Hi guys, thanks for joining me, welcome back to my channel. So today I wanted to do an update on my fusion bounded great lengths and dream hair extensions. I get them taken out in roughly four or five weeks. I'Ve had them in for almost three months. That'S about the time that they last i got them put in in May, if you guys remember so it is getting that time. This is how long my hair is. I really got them put in for more volume net length, so my hair is about the same length as my extensions. I have to be honest in like them, I hated them. I can't wait to get them out. I will never get them put in my hair. Again, I will do an update on my hair growth and how my hair is after I get them taken out, and I will tell you guys all about that at the end, I might even film me getting them taken out, I'm going to get a trim after That um I mean I'm raise the ends of my hair, so they are a little bit. You know like trying to get it together still a little bit dry. I love the way it makes my hair look, I love having more volume, it looks even when I'm having a bad hair day. It still looks good cuz. It does give a lot more volume. However, they are bonded and you can see these little bonds right here and they've all dropped really low. This actually shows you how much your hair grows, so they were originally like way up top. They are now right here so in about two-and-a-half months. This is how much my hair is growing, see probably like four or five inches, a good four or five inches. So if you guys want a whole hair growth, video and how I get my hair to grow like what vitamins I take, you guys have seen those in pretty much every episode and my like almond oil episode of vinegar treatment and all that crap. I do to it leave me comment below and I will kind of do a whole talking video on the best hair growth remedies. If you want to know um here's the thing when I get out of the shower, I use a wide tooth comb to just brush through my hair, my soaking wet hair. You guys saw this recently in my favorites video and I just like to brush through you. Can never brush up here, because this will touch on the balance and it will pull them out and it'll pull a little strands out now that they're falling, I usually get like a little loop here from like my scalp to the bar of a hair. That'S kind of coming out cuz, it's sad now you have to like pull it out. It'S just been awful, so I feel like I I get this part really well, but I can never let comb up here anymore. I hate that and if you guys remember how I blow dry my hair with the volume, I can't do that anymore, what I've been doing and if you guys want a video to write blow dry with my extensions, I will show you, but what I do is They put my blow dryer down and I just blow dry the ends. I blow-dried it down like this and I blow-dried the bonds really well. I let it air dry for a good 40 minutes by the way, guys and then what I do is. I will take my hair in sections and I will take my round brush by brush lab and I will just Brown brush it down like so now, I'll brush it down like so and because I have so much hair. It just takes that much longer. To do my hair, which stinks because I mean in the summer, I guess I have a little bit more time to get ready. But if you want to go swimming you in over the beach, you want to know the ocean. My best friend recently got I'm done. Thinking of doing a guest appearance with hair coming up, so let me know if you guys would like to see that, like maybe we'll do just the best friend tag, we actually want to start a fashion channel. So that's random, but if you guys want to see that let me know get back to the point in yell: oh um, so it just takes a lot much a lot longer because there's a lot more hair and I've been trying to grow my hair out um. I really really wanted to get extensions and I wanted to try it. I wanted to see the difference. I was so sick of clipping. My extensions in I have the s Kerr, hair extensions, which I love, but I was so tired of clipping that I'm like what, if I just got fusion ones, we actually got a really good deal on them and they've just been awful they've been so much more Maintenance, you know it's hard to go underwater with them. You can't wash them every day. You really need to wash them like once, maybe twice a week, so you have to keep that in mind. Um. You can't put your hair up anymore and like one of those tight buns, because it'll put too much tension on the bonds like I missed those sock buttons. If you've notice, I haven't had any of those in my videos, it just stinks. I missed that um. You know it does protect the hair, the extensions here they do protect the hair around the hair. That'S that they're attached to because they're kind of on the outsides of the heat and run to everything is getting on the extension, but I found lately they've just become. I don't know more like PC and a little more like hard to work with, and I'm gon na say greasy because they do wash my hair. In fact, I just blew drew my hair yesterday. So this is new hair um, but it just looks more like PC, like I can tell where the extensions are. I cam up my hair, half up or half doubt anymore, because the extensions have fallen, so you can see them. It does hold a curl amazingly when I do curl my hair. You guys have seen it it's the most. I'Ve never got confidence on they're like wow, your hair looks great, it looks full looks, you know, belongs to us and you got these curls go on in every direction and you know it does look good when you saw it when you take the time, but it Is so much more maintenance and I just want to like blow-dry my hair, like up with the volume like I normally do, and I can't do that because the bonds are right here. You have to blow dry, you know down and in sections and in pieces and if you miss the spot, it's like all crinkly here and there Justin on the side. I have none in the back of my head thanks because let me tell you, I know what Britney Spears shaved her head. I know too much and they just tug and they pull it your hair and you know, because you're washing only certain times um. You know a week like really washing it once or twice a week. Your hair just gets gross, I mean come on, I get I get like every other day or every two days. You know I get washing it like Wednesday and then Sunday I get that, but sometimes even that is a lot you just I just direct blow drying my hair because there's so much of it um have I had more shedding than normal. No, I can't say that I've had more shedding I'll, let you guys know after I get them out. I think that's gon na be a lot of shedding just because you know you're removing the extensions it might take. Some of your hair that hasn't been able to fall out. That'S been stuck to the bond out with it so I'll. Let you know how my hair feels and what the damage is done and things like that people say. Oh, my god, my hair was so much thinner after well. Naturally cuz. I don't think you realize, even with a few extensions and how much more hair that actually is. It makes a world of difference. I would say get yourself some awesome, extensions and clip-on and then be done. It'S just so much more low-maintenance and just grow your hair out. Take the time to do that. It'S such a better investment. So I can tell you the fusion extensions were an epic fail. I just I can't stand them my hair one also when I first got them in they were so itchy. I had the worst itchy scalp ever. Finally, since they dropped lower, it hasn't been as bad. They were like way up top like right here, and that was a problem too. Like my hair is, I have a lot of hair, but it's thin so, like I mean they're, just like right here, they're so up up top to my scalp and so tight that the bond was rubbing against my scalp pants, my scalp and causing a lot of Dry scalp issues. It was usually that lush Aspire all the time I had to buy like a special. You know you have to buy like a special brush. Do I have it here with me, only think isn't in the room. You guys have seen it, though, that special brush that I'll just brush over the extensions, but it doesn't get the tangles out. It won't snag on the bonds, which is great, but it doesn't get the actual tangles that are here like the tangle teezer, where i have to use a tangle teezer down here, so use it up here. It'Ll snag on the bonds. I feel like I'm, brushing my hair all the time too, because it tangles and snags and snaggle ZUP arms, snaggle, zop, snaggle snan, all okay um, so it snacks, if I do them on the bonds so like this, they weren't a great idea for this summer, because When you go on the beach or you're, it's so hot, you don't wan na take as much time doing your hair. You have to that's the thing you got. Ta get up extra early to do your hair, it's just it's just so much more maintenance than anything! I could have ever imagined, I will never put them in again. I could see possibly putting in like a few strands like here like that are all blonde or something cool like that, or you know maybe doing it for highlights. If you don't really want to highlight your hair doing a few like, I said more like right here than anything, I can't imagine ever doing them on top of my scalp or hair again, my hair, it does look, they do look good. I mean they. Don'T look bad in my gay, don't absolutely you know hate my life with them in, but I love it pretty much you just can't. I just feel like I can't um blow-dry again, is just more of an effort than what I used to do and that's pretty much it. When I do my oil treatments, like my coconut oil, my grape seed or episode of vinegar, you know a lot of them. I have to do like from here down. I can't do the top of my skin to moisturize my scalp or the time I have to moisturize. My scalp, like I like to do like with my coconut oil or episode of integrating like that, because you don't want to put any oil or anything on the bonds, because it'll cause them to slip out and then they'll follow because they are falling. This is the other thing they are falling. Some are falling lower than others, so, like my hair will be like I don't know, if you can, you can't really tell cuz, I don't have one, but I had one that was like here. It was like one strand that was this long and I kept cutting it cuz. It was the extension that just kept falling and finally it just looked out. I'Ve only had one slip out because my hair is so thin. She did on the extensions to thicker pieces of hair, which was wonderful cuz. My friend has been here too, and she hath like a whole bunch slip out awful, so she had. He gets me to put him into like even out her head, and you know I did pay for them, so I'm gon na use my three months in I wan na, like I wanted to update you guys on it to talk about. I wanted to tell you. Yes, I know I wanted to do a you know right when I got them just about getting them out and then what happens after we get them out. So you guys really get a feel if you've been thinking about it, don't do it don't do it don't mess with your hair too much. It was a fail. Just like my nails. Look at them growing guys. Do you know why I stopped with the gel. I stopped with the acrylics I stopped fooling around with them and they don't break they don't ship anymore. They don't fall off. I think I'm gon na do an updated nail video. She has normal manual growth, but it's the same thing with your hair. You messed the too much, and it shows so also when your camp pulling your hair, it's really hard to shampoo with these like bonds all over in it. I just feel like the shampoo get stuck in out. I can't suds my hair up as nice as I want. I get a lot with flyaways up here that I can't smooth down just coz the way I'm blow-drying it and how I'm restricted to blow giant certain ways. Also, when you use conditioner it's. I only use this plane anyway, but it's just from here down if you use any conditioner here even by accident they'll slip out. Also, you got to buy a special, shampoo and conditioner like a sulfate free one, which some people just hate, the sulfate for your one. So that's another thing to think about um, that's about it! That'S about it. So bottom line is no. I would not get them again. I will never get them again. I don't like them. They'Re awful they're horrible. They hurt they're annoying. My friend feels the exact same way as me, and well whatever it wasn't as expensive as it could have been, so I can't wait to get them. Take it out, and I will do a whole video on my hair after and how I'm going to have to really take care of it. I don't notice too much breakage a little bit up top um due to the extensions falling more so than normal. Not a lot there's, not a lot of ripping or anything right now, cuz, I'm so super careful. It'S probably it takes me so long to do my hair and you get to look them. You can get more breakage once they drop, because little pieces of hair start coming out and you rip on where you pull it or you're, brushing it or you forget, or whatever it may be. I mean I haven't been to the hairstylist and make three or four months I mean kind of in a while, because I don't really need to go. I don't really need my haircut and I'm not gon na get a color. You don't want to color them too much, so I don't I just don't like them. I would never do it again and I'm just gon na get myself good for your clipping and the clippings are longer they make my hair fuller. They even make it look better. I feel looking at pictures, I'm like you know the thing about the fusion ones, how you just don't have to clip them in all the time, but getting a great pair of clip in extensions. Your hair looks awesome. I get so many what codes on my hair when I have a clipping, it was helpful. I hope that you learned a few things and, if you're thinking of getting the fusion extensions, I have either helped you or annoyed you. If you love them sorry and yeah, I will see you love's in my next video things. Just happened by my channel and have a wonderful, wonderful day, bye, guys

Twinpossible: Did you have any just slip down in the early weeks, because that is happening after 3 wks with me and I'm buggin out. Thanks!!

Caroline Lala: I got talked into these, they were great and the first time I've ever had hair extensions. I was so nervous and rightfully so. My own hair is like the photo here and is my own but I went for highlights and the hairdresser destroyed a few areas of my hair. I was only going to get a few patches of GL's done and that's what I should have stuck to as I'm not going to do it again. Why? Because the woman who took them out destroyed them. She lied about it and said my entire head of hair was destroyed. I didn't know what to do because I had a lot of big events coming up so I let her put in GLs because I was so in shock. I was told it's not supposed to ruin your own hair. My natural hair was long, I never style it straight because my own hair is straignt and rarely curl it as I usually have a stylist do that because I'm lousy at one side and the back. Also, I don't use bleach on my natural hair, a professional uses colour in order not damage my hair, it's not super blonde but more golden blonde which is fine with me and then when it's safe I've had highlights put in, sure sometimes it goes a bit brassy but that's easy enough to handle. It was only one bad hairdresser over 10 years of doing my hair this way. I allow for growth before doing anything to it, typically 6-8 weeks for colour and 2- 3 x a year with highlights, sparsely painted in by a professional who usually just does the roots to where the growth area ends. I know I didn't do anything as most of the time i wear my GL's hair in a pony tail and/or light tense braid, I take really good care of it as if it were my own and I rarely straighten it as i don't mind the wave in it at all. It doesn't knot up on me because of my care and my own hair. I'm extra cautious so there should be no breakage like I'v e had. I don't think that last hairdresser took them out properly as it should be fine like it was the first time. I've only had them done 2x and after the first time, I was really impressed at my own hair length and health of my hair because I was trying to grow out those semi bald patches created by that hair dresser doing highlights who painted over old highlights. Now, I have short choppy hair and it's horrible. I'm so upset about that, so please ladies do your homework regarding stylists. I was across the country when I first had these installed by someone I trusted and couldn't fly back so I got her to refer someone here and that didn't go well. Consider what I'm saying if you have nice hair already but it's patchy. I'm going to be doing a lot of homework to figure out the best way to fix this. I wish I would have never gotten hair extensions and just put in pieces where there was damage and just lived with it. :( Btw, thank you for this video. You are the first person who was this honest.

Marianne: Thankfully I came across your video today. I had great length hair extension for 7 months and it's day 2 that I have taken them out. I have so many spilt ends.  And I am mortified how short my hair is. I really miss the length and most importantly the volume. I heard you have to eat a diet of high protein to kick start your metabolism to help your hair to grow stronger and faster. Can you please give me any advice? thank you xx

Danielle Marie: I was given the brush by the girl who put in my extensions, it was greaT BECAUSE IT DIDNT GET CAUGHT ON THE BONDS BUT AWFUL CUZ IT DIDNT get rid of the tangles in my hair towards the end. Glided over the hair not through it...for me at lest.

Vinuss Virgin Hair: Love your video so much! Good Job!! looking forward to your next video

Jasmine Holder: I've gotten great length extensions 6 times more for length/color. Rather you just complain a lot or the girl who put them in did a horrible job.

Melody Patterson: wait...your hair grew 4 or 5 INCHES in 3 months?? NO ONE's hair grows that fast.

Joy Eberline: You have left them in WAAAYYYY too long!! These are suppose to be repositioned every 6-8 weeks! The bonds are suppose to be no more than an inch (give or take) away from your scalp at most...The bonds should never have been allowed to grow out that far which is why your comb & such is getting "stuck". Also, the placement of the extensions should never have gone higher than the hourseshoe area of your head. In other words, they should only have been on the sides of your head, not towards the top at all. You were given incorrect placement and bad maintainence tips from whoever put those in for you. :( I am a certified Extension professional and if we did that at our salon we would be fired.

Elizabeth: You're supposed to buy the great lengths hair brush so you can brush through the bonds.

Caroline Lala: Wondering what you think of Hot Head extensions? Taking them out really the scary part because you want your real hair to have grown and be fine. I'm not unrealistic as I know it won't look as thick but that's not a big deal at all, it's the length and health.

Joana Belfiore: i have them in my hair and since i have gotten them (a week ago) my scalp has been SO itchy... and my hair is constantly knotty and tangled.. i curled my hair with them in and my curls were all spacey like it didn't like right... did u have that problem too with curling ur hair with them?

Julie Frazee: Check out Salon Frazee's video on "Fastest Way to Blow dry Extensions".  It will help your results dramatically.  In general it sounds like your stylist didn't educate you enough on how to work with your Great Lengths.  Good Luck

claud323: You can wash your hair every other day or even every day. I think that stylist mis informed you.

Izar1227: But they say clip-in extensions are damaging and cause some form of alopecia ??

Aprilshowersandmayflowers: Omg... They're not supposed to be put in on the top portion of your hair!!!!!!
