Hi guys welcome back to my channel, sewing a lot of questions about hair extensions recently just kind of how to navigate them. What kinds I like and all that sort of stuff. So I thought I would make a video on the best hair extensions that I have found for fine and thin hair. I'M also going to show you everything from clipping them in how to blend them with your fine, thin hair and also a tutorial on these beautiful curls that you're seeing right here. So if you want to learn all about my favorite hair extensions and how to achieve this, look then just keep online alright. So it's perfect that I'm filming at this say hair tutorial today, because this is a kind of day two of my like hair, weekly hair routine. So I watched yesterday, my hair is already really Gracie classic giulia hair, so I have already sprayed a little bit of dry shampoo in it. I could use the Dove at volume in fullness. You guys know that I love that dry shampoo. I sprayed that through the back of my head and then I actually used the suave one in my bangs because it doesn't have any texturizing or like grittiness in it. I would not recommend like a gritty or texturizing dry shampoo for banks, because it makes them really weird and like crazy, so something that just absorbs the oil and the bangs and then something with texture on the roots of the rest of your head. So the extensions that I have been loving lately that I really want to share with you guys are the luxy hair extensions. These are the seamless hair extensions, so let me show you up close. I have this really really: nice, silicone band and the weft is super thin, so you can see how thin that band is compared to, like you know, a traditional hair extension which is gon na, be a cloth and thicker and have stitching, and it's just a little Bit bulkier, I love these hair extensions for fine and thin hair is because of that silicone band. They lay really flat on the head, which is really nice for people with fine and thin hair, because you know we don't really have a lot of thickness and bulkiness to kind of hide anything underneath. So you need like kind of the thinnest flattest band as possible to kind of really hug your scalp and not really show through with your real hair. So that's why I've really been like these. In addition, the hair quality is amazing. It'S real human hair and it's really silky really soft. I got mine, they only come in one length and I got mine in the dirty blonde color and then I had my hairstylist dye them to match my head. So they're pretty close, they are definitely, I would say my roots are a little ass here, so they matched my root kind of perfectly. This lighting is a little crazy and then I get a little bit warmer towards my end. So I'm thinking as the dye kind of washes out of these um it'll lighten up a little bit, but in general I would say, if you're looking to start wearing hair extensions, this would be a really great option, just because they're, really user friendly they're, not gon Na show a lot they're really easy to clip in, and I think that these are great for like a beginner status. Basically, just the rule of thumb is just to treat them like normal hair. You can curl them straighten them wash them, but you really don't want to wash them that often or put too much heat on them. Just like normal hair or they'll get damaged faster. So they also don't have the nutrients like coming from your scalp, so they kind of go a little bit quicker. So I like to kind of you, know, keep take care of them and you know they hold curl forever. This is from when I last wore them. The curls still there so luckily today we won't really have to like put that much heat through them. So I'm going to show you guys how I kind of clip these in and how I make them blend with my fine hair really well, so I have a one-inch curling iron heating up right now. So, if you're, getting ready with me, go ahead and plug in a one-inch, curling iron grab your hair extensions and let's get started, I'm just going to go behind my bangs and brush through my hair a little bit. I wan na make sure that my hair is parted down the center. It'S kind of what I'm going for, and I already feel this is like really happens to me because I have fine thin hair, but I already feel like my hair is like getting greasy again. So I spray a little bit of dry shampoo. Other thing are we are going to need today is any sort of hairspray. What I'm using this got to be mesmerizing, texturizing hairspray. I actually don't love this for fine and thin hair, just because I feel like the grit of the texture, actually is a little bit like sticky and can almost sometimes stunt the longevity of like your blowout. But it's really great if you have like any sort of normal hair, just maybe not for us fine and rolls its come with a really big pack. So um, if you have really thick hair you'll, definitely have plenty, but I'm just gon na use for about four West's of them. I'M gon na start with the two clip weft and put those on my neck, because they're a little bit shorter and I feel like on your neck. Your hairline is a little bit narrower. So that's what I'm gon na start with do is just start at the bottom of my ears and make a straight line going back and then I'm taking a fine-tooth comb with a little prick at the end, and I will link all these products down below. If you guys want to grab them, they're, cheap, just good hair tools and what I'm doing is teasing the root, because that's gon na really create like some texture and grit for the hair. Extensions to kind of clip on to these ones are pretty good and they really like grab the hair, but for us girls that have like fine and thin hair, we really need the help and social. If your hair is straight like fine, so you really need that extra grip. So I'm just going to go ahead and clip them in. You can really feel immediately when you put them in there nice and flat, and they really just feel really good against the scalp and really like hittin, which I love, because I always feel self-conscious about that within here. So I'm gon na take my next two clip wife and I'm just gon na stack. It kind of a little bit above that one. Let'S move on to the next layer for the next layer. I like to go right above my ears and go back and then dip down kind of in a horseshoe shape. Now what I like to do is just tease the portion above my ear and now I'm taking a four clip weft. This is probably like the thickest one or has like the most hair in the pack, so I'd rather wear fewer, since I have thin and fine hair and wear fewer, but like the thicker thickest ones, just to like really get the most bang for my buck. So what I like to do is start one above my ear there I tease so pretty close to the front of my face, because I want a little bit of hair up front and then I'm going to clip the rest down all in and for me I Feel like this is plenty of hair, and now, if you have thicker, hair you're, probably gon na need more than what I put in, but I have pretty thin hair. So, in order to match the thickness of my real hair, I really don't have to use that money which is kind of nice. I guess, but of course I wish I could have as much real hair as possible, but you know in my dreams, but that's what Luxy is so perfect for so I'm just gon na kind of brush through my hair and the hair extensions. And, of course, my banks already crazy. It'S only two minutes into this video, but I'm gon na brush through those you can see how my hair on the top is pretty straight compared to the hair extension. So what I'm going to show you guys? It'S like how I kind of curl them loosely and beautifully to make them really blend with fine, thin hair and I'm just gon na start on the hair extension layer. Now some of my hair will be mixed into this, but that's exactly what you want you want. It to be mixed in when you curl it so that it really just blends, and you can't even tell where the difference is so that's. My first tip - is to curl them together, so that they blend better. What I like to do is just wrap, and since the hair extensions hold curl so well you don't really like to hold it for very long. Like I said, what's so nice about these extensions is that they hold a curl for like weeks on end like seriously. They hold forever, so you don't have to keep reeling them every time you clip them in that's like really nice. You can kind of just touch up your regular hair. If you feel like you know, that needs a little bit of touching, but that's what I like about it is that if you kind of style her hair, like let's say I wash my hair this morning - and this was like my first day of my hair week Or hair routine, you can kind of just like style them, how you want them and then, if your hair's already curled and your extension already cold, then tomorrow morning, when I wake up for work, I can just clip them back in maybe touch-up one or two pieces Of my real hair and I'm totally good to go because everything's already been curled together and it goes well together. Moving on to the other side, imma do the exact same thing, but I'm gon na curl away from my face this way. Alright, so I'm gon na take down the next layer, we're gon na start by blending these two layers together by curling them together, so same method and these ones, because my hair doesn't hold curl as well. I'M going to actually wrap at the root um and I really need the wrapping technique in order for my hair to hold okay perfect. So what I'm going to do is take a little bit of this hairspray and I'm gon na take em, where my real hair is, which is above the hair extensions, and I'm just gon na express the pieces with a little bit of hairspray cuz. They really need it. I try to avoid putting um hairspray in my hair extensions, if I don't need to just because I like to keep them like really healthy and soft without any product in them, and I don't think that they need hairspray to help hold the curl at all. So I just avoid it if I can, if you'd like to brush through my curls, because I feel like it gives it that really soft look and I feel like that, makes it look really blended and um. Just like beautiful, like you, really didn't, try to get that nice bouncy wave, it just looks really real again the final layer down, which is pretty much all my real hair, I'm going to take about a one-inch section and spray it with hairspray and kind of brush Through it till it's really first and then I'm gon na curl it that really helps my hair kind of hold, hold the curl a lot better. And when I curl my hair, I like to curl like my real hair, all of it into like curls, and I leave them kind of like crunchy or like curly sue like and then I brush them out at the end, because I feel like they really need. It cool like that or they're not gon na, like really remember the curl or hold it that long so weave it all until the end and then fresh down. Okay. So now we have curled everything, so I was leaving all of these curls to cool. So that's why they look a little bit funky. They look a little crunchy, so I'm gon na take my brush and I'm just gon na brush through all of them. Alright, so you can see how like blended and amazing everything looks especially when you brush it together and you kind of curl it together, because what happens when you curl the hairs together is that they get that same patterning of wave and then they kind of like Clump together, basically, so it really looks blended, so I'm just gon na kind of lift the roots. Look how amazing you guys, like, I can't even believe, like having no hair like looking like this, like, I feel like a different person, so these hair extensions are honestly amazing, but so let me show you the back as well. So from the back. You can see that like they're, really so pretty, you can't see the wefts. It is flat on the head and they're so blunted okay, so you can see why I love these hair extensions. So much look at them. Look how blended and amazing they look and real, and it's so crazy for someone who has such fine thin hair to find a hair extension that really works in not only blends, but you can't see them and they're really comfortable. So I definitely am in love with these. I will have a link down below for you guys, so you can check out Lexi's hair extensions. They have all different kinds, but the seamless kind is what I would recommend if you have fine thin hair like me, if not feel free to shop any of the ones that you want um, if you guys want to see more hair tutorials with hair extensions. Let me know in the comments down below I wear them all the time, so I would love to do that, for you guys I so much for watching and I'll see you in my next video bye,

Veronica Goode: SO nice to see a video about thin/fine hair that's actually made by someone who really has thin/fine hair

Katy Drew: If I had her natural hair I would never feel I needed more. Real fine hair is a curse.

CYNTHIA RODRIGUEZ: Thank you for showing the back and giving us a full 360. I have supper thin hair and I really need these ! You did a great job blending them in they look super natural

Jackie B: Thank you so much for sharing all this information with us! I have the world's finest hair! I've been praying for something to help give my hair some volume! I'm going to try your suggestions. Thank you again!

Leo C: Your video was so helpful. My lovely wife has been dealing with many of the issues you describe and your suggestions will make this process a lot easier.

Lorena Escobedo: Thank you so much for this video. I just ordered Luxy extensions for my wedding day and I feel more optimistic that I'll be able to blend them!

Beauty78: I am buying my very first Luxy extensions in a few days and I too have some thin hair. You make this look so easy and flawless. I am super excited....... Thank you for sharing. I just subscribed and I am looking forward on seeing more.

Monique Lecroy: Hi Julia! I just found your channel and I'm in love! I'm 36 and have been baffled my entire life about how to care for and make the most of my fine straight hair type! I've been doing a lot of bleaching and coloring thinking the added texture helps with volume.. I'll be cutting waaaay back on the chemicals and trying out all of your tips to grow it out to a lob style I really want.. Maybe even long like you! I love your look in this video.. I have a pixie cut that is bleached and toned pink.. Your videos are fab, thanks for the work you do! xo

Fatima Cadeiras: yeah thanks Julia I've been waiting for this video, thanks so much and yes it would be great if you could do another one with how to wear a pony with extensions and also how to do half up half down styles, love all your videos, you seem super down to earth & relatable xx

Jeanette Tinoco: I really love your bangs. I really love how you are going with the long full hair for fall/winter time. Great video.

SilverScreenJean: My fine and thin hair can’t even grow very long before it looks like horrible. It just becomes hair that is long and scraggly :-( Thx for the tutorial and info on these extensions :-) Definitely looking into buying them! Great job on this video. Xoxoxo

carmaila seymour: I love these. I cut the clips off, trim the PU weft then apply tape. DIY custom tape ins :)

Jocelyn Beavan: Same on the dry shampoo for bangs, I rocked similar ones a couple years ago...then I bleached my hair and have been needing extensions for my broken Mane forever! Great video, thank you. I love glam seamless invisible wefts....seems these are similar? Not heavy and flush to my scalp

Holl Z: So I know a lot of brands advertise 120g is best for fine hair, do you find these heavy feeling or that it's pulling too much on your real hair since it's 180g? Thank you! :)

Minnie Mins: Thank you for the helpfulm video! My daughter has thin hair and I was needing some info on what would work best for her

Dede Vaughn: Walmart now sells one from Hask that I love, but I've always used Not your Mothers. For $5 it lasts forever! Unlike some brands who over aerosol the cans so you get about 8 uses and it's empty!

theshortkid: wow you look so beautiful! I love this look, awesome job!

Janna Lynn: I have some of the Luxy Extensions, but they didn't have the Seamless when I ordered mine!! These look AMAZING!!!!! My hair is a touch thinner than yours, I might just have to go and order these now!!! Thanks SO MUCH for the demo!!!!

Maggie Ireland: this is such a good transformation. most extensions don’t blend that well, i have to order some of these !!!

Kimberley Mendes: Love this! I might need to invest in some soon!

Ana: I have thin hair too and now I’m considering buying these

Bella: Hey Julia!! Those extensions look great, how many grams are these and which length?

Dede Vaughn: I have or should I say HAD super oily hair. I could wash mine twice a day in the summer, but always daily! I followed a routine to teach my hair to not get oily as fast! It works! I can go 2 or 3 days without looking like an oil slick! If I use a dry shampoo on day 2 or 3, I could go a 5 days!! I don't, but could because I did once when I was sick and didn't leave the house and my hair wasnt oily hardly at all, but a lit at the roots around the edges.

margrieta: This video makes me want luxy extensions more! Thanks!!!

Kiara Thomas: Your natural hair is beautiful girl!

Jazz M.: I find myself trying to preserve my strands & so I only use clip ins on the weekends or special occasions. Clip ins can sometimes weaken or break strands. I need every single strand to remain in tact lol.

Dawn Annette: So, I've always had thin, fine hair and I for the last year I have gone to my hairdresser and she has used hand tied weft extensions. the only problem with that is that I have to constantly go in every two months. Then when she takes it out I feel like I have a ton of hair that falls out of my head too. I need to keep every piece of hair that I have on my head. do you take these out every night before going to bed and then put them back in every morning? Do you know of anything else that I can use to help my thinning? What shampoo should I use? One more question which link do I use to order those extensions that you put in your hair for really thin hair?

Jenna: I just found you! Girl, where have you been all my life! I’m now binging your hair vids as we have the same hair! Ugh! I can’t get the link for the Luxy extensions to load from up top so I’ll try searching on my own. And yes, please do more extension vids! I’d love to see other types you’ve used or like and different styles. Xo

Vero Khan: Obsessed with your hair color / highlights !

Rosie Burns: This video has made me so excited! I’m so unsure of what colour to buy ..I have really thin hair like you but unsure of correct colour x

vina chetri: I’m losing some hair in the front and need ideas on how to cover that up. Have you tried hair toppers before?

Barbara Ghiroli: My hair is thinner than that. Its disappointing

Abdallah The kid who loves Pokémon: I love this video but how many grams is that set And for super thin fine hair what’s better more grams or less grams

Alena Young: Did u ever have a problem with the clips showing through your hair bc of ur hair being so thin. I have that problem and cant wear my extensions bc of it :/

Cindy: I have that same brush. Your hair looks great! What do you think about Glam seamless?.

IThinkUrAwesome: hello! i was wondering if we can buy any color and then dye them according to our hair color, or would it be easier to order them blonde??

Ken Leung: Are you using 120 gram set? Your hair fine choosing lower heat setting!

luvfitall: Would you say thee wld work for hiding thin balding spots on the back top area of the head? Aprons where your crease is on 10:39

that's_moni: Im gonna try these lol

Naks Nook: What brand curling iron do you use?

Anonymous: hi! Are you using the 120 grams or 180 grams ?

Maggie Ireland: also, do u use the 120 gram set ?

Empower Educators: Starts at 5:04. You are welcome.

Holly Gattozzi: What length are these? :)

Alan Sosa: I think what you have is build up, thats why your hair is so greasy all the time, try doing a apple cider vinegar! it works amazing for my hair, it really makes the difference when I feel my hair its getting greasy! try to invest in natural products and tools so your hair can improve and became thicker (organic shampoo, TEK brushes, a water filter, etc)

truckerchickshk: Have u ever tried tape ins?

care care: Hey hun So i want to deff get these but right now my hair is light brown but i wanna dye it red violet now should i try to make the extension to wat my hair is now or get lighter extensions so the color could take more? Thanks!

Jennifer Norton: Can you show us the view of you clipping the extensions in?

Maggie Mizrachi: Which extensions are these?!

Seher Mughal Vlogs: Look so natural

Spencer: I have tried so many different extensions and my hair is so fine that the clips don't stay well

Benchekroun Nada: they do not have 120g on the seamless , you said u took that? i just saw 180g on the "seamless brand" thanks

Privacy Matters: Her eyebrows are thicker than my hair.

Idontknowausername: You look like Lauren conrad!! Beautiful btw

Adriana Whitmarsh: Can you put your hair up with them in

Katie: You look like Chelsea from Teen Mom.

jennifer castro: Where u buy them u have websites

Maria k: You have a lot of fine hair but it's still thick lol like you have a line when you part your hair thin hair to me is when you have a large line like a bald spot

Richel George: Why I found her face just looks like Daniella Monet from Victories?

Indigo Detry: ur so pretty!

A K: The colour doesn’t match all all.. the extensions are way too ashy.

Cristobal Sanchez: ❤❤beautiful yuo

Melody Antonietti: monat girl

Redina Bloogs: NOPE..sorry i have thin hair and you do NOT want hair extensions that have tape on the outside of the hair extension ....this WILL show through ur thin hair ...u need the hair on top of the tape to hide the extension...this is a horrible idea and is really unfair to tell people with thin hair that this will work.
