How To Put Clip In Hair Extensions On Short, Thin Hair|2021| Ft. Maxfull Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel or welcome to my channel my name's kayla today, i'm filming a video on how to apply hair extensions to a really really thin short pixie cut. So i'm going to go from this to this, i do use max full hair extensions. You can get them on amazon, i'll link them down below this. Video is sponsored, but their extensions are literally amazing. Obviously, so it's not going to look fake, but you know some companies be lying and saying that they're human hair, but they're not been there done that that closest. So the extensions i'm using today to put into my short hair, are these max full human hair extensions. I believe they are 16 inches. They might be 14 i'll put on the screen, but they are so freaking soft. I have tried so many hair extensions. I haven't tried any since i like shaved my head, but these are literally amazing. They match my color. They actually match it. For me, which is pretty cool, so if you like, don't know what color to get you can always email them and i will also put their email down below. I swear i shaved my armpits. I don't know why the they look like that yeah. I did shave. My head, because my hair was just so damaged and i had to wear extensions all the time because my hair was just so thin and like wasn't growing. That is why i shaved my head now, i'm wearing extensions, because i am not a big fan of the short hair on me. I know some people can pull it off, but i just i just don't i feel like i do. These extensions are literally amazing and i'll put their information down below, so you guys can go check them out. They'Re inexpensive as well like they aren't super expensive and you would probably charge 200 for these. Can you not yeah super good? They don't shed like they haven't shed at all and they are seamless. So you can't so you can't see the clips when they're in your head, which is a plus i'm just gon na get started and show you guys how i put extensions on my short pixie cut. Let'S see, why did i say cut like that? First gon na go by straightening my hair, i'm using the double hair straightener. This is literally amazing and look how pretty it is. I don't normally straighten my hair, like i don't put heat in my hair, but for this video i'm going to show you guys the proper way to put in hair extensions, i'm not a professional, but this is what i do so you guys are gon na come In why don't you wear wigs, like extensions, are like so much harder work? I personally i hate ways i hate wearing them. I hate feeling them on my head, but i'm so used to hair extensions that, like i can't even fill them in my head. It'S not as annoying and like hot as wigs are the wigs i have are synthetic, and these are human hair extensions. So i like these a lot more, but i'm gon na use the garnier for teeth. Straightening this. This protects your hair i'll show you guys the back of my hair as well. I don't know how i'm going to do this, so this is my hair growth so far after shaving my head, i should have thought this through how to like show you guys exactly how to put them in. So i'm just going to go ahead and straighten the pieces, see how they're like flared out. You don't want that to kind of make them a little bit straighter put it on i'm using probably 300 heat. This goes up to 450 flatten it out. The hair is still like, really thin, even though i like shaved it and stuff. Yes, i just have naturally thin hair, but at least it's not damaged. You know. Look at that piece like sticking up flatten that down it's not going to make a huge difference. So you don't really have to do this part, but my hair flares off because it's at the awkward stage of growing yeah see it didn't make a huge difference, but whatever it works, give you a three clip. Weft two clip left a four clip left. A three clip left two clip left another two clip left and a one clip weft. So they give you a decent amount of extension. They give you a decent amount of extensions. Most companies will only give you like four extensions in my experience, so this is really nice having all of them, especially in short hair, and if you do have shorter hair. Like me, the shorter extensions are better it'll make your hair look more full. If you get too long extensions, it's just gon na look a little bit weird! That'S why i chose a 14 inch. I believe 16 inch, one of those, so i don't have a clip. I just usually use a hair hair tie. So i part my hair i'll turn around, so you guys can see part. My hair, like this, i'm gon na start kind of not completely at the bottom, but like a little bit higher. I do put it in the tie, but i do hold my hair just in case you know, so i'm going to use a three clip weft and if you feel like you didn't place it right, my hair tied as well, but i usually just hold my hair. If you feel like you're, not placing them correctly, you can just unclip the clip and then replace it. It literally looks like a mullet right now, but we're going to use that, obviously for each clip that i put in i just brush it and now we're going to go on to another three clip wefts. I did brush these out beforehand. They come straight or you could get curled. I got the straight ones, but i have already curled them so they're, like kind of wavy, i'm trying to cover the clips with some hair, even if it's just a little bit, because i only have a little bit of hair and place the other three clip weft Right on top of that one and then brush it out four clip wefts and i'm going to put that on the very top of my head, where your crown is brush that out. It might look a little bit weird right now, but we are going to curl it afterwards. So like we look really funny, but we have a lot of extra clips, so this is the two clip weft. This is what i have a problem with how my bangs are so short, but if you have a problem with your bangs, you can literally just drag it and give yourself bangs. But i'll show you guys that after i put this one in so i'm using the two clip wefts and take some of the hair yeah, my hair is literally so thin. I can just hold it instead of putting it into a hair tie. I can't talk and like like i'm so bad at multitasking, they're sticking up for some odd reason. I'M gon na go back in and straighten that i'm gon na take another two clip left and go on to this side. My sections are messy, like i honestly don't try as hard as i probably should put it on. You. Have this. I'M gon na go ahead and straighten this, since it's like sticking up, but we are gon na put this two clip left where the bangs are so like up here. To make myself have some bangs, you know i'm just gon na take a thin piece of hair. I really hope i was indeed this whole time give myself some bangs, and then we have one more, and this is going to go on this side. So i like to put this near the front, since it is a little bit thin in the front of my hair. If you feel like you can't push the clip down, you can just move it. It usually means that you're on another clip see i keep getting on the clip. I have to move this one down, it happens. If you don't get on the first try extensions there we go extensions. Take some practice. You'Ll get it eventually, i'm just going to straighten these pieces like these flyaways. You see this. I look like a duck. I literally look like a duck. Straighten those. Yes, i mean i'm still filming but like so i have a piece of hair. This happens. It gets stuck in like the extension. This video is a hot mess. I'M sorry, i'm just trying to like show you guys how i do extensions. As you can see, it's not perfect, i'm not a professional, so this piece can be straightened. I'M going to tuck this piece away into the extensions and you can see it like matches my hair perfectly. What the this piece is doing, i'm going to curl it just to give it a little bit more volume. I'Ll come back okay, so i let my curling iron heat up. I use the infinity con air wand. This is literally my go-to. I got it from walmart, i'm just going to go ahead and curl all my hair together, it'll blend your hair better and give it volume like i said so, i'm just gon na speed. Through this, you can see how pretty that is and make sure you do. The back too, because right now it kind of looks like a mullet which you don't want. So if you blend the hair with the short hair - and you don't even have to leave it on that long, if you blend it, it'll just look much better and don't forget to spray your heat, protectant and it'll make the extensions last longer because eventually hair extensions, They do do start shedding most shed when you get them, but these have not so i'm super surprised, especially for the price, why these are my favorite hair extensions. I'Ve ever owned. I'Ve seen a lot of videos like this, because you know i wanted to know for myself how to do the extensions without them. Looking, you know like a mullet or like really weird a lot of them yeah. It looks fine, like the videos, look fine, but they always end up having to put like a bandana or a head wrap, and that is what i didn't want, because that's why i don't want to wear wigs, because i don't like the feeling of something on my Head - i don't know it just like cringes me out applying your extensions this way, while i'll do it to where you shouldn't have to wear anything on your head, which is the whole purpose of why i got these extensions. You guys can probably tell from this video. I'M literally a lazy ass and i just don't feel like doing that takes a while. This is like the easy, quick way, i suppose, applying your hair extensions. I honestly like the messy look, though of curls, rather than the like, very defined curls like silky and soft. These hair essentials are now i'm just doing the back side of my hair make sure it's all curled, i'm sure i'm going to miss some spots, because i can't see the back of my head. Don'T have like a mirror right here behind me. I have one on the door as you guys can see, but i don't have one like right behind me. It'S where i can see, and you can always get two sets of extensions um like i feel like another extension right here - would be good, maybe one more in the back, but i only have one pack. This is gon na have to work all done, and this is how it turned out. I usually spray it with some dry shampoo dry. Shampoo is really good for extensions, especially if you don't want to keep washing them, because the more you wash hair extensions, the quicker that you won't be able to wear them the shorter that they last that's what it looks like. Obviously, it's not perfect, but that is the end of the video.
