2 Easy Hairstyles With Clip In Hair Extensions | Goo Goo Hair

Hey, what's up guys, it's your girl, sherry happy new year. Welcome to this brand new year filled with so much joy and so much blessings, and i'm so excited to have this be my very first video here on my channel for this year 2022 and to make it even better. I'M going to be doing a hair tutorial here, for you guys i haven't done one in a minute and i'm so excited to be doing it once again. So i'm going to be doing two looks here on my channel using hair extensions. My hair just is not as long as i would like it to be right now, so i'm going to be doing that for this video, so i'm kind of a big fan of like the slicked back a ponytail hairstyle. So i'm going to be doing that. For my first look and then for the second look, i am going to be doing this one right here so before i move on. So the extensions that i'm using, like i mentioned is by google hair. It comes in this really really cute rounded box and i got the shade dark brown. So i honestly i haven't used these, yet these are brand new, just taking them out of the box. So it's still nicely wrapped up in here and it's tied up nicely still together and it's bundled they are in the dark brown and i feel it matches my hair perfectly guys see i actually just colored or i toned my hair a couple days ago and then I think that would kind of blend in very nicely, so these ones here are 20 inches in length and again this is in the dark brown shade. These are clip-ins. I have not used them yet, as you guys can see, it's still bundled up in here. So i'm going to go and take these out and then i will jump into what i'm gon na do for the first look, so i just went ahead and i unraveled all the extensions here and i'm just gon na share with you guys like how many webs Came in this set so okay, i got seven pieces all together, so i have two one clip wefts. I hope i'm saying that right, um and then i have one four clip and i have two three clip wefts and i have two two clip lips. I'M gon na be doing the ponytail look for today, so i know that this probably would be easier to just use a ponytail hair extension. But i'm going to make this video for those of you guys who don't have a ponytail hair extensions and for the ones who just have the clip-ins but want to have like that full-on, like cute slick back ponytail, look with just having their clip-ins. So this is going to be somewhat messy in a way not really but kind of i don't know if messi is the right word, but you're going to see. So since i'm going to be doing the ponytail look with the extensions i'm going to be clipping. The extensions upside down so normally, obviously, when you put the hair extensions, you're just going to be clipping it in like this, but for the sake of this ponytail, i'm actually going to clip it upside down. So i'm going to flip my head upside down when doing this, and then it would be clipped in this way so that the hair falls up that way and that way when we do the ponytail it'll be nice and like flat, if that makes sense. Okay. So what i'm going to do right now is - i am just going to section my hair, i'm just going to do kind of like a deep horseshoe section, as opposed to kind of like a straight across part. I want it to be a little bit more rounded when i put these extensions on so let's just take a look at the mirror to see if this is actually horseshoe section. Okay, so we're looking for something similar to this. It doesn't have to be a perfect part since we're doing a ponytail, but, as you guys can see, i did that without even looking so now, i'm just gon na clip that out of the way i'm going to be clipping the hair upside down, so i'm probably Going to do start off with the three clip wefts since it's a little bit smaller at the bottom here, so normally you would put the extensions on this way, but for the sake of the ponytail, i'm going to put it upside down. So, instead of it, this way i'm going to be putting it up. This way, when we put the hair in a ponytail, everything will be laying smooth on your head. So before i do that, i'm just going to spray a little bit of hairspray onto my hair and then with my teasing brush, i'm just going to tease it a little bit, so it has a little bit of texture for the clips to hold on to so Nothing crazy. Now i'm going to be using the three clip and i'm gon na flip, my hair or my head upside down to do this so take my three clip and then i'll go like this and i'll just find where that party is and then just clip it on. So i forgot to mention: i left a good amount of hair at the bottom, but you want to leave us like a really good, almost half of the amount of hair that you have at the bottom, so that when you pull your hair up, you have enough Hair to hide the extensions when you put it up in a ponytail, so now that i put that on this is what it should look like once i flip this back down this way, it'll look like this weird waterfall. So that's exactly what we want our hair to be like. Now, i'm going to go ahead and take another section of hair down just a small amount, and then i'm going to do the same thing. So i'm going to try to find follow that shape. My fingers here spray that a little bit with hairspray and then just backcomb, then i'm going to take the other three clip weft, because you have two of them, so i'm going to use the other one and i'm just going to clip that right. On top now we have that much hair flowing down the back the next one that i'm going to do is the forklift weft. I think, if i keep that same section, that i had down, i'm just going to place another layer on top of that same one. So i'm just going to do this directly on top of the weft that i just put on i'm gon na flip this, like that all right, this hair feels great. So that's the ponytail right now, there's three wefts in here. So i might, let's see what i have left, so i think i just have the two clip wefts and then just a single one. So i think i'm not gon na use the single ones and i'll just do the last two for the top, and then that is it for the extensions and then we'll put it up in a ponytail. Okay, let's see how that feels. Okay, so that is my hair wow and look at all that volume. Actually, if you guys want volume in your hair, you probably can just put it on upside down as well. Can'T even tell and like look how much volume my hair has back here. It'S no need for back combing. So what i'm going to do before i put my hair in a ponytail. I am just going to curl these extensions. Like look, how can you tell that i'm wearing extensions? Yes, you can see my hair right here, but like it just blends in so i'm just gon na go ahead and just add some curls to the extensions i'm just gon na spray, a little bit of hairspray workable hairspray on there, just so that it holds off A little bit and i'm just using my wand that i got from dubal we're just going to do some random waves and i'll just kind of drop that into my head for it to set a little bit i'll. Have that drop! So, look at that beautiful curl right there, so i'm just gon na do that with the rest of the hair. Okay, i just wanted to show you guys what the hair looks like before. I even do the ponytail but i've i love this. I just can't wait till my hair is actually really this long, but i just love the fact that it just blends with my hair perfectly. I love this and again like this is the extension still flipped like it looks great this way. Obviously, i still have to do it properly with like the proper installation, but just looking at it, it's so gorgeous. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na just leave a little bit of my fringe out. I kind of wan na we'll. Do, let's see, let's see the ponytail first, i'm gon na bring my head upside down. Actually, okay, it's a big mess right now, but i'm gon na fix that make sure i don't have any extensions or anything peeking out. So i'm just gon na take this comb and smooth everything out and i forgot i'm going to be taking my fringe out anyway. So there is really no point in me spinning this part out, but we'll see actually i'm probably not going to take my fringe. Oh, i just want to leave it like this, like nice and slicked back, i'm just going to take a look. This is what it looks like with everything back and then what would it look like once i put everything out yeah we are leaving the hair really in the fringe, so i'm going to take a little bit more of this fringe out. Okay, so there is that cute ponytail that looks so cute, and then i am just going to grab some pieces of this hair here that need a little bit of curl to it, and then i'm probably also going to do some backcombing just to give it more Volume on the ponytail itself, but i'm just going to do a little bit more of these curls and then for my fringe area. Here, i'm just going to give it a nice little flippy wave with this wand as well. So i'm just going to take it like this carefully and not to burn up my head just give it a little bit of a flip that looks super cute already. So now what i'm gon na do is. I am gon na just grab some hair from behind. Here a little bit of this extension and then i'm just gon na wrap that around the ponytail, you could add a braid to it if you wanted, but i'm just gon na, take it and i'm just gon na take it as is and just wrap it around. That hair tie and then with the bobby, pin i'm just going to secure that end piece underneath all right, so i just want to have a little bit of volume here to my hair. So i'm just going to take some of this hair. Give it a little bit of spritz of hairspray and then just backcomb that a little bit at the base of the ponytail. That is look number one with these beautiful google hair extensions. So for the second look, i'm gon na be doing kind of like the bubble. Braid look so i took my extensions off and i'm going to put them on properly this time, so i am just going to start off by suctioning my hair off again this time, i'm just going to do a straight across part, not a horseshoe, i'm just going To take the thrip three clip weft and i'm just going to put that onto the bottom part here, i'm going to wiggle it so i have some hair to hold onto then i will do another row of the three clipped weft. I'M just going to take this part down and then i'll do the three flip and then i'm going to do just one more because i'm not going to do all the clips. We'Re just going to do three rows just because we're going to be doing braids. So i'm just going to take one more section and then the last one is going to be the four clip weft okay. So that is all the laughs that i have on my hair. It is not as thick, but you know i'm gon na be putting braids like i said, so we don't really need it too thick. I just wanted it for the length. So now what i'm going to do is i'm going to try to part my hair. So it's not going to be like a perfect part, but it'll be just more like a messy messy middle part and clip that out of the way. Okay. So i went ahead and i just did the one side of my hair with this cute bubble. Braid super easy. I just wanted to make sure that it actually turned out before i even filmed it because i haven't tried it like. I had. I didn't try this hairstyle in a long time and it was just being played up in my head. So i wanted to make sure that it actually looked cute. So this is what the bubble break looks like. You can definitely see a little bit of the elastics in there, which is fine for me. If you have like cute little beaded accessories it'll be nice to just kind of add them in there too, like if you have those little diamonds or clips or whatever. You can add that in there too, to just add some style, but you guys this is super. Easy basically, i just tied them into kind of like pigtails, so i'm just gon na leave a little bit of my fringe out at the front here and then you're, just gon na tie that into a pigtail fluff that up and then i like to just pull Some hair out just to kind of give it some volume. Now all i'm gon na do is i'm gon na split my hair into two sections trying to make sure that it is an even amount when you split it in half. So with the section in the back. I'M going to take this split that back section into two and then i'm gon na bring this forward like that and then i'm gon na just take my little elastic bands or just one of them at the moment, and then i'm just gon na tie that up. Like so, if you have texture spray or hairspray, it's good to just kind of add that onto your hair, just so that it looks nice and like textured, i don't even know the word, i'm trying to say. But you know what i mean like. Sometimes, when you pull apart, your braid hairs will just kind of like fall out and won't look poofy. But if you have enough texture in your hair, it'll just come out as a nice little fluff. So i am just going to tighten that up and then before i do the next section, i'm just going to bubble up that braid here, so you can bubble it as thick as you want. So i'm gon na make sure that it's even from this side to the side, so that kind of looks cute. Let'S tie that up a little bit more it out a bit and then with the section underneath i'm going to take that split, that into two make sure it's an even two and then bring that forward and tie that in a knot or not tie a hair. Tie around it and now we're gon na fluff that baby out, so i'm just going to continue doing that. So until i get to the end, i'm just going to be taking the section, the back splitting it into two and then bringing it forward and then tying a hair tie around that and then fluffing that up okay guys. So this is the finished result. I love it it's so cute. I think i could have gone a little bit more bubblier, but other than that. I think it still looks pretty darn cute. If i say so for myself. I feel so much younger than i am with this hairstyle and i just love how natural it looks. It just looks like it is my hair and i love it. My new favorite hair extension i'm going to be trying out more hairstyles with these extensions, but right now i feel like this is my favorite, like it's super cute like how cute is that i wish i had like little jewels that i can put into here and They'Ll look a lot more cuter than they do now.
