Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel I'm going to try not to touch my hair during this video, because I always do it there. If we have a video - and it really irritates me when I watch your back but anyway today we're going to be talking about something a little bit different, usually or Sando makeup to tools and stuff. But I just don't want to be restricted to that kind of thing, we're all about everything for you to hear. So I want to talk about my hair extensions, keratin monetary sanctions, which is the extensions I'm wearing now. First of all, just wan na say before I get into it. Thank you for clicking on this video because I just hope all earlier and obviously not many people follow me, but I don't one anyway. It just said what's laughing today, because I can never think of I've got so many ideas in my head. I just can't ever decide which one I want to do. Shall I film a tutorial using the Jaclyn hill x, morphe palette or which I just bought? It just come out in the UK on beauty barrier and luckily enough, I managed to get one. I felt that I'm round blue, but I've got put in a queue of 10,000 people on beautybay that wanted to buy this palette, and I actually got one sorry but yeah. I can decide what to do with that video today or a hairy section review. So polar few people on Twitter about it and it's weird, because when people are fighting on terror thinking, oh my god, people are actually going to. That means some people actually care wife. My some people actually watch me and I know you can see your views on YouTube. You can see how many people of YouTube videos, but you don't actually think of them as people like that. Many people that you clicked on your video and watch you for some reason, whether it's because they're taking the piss or whether they actually want to learn tonight but yeah that was really nice just to see them little boats. You know I mean anyway, the my folks went to the hair extension. So that's why I'm doing that today. So without further ado, I'm just pretty again it really so hot in here my upper neck. Is that she's sweating? I thought you can see it. So I've only been wearing keratin hair extensions for about five months now and before I ever got that my hair was very thin sure it's about up to here. So you can see my natural hair is about their looks. You can just imagine continent, it was just your average Joe hair. I was just thin short and I just hate it because I could never do anything with it. Like always, look rubbish like if I wanted to go out with Australian tip my hands when you're curling see, look just look frizzy and thin. If I count it or just look like about two ringlets hanging off my head, like I wanted to thick luxurious hair of a mermaid, you know what I mean, so I did used to wear a clip in hair extensions and the exception I used to use. It was from foxy locks, her extensions, Cody UK me and they were really good. I wore them to talk about thirteen, but the only thing with flipping hair sections, it's just so long, but when everyday, I'm quite lazy, I'm not hate that. I amazing, I am 90 and it took me so long to put them in and obviously you want that hair every day. Well, I wanted that hair every day, not just for one hour now and obviously you were worried about when the wind blows like if the wind blows are this, then behind that you'd be able to see like the shrimp of extensions that stuck on my head and That was just stress, so I just decided that I was gon na get some Kerry, Sheehan balm. So obviously there's a lot of extensions that you can get is micro rings, type, extensions, wave, nano rings, keratin bond glue, extensions, there's a few I probably know mentioned walks. I don't really know them or not. Have I'm not Harry stone? Obviously I'm a hairy section, I'm not a hairdresser, so I don't know, but I decided to get keratin bones purely because I did a lot of research. I watch a lot of youtubers, obviously, and I watch a lot of different youtubers talking about what citizens they have, what works best for them and also I've heard from a lot of people that, although micro rings and to be better for your hair, that they do Show a little bit like when you have your hair up. Apparently, the micro rings show more than kerosene bonds do, because the keratin bonds much much smaller and I'm not sure that another rings them into even smaller than micro rings. But I don't know the keratin ones. Are calling out to me they seem popular, so I ended up getting there and basically, I'm not really sure how they do it, but the keratin on a keratin bond is meant to be much better for your hair and glue extensions. So people get carrots and bones mixed up with glue extensions. Apparently there's no glue involved, I'm saying apparently, because I don't want to bet my life on it. Basically, what they do is they take a strand of your own hair, and then they take the strand of extension, which has a little bond on the top of it. They put it up to your root of your hair and then they clamp it down so that the keratin mold into the bond and your hair and everything. So it's probably stuck into place and then they do that all around your head, all in your hair and it takes about two and a half hours three hours. So you may not be able to see it properly because I've just had them done. So they are pretty good at the moment right, not very visible. Can you see that there is it's literally hardly noticeable and they just all around my head, like show you some more, you can see all over my head, cuz I get a full head, so yeah they're really unnoticeable. I can have my hair up like this. You still can't see them. Obviously, the longer you have them in your hair grows down, so the bond grows down with it. So over time you might get to see them a little bit more if your hairs up or like in a slip back ponytail. First of all, I was going to get them done in the salon, but I just found that in salons, they're, very, very expensive and the ones that aren't expensive are really really cheap. So it's like one extreme to the other and I didn't want to get them done, one that was really cheap, because then I feel like they're gon na, do a mess of it and I'm sorry, but I feel like they might mess it up, because it's so Cheap, but there must be reason for why it's so cheap and then the expensive ones I just physically can't unfold. So then I found a lady that does it mobile, so she'll come to your house. If you need it here and she gets the extensions from a website called hair, planet and and her name is Sally styling on the Instagram, so I'll put her exact username below so that you can find everyone to get your sentenced on by her. But she's amazing she's, so nice and she's got hair extensions. She'S been wearing the same one cities for about six years and she told me so they can't be very bad for you. She'S had them in. For that long. I'Ve heard similar commands in obviously she hasn't had move six years running, but she just kept replacing number six years and that's the downside to him, because once you have them once I can imagine. How are you ever gon na stop how you gon na go back to that been here after that, but we'll move on to the cons a bit later on. So when you have the keratin bonds, putting your hair first of all, it doesn't feel any different. Obviously, you've got thick hair, but the feeling of the Heritage in your head doesn't feel that big a deal, but then, as they always come on that your head stops feel quite tight. You know that when you've got a tight page, how in like old, like stuck to your head, it feels a bit like that I'm gon na start to get a little bit of a head open, because obviously your scalp isn't used to the weight of the hair. I think that's what the reason is anyway and or see the bonds haven't settled down, they're, not completely planks of where there should be yet so feels a bit tight. And then, when you go to sleep at night, you can't physically lie on your head. You have to know who decide like this, because otherwise it just feels like all these bones are like digging in your hair. So that's not very pleasant, but that only lasts for like two days and then after about two days. They start feeling that they're not really there any more than just become less noticeable less noticeable as the days go on and then by the end of the week, so you can feel them. So you forgot another completely okay, so I'm going to read out a list of things that you need to make sure that you do. If you're going to consider, I think air21 extensions done. You need to buy a tangle, teezer, slash hairbrush that doesn't have any bubbles on the end of it, just like a tangle teezer, so that you can get your extensions and brush all the way through your hair. If you use a normal hairbrush, it's gon na tackle the extensions, are and maybe rip rip them out potentially and cause your hair to map. So you do not want to use them. The lady's stress to me do not use it. That'S it all. I'Ve got time to go to the shop and get lunch is that you need to use a tangle teezer. Actually, I'm going to show you my brush, so you have talked about okay, so this is my hair extension brush. It'S called the tangle Taylor ultra and it's just from boats or it might be from Superdrug either one, but it's only about 12 pounds. I think it was, and I've had it for about five pounds and so notice. I can see, but the little spikes like they don't have a little bubble at the end like normal hair brushes. So I can get that and take it from the road for the bondage to drag it all the way down. And it's not going to tangle my hair up wrong number two shampoo and conditioner you're not supposed to use normal, shampoo and conditioner one, because most shampoos have oil in it. And if you're using oil shampoo on the bones, it's going to loosen them and make them not last as long also sulfate in normal shampoos can like melt the bonds. I think it's like it's not good for the bond anyway, that could have also reduced their lifespan. So you're supposed to get that professional, shampoo and conditioner, I just look: looked it up on Google and found some shampoo and conditioner that they use in salons and it for hair extensions? Basically a sulfate free oil free when I remember what they are I'll link them. Also, your hair extensions can get pretty dry - one I'm not so might have even got dries to be on this, but obviously they can do because you have to remember that the extension isn't attached to your scalp. So it's not getting natural oils at the top of your hair is so you might want to do like a hair mask those parts yet have done like one hotel had them in I'm recommending that you really should probably do a hair mask on your hair extensions. Maybe just do it with a thinner a little bit driving for that they need that extra moisture. The next rule is that you always need to brush your hair before you get it wet. So who are you getting the shower of the bath? Make sure you brush all the knocks out first and then get in the bath, wash your hair and then get out and brush it straight away again, don't try and tell Jake first brush it straight away again. Otherwise, honestly the knots you get are dramatic. I get like I didn't know that you had to do this, but it's I did brush it for a good bath, but then I thought, oh, is it really necessary and I just got in the bath a couple of times when I got out of that? Okay, I can't get this brush through my hair and they'd, be like little balls of knots and they're, really tight ones if he cannot get out. So I know it's really bad. I just rip them out. My hair, obviously isn't a good thing. Oh, my god, if you see what just happened, I paused the video because I was getting a bit hot open the window even wider, as I'm opening it too massive daddy longlegs come at my face. They came at my face. Grandad'S he came running up and just save me that granddad's do they've got no clothes winter anyway, let's get back to what I'm saying. Yes. So when you've got these extensions in, they do say to plat your hair before you go to sleep because obviously you're rolling around during the night in your bed tossing and turning and they might get a little bit matted or they might get tangled up because there's So much hair everywhere, so I just put it to the side: I'm not that talented, a conduit back flat and weird so I'll, just play it to the side, put it in the newspaper that and then wake up and it's still crimp Ian's, not wanting the next Thing, I would definitely say to do its have your extensions removed after three months. Basically, I have one in four four and a half months. Just because I got told you could do that. People recommend three to four months like you today, but I pushed yes. Yes, I do, I always push it and I I pushed it to four and a half for a bit and so the later came around and she removes my hair extensions and, as she had removed my old ones, she was getting these ones out. The new ones, and then for five seconds, my hair was just my hair again. I hadn't seen my hair on its own for four months, so I felt yeah and they just felt so thin. It freaked me out, like my hair, is really thin anyway. I probably just forgotten half, then it actually was because I'm so used to these now. So I think it was a mix between that and also the fact that I have my hair sitting for a little bit too long. Basically, if you have your hair extensions in for longer than four months - and I think four months is still too long - and obviously your hair with the bond grows down your hair and then that bit between your scalp and the bond, it's just chilling. So it gets knotted up, it can matcel because it doesn't know where it's going doesn't know what it's doing. So we just sits there and chills there and masks so far. So the longer the hair gets, the more matted up your hair could potentially get, and I just think four months was too long and it must have mined out my hair a little bit. So when she takes the match brushes out the mat bits but uh she's brushed out. Obviously your hair's gon na fall out. If there's not in your hair, that little bits of strands good before that. So I think the reason why my hair felt so filled with obviously a mix between the fact that I choose to thick hair, but also that the hair extensions had damaged my hair a little bit from what I've had them in a little bit too long. For what my hair can handle, if you've got really thick hair anyway, then I'm sure your hair probably can handle that, but my hair is thin as it is, so I definitely won't be taking that risk again. This time I'm gon na have them in. For three months, and then I'm gon na get removed, I'm going to have a break. I'M going to get my hair like Brazilian blow dry like tons of hair mask and give it a good trim, and just let it chill and be natural for as long as I can before I get these again so all in all, I would definitely recommend to These heritage they're amazing, whilst you have them in they're soft they're from hair planet. The lady puts min is amazing. I'M sure ocean buns are amazing wing, get them a really good hair salon as well. So, honestly, you don't have to go into milady, but they do have everywhere so pick where you want a guide. I don't have to make sure that you've, another car for me properly and you're not going to wear them for too long and get lousy with it. So make sure you follow everything. I'Ve told you to do and make sure you listen to your hairdresser when she gives you tips as well and just make sure you have them out when you think that it's time to have them out, don't try and elongate that time, because it's just not worth Losing your own hair over, you know what I mean yeah, that's basically it that's my summarization. If that's the word - and I really hope you've enjoyed this video, I hope you've taken a few tips, maybe - and I hope you've learnt a little bit more about security, bondage, hair extensions, and I hope it's made. You make a decision as to whether you want them or whether you're gon na edge towards another type of extension. Just do your research when it comes to extensions, make sure you know what the pros and cons of all of them all of them. All of them are just make sure you know if the problems, the problems, the prunes just make sure you know the pros and cons of all different types of extensions. Thank you so much for watching.
