Reviewing £6 Hair Extensions From Shein // So Good !!!

Hello there and welcome back to my channel so today we're going to be trying out summer clip in hair extensions that i got extremely cheaply from shine. So these are 16 pieces of 55 inch chemical fiber hair. Is it still hair if it's chemical fiber? I don't know probably not, and what is chemical fiber like. I have to begin this video with a disclaimer just to say that i am not very experienced in the world of hair extensions. I'Ve only ever used clipping hair extensions, a couple of times in my life and those couple of times were years ago. So i do not have a lot of experience. I am kind of going into this as a complete novice, but i would also assume that probably a lot of people that are going to be buying these hair extensions, maybe in the same boat as me. Maybe they're not experienced with hair extensions and they want to buy some cheaply so that they can try them out, see how they feel when they're in see how easy they are to put in. I feel like, if you were new to hair extensions, you're, probably not going to want to jump right in with a pair of like 500 pound hair extensions, especially when you don't know, if you're going to be using them a lot. So this video today is mainly me trying out dirt cheap hair extensions from a position of not having tried any really before and not knowing what i'm doing. Will she pick this up most probably, but i just thought that this would make for a interesting review, and if i like these, then i've got myself a bargain, which is great. So, as i said they, they do claim that these are 16 piece extensions and, like usually when i hear the word piece, it makes me think of something: that's independent from something else. So, like you get 16 pieces that are all independent from one another, but i mean this is probably highlighting my inexperience with hair extensions, but this does not seem like 16 pieces to me because we have two pieces. We have one piece, but it has three clips in it is anyone keeping count of this so far by the way? Anyone we have another piece that has three clips in it. Yet another piece that oh no, this has two sorry guys. I was just on a roll. This one has two clips in it, so this one is the biggest extension of the bunch, and this one has four clips in it and then to finish off, we have oh, what's that oh there's something a little bit gross looking. It looks like a dried up. Boogie, oh that's, nice, okay and the final one is a two-piece. So i'm not quite sure if, with hair extensions, they kind of measure it by how many clips a piece has potentially, if someone who actually is experiencing hair extensions could enlighten us in the comments downstairs. That would be much appreciated. Thank you. So they did have many different shades available on shine. They also had x, curly ones. They also had like different lengths available. They had clipping extensions. You know they were just on a butterfly clip which i did get one off. So i'm probably going to try that in just a separate video, but what i'm just trying to get across to you is they have a shitload of hair extensions. So if you're kind of new to hair extensions, you don't wear extensions a lot, then it may just be worth picking yourself up like a really cheap pair. They, as i said they did, have loads of different shades and i somehow managed to not in any way match my hair shade, but they didn't really have silver with a hint of lavender hair. Unfortunately, so the closest one that i could really see was this one, and this is in the shade silver. I thought that it would do, but now i'm just realizing. No, this will not do, but it's fine. We will just carry on so, as i said, i'm a complete novice here. I don't know how many times i feel the need to tell you that i am a complete novice at hair extensions. This is me just building up to this definite finale, where my hair is gon na. Look like [ __ ], i'm just trying to lower everyone's expectations. Now you know what i mean so, okay, i've got my uh duck bill clips. I'M just gon na clip my hair and i'm just gon na i'm gon na try and apply these clipping extensions as best i can just so. You know the reason why i really wanted to get these extensions is because my hair has got dramatically thinner over time. I noticed kind of following the birth of my uh children. My hair got a lot thinner, but i i'm not gon na make any excuses. I think probably the main cause behind my hair thinning is me bleaching, my hair, so it has got a lot thinner. You know it's something that definitely does kind of get me down at times and i really would love to have thick luscious voluminous hair, but that's just not for me anymore, so, okay, so what do i do guys? I wish you could respond here. Do i put the the big four clip one in the back of my head, because i i think that that's probably the way forward. Would you say, because, like the frown on the back of my head is like the biggest area and also it's probably the most trickiest to to get the clipping in so i feel like this is the area that we're going to start with, because i just want To get it over and done with, whilst i still have the energy you know, because i can feel that this is going to be quite stressful and this one is extremely nutty like. Why is she so naughty? I'M going to just spin myself around and i'm gon na hope for hopefully be showing you the back of my head. Oh, this is something you don't see every day welcome to the back of my head. This will be really interesting. You know when i'm editing i i know it's not interesting for you, but when i'm editing it'll be nice to see the back of my head because i never really see it. They'Ll be like yes, [, __, ], okay, anyway right so, oh, i suppose i should begin by opening the clips, whilst i'm looking at them, because that sounds like it'd be much easier task, all right, so the clips they are open. So i'm turning back around again and i'm just gon na like pop these in i know this should probably be more of a plan of action more of a method here, but i just don't know what that method is, so i'm just winging it as always. Okay, so i'm liking all these clips they're going in easily they're, not kind of stiff or difficult to work with or anything oh they're in. Can you see that guys? How is it looking from behind that's what she said for the first one in oh, my gosh? How are we looking okay anyway, i'm not going to spoil it for myself. I want to get them all clipped in. Oh no. I wanted to clip a bit of this hair that i don't want clipped in with the extension i managed to anyway. It'S fine right. Okay, so we have the back one in the back. One is in i'm going to just kind of pop one in the side here, maybe because my hair is so thin. I just i'm kind of worried that you're going to be able to see all of the clips, because there's not really that much hair to hide the clips. So i'm a little bit anxious about that. But you know what it's fine! It'S fine we're going to do! Okay, i'm just wondering like where is this one going quite difficult? This guy's, you know quite difficult, i'm just going to pop that one in there and there's no method here, guys, i'm just popping them in anywhere. I put that one in oh wait. What'S going on there, i think the key is you want to pop these in um, i forgot what the keys, oh, my gosh, i forgot. I'M sure it was a very interesting and helpful point, but i forgot what it is. Do you know what the color isn't like glaringly mismatching, i mean he's, definitely not matching, but he's not terrible. I think yeah, i don't know i think, he's fine. We can deal with that. Okay, so i'm gon na put the other three clip. I'M gon na pop that in here yeah, oh, no, that's a two clip. Oh no me want a three clip, not a two clip, i'm a three clip. Oh i'm out of three clips. Oh no. I thought i had loads of three clips, but no, i just have two clips. Okay, oh, i guess it's gon na be a two clip. That'S gon na go here! Okay, so let's do this i'll! Put that one there! Oh! What'S going on there, someone come just cause that one does not want to go in. Why do you know when to go in? Why why why why okay go in geez, okay, he's in for you ouch ouch, oh my gosh, that was so okay, so there. So there, oh, my gosh, look! So that's it! Okay, oh my gosh. It feels so nice. You know to have like heavy, really long hair. I just don't think you can ever like beat that feeling. Well, you can't there's loads of things. You could do to beat that feeling, but anyway, okay, so guys we actually have two more single one clips and we've got two more two clips. I kind of running out of headspace in which to stick these now, but i think we could definitely definitely get away with one there. So i'm gon na put the this is the three clip see. I was sure that i had another three clip and he was sat here on my lap, the whole time. So how did i not see that before? Ah anyway, okay - so i - i guess, we're gon na put a three clip: are we hm? Do i want to put three? I don't know if i want to put a three clip there. I just don't know if you're gon na be able to see the clips yeah. I'M gon na put a two clip instead, because i feel a little bit overwhelmed with the idea of the three clip going up there. So i'm just gon na clip this in by the way. These are the easiest easiest things to apply ever i mean i'm saying that and it might look [ __ ]. Am i applying this upside down? Oh and i was applying it upside down. You know what i was getting a bit too big for my boots there, so i'm gon na just stop talking for a minute. Look at that guys. It looks really good it's close to my head. I don't know where else it will be, but we love okay. So next i'm gon na finish off with the two single clips and i'm just gon na put them just kind of up here. This one does not want to clip okay, she's clipped, she's fine. She says yes mama, i'm in don't worry about me, i'm doing it! Oh ouch, do you know what it hurts a bit? Sometimes, when you clip you do with a little clip? Okay, so there we go so that extensions. They are all laying, with the exception of mr three clip that just decided to disappear on us. So this feels so nice, and i know that the the shade isn't like perfection by any stretch of the imagination, but i don't think it's terrible. I think that the extensions look extremely shiny, luscious and very healthy and beautiful. You know sometimes like with a cheat wig. The hair can look really dry and it can just look really plasticky and fake. I actually feel like these extensions they've, just looked so beautiful, so healthy, so shiny, and i actually think that they do look quite a lot like real hair like it's definitely not gon na scream. Now to me i am fake okay, so to show you the final result, i'm just gon na relocate my camera and i'm gon na just stand up so that you can actually see the full effect okay. So this is oh what they look like, so just to confirm. These are 55 centimeters long. My natural hair comes to about here, so it is fairly long, but these extensions are almost at hip level. I really love these. I could really get down with this honestly, although it was a little bit fluffy to kind of put them in it wasn't really much effort, honestly, okay, so this is what they're looking like from the back. So do you know what i think i like them. I think i do you know what i'm going to see myself down, because it's a little bit uncomfortable, just standing up, perched kind of leaning over like that, but oh, and this is good because you could actually see from behind that's a great angle. Oh yes, so do you know what i actually really really like these extensions? I don't have much of a framework in which to compare them against other extensions, whether they'd be more expensive or i mean i can't imagine. Any hair extensions could really be much cheaper than these ones. I found them to be really really easy to put them in, and i feel like, if you're a complete, beginner kind of like i am with hair extensions. You would have no problem popping them right in. I don't know if i put them in correctly and i'm sure that i probably have not i'm sure, there's ways that you could pop them in a lot better than i did. But i found them really really easy to use and i think that's the main thing it only took about five minutes to put them in, and that was obviously with me talking and kind of explaining what i was doing. So i feel like it's if you're just maybe there by yourself not chatting away trying to film a video, i'm sure that you could probably pop these in in you know just five minutes. So it's really like a quick and easy and affordable way just to kind of change up your hair. If you you know so desire, i really think that these look really good. I'Ve obviously not seen what they look like from the back, and i can definitely feel all of the clips. I think my only kind of main concern with these hair extensions - and this is not unique to these hair extensions, but just generally with any kind of clipping hair extensions. I feel, like i'd, be a little bit self-conscious about, like maybe other clips showing because i do have thin hair there's not much hair to sit on top of the clips. So i think that would be just a slight little kind of concern i would have, but in terms of like a review of these hair extensions that cost 6.99, i definitely would give them a massive thumbs up. I can't really find any fault with them whatsoever, so i am like really really happy with these. I just am living my very best hair extension life. Okay, so i'm gon na go. Are they worth 6.99 just to confirm as well? They'Re, like the fixed price, is usually 7.99, but these were on offer for 6.99 at the time that i purchased them. So there's a chance that maybe they're back up to 7.99, but even for 7.99. I would definitely say these are a great buy, a great buy. Yeah i'm loving these and i feel like it'd, be nice.
