I feel like this is like Trisha Paytas videos where she's sitting on her kitchen floor, but I just wanted to start today's vlog right here, because I just posted an Instagram story where I asked you guys, since I took out my hair extensions. The other day, I asked you guys if you would want to see a video about like my hair now, because I've worn hair extensions for let me do the math. I have worn hair extensions for ten years. I just counted, and it's officially been 10 years. That is not so. I started wearing hair extensions when I was a sophomore in high school and now I'm 25, oh, my gosh, so just to give you guys a little bit of a backstory. I love hair extensions, clearly, so all throughout high school in college. I wore clip-in extensions from Bellamy, love Bellamy. I think they're, really good quality hair really easy to use really beginner-friendly. They have so many different, like techniques of hair Clinton's now, but I love the good old clip in sets and I was always the color moko Tina Brown and then I tried what did i do? First? I did clicks extensions I think, or what I have. I must have had tapings, berola or clippings for a long time, and then I did clicks KL IX, which are a permanent weft love. Those love Sangam. The girl that I go to her name is Sam or Sam glam on Instagram, and she is in Birmingham Michigan. Like Detroit Michigan she's, the best at it - and I just love going to her - but we live so far apart now that I don't get to go there. That often, but I love the clicks extensions, I tried tape. Pins, love tape, pins. I got those also friend Bella knee they were really um. Also like easy to use. I did it myself, really beginner friendly, save a lot of money doing it yourself. Also, I have a whole video on it and then I did hand tied extensions. Those were okay, they weren't my favorite, because, with the method that the girls did on me, most of the hair was in the back of my head. So if, if there could be more hand tied like on the side, that's where I want the most fullness, but a lot of the hand-tied almost was in the back. I don't know if that's the norm, but that's what it was I mean it was my experience. So those were my favorite, but I loved the color of that hair. That was like great before the wedding. I, when I had like a little bit of an ombre that was hand tied and aprons, and then I went back to clicks for my wedding last year and then yeah. I had clicks this whole time, so I think that's just about everything. So I'm a big hair extension fan. I'Ve also tried the halo extension, which is like a little clear band that sits right here in the hair, just kind of hangs but yeah. So I've tried them all and I love them all, but um, I'm just gon na try to save a little bit of money for a couple months, so I'm gon na get them put back in cuz. I just love that my think at least I was planning on it um, but I was like you know what I'll take the hair cousins out for a little bit and kind of give my hair a break see what's like, and within those 10 years I have Cut my hair really short and like into almost like a pixie cut like three or four years ago, maybe three years ago, Boyer's, I don't remember a big brat, so look in three years: Wow! Okay, so, like three years ago, I had like a pixie cut, really really really short hair like shake it on the back, like you're, really short, um so yeah. So there was a little bit of time in there, where I didn't. Have your extensions and gave my hair a break, but for the most part I have worn like a heavy set of extensions on my head for ten years, and I just kind of wanted to show you guys like what my hair looks like after doing that, and I will say: I'm not super I've never been super. Like protective of my hair, I don't use too many heat protecting. I do. In the past a year I started to use a lot of dry our products, so I have the dry bar. What does that call? This prep yeah Prep Rally and it's like a pink little spray and it's like a detangler and a heat protectant. But, to be honest, I don't really I didn't for the last ten years, like use heat protectant very much, I style and curl my hair everyday. All the time um, but I do like wash it like twice a week and condition it like twice a week and then I'll do maths all the time and I go to get blowouts all the time. But like I don't do anything like super good or super bad for my hair guys, look I'm pretty average about my hair um, but yeah. So I try to like not wash it too often do like to keep the hair extensions healthy and get the hair extensions. Like kinda, like leave my natural, my hair and I always put oil in my hair excedrin, so I was really been like taking care of my extensions, so they would last a long time and you know you pay so much for them. But I guess like looking back like I didn't really care too much about my own hair, so yeah, that's like kind of like my perspective on this. I kind of wish I would have, because maybe my hair be a little bit sooner now or a thicker now, but tbh I feel, like my hair, looks pretty good. It'S doable like, I feel, like it's fine um, but a couple years ago, when I was going through everything with my health and being realistic all the time. A lot of my hair fell out during that I'm really thin here. So I wore hair extensions during that time as well, but for a lot of like sans scans and MRIs I had to do, I couldn't have hair extensions, then cuz I had like metal Clips. You know so I had to get my hair cousins taken out and I'm cutting my hair so like a lot of my hair fell out and when I cut my hair off um so yeah when I was like in high school and like really healthy, I had Like a really thick curly hair and then like as I aged and like as my hair, texture change and as like the amount of hair extensions, I always wear changed. You know my hair kind of got, thinner and thinner, and then, when I went through that whole season of unhealthiness, my hair changed so yeah. I feel like my hair now is like pretty easy to tame it's a little bit curly like it kind of like dries and like a wavy ringlets for the mess and like I have to style it, but when I do sell it it like goes pretty easily. So let me just give you guys, like it up close of my hair, so you can kind of tell how it feels without extensions. It just feels so good to be able to like touch my head like that, like, if you guys wear extensions. You know like this: is the dream being able to do this and like being able to like get my hand back there like when I'm washing my hair in the shower just feels so good? It'S just a dream. So yeah, I have to say, like I'm, not super mad about, like the health of my hair. I will say you know when I first got home. I was like, oh my god, my hair so thin like this is my ponytail. You know, that's it, but you know I'm a pretty healthy woman, so my hair is pretty healthy. I think, like whatever I'm doing, I feel like it's fine. For me it works fine, but um. You know I feel like good it is. It does feel a little fluffy like it does feel a little bit damaged, which could be from coloring it so much so last year, before our wedding, I, like bleached, some of it to get like the ombre look and then the past. Like six months, I've been dying in black, so I do have quite a bit of like you know, color treatment on my hair and you know, extension wear and some like that. But that all being said, like I'm not too mad about how my hair looks, I will say, while you are getting here exactly if you wear extensions, your hair and actually you know sheds your hair actually falls out. Just like your eye, lashes on your eyebrows and everything. So during that time, if your hair falls out, it's kind of the pieces that are stuck in the extensions are stuck in there. So when you do take character now or like you move your extension, you will see if I'm hair fall out, but that's like just what's falling out of your head, naturally normally um so yeah. I think that, because I works entrance for such a long amount of time straight, you know, I think that that's like stress and the weight of the hair extensions, like did you know thin out my hair a little bit, but I don't feel like my hair fell Out from hair extensions at all, like, I just don't think that so yeah, I'm a big fan of your accent, I love them so much. I think that they're, a great um you know, tool to play with and have fun with yeah yeah. I just want to keep playing with my hair, so you guys can see like your hair will be fine. If you want to try out hair extensions, your hair will be fine, especially if you are healthy and you are eating a good food that will nourish your hair and your scalp you're gon na. Be fine girl, just try it just try it. Alright, that's enough! For me and bullying what the abbess is my hair review after 10 years of hair extensions. Thank you guys for watching today's video and i'll see you guys next time, bye,

Anthony Marinelli: Loved this Frankie!! ❤️ I love the long hair on your but this natural look I’m living for. You always look nice

D. Dee 2003: I loved you with your shorter hair - it was so stylish and bobs are definitely coming back in.

Mar S: Your hair looks beautiful with or without hair extensions! The majority of my hair very thick, very curly hair fell out 6 years ago because of my hypothyroid disorder so I wore tape ins for 3 years. They looked great and that plus having regular keratin treatments helped my hair get to a better place because I wasn't heat styling at all. I also started to eat more protein, healthy fats, and (try) to drink more water and that has helped my extremely thin hair get to a better place. Thank you for this video! :)

Cynthia Hernandez: Had such a rough day at work today, but watching this made me smile. Thank you for your videos!

Carolyn Tyler: I’m loving that more people are taking out their extensions! Your natural hair is great!

alwaysAMANDA: Love your natural hair! It’s so relatable to see ☺️ it’ll be great to see some hair tutorials that we can try

LisaLisaD1: I think you look gorgeous as ever! I can only imagine how good it feels to wash your hair!! ❤️

Julissa: How has Frankie not reached 1 million subscribers? She’s so amazing ♥️

Myriam: Your hair so beautiful like that!! Look full and healthy! ❤️

Lisa Beatty: Your so beautiful either way! Loved your short hair so cute!

paola mondragon: Oh my God! You look so beautiful and refine with your short hair!!!!

Delana Delana: That short cut was just BOSS AND FIERCE but ur truly beautiful either way!

Gabi Borja: I’m obsessed your hair color. I want to dye mine chocolate brown. I have some highlights now but living for the dark hair.

amycarmenchloe Xoxo: I think your hair would look so cute short like a bob or inverted bob

Susan Velez: WOW look how long it has grown I love it.

MsLipsxLikeSugar: which extension would you recommend for the top of the head if its thinning? which is your fave? Yes I did notice most extension videos are at the back of the head

B: Aww Frankie...You're a beautiful girl inside and out!

Princekathyprice: Frankie i thought they were still in your hair!! Had no idea you took them out it looks the same girlfriend!!! you have gorgeous REAL HAIR!!

manjeera vedantam: Wish I could be adventurous like you I never did anything to my hair after my hair shred a lot after rebonding. My hair is very harsh now all I want is thickness

Mary Castro: You have beautiful hair friend ❤ I'm so over the hair extension craze! It's cool just to be you !!

Nick Rich: So it's a dream to be able to touch your own scalp? Frankie, don't you think that it's time to embrace your authentic self. Live the dream girl.

Chiliebeenie Mcdonald: You look so much better without extensions I love when you had the medium length hair kinda what your sisters hair is now

Stephanie Lall: Looks cute on you. Did you get headaches with extensions? Love ya

Jacqueline Duarte: Loved the short hair

Erin Kruger: I definitely think you should grow the color out of your hair, and start fresh. Let your hair rest from the color as well.

Tammy Carey: Luv your hair when it was lighter ombré!!!!! ❤️

Rachel Roman: Love your natural hair!! So pretty. What size sweatshirt are you wearing in this video?

Kayla Weber: Would you ever cut your hair short again? I really loved the short style on you

Anorsegoddess: I have trichotillomania. If I don't wear hair extensions, I will pull all of my hair out strand by strand. I can't just stop. That's like telling someone to stop breathing. The only thing that would help is medication drs will not prescribe to anyone due to the abuse of it. So I have to wear extensions to stop myself from pulling my real hair out. Instead I pull out the extensions, strand by strand.

MHR: I started watching you when you hair was a shoulder-length bob (back in your thrifting days). I thought you looked so chic, so in vogue and classy. Long hair is boring. You're too pretty and vibrant to have boring hair.

Ryleigh Schultz: What lippie are you wearing?! I love it!!

Nelly Gephart: Loving your hair

Metin Moustafa: Hi, how do you keep your hair healthy? I saw girls who have bald spots .

Megan Colon: What health condition did you go three if I may ask! I have lupus and am experiencing the same thing

manjeera vedantam: How long does a good halo or clip in human hair extension last ? with good care ? Please suggest

fashion foe: your hair is beautiful better than the extensuon style

Kaylie Mace: Can you link your tape in extension video? I’m having a hair time finding it!

Kris Pippin: ❤️

Abby Godfrey: So did it make your hair thin or age?

Ashley Gonzalez: Clip ins better for wedding??

manjeera vedantam: I feel pain using clip in extensions. Is halo hair extensions safe . I am extremely skeptic about my hair health. I want something that safest to use daily . Please suggest

Noname82 Nolastname282: You in short hair.

oh.itsangelica: Love you!!! SMALL YOUTUBER HERE❤️❤️

B: The bald spots tho

Iam Acockroach: early squaddd
