peach Cali: After years of searching curly hair tips on youtube for years, I finally found you :)

Jessica Dean: Well said , great video thanks for doing it xx

sabrina: Your hair is so pretty curly, my hair looks like poop when it's curly. I'm going to try this and buy some of the products you mentioned so hopefully it helps :)

puppylover4everful: do you ever have problems with hair shrinkage? If you do, how do you deal with it? My hair is somewhat like yours but it tends to shrink alot :)

Sandy N: I too am a curly girl and I like your videos very much. I wanted to let you know I subscribed to your channel, not only because I like the content, but to show the person who made the rude comments that not everyone lives in the land of the offended :)

Laura Costello: You have the most beautiful hair !!!! Thanks to you l bought the boots essentails hair cream (pink gloopy stuff) and it has really helped. My hair is not like yours - it is wavy and a bit frizzy, but what you use helps.

Quib's Indie Music Collection: Beautiful curls!

Audrey Campus Life: Thank you do much for making videos like this....i just have a question....hopefully you can answer it or anyone at all....i have natural curls just like you guys do but i find it that i lose my curls at the end of the day, i mean when its wet it goes back to curly and stays curly most of the day and then it just sorts of deflate and completely loose the curls until i go wet it again then the curls comes back again, has anyone ever experienced that? If so what did you do (i do use hairproducts)

Thesparkleicious: @XDHadar it means sooo much to me that I can help! so glad you liked it:) xxxxxxx

Thesparkleicious: @slimaroc18 Use a little serum and try to not touch my hair very much because that causes frizz:) so glad it helped you! xx

Nuria Lydia: I use alma oil :) It's cheap and it works really good, and your hair will grow faster! I love it. You can buy it at a Asian store or something.

LoveToSing1D96: LOVE THIS VIDEO :') I'm really excited to try these out.:D curlyheadforeverrr-3

candychunk: @abc10113 I agree with @thesparkleicious but if I may add, I recommend using a satin pillowcase to help prevent frizz, it prevents your hair from rubbing against your pillow as you turn over or move around while you sleep. :)

misa fuego: OMG SOOOOOOOO HELPFUL!!! THANKS!!!!!!

Thesparkleicious: It's more a case of i'v never had it short, it's always been long since I was a child, I would just have a few long layers put in and the ends trimmed. Hope that helps! x

vic391: Great video! Just wondering if you use both the serum and the moose after showering?

Thesparkleicious: @thesparkleicious mixing you tan with your body lotion, for a more foolproof application. Hope this helps!:) xxx

roquetopuss: have you tried the newer L'oreal Ever _____ sulfate free ones? I loved the everpure one it did amazing things :)

Thesparkleicious: I don't think color has anything to do with the style of your hair I think it's more about your skin tone and what suites you. I leave the conditioner on for 5 mins or so while i'm in the shower, and if it's thickness your after a good layered cut is key xx

Thesparkleicious: For me it does, I shower in the morning too but don't wet my hair or wash it, I find it looks better if it's done at night.

xAsphyxiated: wow. your curls are absolutely gorgeous

panasonic52: It really depends on your hair type. Normally curly hair doesn't get oily that fast, but for some people it does. So in your case, washing it every other day might work. For me, though, I could wait 5 days and the hair will barely have any oil. That's how dry it is :( Since I don't like washing only once a week, I'll use a shampoo once a week and only conditioner every day

Sassybanjo: I have curly hair and I love the "As I Am Coconut Cowash Cleansing Conditioner". I get it at Sally Beauty Supply.

ArolNeerg Anihc: @thesparkleicious Thank you so much :)) Besides, I just recemtly subbed your channel and almost gone through all your videos and I 'd say I really enjoy your videos! Your channel is so comprehensive and unique :)) Wish you get more views cus you re so sweet, genuine and gorgeous :))

Tori Lynn: my hair is just like your exept mine sometimes gets frizzy this helped sooo much thnx

Berenice Sanchez: How long did it take you to grow your hair??

claire l: i also dye my hair like you and its not really damaged or dry just abit dry after dying, what dye brands do you recommend? have you tried boots essentials curl creme, i love using that it gives a really soft defined curl :)

Yousie: We use exactly the same products :D ♥

Daniela Garcia: You are so pretty and this video helped me a lot <3

nfamoudou: thanks a lot for the video. one question, do you only shower in the evening? because I usually wash my hair in the morning when I get up and then let it dry naturally, sometimes going out with wet hair. I'm a bit lazy to do it in the evening but maybe now after watching your video i will start, you reckon the hair looks better if you leave it overnight?

Charlotte: what are your views on hairdrying curly hair like yours with a diffuser? :)

TheAnuviel: Hey, great video and likes the tips. Just wanted to ask what do you think about cheap products? I always get suspicious about them, like "oh too good to be true, there must be smth wrong with the product that is much cheaper than similar ones and it works well..." So, I can't help suspecting there could be smth wrong with the boots mousse (like some really nasty stuff in the ingredients or smth)

Thesparkleicious: @MissKaraboo1 Glad you found it helpful!

Arghavan12: why are you soo sweet and gorgeous?!? :DD love your videos! have you tried the (alaffia Enriching Hair Lotion, Virgin Coconut & Shea)? it works great on curly hair and its natural:)

Thesparkleicious: @chattab0x Ok 1) The longer your hair is the heavier it is, and I do know what you mean, but never had a serious prob with it, but tbh mine is not super thick. 2) Brushing hair while wet is not very good and can damage your hair, but (on my hair anyway) it helps your hair not look as frizzy so it's a case of pick what you prefer..... 3) As for the tan, all I can think is maybe you used an oil bases scrub b4 tanning, or you didn't use long, sweeping movement to apply it. You could always try

Elle Gee: @lottie1231167 The chlorine is BRUTAL on curly hair, use a REALLY good conditioner after swimming. I am swimmer, my son is a swimmer and it just fries your hair. :-) Wearing a cap helps too.

juleskyo: Great video. What do you do to your hair at night? Do you put it up or just sleep with it out?

Thesparkleicious: @mayura6692 Like I have said many, many times b4 in order to do it in a good way and show you every step of my routine I need to do lots of video editing and have a good light setting so I can film at night. I'm not not doing the vid for any other reason apart from that, I want it to be good and for you all to enjoy it so I hope you understand why I need to wait for the right time. x

Katherine Lily: Do you part your hair the opposite side you're actually going to part it on while it's wet?

Chetna Khim: Thank you so much for a fantastic video. Can't believe 'ivbazan100' left u such a BIG Bully comment. You go girl!!! I love yo videos. I have curly hair like urs too and I do same things as u do for your hair accept wash daily. But the sleeping with damp hair I used to do that and u just reminded me that I should do that again to have great hair in the morning. Thank u!! :))

twistedmixedchick13: i never really thought that was true (the it's better to wash 1-2 times a week). no matter what products, my hair gets oily after about 2 days so i have to wash mine every other day. and i have bad skin so the oil from my hair would 'travel down' and break me out even more.

Sis: @thesparkleicious Thanks for the reply! I tried sleeping on my hair and it turned out crazy :( Maybe it depends on the products used as well.. My new hair goal is to get it to look like yours!

Thesparkleicious: I'm not really a fan of spray mousses, I prefer a soft on that has hold :)

mattiebakkies: Can you tell me how you found a hairdresser who does curly hair well? Do you struggle to find someone to cut it in the right layering? Your cut looks fab

Thesparkleicious: You just sort of spat it on wet hair and mess it all up, mainly around your roots....it has been slightly changed now so it's now the same as this one (new packaging )but it works the same, try it! xxx

Emerelle90: when I go to bed with my curls I wake up in the next morning and on one headside the whole hair is messed up and the other side is nice, i always need to scrunch them in form again with wet hands, this method unfortunately doesn't work so easily on my hair as it does on yours And sometimes there are some strands that get straight over night and looks not nice the next day, am I doing something wrong?

Adriana Stankiewicz: thank you. This video really helped me

Lindsay Sailer: I'm going to try your way of only brushing it once when conditioning and wash my hair before bed. I wash my hair in the morning and brush it after I get out of the shower. By the end of the day, it's all frizzy. I use the Ouidad products but it seems like my hair isn't responding well to them anymore. :( Have you used Ouidad?

Thesparkleicious: I keep meaning to pick them up!

nataliabatilana: please do a video SHOWING HOW you get your hair like that it would be the best video on youtube =)

Thesparkleicious: @natilulu1 I love the pantene one:)

Mandy Seber: Hi, you have gorgeous hair.. Do you re-wet your hair and put more product on in the morning to get the curl back in shape? thanks!

purpk86: can you tell us how you grew out your hair? thank you!

Kara G: I am defiantly going to try the hair styling b4 bed and brushing my hair while there is conditioner in.. Once I hear those tips i was like "y did I never think of that?" Thanks for the great tips.. tho in Canada those products u shown are hard to find here sadly... unless its just the province i am in.. but n e who! Thanks! Kara

Thesparkleicious: @Lagmar97 glad iv helped you hun:) thank you! xxx

EllaBelle18: Those John Frieda products are like $10 in Canada. When I buy products, I like to buy all of therm from the same line, so buying all my products can cost $50+

Lauren Krohe: do you use catwalk and moose at the same time?

Lauren Krohe: when you use the catwalk? to you spray it in when your hair is wet along with the moose? or wait until it is dry?

Thesparkleicious: @katiegotswagg69 thank you! so glad u liked it:) xxxx

Thesparkleicious: My hair has never really been shorter, only when I was like 4 lol xx

Thesparkleicious: @NUTELLABABEE1 So glad you like it:) xx

Jessica Martins: beautiful hair :3

Alyssa Muñoz: Washing your hair every day with curly hair is bad, it'll eventually dry out your hair. since our hair has so much texture, it takes a while for the natural oils to moisturize our hair, so it's better to wash 1-2 times a week.

Thesparkleicious: It's not the case, all I can really say they don't have the best ingredients quality in them, but it really is a case of what works for you so give them a go, you may be surprised! x

Elle Graci'e: your hair is the most beautiful hair i have ever seen... literally... :O

Phionna44: If I am right, the TIGI catwalk curls rock curl booster has been discontinued so to speak. They now make something new and not quite the same as it. I was very disappointed...

Mélissa barrière: waouhh !! I love your hair ! Mine is not so long, and I would like to have as long as yours :)

Lilithmoonpower: After you wash your hair with the shampoo, how long do you keep the conditioner on your hair?or do you wash it right away? I have curly hair too but not so thick like yours, can you advice me how to look more thick, and i color it a lot,its about the same length as yours, And what do you think is it better darker color for curly hair or lighter, mine is now lighter,i dont know, what to do?

Thesparkleicious: Thank you for your good luck wishes, although I seem to be doing just fine without them.....have a nice day :)

Luke Lavender: Do you put your hair up in a bun while you sleep to keep the curls? Or do they just stay and not go frizzy or flat?

Kindertainment: wow you have a lot of products and they all some how help your hair out. these videos really help me. Thanks

Thesparkleicious: I have a video called how I style my curly hair while wet that should give you everything you need to know x

Laura May: Does the John Freida shampoo have disodium laureth sulfate in it? (P.s, you have a gorgeous smile x)

Thesparkleicious: @Shiinniiee Yea it's always about the products, more about how you handle your hair x
