Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel, so I'm really not feeling my hair right now. I don't know if it's rainy weather that California's been having or it's just in between phases but anyways I'm going to try a voluminous ponytail using my extensions to see. If I can spruce up a ponytail, which i think is a perfect look for dirty, hair or really any day, you just don't know what to do with your hair. So all you're going to need are some extensions, hair, elastics bobby pins, a fine-tooth comb and some finishing hairspray. Now, to start, I'm going to separate my hair into two sections, one on top and one below right at the crown you're just going to pin that top hair away from your face, and I'm just using a little bear claw here and in the back you're going To take right at the center right below your crown, you're just going to form a ponytail. Now it's a little ponytail that is basically going to act as a base for the extensions that you're going to clip into your hair, and I found that this really helps to prevent any pulling or tugging. And it doesn't weigh on your hair when you do use extensions. Sometimes extensions hurt my head, so this little technique has helped me a lot and it just gives it a little bit more volume, which I always love. So once you have that nice and tight I'm going to take these two EPs that I have they're pretty thick, so I only need two they're 20 inches and that works perfectly for my hair and I'm going to basically just loop it around. So I'm going to clip it around that small ponytail that I created and that again is not going to weigh down my hair and it's going to stay really nice and secure, and so once I'm done with the three proms one I'm going to go back in With the two proms one and just follow directly over that now, if you don't have extensions or you have really nice long hair and it's full, you obviously do not need to use them, I'm using them. My hair is really layered and when I put it up it just kind of falls a little flat so that I dress that up a little bit. Um. Okay, then, once you have your extensions secured in, you are going to gather all the hair from underneath, which is all of my real hair, with the extensions and secure that into a really nice tight ponytail, and I like to clip once it's all the way in, Because that makes it a little higher, which that's a little go on Paul all right now, that's my hair is my score. I'M going to show you a little trick that I like to do I to add volume and going to split this pony in half. I'M going to take a little baby claw one of those little chocolates and put it right in the middle of the ponytail and you'll see when I throw my hair back, it just kind of lift it a little bit and gives it that extra voluminous touch. It is so crazy what little tricks you learn along the way and stick and actually work it. It'S really interesting anyway, that one really does work, and now I'm going to let down that top hair and quickly one a curling iron through it, because I'm probably going to be leading out a lot of veins and some front we'll see. So I'm just going to go ahead and do that before I secure all of my hair back, then I'm going to lightly tease the crown area because of course this is a voluminous ponytail. So I want volume at the top as well so lightly. The center of the crown and both sides will do the trick once I'm done teasing, I'm just going to take all of that hair and I'm going to combine it with the first pony that we made below and I'm going to strategically just smooth out whatever hair. I want to spray my face before securing flat ponytail together, so basically your three ponytails a little baby one. We use secure the extensions, the one underneath for the bottom, half the hair, and now is this one, which is securing all of the hair together. Once I have all of my ponytail completed, I'm going to just keep the front bangs make sure they match the volume with the rest of my hair and then I'm going to take a small piece of the ponytail and wrap that all around the elastic. So that's covered and just a silly futile secure that with a bobby pin or two and then I'm going to curl with a 1 and 1/4 inch curling iron from Conair infinity. This is one of my favorite colors and I'm just going to curl all the extensions and real hair so just being worse, we use them together and also it's going to help us that nice volume, so just as I did with my first ponytail, where I split The hair and half and added a little cloth, but I'm going to do the same thing with this ponytail, so this Miller is going to add that extra umph and lift that I want - and this is basically it I'm going to finish off with some garnet finishing Spray, and if you need to you, can also take a fine tooth comb to tease a ponytail, but mine is pretty big, so I'm going to leave it at that and you can always throw it more to get some more definition, but there you go. I hope you guys, like this, make sure you give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel I'll, see you guys next time.
