[, MUSIC PLAYING ] Hi guys.. So do you want to know my top five tips for hair extensions? Then just stay tuned. With hair extensions. It really is the way that you wear your extensions. That can mean a difference between looking completely ridiculous and fake and looking completely gorgeous.. So, first of all, I'm just going to start off by clipping my hair extensions in., I'm going to give my hair extensions, a brush. And then I'm just going to get started on straightening them to make sure that they blend in really really nicely with my own Hair. OK. So tip one is all about blending. To blend your hair and your extensions perfectly. It'S a really good idea to straighten your own hair into your extensions., So clip your extensions in as normal and straighten your hair.. Then, if you leave your hair to cool for about 5 10 minutes, you can style your hair as normal --. So with curls or waves or, however, you like. And when you do it you'll notice. Your hair extensions are really nicely blended, in., Ta-dah, Nicely-blended, extensions., [, INAUDIBLE ] tip two is all about long-lasting hold. Backcombing. Your hair will give your extensions that little bit more texture to grip onto. To do so. Just use a backcombing brush to gently, tease your roots. And then add a mist of hair spray for extra grip before clipping your extensions in.. Another great tip for getting your hair extensions to stay in place, especially if you have finer hair, is to use a volumizing powder like TIGI Bed Head Candy, Fixations Sugar Dust before backcombing, your roots. Tip three is all about angles.. So, if you're, having problems making your hair extensions, look natural around the front of your face, then clipping your wefts in on an angle could definitely give you a way softer more natural kind of look.. Instead of clipping your extensions in dead straight tilt them back. A little for a more feathered and less blunt kind of look., Though my hair extensions, do look a little bit purple right here. -- I had a bit of a toning incident --, but it's actually all OK, now. Tip four is the twist.? Does anyone else get these really short annoying pieces of hair around your neck? If those pesky bits of shorter hair around your neck are ruining your look and giving away the fact that you're wearing hair extensions, this is the trick for you. Section off the hair at the nape of your neck and then twirl it around your finger before pinning It into place in a horizontal line with bobby pins., And then you can just clip your extension on top. And so tip. Five is clipping your extensions in closer together.. This really does help to give your extensions a more natural blended. Look if you have shorter layers around your face and also if you have shorter hair in general., So if you're having trouble blending your extensions in this is one trick that could really really help you out and make it look like you. Hair is all your own.. So I hope you guys have found these tips and tricks useful.. If you want your hair extensions and your hair to look its best, then definitely take them on board.. So thanks for watching guys., Don't forget to like share and subscribe and I'll see you soon. Bye., [, MUSIC PLAYING ]

Milk And Blush Hair Extensions: What was your favourite hair trick? Do you have any more that we didn't mention? Comment! <3 xoxo

Kayleigh: The twist is definitely my favourite tip! I only discovered it a few months ago from watching the dirtylooks videos and I use it every day to help make my extensions look more natural!

Никол: Tip number 6: If you have roots, make sure your extensions do too . Tip number 7: Don’t have glue, clips or don’t want to see them in? BRAID them in. You can braid tiny braids throughout the weft and your natural hair. They don’t have to be braided all the way down, just an inch or two then secured with clear small rubber bands :)

Nioma McGregor: Just entering the dirty looks extension contest! I like tip number 4 I've always had hair extensions but never thought of this it's a fantastic tip I'll be using it now great tip girl ❤️

Robyn Curwen: Tip 4 is the best tip! Helps hide the unruly short lengths. It helps make your hair all blend together instead of having your hair look short in places while the rest of your hair is a lovely length! Also if you have damaged length from putting your hair up in a bobble then they tend to stick out in all directions and never do what you would like it to do, do when you hide the layer then your hair will look all healthy!x

Amanda Herd: Tip 4 for sure. I never even thought of that. My hair is just starting to grow normal again after being damaged. And I have a lot of short hairs at the bottom of my head that always bother me. This is a great way to get them out of the way without further damaging the new hair!

Sophie Michael: The twist is my FAVOURITE tip!!!! I have very short baby hair at the nape of my neck and it's always been a pain for using extensions! I tried this tip and I will never go back! The strip stays put all day too as it's got more to grip on to! I absolutely love it!! Thank you dirty looks!!!

Horrorlover: The first tip is my favorite because it's the only one I've never thought to use! I always curl my natural hair and extensions separately and I feel that tip will really help them blend in even more!

Alex: Tip 2 and 4 are my favourite, I've been wearing HeadKandy extensions for 5 years now and these are my Go-To tricks for flawless looking hair. :) Another trick I ALWAYS ALWAYS do is when I take my extensions out at night I saturate them in a good conditioning spray (water works too) and I put them into sections and braid them in the morning you just take out the braids clip em' in and perfect beachy waves eveytime and the best thing is you don't even need hairspray they stay put all day :D I'm currently in the absolute need of a new set soO fingers crossed :)

Mollie Needham: I absolutely love this video! All of the tips will definitely come in useful! My favourite tip has to be tip #4, I always have this problem and now I have a cure! Yay thanks Dirty Looks! You're amazing✨

Jess Case: Putting them at an angle has changed my extension hair life! Such a good tip if you don't want to cut your extensions at an angle because if you mess up it is permanent, I have done this :(

Megan Bernascone: Tip one is definitely my favourite, I've always styled my hair and my extensions separately and noticed it's easier to tell that they're not my own hair. Just tried doing them all at once and I can't believe the difference, so glad I watched this video!

Aysha queen bee: I love the tip 5 ! It helped me a lot cuz I have layered my hair with short hair in the front and long on the back. Looks super natural! :)

Emily Young: The clipping close together tip is probably the most helpful for me since my hair is fairly short. The blending and twirling tips are both absolutely essential also, though!

Christine Waszkowski: The pin in back tip was really smart; I've never even thought of doing it like that! I love buying two different shades of extensions from dirty looks and then blending them in with my own hair. It gives such a natural look.

Mollie Needham: I absolutely love this video! All of the tips will definitely come in useful! My favourite tip has to be tip #4, I always have this problem and now I have a cure! Yay thanks Dirty Looks! You're amazing✨

Mollie Needham: I absolutely love this video! All of the tips will definitely come in useful! My favourite tip has to be tip #4, I always have this problem and now I have a cure! Yay thanks Dirty Looks! You're amazing✨

Mia Nowlan: Tip #4 is genius! I always have the issue of pesky shorter hairs peaking out at the nape of my neck! Definitely a MASSIVE help! Thanks for all he great tips Dirty Looks (: <3

rae hurst: So I've been wearing extensions for about 7 years and I've always had such a hard time blending my underneath layers so they don't show. Since my hair is significantly shorter than the extensions I own it's pretty obvious. I ordered some dirty looks extensions a few weeks ago and I was checking out their Instagram and I saw a post about this video. Once I saw the picture of the hair pinned up underneath I went and tried it right away and I can't believe what a difference it makes. This tip saved my life <3 I can't believe I never though of this before!

Keziaa Jadee: Tip four is a lifesaver!! I thought I tried everything! Now I have the perfect cure thank you Dirty Looks!!

Charlie Francis: Love this video I think everyone who wears hair extentions should watch this video! My favourite tip is number four "the twist" since watching the video I now use this trick everything, thank you for making this video, Love it xoxo

Andra Z: I love the blending tip and the tip about tucking the short hairs under with a pin. I have been wearing clip in for years and didn't even think of that! I am about to colour my hair a new colour and I don't have any extensions to match! can't wait to try yours! <3 Thanks :-)

Kelsey Alfred: Contest : The tip about the bottom hairs is my favorite. It's amazing!!!! Getting rid of those bottom hairs (TIP 4) is the best thing I could ever do to look more natural! WOO! Thanks :)

venjb: I love tip #2. Back combing can be so helpful in adding volume to your hair and allowing for a more secure hold for the clips. :D awesome video!

Mallory Clark: I love the angled trick! being a newcomer to using hair extensions, it's very important to know how to make them look as natural as possible! Who knew!?Very neat!

Gemma (irongem): Very useful tips! Having short hair the first tip about blendig will definitely be of use to me. Good way of keeping the volume aswell! Think my next set (old ones are deeestroyed trying to get them blonde from brown lol) would be from here. Good video keep them up!! :)

halohair: i think all these tips are essential in having great looking extensions! but my favourite tip is definitely tip 1, blending extensions is what really makes the difference in making them look like your own hair i find :)

Iggy Moonpie: All of those tricks are genious, and my favorite one is of course the twist ! I've got short hair and when I used to put hair extensions, sometimes hair on the bottom of my head were showing. This tips was very helpful and no one could guess I wore hair extensions i love your videos and would enjoy trying one of your set. #hopetowin

JAZZ NICHOLSON: Liked/shared & subscribed ✨ Although I agree with everyone's opinions on tip 4 "the twist" to help get rid of those annoying shorter strands / baby hair I do the back combing tip ("long lasting hold") all the time but mainly if I know I'm wearing the extensions in all day and night , although it can be quite damaging I use a special bristle brush and use it ever so gently on my hair followed by a little spritz if hairspray. I have been with headkandy/dirty looks for five years and have always felt back combing adds volume to match the volume and also helps hold the extensions in place all day and also hides the clips if your wearing them higher up. ✨

Amanda Mercer: Tip 4 is my favourite!! I would alway clip my bottom hair extension in backwards at the nape of my neck and it works perfectly but I find it can be pretty uncomfortable:/ I can't wait to try this tip out today! Xox

Miranda Belcher: I loove the twist tip, I always got those little hairs with my old extensions! Thanks a ton!

Amber Welch: I have a really short asymmetrical bob and I always wear super long extensions when I'm out & about, That twist trick is just perfect for hiding my shorter bits. Thank you! <3

Marisa Milini: I've been subscribed to dirty looks for awhile now and absolutely adore you and these hair extensions. I'm loving all these tips but tip four is my favorite. It's always bothered me how I can see my shorter length threw the extensions and your twisty tip has definitely helped me out. Thanks for all the great videos and tips!

emily boyce:   Contest : The tip about the bottom hairs is my favorite. It's amazing!!!! Getting rid of those bottom hairs (TIP 4) is the best thing I could ever do to look more natural! WOO!

Emily: Loved tip #3! I have shorter layers at the front of my head so I was always worried about wearing extensions thinking that wouldn't look natural.

Chelsea thea: Tip number 5 is my favourite it's such a good way to make your hair extensions blend with your hair better even if the colour is slightly off and it's great for me who has short hair! X

Lauren Wood: Entering the Competition! My favourite tip is Tip Number 4, I have really short hair underneath from an awful Bob cut years ago and this is is such a clever little tip to hide the tiny little pieces of hair. Good work ! :)

zoe smith: Such a helpful video! I always have trouble blending my hair with extensions as my hair is super thin and flat! My favourite tip is 'THE TWIST' Wow goodbye silly short hairs hello lushious hair! Subscribed and i will be watching more of your videos! Thank you ♡

Sammy Johnston: Tip #2 is something I have always done but I have never thought of using volumising powder, I have really fine hair and some powder sitting in my draw so I'll be certainly using it now! Thank you!

Kimberly Pullen: Using a powder while back combing would be a great thing for me to try, i never thought to do that! I have thin blonde hair so the clips show through if I don't back comb a lot! Thanks I hope I win! x love the channel

Kelsey wettengel: Tip number 2 is my favorite because I didn't know about it! I've always wanted to learn how girls keep hair extensions in so long without them falling!  Thee were all great tips and VERY helpful

xDropDeadBeautiful: Subbed, liked, and shared. My fav tip is the twisting of the short hair at the nape of the neck and pining into place. I have those short annoying little hairs and never thought of doing that. So glad I watched that video. Best of luck to everyone. Fingers crossed xoxo

Louise Kirk: I've got to go with putting the extensions in at an angle. So simple yet it's not something I've ever thought of doing. My hair is shorter at the front and this will be much more effective for fab blending. Thank you.

Stephanie Kayla: The nape of the neck hair just changed my entire life, thank you so much lol!!!! it's literally the most annoying thing trying to blend that hair

cse89: My hair is shoulder long so my favorite tip is tip 4! It makes my clip extension look way more natural when you cant see the annoying short hair!

kellykel74: Great tips! Thank you :). I've used most of these suggestions, but didn't know about #4... THE TWIST! This is a new one for me and I will definitely be trying this! I've been thinking about trying dirty looks extensions, I've heard great things! Thanks again- subscribed**** #contest

Jocelyn Beavan: I love these tips! All a girl needs for a great new look!

Helen McB: Tip 4 is definitely my favourite! Those hairs at the back ALWAYS annoy me when putting my extensions in!!! I will definitely use this advice

Sophie Hughes: Tip 4 is by far the best top! Always had issues with shorter hair poking through extensions and had never thought of doing this! Amazing advice!

Emily London: Lovely video! Have subscribed and have a feeling I'll be watching all your vids now! The tip about the twist is amazing, so simple but those short hairs always annoy me and I worry that people can spot Im wearing extensions because of that, am going to go try that now :) thanks DrtyLooks xxx

Jade Perry: I once lost an extension on a night out... So now always back comb when I put them in! This also gives my hair much more volume!! Love it!!!

AbbieBumble: My favourite tip on this video would be 'The Twist' as I feel this is something I see a lot of people make the mistake of not doing, ruining the perfectly blended top layers of the hair.

Alexa Sunshine83: Definitely blending! #1 key to a successful hair extensions day! :)

Emily C: The twist! Only started doing this the other day and it makes such a difference for me :) x

Lamara McBride: my favourite tip is the twist! Great way to hide those giveaway shorter hairs x

Natalie M: Tip 4 is amazing advice! A problem most girls, including myself, have to deal with.. :)

l pack: The twist! :) i love my dirty looks hair extensions, been wearing them for years and everyone says how lovely and long my hair is!...no one knows im wearing extensions! :) x

Tara House: Tip 4 is definitely my favourite, I have fairly short hair just below my shoulders, so sweeping my hair from the back to the front i get the shortest little strands that look so obvious! this tip is now my absolute savior!

Gabi Brandão: My favorite tip is the number 4 because I always have this problem of the twist, sometimes looks so fake and now I know how to do it!!!!!:)

Cuhmia: My favorite tip was tip 4, the twist because I have short hair from all the damage and trying to blend my huge naturally curly hair with my extensions is the hardest part of me getting ready. Praise jesus that I see you give the tip because now I can must bobby pin the bottom layers of my hair up and but the extensions on top, that way no one will see those UNattractive pieces sticking out like its no ones business LOL.

Madeline Wright: Blending is key! No matter if its hair extensions or what, blending them in to look natural has to be the number one thing. Probably why it is rule number one! Blending can definitely make or break your look, but all of these tips are amazing to know to have a good night out and not worry about your extensions showing or falling out (:

Madeline Wright: Blending is key! No matter if its hair extensions or what, blending them in to look natural has to be the number one thing. Probably why it is rule number one! Blending can definitely make or break your look, but all of these tips are amazing to know to have a good night out and not worry about your extensions showing or falling out (:

Kathy McCarthy: My favourite tip is how to blend the hair extensions to your natural hair . I think this is a very important tip and more people should know about. Because that's all you want , for people to notice and think wow I love your hair thanks it's not mine lol I love when people ask that ❤️

Micaela Barrios: I have fine hair that is medium length, so I absolutely love tips 2 and  4 the best! Your channel is so helpful, I love love LOVE them <3

Nicole Lang: All these tips helped me so much!! I think the best though is number 1! I think blending is key for great looking extensions

Brooke Holm: Tip #1 is perfect! My biggest pet peeve is when it just looks like you plopped some extensions in your hair and you can tell where the lines are from your natural hair and the extensions!

gabby bove: Your hair is easy to blend bc it's like long or medium length of course it's gonna blend effortless my hair is way too short to curl or straight it in the extensions I'm trying to grow it out tho

Linda Cronsten: Clipping at an angle is my favorite. Never tried that. My hair is really thin and fine so my problem is getting the extensions not to show at the top of my head.

A Beauty and the Business: I will definitely try using a volumizing powder before I put in my extension s next time! I personally dont like putting my extensions so high in my hair I feel like my hair is too thin to cover the clips.

Riley: love all of the tips but i think my fave has to be the twist, as i have short hair shoulder length my hair really shows and its sooooo annoying, so that has to be the best one :) xx

Karan Field: Fantastic, quick, lotsa details, very helpful. Thanks.!

Marjolaine V: My favorite tip is no.4 it is a life saver for girls with short hair! :)

Maggie Breanne: SUBSCRIBED:) all these tips are my favorite since I have quite short hair it's hard to blend every piece especially the pesky little hairs in the back. I'll be using all of these tips and I'm sure the results will be greeat. Thanks!

Charlotte Swindon: Tip one is my favourite!! Could never blend extensions with my real hair it was always really noticeable:(

monidanielle: These extensions are so thick & beautiful! But key favorite tip of all time would be tip #1 BLEND, BLEND, BLEND! I've seen so many girls with beautiful extensions but the only problem is that you can tell the difference from their hair & the extension because they did not blend correctly no matter if your hair is long or short.

Daniella De la Vega: I like the firts tip most, because it looks pretty and easy to do it. I love it! <3

Linda Cronsten: Clipping at an angle is my favorite. Never tried that. My hair is really thin and fine so my problem is getting the extensions not to show at the top of my head.

Natalie Tagg: All fantastic tips but Tip number 4 is my favourite because that's my number one battle with getting an all natural look

kleiine778: Great Video! I think my next Extensions will be Dirty Looks. But I'm coming from Germany and I dont really know which colour is perfectly for my new hair colour. I will look forward, if my right hair colour is finish.
