Curly Hair Care Routine + Tips/Hacks (My Natural Hair Care) | Beautybycarla

Hey guys it's Karla and today's video is going to be my hair care routine. So I'm going to show you guys all of the products I use on my hair, how I use it and all that goody-goody so yea. I am going to just get straight off into it with my shampoo and conditioner so on my last day and if you guys haven't noticed I'm going natural, so yeah well, I actually am natural. As you can tell, this is my curl pattern. I would have to say I am either a 3 C or a 4a. Looking at the pictures of the curl patterns, I can be either/or so for the shampoo I use the Marc Anthony kinky girls with wild curls. It is for one sulfate free. I recommend you to use shampoos and conditioners that are also feet free, because that is really bad and very drying to your hair and being a curling girl. You already know your hair is already dry, so you don't want to add any addition to that. So this is sulfate free and it is, it says: ultra rich exotic oils, hydrates, often and replenish thick dry course, frizzy curls. So that was one of the things that got me to decide to get this shampoo and then it also says it has shea butter, coconut oil, argan oil, avocado oil and, as you guys already know, all those oils are very good for your hair and I don't Want a shampoo, that's really going to dry up my hair, so this cleanses, my hair without completely döner assha it of all of its nutrients and making it super dry, so it keeps moisturized while cleansing my hair for conditioner. I use the Marc Anthony. This is actually a new one and it's sulfate free. It is these strictly curls sulfate free, frizz ceiling, conditioner. It eliminates tangles and repels humidity to define frizz-free curls that shine. So what got me there is the repels from humidity because, as you know, humidity really messes with your hair and I also like how it eliminates the tangles and it adds shine and all that goody-goody so yeah as soon as you put this on your hair, you Will shampoo it and there may be little knots in it, but my hair is actually very easy to manage because it doesn't get very knotty. It'S not very it's just like a very manageable but um yeah. This is also sulfate free, which is awesome and as soon as I put this on my hair - and I rub it all through my hair and I go hard with the conditioner I put in like two nice sized amounts and and just put it all through my Hair only at the ends also guys for the shampoo. I only put the shampoo at my roots, so I put a little bit on my hands and I just focus it on the roots. Just like this, and then I while I'm in the shower, I rinse it out and I let that just go through the ends. I don't put the shampoo directly on the ends, but let it work through the ends for the conditioner. I only put it on the ends. I don't let it touch my scalp. I want to keep that open, so there is hair here, hair growth, so I just focus that on my ends, so once I'm done with that, I just rinsed out of my hair. I basically put that on before. I start actually washing my body and shaving all that goody-goody and then I do that and then I rinse off my conditioner. So once I get out of the shower, I have a big mess going. So while I'm in the shower to detangle my hair, while I am while the conditioners in it, I use a wide tooth comb directly out of the shower. I also use a wide tooth comb. I do not use a towel to dry. My hair, I use a very, very soft t-shirt because it's more gentle on your hair and it will help prevent split ends and all that stuff that you don't want so to help keep healthy hair growth and to make it continue to grow. You want to have as less as little mount's linens as possible and as little amount of breakage. So the wide tooth comb is extremely gentle for your hair. So I just you know, do my thing Ethan and then from there I put it into four sections from there. I take my one back section. I go from the back sections. You can start on the left or the right, whichever you prefer and then I work. My way to the front so on the back I take the wet brush. The wet brush is a gift, a gift from God for your hair. So you know how, when people say yeah, your hair is kinky like it's super hard to brush. Through literally when I say there is not single, not a single tug. When I use this brush, I get my section go like this. It goes right through no pooling. No hair is barely in this brush little bits of hair, and I just finish using this and look at this. It'S awesome so gentle on your hair and it is called the wet brush it's made for wet hair and it works on all hair types. So it's awesome so once I detangle the section I take small sections, my again Marc Anthony, all I am using is Marc, Anthony, I'm not sponsored, but this is the start of my hair journey and I watch different videos and I decided to get the Marc Anthony. Can collection because for one it's affordable and the product seemed to work great on everyone else, so I was like. Let me try it for myself anyways. This is Marc Anthony, so first things first, it is a humidity show. So I go in with this, and this is the curl and the perfect curl cream and it's in the strictly curls collection, it controls and defines coarse frizzy hair. While adding moisture moisture is key, when you are where you're not a hair out, you need to keep it moisturized, because when it's dry and brittle that's when it breaks, that's when it seems like you're getting no hair growth, your hair is growing. But if you can't no splints and the the breakage, then it's going to seem like it's not growing and it's not going to be growing right, so you need to keep it moisturized. I tell you but anyways. It says, while adding moisture for soft natural frizz-free curls with shine, you don't want your hair to look dry and you want to put in that moisture. So this is my first step and it also makes my curls look super super nice, so yeah from there I go in with another curl for sure -- they curls. This is the stretch. So not only did I just get that nice formation in my curl, I want that stretch. So then, that adds length and it makes my curl pattern show a little bit more, and this is the Marc Anthony, show thick curls stretch and it loosens and lengthens tight curls. It says if he finds hydrates again that moisture there and stretches for longer looser curls and adds shine so yeah put on a nice amount of these products. You might run through these, but it's totally okay, because you got ta, do what you got to do and it is also locking in the water from your wash. You want to keep that water in your strands, the porosity of my hair type and a lot of like our hair types. If you have hair like mine, it doesn't absorb water as easily, which is why it dries faster with a blow dryer and it air dries faster. It'S just how it is, but you want to lock in as much moisture as possible. So, while your hair is wet you're, putting this on top of that locking in that moisture from the water and then from there once you're done with these products that I just mentioned, you want to lock in the moisturizing creams, with an oil that is going to Lock in the moisture you have to go in on top with an oil, and this is the Marc Anthony, nourishing argan oil of Moroccan. It is again sulfate free, which is awesome. You see it smells awesome, adds a nice shine, it's not heavy on your hair, it doesn't like make it look greasy, but it adds a nice shine. A nice cool you want, like you, want your hair, bad. It hydrates and repairs, dry, damaged, hair and add shine and no shape or form is my hair damaged. But just anything that says it repairs, dry, damaged, hair hydrates is just what you want, because you want as much moisture as possible and it's also infused with keratin and you guys know. Keratin is great for your hair. So that is everything that I did for this style today. That'S all the products I use, and then I literally put my tick my little bun up. This is the results very happy with it. Curly hair, like this all the nutrients that are coming from your scalp, it has to coil around all the curls and it won't get to the ends. It just doesn't really reach the end. So you have to make sure you keep it moisturized, because since it's so curly the like, I said, the natural oils can't really reach the end, which is why people with curly hair don't have to wash their hair as much so yeah.
