Tik Tok Curl Test! How To Get Curly Hair

Hi guys it's audrey and welcome back to uh wow everyone. Today, i'm going to be doing a tick-tock inspired video, so on tick tock i was going. I saw lots of these girls test to see if they have curly hair. I'M going to insert some right here. So we're going to go to the store and what they use is aussie, hair, shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, and then i'm going to wash my hair and dry. It all the ways that they do it and the reason why i'm curious to see if this works is because my hair is naturally wavy like it's not super ringlet curly. It'S not straight like this because i strain my hair, but it does have texture. So i'm wondering if i do the steps that the girls do in those videos yeah if i will have more curly hair than i already do. Her hair is kind of like wavy curls. It'S like a beach wavy kind of we'll see. So let's go pick up. The products we found this scrunch crunch and scrunch american is the ones that take talk. Are you doing it from tic tac toe yeah i'll? Have to look? Oh, my gosh there's so many there's too many kinds of ones: okay, we're gon na! Look this up! Nice! Guys they literally did not have the curl one that i was looking for. They had every kind of aussie, except for the one i was looking for, so we're going to walmart. Instead, okay, guys i'm at my kitchen sink now and we went to walmart and they did have some of the curly products. But they did not have the curly products that the girls used and tick tock and they didn't have them in shampoo or conditioner, like they had all the other aussie brand um types they didn't have curly. So i just decided to go with this. It'S ogx brand and this one is for curls. This is the shampoo and then i don't know why the conditioner is baby-sized. Does it feel like any more conditioning than shampoo usually, but this is the same thing but and um curls for conditioner. They both smell like coconut, so i love that and then after i wash my hair, i'm going to be using the aussie miracle, curls curl refresher, which i don't think is what they used, but it is used for curls. It'S supposed to be like a leave-in thing to help with making it extra curly, so we're just going to try all this we're mixing brands. This is an experiment. I'M going to wash my hair and let's go okay. My hair is wet. I hate my hair once, but it's all scrambling so we're gon na put in the shampoo now i have used like curly, shampoo and conditioner before, but i've never done it like in the method that they've done it. So maybe it's different, if you just don't brush your hair after you wash it because they say you can like brush your hair, while you have like the conditioner in or something you're not supposed to brush your hair. I have no idea after okay now we're rinsing. It out, i literally don't understand: maybe you understand this one, because you wear a hairstylist like what's the difference between like curly, shampoo or like deep, free, shampoo or like well, your curly shampoo is going to be kind of the same as the deep wrist. So people with curly hair needs shampoo, that's more moisturizing, because it's dryer coarser hair, my hair is not coarse, though i know, but if you have the curls away, it's kind of the same thing um. So i would add worse moisture, but then people that have fine hair will want volume at it so that they their hair's not just flat against their head yeah. That makes sense, and then people color their hair, color shampoo, so their color doesn't fade quite my gosh. How do you get all that in one so yeah you just kind of got ta pick the shampoo and conditioner that's like best for what you're going for. I guess i guess i'm curious to see like it's interesting that you can wrap this in yeah. It seems too good to be true, like i feel, like the girls that do this already have super duper: curly, hair and they're. Just pretending i'm like they're, pretending like they don't know they they're totally pretending, i'm sorry. But if you look at their hairline, you can see all their little baby hairs that are curling. Mine aren't like that. No come on yeah. My hair isn't like that. You have beach waves. You know you have beach wavy hair, but will it go in a tighter curl at my back yeah, i know i like it'd, be cool. If i got ringlets, i don't think it's good, so i would put some more on the ends: okay, conditioner and then didn't. They need to brush that. Yes, do i brush it when it's all like comb, it or brush it right now, or do i do it after they showed it with the conditioner in which i find weird, because then you're gumping up your hair, that's what's insane like! Is it going to ruin? My hair brush, you want me to go, find like a wide tooth comb so that it can rinse off easily sure. Okay, i don't know how long am i supposed to let the conditioner sit before comb it? Oh bro, i was gon na say my hair is kind of curly when it's wet like like yeah like you, could talk yeah you just ruined it like there's little curls in it, like you, have the perfect beach wave hair. That'S like using products like if you just naturally let your hair go. It'S like beach, wavy yeah. It also depends on when i like wash my hair like if it's during the night sleeping kind of affects it. If it's during the day. If and if i use like um, if i use like a hair dryer on it or not, so that affects it too yeah, hey jordy's, here i'm going to do that to my hair, even though it'll do nothing to my hair, because my hair is very much Stitched yeah jordan has the straightest hair. There is zero texture, but i used to be that way too and then look at me now. I actually got quite a bit of curl. I hate combs, i'm remembering how much i hate them it hurts like. Would you want to use a hairbrush on that? You would totally gunk it up and gross yeah. You would and you do it all the time and it would just be like layers of caked on conditioner dude. If this works, i'm going to do this every time, because then i'll never have to do my hair again. Okay, i'm going to rinse it out. I don't know how long can you're supposed to stain your hair. I think you're good, i feel like i have no hair according to tick-tockers, they just brush it. They rinse it put the stuff in miracle, happens. Okay, i don't know. If i got all the conditioner out, i feel like i did well you're just gon na spread. One, that's true: can you leave conditioner in your hair? Well, they make leave-in conditioner, that's lighter because, like can you imagine having a thick and it would start to flake and be closed or something yeah, because it's just kind of dry and like energy, so heavy. Where is it? There goes, oh, my gosh, but i am curious to see you guys. How long do you have to wait? So now i dry my hair, like in the tick tock. You wait like one minute an hour. You have to wait an hour at least oh see you at 10 30.. This is my hair. Nice lovely looks it feels like a brass. Now it looks kind of like a rat's nose, but that's what they do. So, okay, we're going to take this miracle. Curls it'll be a miracle if it works spray it in your hair. It smells really good. Yeah aussie actually makes really yummy smelling products. The bronzer hair stylist, that's the brand i used really and now i just use the professional products. I'M trying a lot in here because i need it to work actually come look. I know you do have some curls. Oh look at that. Oh natural yeah, the wood is this one? Okay, it might be look at this one we're getting something. I'M scared i'm gon na ruin it. When i put it in this towel, you have to put it in towel, wrap it up. I'M also gon na take like a normal shower too, but i'm gon na, like put it in this in a plastic bag and the towel. Oh because i need to shut my body as well. I can't skip out on shower by day. Okay, here's attempt number three. We looked up a tutorial, so she gathered all her hair right. There she's tucking in the bottom half of the shirt on the back of her neck and then going to bring up the front of the t-shirt and kind of wrap it around the back and tuck. It into the back of her by your neck - hopefully the sleeves will kind of oh, of course, she's going to try to tie this lace. That'S what you're supposed to do. Okay, there's different ways to tie it, but this is just i'd say: tighter tucking, underneath the other shirt, but hey, don't worry perfectly face. I mean i feel like it's not they still look like. There'S there's definitely other ways, there's one way that you can tie it in front too what if it's, but your hair is scrunched up and tied. So whatever method you want to use, oh my gosh okay, one hour, we'll be back and check them. Okay, guys, as you can tell i'm a little bit different, my makeup is off. I took a shower, got ready for bed, i put my invisalign in brushed. My teeth took off my makeup wash my face and it was so hard to do all that with this still on and the shower had to put a plastic bag over this. So this wouldn't get wet and also like putting on and off clothes was so hard because this is huge on my head and now it's loose and my hair is falling out and i'm just kind of done like i don't think it's completely dry. But let's take out my hair and see if it's curly - okay, oh jordan, come here, you should react with me. Okay, let's do this. It'S gon na be hard to see it. I think, with a dark shirt but i'll put on the white one after the hair is wet, it's still wet. Yes, do you need to diffuse it? I don't i think so. Oh my gosh wait. Wait! Sis it's kind of curly yeah, wait! Wait! I'M gon na put this on right now, because i think you could be able to see it with a white shirt on better than this one. Is it curly a little bit yeah, it's got texture. I mean it kind of looks a little tangled though, but i think if you just, i think if you diffuse it. Oh my gosh, it's so like pokey pokey, i feel like i have like 20 billion different hearts in my hair. At the same time, i think you've got it literally. I think you just need to diffuse. How do i diffuse upside down put the diffuse thing on? Why do i know more about curly hair? I i could definitely feel like there's like do the stern just do this lightly. Yeah there's. Definitely there's definitely something in here, so you go like this and then you take the diffuser and i just like scrunch it and like hold it, hold it okay. I hope that doesn't ruin this i'd, be so sad, all right guys, i'm now in my parents, bathroom i'm using their dyson hair dryer, not sponsored, but i wish - and i put this giant lid on it. It'S called a diffuser and i'm just going to flip my hair upside down. This is what the majority of the video has been. Is me doing stuff like this and we're just gon na. I think you just do this to it. I think this is how i'm supposed to dry my hair, which also guys freaking rip off that i left my hair in that towel. For that long, i should have just done this. The whole time like why anyways i'm gon na diffuse, my hair, we're gon na see what it looks like and honestly. I would be so happy if it's curly guys. I just diffused my hair and oh my gosh. I have been doing my hair wrong. My whole life, oh guys, look at this! Oh my gosh! Okay, you can't see this is how i'm seeing my hair. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, it's so pretty! Oh, my gosh, i'm so excited okay. This is what my hair looks like. Can you see that my hair has so much texture in it? Oh, my gosh, it's not curly, but it's like very wavy like it's not ringlets, like some people are showing, but it's exactly what my hair looks like naturally, but in the past, like i wasn't treating my hair, how i'm supposed to i was just trying like it Was straight hair, but my hair is not straight. It'S like this, like i'm gon na, try to give you guys a close-up of my hair. My hair has lots of like oh here we go. This is a good strand to show you. This is what my hair is naturally like, like there's a lot of like waves to it, and so oh my gosh. This makes me so excited. Oh there you go there's the back of my hair, so this is how i'm seeing it. Oh my gosh! Yes, yes, this makes me you guys, don't know this makes me so excited because i mean i i'm gon na go to bed soon because it is so light. But i'm hoping my hair stays like this in the morning. I'M pretty sure it will, because my hair holds texture so well because of the hair type. It is um. But if my hair is natural like this, it's gon na be amazing, because i mean to me, i hate doing hair and i don't know that many hairstyles. So this would be awesome because then i won't have to like style my hair or strain it every time or curl it or anything like it's already, just naturally wavy. It'S the way that it is. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh guys, if you think you have curly hair, i 10 out of 10 recommend i would dry it with like um a t-shirt but then diffuse it because it would take way too long, especially if you have thick hair, like my hair's, Not really that thick at all, but if you have thick hair i would definitely diffuse it like don't wait to don't wait for it to dry, because you'd be you're going to be sleeping on it if so, but anyways. Ah, i'm so excited, that's it. For today's video this worked, i honestly thought like. Maybe there was a slight chance. It was gon na work, but probably not like if i was gon na get my hopes up, but it totally worked, and now i want to do more tick, tock tricks and tips.
