Everybody, it's nesting here from necessary extensions down at 684 King Street West in Kitchener, okay. So today it's just going to be a really quick video. I have been using a a new oil, black seed oil and it's from the Nigella sativa family or more commonly known as Cuban, and I have just been getting wonderful results with this oil and I just wanted to share it out there because holy hell. This stuff has been used for thousands of years, but yet almost nobody knows about it and I just want to. I just want to get it out there right, because it's awesome, sorry hair popping out of my little hair tie thing anyway. So why is black seed, oil, good or amazing, or what is it done for me? That could help you so, firstly, just to let you know, I ordered this flaxseed oil also from an American company, because I really wanted the pristine good stuff. I didn't want any stuff that had a bunch of fillers in it. I just really wanted the good stuff, so I got the premium quality black sea cold-pressed, flaxseed oil. I got a really big jug, so with shipping and the exchange rate and everything it did cost me about a hundred and five dollars Canadian, but you have smaller options as well. If you just wanted to try and can save considerably more, but I went bulk because I really don't want to run out so anyway, as a lot of people know, I've got some super sensitive skin issues. I'Ve got eczema and contact dermatitis, and so I have to be incredibly careful about what I put on my body so that I don't break out in a freaking scaling, rash or scratch myself until I am bleeding now flaxseed oil and I do really recommend doing a Little bit of google research, because this really could help you as well, is best known for its anti-inflammatory and fungal fighting properties or whatnot, and it is one of the most potent oils with the good stuff that your body needs. That is out there on the market. Like the only thing closest to it is oil of oregano, and that is freaking a nightmare and like does great things, but my skin even reacted to oregano. So I can't use it. But anyway, it is literally one of the best things out there. So because I have all these skin conditions, I took about a tablespoon orally every for about three weeks and holy hell. Did I see a difference? Not only did it help with my contact, dermatitis and eczema, so meaning that I don't have to take any pills to combat the reactions that my body is going through anymore, because this literally this tablespoon a day I was my body - was feeling good. I'M like this is what it feels like to be normal, but it looks great. It also has properties that fight acne. If you have a lot of acne - and I think that's because it does kill off the bacteria that causes acne so skin wise, it's absolutely fabulous. I'M gon na start putting it in my shampoo that I make, and just basically at my oil mixtures and everything now not only that it is freakin helped my hair, I think definitely in taking it internally. I did rub it on my scalp a couple of times, but sometimes sometimes I just totally forgot, and I take it internally more every single day. How does that changed? My hair? Well before, like in my natural hair, my my crown was kind of thin. It wasn't. Don'T get me wrong, I'm nowhere near balding or anything like that, but definitely if the wind blows a certain way. You can see my scalp around there and I was like ooh, that's not cool and I could feel it just running my fingers through. It was like. Oh, that's alright! Weren'T going down here, I was like ooh thick hair, but then coming up errantly and I could feel it so that that did affect my confidence a little bit considering. I do take wonderful care of my natural hair, like if you feel my natural hair, it's soft, its moisturized, it's absolutely fabulous, but it's just this thinning little patro like sherbert, so anyway, the three weeks that I started using this flaxseed oil and you know just wash My hair and going on my general bit and in the last week and a half of me using it, we can have all week to week and a half I'm running my fingers through my hair and it's feeling that much thicker, I'm not my first thing. I do like babe babe to my husband, babe, feel my hair feel my hair new touch it and I was wondering I'm like I don't actually feel new growth. So what is it? That'S happening? That'S helping my hair. Well, generally, whatever is in the black seed. All I do attribute this to the black seed oil, because it's only since I started taking it that I noticed this is that it because it kills off certain bacteria and fungi and everything like that. It was making my insides that much healthier. I believe it helps stop the shedding or the thinning, so it halted the thinning that was going on in my crown. So I was basically keeping more of my hair and not you know seeing it go just through general falling out and I and I'm just think I just think it's wonderful. What I did do, however, is. I did also put some on my widow's peak under my um, where my temples are and I'm finding that each growing in don't get me wrong. It'S not as thick bush at the at this point, but my hairline looks more rounded now and before it looked like a square right and I always have to adjust my wigs or cut them to fit that. But now I'm like hey check me out. I got a little hair right there. I don't have to do so much with my wigs in order to make some the face so that that's really what the flaxseed oil has done for me. I, like I said again. It'S definitely hurt, helped my internal side of myself and kept me just feeling a lot nicer or not hey and as an added benefit. Apparently it helps with weight control as well. I'M like haha. I did find that I wasn't as craving of shitty food as much when I was when I was taking it as well, but I don't know that weight bits. Those are that's more of a long-term thing and we'll see what happens there and plus I eat like anyway, but anyway. So do you research on this black seed oil? If you do want to purchase it, I do recommend going directly to the amazing Hertz website and cuz and get the premium cold-pressed one the premium one, that's like the best one. So that was really good. You know again, I'm gon na try to put it in my shampoo, so that, if you want to have some Bank of course have a little dose of it, it will be in there as well, but literally it's helped me so much to the point where I'm Now spending a lot of money on getting it because I don't want to use any other crap and - and it's helped me so I'm just putting it out there. I hope it helps you, and that is it for me today. Thank you much bye! Thank you.
