How To Hide Your Extensions In A Ponytail

Okay, ladies, so since I got my extensions, I have been getting one question over and over and over again how in the hell, do you put your extensions up in a ponytail and, to be honest, I didn't really think this was a thing until I asked for You guys to send me pictures and lord have mercy. Those are some busted ponytails up in here. So up in hair know how your hair goes into a ponytail has to do with where they're placed now before, when my hair was longer, they were placed further back here, but now that I'm disguising my bangs they're closer up to my hairline so y'all. I understand the struggle it is so hard, so I'm going to show you my quick tips for hiding your extensions when they're going into a ponytail. I do think dirty. Hair does better than clean hair. It'S a little thicker. It'S got a little bit more grit to it. It'S not as slippery. It'S not as fine. I feel like my hair gets thicker and thicker and bigger and bigger, as it gets dirtier, whether it's just the products that are in it and sweat, and the oils and all the things. So I do think dirty. Hair is gon na go into a ponytail better than clean hair. With that said, my hair is one day clean, so we're gon na see how this goes. Here'S what you're gon na do. First, you are going to pull your hair. Look at all those look at those all the hair that is by your hairline you're gon na pull everything up and leave it out. So anything that might perhaps cover the extensions which I don't really have a ton to work with you're going to pull, and I don't have any in the back. So you're gon na pull all that out and then you're just gon na put it away. Put all do I want you you're, a good piece, and I want some down here: okay and all this you're, just gon na put away for a second okay, say bye-bye, so you're gon na take this hair dip it I want you, I want some of those Ones right there: okay, here we go if it's not dirty dirty it up, I would use some guess what dirty spray. This is my igk it's called down and out just to get some like grit and texture in there. Okay, cuz, that's what we're working with. Okay, you could also use put it so cute right. You could also use dry shampoo. You can also use hairspray. You could also use a volume blast once you take it all that hair you're gon na tease it just do a couple little back, combs. Okay, that's a shame, I'm so pretty right. You know, I mean just like this amazing look. Have you ever seen me? Look better, I mean honestly, don't everyone tell me at what I mean I get it. You know it's just it's hard when you're this blessed with just amazing hair lines. So this is what you're left with okay. That'S that's! You want this all, really messy and just like, quite honestly, just effed up a little bit. Okay. So that's what we're working with to hide the hair now you're going to take this hair back out and then you're gon na put it into a point. Oh, I need to flip my head. How am I gon na? Do this okay hold on okay, you can already see that by teasing it, it covers up now a lot of people. I don't think he realizes. If you have tape ins, they pull. Ladies, you don't have to you. Don'T have to take them back like that or like back like that, you can just take it and go boom and let it lay up. That'S what you want, so you one of all to just be folded up. If that makes sense, don't try to take them back or like swoop them down. Just take it and fold it up. It'S not gon na hurt anything okay, so you're gon na take your hair and put it up into your ponytail. Now, okay and you'll already notice, like I said that, because you've got all this grit, it's gon na already disguise where you teased it and you'll see like that section. That'S gon na be tough for me because that's actually, where I'm trying to grow out a lot of my hair, so I need to maybe give it some more teasing. Okay, yeah, okay hold on! Oh that worked! Okay! Now we go into a ponytail and whatever kind of fun show you want to do for time sake today. I'M just gon na do like a messy little top knot. Okay, I'm gon na secure all this back here just so. It'S not super distracting. Okay, there now you're gon na take a little comb and just start to kind of place the hairs exactly where you want them and because have some dirty spray in your hair. It'S gon na make your hair more pliable, where you can like fiddle with it. Another great product you might want to use is pomade steal your boyfriend's pomade that he uses to get that light messy. Whatever look, my boyfriend uses that kind of stuff steal some of it and put some of it on your fingers, see ya and the teasing should hide the extension see how that it's T's right there. So you kind of brush it out if it looks ratty but just put the hairs exactly where you want them. So you could like it would look like that if I just flicked it back but because I teased it, it gave it some. I don't know the word texture is that the word I'm looking for? Okay, so just put the hairspray when I'm and then just spray it I mean I feel like that was easy. Now a lot of you are really confused how to do a ponytail, but I know there is there one Victor? Am I good peanut gallery? They say I'm good back there. So yeah, that's how you hide your extensions and if you have some that are too close right there you could even like fiddle, get the piece where you want it and then just take up a bobby pin, so it stays like right there to hide it. I feel, like I feel, like she's gon na, be a problem I feel like she's gon na, be our troublemaker today see ya and a lot of it is just texture when you've got that texture. Oh hi hi, it's natural, can't you tell yeah so just fiddle with the hair, but the teasing is really. I think, ultimately, the key extensions. It'S not fancy! It'S not elaborate. It'S not over-the-top! It'S really just some good old-fashioned back combing and some really just dirty hair.
