Alright guys, let's get this day started okay, they are gon na, be putting in these keratin flat tips. They are 16 inches and we're gon na do this. For my pops of the blonde. This way, I don't have to actually color all of my hair and like these tips, so what I'm gon na do for her sighs now that we're working around her head. It gets finer right there, so you need to cut them in half because you don't yeah. So this way it prevents the bond on my hair from being super thick and that's a good secret and hair is naturally finer in the hairline. What does that mean? Finer texture, less? Oh god, I got it all right. So now we're gon na start the sides there it is, and now we have finished all of the back looks so good all right. So the first time I ever got extensions. We did well before I even came to you in high school. I did clippings, which was fine, but at the same time I wanted something more permanent and you know when you do clip in to get itchy, you have to tease the men you have to put them out and like they stick out. If you're, not you know whatever so there's cool for high school and, like you know, college, and I just don't really care, yes, special events, but if you wanted more friend every day, obviously you have to get something more permanent. So the first thing we ever tried was tapes right tape, tapes and I liked tapes. What brand new we use hat we used hot head hot heads, and I liked them. The only drawback is that once they start growing out, the ends will kind of peel, and sometimes they would like slip. I would have them come out and then I'm also a very high ponytail kind of girl, and so when I did do that, the tapes would show and like poke on the sides. So that was my only drawback, but maintenance was slim to none. I actually did a video on tape ins, so you guys can refer back to that one. The second method we did was a weft, but you did it differently. We didn't like sew it in completely right, no sewing. We beaded it with your natural hair. So a weft is one long piece of hair and then we from literally temple all the way to the side and instead of sewing it in which can be very painful and give you a really gnarly headache. We would attach it with a bead here and then we would just do like a few more around the head, so it wasn't. I could still stick my fingers through it, but this way it prevents from pulling and hurting you that was cool, but you can't do up much. Your ponytail will be as high as wherever your first WEP is, so you can't do too many. You know higher styles with that, once it's Staggs, it gets annoying, because when you do put your hair up, there's like a bunch of bumps and then when it grows out it gets for me. It gets so itchy that I could not stand that. I would literally be in bed just like going to town on my scalp all the time, so the hair will last you the longest. You know it's really easy maintenance, you just get. It moved up every five, five or six weeks, yeah same with tapes, and you can keep reusing that I'm okay tape. Seven tonight left, you know a little bit more because once it sags, you can kind of see it too, and it just looks a little weird and it's itchy you just whoa that was literally the worst. But if you for a thickness and fullness, I feel like wept is probably the best time because you get it built the house, the quick yeah, because it's literally one whole thing. So you just get a ton of hair and it's in it's not like tapes, where you have to put them individually everywhere. So now we are doing K tips. K tips is what I had when I went super mermaid hair in August with these. This is Bombay. Obviously, as you guys can see, these have been my favorite thus far, because one from every you know you guys could see how Sarah is putting them in there. So fine that you can't even tell the green arrives. Literally, it's a you can't tell, and you can't feel them you could just move them. I do all my hair styles and you can you just you can't tell, and what we love about. Pompey, too, is that, well you can you work with hair. You tell them yeah what you Bombay when she returned to do her takeout album. After what five months, the hair was still super. Full sama, okay tips tend to shed and they look very stringy towards the end, which can happen, but this did not and the bond size is beautiful and you get plenty of hair from root to end. This is still pretty committed yeah. So she she kept saying this is a true at sixteen or when we first got the hair. It was a true 22 inch. So what she meant by true is that a lot of extensions when you get them they kind of fit out yeah. The ends are really wispy, so it may be the longest strand of hair, maybe 22 inches, but it doesn't look 22, but these are true, 22, 16 or whatever. So it's a great quality hair. They did it dry out. Obviously, you have to take care of them in nourish them, but just quality overall and pricing right versus what are the other brands like? What'S in the super expensive, great lengths, which is what they call the rolls-royce of hair, expand? Okay, so yes, very pricey, yeah a lot of girls do great lengths, but if you want a more affordable option, Bombay is great. The only thing with K tips is that you can't reuse the hair, so you can go anywhere between four to six months and then you take them out and you do have to spend money on you hair. But for me it's worth it just because I'm my hair is always up. I hate the itchy feeling like there's. There was absolutely nothing bad that I could say about the K tips and even when they grew out, they barely showed again because the bonds were so thin and they have so many color options. They they have like hombres. We have four different color options: two hombres two hundreds are three hombres two hombres and a dark brown and a life yeah. It'S still upper routed. That route is so I mean they. They have so many options. As you can tell. This literally looks like my hair and everything is just blending perfectly. So I'm a caper for life, I will say: there's lots of methods, not one size, fit all right, make sure you see an expert that really can break it down to you. Just because something is trending. It doesn't mean it's the best match for even totally. I agree and consultations are super important. I mean before I met Sarah. I was kind of the girl who just went into a salon. I was like how much will this cost and I showed them a photo, but it's so much more than that, because one everyone's hair is different and, depending on the color that you want, depending on the length of extensions, you want the type of extensions you want Everywhere you have yeah it's it's literally a custom write service right, it's it's like going to Chipotle like you can't you're. No one's order is gon na, be the same and cost the same because everyone wants different things. So that's why consultations are super important and that's one thing that I had to learn and yeah. I may sound annoying, but once you become educated on hair, you realize like this is actually stuff that you need to know and girls, not that I say what approach hair wrong, but I mean, like I said I was that girl to where I would go in And I would say, like I want to go from brunette to bleach blonde in one sitting: don't care whatever, and then I don't want to spend a lot of money, and so a lot of girls will get botched dry hair. But Sarah has turned my hair from what I was virgin: dark brown, I'm URI, oh yeah, yeah. I had no color and look how hot I am and my hair. I stayed consistently healthy because it's a process, you can't just do it in one sitting and expect your hair to look like a Pinterest board. So those are my tips. Another thing to add is that good hair will cost you money, you can't. If you you, you pay for what you get at the end of the day, really what it comes down to, and at least for me and like in being an Orange County, Sarah I did pry shop around different salons and then, of course, the girls want to Go to salon salons, who have like a really famous hair of people - and you know, like you, oh he's done this celebrity, so I want to go to him and that's fine, but you're. Also gon na pay an arm and a leg, and do you feel like they might not treat offline? Tell this to you yeah I mean celebrities always get better treatment, exactly they're, also willing to spend millions. Millions get a look in one session right. Everything can be possible in this session if you got the wallet for right. So after shopping around, I found you on Yelp. I think I don't. I don't even know how, but I kept just. I was digging and digging digging and I was like okay she's more local to me and she was so well priced and I just love that she never made me buy things or made me spend more money than I should have, and I gave her a budget And she's like okay, well with this budget, this is what we can do and then we kind of tailored it, which I liked versus them being like. Oh well, we can't do it for that much money and then kind of just shoo you away so she was so flexible and she just made me feel comfortable. She really educated me on everything and that's why I get offered by girls weekly to get my hair done for free and I'm like. No, it's okay, I'd rather just pay and go to Sarah, because I trust her and I don't want my hair to get botched and it is not worth it to me so yep, okay, so everything is in a stalled. We are bill on one line and now she's gon na go in and cut layers and blend everything, so it's a custom blend and it's not just slopping hair in and see how and the reason for that is because that way, it'll move like real hairs. It'S not just like a sheet, and nothing is blended. So then it literally looks like it is my hair. Take it away. Good color is so good and again it's what's the great about pay tips is that you can layer in so many different colors. So you're not actually doing this to your hair you're, just adding highlights you're not doing any damage to your hair and you get all these different colors
