Hey guys so welcome back to lady code. Today, I'm going to show you guys how to be something with my hair. Now I know that kind of all of my videos. My hair looks like crap, because I don't have the time or the energy to deal with this, which is why I usually wear a wig, but I do have some skills and I'm gon na teach you guys how to go from flat and frumpy to fabulous. So let's talk about what you're going to need. The first thing you're going to need is a hairbrush and you're also going to need a comb, and I don't like teasing combs. They have these special teasing combs, but not crazy about it. This guy is all you need this little guy right here, and I think I got this in like a hotel kit or something when they just give you a comb so seriously. That'S why you need you're, also gon na need some hairspray and right now everything I own is travel size because I travel so much so what this is, what I use right now you can use any hairspray, this season X, term, control, stronghold and you're going to Need a harelip, my throw-in and a curling iron, so I'm going to start by parting, your hair and you're going to take your fingers right to write your ear line is and start your hair just like this. So this is the section that I want to start. So we're going to go ahead and just brush it out and split it into two parts and then we're going to curl. So the general rule is that you're supposed to curl your hair away from your head. But right now I'm going to curl. Just these two pieces towards my head, so we have a little bit of diversity, so I'm kind of in a rush right now, because I am getting ready for posting on Pageant life, which is my I guess like a hobby I put on pageant life because I Love meeting the girls and talking to them and every pageant girl has a story and have like a platform a cause that they work for, while they have their title card, and I versus two sections back here and then go all the way forward and part that Section an owl and then we're going to clip this piece, which goes all the way from without in front at the top of your head. And yes, we look silly, alright, so we're going to brush out the selection. We have here flip the section in half and then we're going to curl away from your head this time. Okay, so what I'm saying about pageant girls, um yeah, there's amazing girls, and I just want to work with passion life to get the story out there soap. I don't like to started using the new app. It'S called you now and it's kind of like periscope kind of like hers, go and rock with you and stuff. So liam Candice, who was Miss Hollywood United States, we're gon na be on that show. I'M just talking about pageants and it's in general media Q & A with you guys so yeah. I just to make sure you download the genome out follow Patrick life. The pageant life is also on youtube, so leave the link below so we're just hurling right now. In those sections that I showed you, my hair is like really really thin, so I don't have a lot to work really. I do have tons of hair and feels way to break these sections down even more so that I really have no hair thanks mom. So it's good and bad. You know, like I learned how to make it look bigger and if you're watching this video, you probably have to the hair, which is why we're here, because we want that fabulous, huge hair, all right. So these are all curled. Now we're going to go onto the back and now we're going to part the hair work on those already here, but you don't actually shine we're just gon na work. Our way to be so we're like killing me Pontius. So I've got this piece like here now and you can just curl this in whatever direction that you want. The cool thing is that you can actually do this with straight hair. So if you want to wear your hair straight and just skip this video always out curly be French, for you come over founders. Nothing for me Jimmy! Are you alright, so my hair is curled and now I'm going to start back from the beginning, so one where we part our hero section it all like that good, so Puccini, you've gotten to be friends where's. I know you'd come about this much to bottom from firestorm Island. So if you would split into four parts, would be the bottom so starting at the bottom you're going to part this section in half about here and taking your hairspray you're just going to straight over each spring, the root of your hair and then you're going to Be so experienced hoes take the hair, dig it into the roots about five or six times and you're going to gently work your way up and just take it about an inch, and you can already see how much about you might have in my hair. Okay. So the second and carry that we're going to part two for you, I'm going to start here just like last time, as so you're going to part it here. It should look like that. Put this at the top alright and then we're going to take the two side pieces and split in half so to about here and we're going to spray the roots again, just through and start teasing, so we're just pushing the hair into the scalp and then we're Moving their way up without going all the way down, so it looks like this: it's okay, it looks a little bit messy we're going to figure that out later next section and I'm spraying the backside, because I don't want any like shiny hairspray. So now we're teasing he'll be back and just like that, and then we're just going to brush over a little bit get out and the curls will come back into place and you can already see like what a big difference that makes starting on the other side, We'Re just going to let that section in half, so we're only spraying the roots and you only move the comb about maximum two inches at a time so down here, I'm going to inches to the root. As I move out, I'm going an inch just kind of scooching the hairs up, just move it out we're just going to comb. Then you can see what a huge difference that makes okay. So now we're moving on to this back section here, we're moving horizontally. So we're just going to take this section about this much hair and then we'll just move that up all the way to the front. So my hair is clipped and spray the roots in back home just about two inches at a time. So the roots are the most important and then they just like feather it up and out. Alright, we're still going spray the roots, we're almost done so when you get to the last section, you're just going to keep so as you get closer to the front, it really depends on how you frame your face. I part my hair here, so I'm going to be teasing it in that direction, but as you get closer, you want to start to use smaller sections. So here I have like not a lot of hair, but I'm going to split in half anyway, because I want to make sure that my face is framed properly. So this is a very tiny section and I'm not going to tease as much here. I'M just kind of feathering and that's it we're going to throw it back. It'Ll work its way down later. Okay. So when you get to this section, I don't know how you part your hair, so it really depends on your preferences. I'M going to go this way. If you do a middle part, you're just going to want to comb straight back and then part it and let it go the way that you park your hair, but the way that I'm going to do it isn't canopy's it and mentees in this direction. So it was just a py teasing here and then I'm just going to work my way out. Yeah comb, it boy so my face is pretty and then there's some like crazy. He says I'm just gon na give myself more volume like that. It was just to me what and that's it your hair is huge and glamorous, and if you want it to stay all day, you can use a texture spray or a dry shampoo, and that will keep your hair in place even more. So I hope you guys thought this video was helpful if you did, please give it a thumbs up and leave some comments below with your feedback um. Cecilia: listen, i would die of happiness if i had "thin" hair like you

Jessica Sonbert: I've watched tons of these kind of videos - Maybe it's because my hair is almost identical to yours - but this is the first video that I can actually follow completely !!! Thank you so much! =)

TheLatinaQueen1: Great tutorial, but the background music is a little loud and it's annoying that I can't hear your instructions over the music during some parts of the video, which defeats the purpose of me watching the video. but your hair looks fabulous

Samantha Davis: I love watching you do your hair I got a lob so I can’t really do much! I would so try this if my hair was long! Keep it short for now because it is so much easier to style!

NeeNee 62: I've been searching for a good video on how to add lots of gorgeous volume to my very thin hair. This is it!!!!! Love the video!! Thanks bunches!

singularity: Such a helpful video. I've been teasing my hair for years and it's the only thing that gets my hair to not only look fuller, but actually stay in place all day without flopping around in my eyes. Teasing gets a lot of shit and a lot of hate, but honestly, I think that as long as you're gentle when you brush it out (using a wet brush, starting to brush at the end of the hair gradually working up to the root), and you deep condition your hair a few times a week, there's not really a problem.

J J: Thank you so much for this! Every time I look in the mirror at my thinning hair I want to cry. This gives me hope!

Pay Taylor: She said she has no hair, really?! That's more hair than I could ever even wish to have! That's a lot of hair, it's not thin. Thin is being able to almost see your scalp, hence the term thinning.

Penelope Vargas: you did it great girl! thanks for all the tips! I only wished I've seen this video earlier so I wouldn't have cut my thin scarce hair into a Bob but instead applied these amazing tips!

Brynn S: I love this! I have fine thin hair and thanks for the tips!!!

Nancy Glick: Awesome!! Amazing how full you can make finer hair be VOLUMINOUS!! Fun watching. You're gorgeous!!

Vernelle Vale: I loved your tutorial Thanks for sharing the info!

Felicia Rosen: Thanks for making such an simple, easy-to-follow video! God bless

Julie Williams: Atlas! Thank you sooo much for this wonderful tutorial for my thin hair!

Darrell Garon: I am a hairdresser and bought a zala ponytail, wore it for the first time and it makes getting ready for work super easy, clip it in and go! Had so many compliments about how natural it looked and how soft the hair is. Will re purchase 100%. The team at zala are super helpful, send them a picture of your hair and they will send your best match, super easy to deal with.

Jenn M: Awesome thanks for being so in depth and really showing me every step.. now I just need to practice thanks love! Look forward to seeing more of your videos

Melissa Cannon: I have thin hair , she does not have thin hair . She has Fine hair , big difference.

Kaylee Peterson: Damnnn that’s stunning ❤️ I just made a new order at zala for a clip in set im so going to try this look!!

Iahel Cathartes Aura: Looks great! (But you're not teasing, you're lightly backcombing. Big diff.) This won't written on my heavy hard-to-curl hair, but you showed several tips & principles I can use! Many thanks

apeylynn87: Really great video. I have to try it! My hair is just like yours before you started. You are still absolutely gorgeous before and after though :)

Sena Cooper: Awesome vid girl! I have fine/thin hair and I cannot wait to try this! VS bombshell hair here I come❤

Shari Barrere: Great Video. My hair is the same thickness and length as yours and I'm so glad I found you. I'm gonna try this out today. I'm now subscribed to your site. Great work, I can't wait to see what else I can learn from you. Sincerely, Shari

Sharika: I have long beautiful hair but it's just not thick it's medium. Thank you so much for sharing this I'll definitely try it out ❤

Charlene Turgeon: Thanks for the great parting suggestion! I do not like to tease my hair. If you look under a microscope you can see the damage it does.

Maham Waseem: That's a great much needed video since I had bad hair fall ❤️

K J: Thank you. I think now that even I can do this routine. Just one question: my hair is naturally wavy even though it's not super thick. I noticed your hair is straight when you do this. Do you have to straighten it before volumizing it? Thank you.

Karissa Maas: Thank you for the tips. I myself have had hair thinning from medication and dialysis. One suggestion would be to change up your part line or get long side swept bangs cut. ♡

Itsnikki Smallz: major helpful love this video hopefully you do more hair tutorials

carebear B: I'm excited to try this with my fine hair. Thank your for the video :)

Rikki Hurt: Came here cause my mom asked me to do her hair for a wedding, and she has very thin fine hair. I've always had thick so I needed some tips. Great video!

Ariel Sarmiento: I can't wait to try it; any suggestions on how to brush it out after. I've teased my hair before and I just don't want to damage it while I try combing It out

Shaunlee: Great tips girl! Very helpful. Your beautiful. I've been looking for a video that fits my hair type. Thanks

Mhdjshd Xjxjux: I love this xxx thanks girl , don't worry bout the rude comments it doesn't matter if you your is "fine" or thin or thick the point is your doing a tutorial for thin hair , so if they have thin hair the shouldn't complain they should thank you ,❤️❤️

GirlyTipsEtc: Thumbs up super helpful thank you so much! I have such issues with volume on 2nd day hair and don't always want to wear it up, I am going to try this!!! <3 thank you

North Yippie: Good technique even if my hair is a lot thinner. Good ideas, thank you.

Lady Luck: As someone with fine hair, this video was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks so much for sharing!

Debbie Greene: I’m always afraid to tease because I’m think I might break the hair when I comb out. Suggestions?

Rebecca Silva: I enjoyed the video but would have loved to see how you use dry shampoo to finish the look. Your hair looked bouncy and beautiful! I love how shiny your hair is! Thanks for sharing your tips and techniques...

Danica Bernas: I hope this works on Medium length hair :) I will try this!

Hazel Hoffman: Thank you for this tutorial!!!

e kibi: As someone is a hairdresser, PLEASE do not backcomb (or tease) your hair the way that this girl did!! Always remember to backcomb with your WRIST and not your arm. if you use big arm movements like this girl did, you end up with a terrible, knotted, nasty mess that is a huge pain to deal with later. Also, make sure not to take a section of hair to tease that is wider than an inch or two. It may take a little longer using these methods, but I promise you, your hair will thank you later, loveliessss ❤️

Tabitha McCauley: now this is a tutorial..amazing,thankyou Xx

Melanie Ladd: Loved your video! Thanks, Lisa!

Z S: I have fine hair this helped a lot, thanks for sharing

Sallie Ryder: Your hair looked GREAT once you were done! Mine is a lot thinner on the sides and front. Hopefully your tips will work for me. I already tease my hair with a special tease comb but spray after teasing. Does teasing before work better?

macicle: thanks gorgeous! Definetely helpful!

Idalina Alcantara Taylor: I can't wait to try this. You were so easy to follow. I'll let you know what how it comes out. Thanks.

Tonya G: I love this!!! I'm so glad I found it!!! Thank you thank you!!!

Athena Matyear: My mind is SO blown right now! going to try this!

Mel Gonzalez: Beautiful, my thin hair can't take the teasing. But I do like to toss my hair over and tease a bit, then I spray. It helps and also spraying and teasing a bit on crown. You should be a stylist. Your video is wonderful.

iannacornelia maza: you areawesome!!this was so helpful! please do some more videos like this :)

Finding Silver Linings: Great for a date night or event! I found this tutorial and realized we sat near each other at Mario Dedivanovic’s Master Class a while back! Such a small world. Great video.

Crumbellina: Awesome!! Girl it looks great!!

AllthatmakesFall: Do you think curling with one of those huge curling irons could add a LOT more volume? I always wonder, but I've never used one.

M Becky: Beautiful love it :)

ꁅꀤꂦ ꀍ: My hair is really really thick, but my mothers hair is super thin so I’m just watching this because she wants her hair to look thicker, and I wanna give her some tips

Theresa Paez: thank you! you made that look so easy

shayxtreme: this is fabulous..my hair is simular to yours and I do my hair the same but with middle part...there's no way I would go without a little back combing or teasing..pretty much the same thing for those who think there's a difference...

Tahoora Shamsi: this Is So Amazing!!. Totally In Love!! ♥

i am meg: I've never trusted teasing...I'm always scared in gonna knot up my hair !

AJ Arts: Thank you, all your videos helps me ALOT :)

Adios Epic: Good video, but one thing I suggest you do in the future is learn to make your back track harmonized with audio vs. silent moments. A lot of times there's quiet music when nothing is being said, and loud music when direction are being given, making the video harder to take in. Thanks for the tutorial, and good luck.

Mike and Mom: Beautiful! Thank you!

Silvana Moraga B.: muy bien!!! inteligente solución para cabellos finos o escasos ¡muchas gracias!

L L: At the first part when you put up a section of your hair.. Yeah what was left over is like how thin my hair is..
