How To Clip In And Blend Extensions On Short Hair | Gabriela Bandy X Bellami Hair

Hey Bandy Fam!!!

In today's video I'm going to show you how to clip in and blend bellami hair extensions on short hair. You guys know my hair color is a balayage so I have to make sure I pick the right color and length of extensions to perfectly match my hair.

In this video I'm using the @BellamiStyle Guy Tang Balayage extensions in the color #17 #18 mixed with an ash blonde balayage from the Nathalie Paris collection (this collection is not available)

I think my correct guy tang color would be the #8 #60 so if you have a similar hair color to me, I'd get those!

I'm also using 2 sets of extensions because I have A LOT of hair, so In order for them to blend, there has to be enough hair to go around.

Hope you like it!

♡ XO Gabriela

Hey bandy fam welcome back to my youtube channel in today's video, I'm gon na be showing you how I install my Bellamy, hair extensions. I am actually doing a voiceover because the entire sound of this video was trashed, so just bear with me. While I do this voiceover, so the first thing I did was I put on and he protectant spray because you've got to protect your hair, so the one I used is from Chi and then I'm also straining my hair, because I'm going for a straight hair, look Normally, I would style my hair after installing the extensions, especially if I'm going to do waves or curl my hair, but because we're going with straight hair, it's better if I just have it straight from the beginning. So once my hair straight, I like to put an oil at the ends of my hair, I'm using this one from Olaf likes. It'S called the number 7 bonding oil so that the hair looks shiny and healthy. Today, I'm using the Bellamy guy tank extensions and 1718 in 22 inches, so this color is the 1718 is a warmer tone, and this other color is the Natalie Peris collection, which is a more ash tone. This one is closer to my hair base, so I'm gon na be mixing them together. There is another color from the Titan collection. That is a more of an ash tone, but I just happened to order the wrong one, so I'm gon na be using these to kind of like blend them together, so that it looks good. So these extensions come in different layers, so you'll have some that have two clips three four and even one clip which are really useful for just filling in spaces where you need them. What you want to do is you want to layer them and I'm gon na be layering them by color so that they blend together, and you can't notice the difference in color. So you want to start off by your first layer and you start at the bottom. With the three clip extensions you do that all the way until you get to the middle of your hair. But what I do is I basically twist the hair wherever I'm going to add the clip, and I clip the extension on the twist so that it's nice and secure. I also do about an less than an inch of hair in between so that they're together and they will just blend better. So now, I'm alternating again through the other color you're gon na see that I'm gon na go. I'M gon na keep going back and forth on the extension so that they blend. Obviously, if you buy one set, that's one color you're, not gon na have this problem. So just keep that in mind. So now we get to our four clip extension. That'S when you get to the base. This is right in between your ears and I believe, there's about two of those clips. So I'm gon na go ahead and add that we do the same thing you twist and then clip it on the twist, and here I'm adding the second layer of my fork, lift extension. So once you get to the front you can part of. However, you like I like to do it in the middle and you're gon na be using the two clip extension for this part. So I basically part my hair almost like a diagonal, so you start off at the beginning of your hair and then you go kind of down so that the extension will be layered off nicely and you'll have more long front hairs. So then I go ahead and do the same steps that I did before twisting and clipping and then taking a little bit of hair and adding another layer on top of that for the sides of my hair, I'm using more of the ash tone extensions, because these Are the ones that are gon na be very noticeable like on top, so I want to make sure that I use the ones that are the closest to my hair color. You can add, as many obviously I have way more hair than you would, because I'm using two sets of extensions, but you really don't need this much hair unless you are like myself and you have just like a ton of hair, but normally one set of extensions Should be enough? Okay, now I move on to my single clip extensions and you can basically use these wherever you want for me, because the top of my hair is very short. I need to add, as many as I can, especially like in the front, so I actually had an extra layer of the ash tone extensions and I decided to cut down so that they become a single clip extension and I added more at the top. So you really can do whatever you like with them, like you, can put them in different ways and just try to blend them as much as you can with your hair, and then I just take my fingers and brush it through my hair. You can also add a little bit of hairspray if you have short hair like me, and you wanted to just stay straight. But my right side is nice and blended. So I'm gon na go ahead and do the same thing on the left side and I'm just gon na do the exact same thing here you can see how I parted my hair in a diagonal. So you want to start at the base like by your forehead and then part it down to the back, and this is just gon na layer, your hair better and make it look more natural, and you want to keep doing that the whole way. I love how, even though the tone of the extension is a slightly bit different color than mine, once you put them together, they blend so seamlessly, and it just looks like my own hair. I also added a few single extensions on the back of my hair. Just so that everything is nice, and even then I brushed my hair so that everything gets mixed together. Hairspray would have been a nice little finish here, but I didn't end up using it, and that is the final Lord

Veronica DiBella: omg... ive been usin Bellami hair extensions for YEARS and I never knew about twisting my real hair to make the clip stay in. that is literally a game changer they are in so perfect now

Joshua: I just want to say honestly whether you have long hair or short here it doesn't matter to me you are still a very beautiful person inside and out. Continued doing what you love to do and don't ever stop because your greatness is what inspires others to look within themselves to see what their greatness is all about

Alexandra Flores: finally a video that actually teaches me to put them on, looks really pretty!

BellamiHair: This is such a great video! Love how you blend.

Ax-Core Workouts: Really helpful tricks to make the extension look their best.

Jackie: ughh your hair looks amazing & healthy.

keira: so pretty

Misti W Jordan: So pretty and I love your combination colors they match so perfectly. I was hoping to get help with lasting great quality extensions b/c I recently bought a set of seamless extensions from mhot, and within 1 hour I was a tangled matted mess, with your belami extensions do they tangle easily when wearing for a extended amount of time other than the normal upkeep occasionally comb thru’s, are they thick Wefts at the top thru bottom snd do they shed ?

Sabina Alexia: I love short hair on you!!!

Jackie: love the short hair on you but then I see the long hair and I’m like ..both look amazing on you. At least you can switch it up !

Amelia Nicole: Love your video ! Have you tried the extensions from Markethairextension ?

Lindsay Smith: As a petite girl, I am thinking all that hair would overwhelm my body and make me look hilarious. Ugh!

Lpg 8: Wow, that is alot of hair you have on, is it heavy? Great new tip on the twisting the hair to apply the extension, I'm going to try that. I have very short hair and the teezing/spraying just doesn't work for me. Also, clean parting your hair really makes extensions lay better and are more comfortable.

Carla Elias: How many grams of hair did you use?

Julie Hoffman-Halliburton: Best end result I’ve seen on here.

keyla suazo: tan hermosa

Luis Lopez Dorado: Hermosa Gabby

AyBee:

Hana Hussien: If selena and kylie had a baby

Ariana K: How tall are you?I just want to gage how long they would be on me

Simone M: Am I the only one who thinks she looks like kylie Jenner
