Affordable Curly Hair Routine With Products Under $5 (Drugstore)

Hey guys welcome back to my youtube channel if you're new here, I'm julissa, so today we're gon na try out some very inexpensive products very affordable. I would say, because they are all under five dollars, actually got these products from Target, and I have used this brand before I actually really like the brand. But I've never actually done like a full curly hair routine with just this brand and the brands that I'm talking about is Garnier. So I hope I'm pronouncing this right. Garnier write, Garnier got ta me edit, but anyways. I got three products that are all under five dollars, so this video is not like sponsored by them or anything. They didn't send me these products. I got them from Target, so have a bag here so have the receipt gon na show you guys how much everything cost got my receipt here. You know I had other options like products from like Ozzy and other brands like that, but I kind of just wanted to stick to one brand, so I got three products that are specifically for curly hair. So this is the curl leave-in treatment, so I'm gon na use that today, I'm also gon na use the curl construct create mousse to curl. My hair. I'Ve actually haven't used a mousse in a while. So I'm looking forward to seeing how it's gon na curl my hair and then I'm gon na use this curl scrunch controlling gel. So this I'm a little bit nervous about this, because this looks like a gel gel like it's gon na. Maybe leave your hair kind of hard, so I won't use too much of this. I'M gon na use, like you, know, an okay amount, but let's just get right into it. Let'S start curling the hair, so I'm gon na put my little microfiber towel. So I don't wet my blouse today, I'm gon na wet my hair a little bit because we got a little bit dry up here since I was doing my makeup and stuff, but I really like it when my hair is super wet before I curl it. It just looks a lot better when you curl your hair and I'm gon na put the curl leave-in treatment and I'm gon na put the prices of everything on the screen. I believe this was like four dollars almost five. I think this was maybe the priciest one, but it was still under five dollars. I'M gon na use about this much, that's actually a lot. I think I hope I didn't put too much. Oh that's a lot! Well, let's see! Oh that's most so good. So I'm just putting that mainly on my ends, so that they are a lot more moisturize, and so they don't look damaged or anything. So my first impression of this is that it feels so soft. My hair feels so soft right now. It'S insane it kind of feels like when I use the 3 minute miracle from Ozzie, like that's how soft it feels it feels incredible. It feels so good so far. I really like that. It left my hair super soft and I feel like it's gon na leave. My hair super shiny too, so I'm very excited, I'm very excited. I'M gon na use the curl construct creation, mousse and, like I said, I'm very excited to try this out because it's been a while, since I've used most on my curls, I'm gon na use about that much whoa, whoa, okay and that's a lot. Oh. That feels so cool okay, I missed using mousse on my curls kind of reminds me of high school those high school days. I used to love those high school days. You know, so how old do you guys think? I am comment down below I'm curious to see how many of you will get it right. I have mentioned that before here in my channel, but I'm just curious to see who actually will get it right in the comment section. Okay, so for this being three dollars I mean I'm impressed already. My curls feel like a little bit more defines like they're gon na stay in place. The only thing is that I feel like it's a little bit sticky, but hopefully when it dries it'll look nice and soft. Maybe we will see, but let's do the last step, which is the gel. So I'm a little bit nervous about this. I don't want my hair to be crunchy and hard, so I'm gon na put some gel in my hair. Let'S see this was also like three dollars. So that's that's very good! That'S a very good price! Okay! So I'm just putting that on my hair, putting it on this side as well, then I want to put too too much cuz. I don't want my hair to feel hard again. I want it to be hard. I don't want it to be crunchy. I don't like crunchy curls, I like it when my curls look a little bit soft. So now I'm gon na use the salmon brush to define my curls and just brush my hair, just to kind of avoid frizz and puffiness. So this helps so much. I love using the Denman brush, so I'm gon na take a small section like this and I'm just gon na brush my hair twist the ends and then scrunch scrunch a lot. I'M just gon na do that with all of my hair, just passing the Denman brush and then just go run tching my hair. So already the curls are pretty nice. So if it looks nice when it is wet, it's gon na look nice when it is dry. So the top section, I'm gon na add some gel because I haven't done that yet just gon na go like this with my fingers. Just really try and get it everywhere. So my hair feels a little bit sticky, but that's not jumping to conclusions yet or assume things yet, because I still have to try it so I'm gon na keep using my Denman brush, I brush it and then I scrunch it so already. I think my curls look pretty defined and I think I think I'm gon na have a good curly hair today. I hope so on. So the diffuser that I use is this one from bad head. I'M gon na link everything down below if you guys are interested in purchasing any of the stuff that I use today in this video. This is a diffuser that comes ready to use. It'S just a diffuser, though it's not like a blow dryer. This is an attachment. You know this is just a diffuser, so I like it I this is what I use, but I mean if you have a regular diffuser at home, just like the attachment and the blow dryer that should work just fine, so I'm not saying they have to go And get this one, but if you don't have one, this is a good one and I would recommend it. I will link it down below. Okay, guys, I am back whoa. Okay, I am pretty impressed. I am really thinking my curls today like do you see that? Oh, my god so bouncy my curls look very healthy and wow. I can't believe that some of these products were just three dollars. I am pretty impressed. I think my curls look very different today. I think they look a lot more defined more like shiny, and I think this helped a lot with that. The gel, because I thought it was gon na - maybe leave my hair a little bit sticky, but guys it left my hair very soft, don't get me wrong. I feel like, if you just use this alone, it might feel a little bit hard, but I mean I use the mousse and I also use this leave-in conditioner, and I think if this is what really helped my hair stay. Super soft and the curls are just so bouncy like I'm not gon na lie, I feel like I have one of my best curly hair days today. I love these products. Ok, garni! Err!
