Guys, welcome back to house of hair uk hope everyone is safe and well it's been a minute. I'Ve not placed it in so long, just been very busy in the salon and with the hair extensions retail online. But today's video i'm going to be showing you how a client went from this hair to this hair, using a texture release, smoothing treatment and micro link, hair extensions if you're interested in seeing this transformation keep watching. So, first we're going to start with doing the texture release, smoothing treatment, so the texture release treatment lasts on people's hair. It really varies so it can be two to four months. It'S an amino acid treatment as opposed to a formaldehyde-based keratin treatment. So it's a lot more gentle on the hair, so the formula is more natural and your hair. You can still add a lot of moisture, it's very moisturizing and doesn't dry out your hair, like some keratin treatments can so we start off by washing all of our clients hair. We do not scrub the scalp too much, because this is an amino acid product. It can make your scalp feel a little bit tender, so we will wash your hair if you come into the salon, but we will not scrub your scalp um just to make sure that it doesn't irritate or get inflamed while you're doing the actual treatment. She'Ll then put on the step, one, which is the hair dilator, and this it just loosens out your hair a little bit and opens up your hair. You go underneath the dryer with a steam cap and then you'll put on these step two treatment. So we're going to show you halima doing this after putting the step one on for 10 minutes. You then go in and put in step two and go back underneath the dryer with the shower cap, and then you go under for 30 or 40 minutes, depending on the coarseness of your own hair. The treatment is then rinsed off it's lightly, rinsed off with lukewarm water, and then you go in with a wash and blow dry. Sometimes if someone's got very coarse hair after the step one we will blow dry. Your hair then put on step two go back underneath the dryer and then we'll do a rinse after it really depends on the person's hair. So after rinsing off the treatment, you're then going to go in with a little bit of heat protector and continue to blow dry and press out the hair. Now i know in a lot of videos, people often make comments about how many times we pass over people's hair with the hair straightener, but it actually helps to activate the product. So you have to remember that the product that we put on is already protected in the hair and it's already coated, so you need to smooth that into the hair using heat. So the recommendation is five to seven passes. We tend to do around five passes when we're doing our clients guys. Can you see how silky smooth this hair looks? I absolutely love the texture release on anyone. Who'S got kind of textured hair for european. Ladies, i don't mind the keratin treatment, but for this lady, the texture release was perfect. It really smoothed out her hair and it will reduce the amount she has to actually straighten it herself. So if you're a person who straightens your hair every other day, it will reduce it so that you can straighten it kind of every every five to maybe seven days even longer, if possible. So, let's get into step two of this lovely ladies transformation and we're going to be doing a micro links, hair extensions on her hair. We use 200 grams of hair extensions or 200 strands, and they are one gram per strand. So often people ask me how thick are the hair extensions or how thick of the strands we use one gram per strand she's using our vietnamese hair in 20 inch. I believe so. I'M gon na start by doing her sides and, as you guys already know, i like to do my sides and angle. It just gives the illusion of more volume and it helps to frame the face a little bit better without having to cut into the hair extensions. Too much so i'm going to continue doing my install i'm using a loop tool and a hair extensions, plier and again five millimeter micro, beads um. So here you can see guys that we've done a full head of micro links, hair extensions, i'm just lightly pressing it out, because we put heat on her hair before we don't want to go in and press it too much. So i'm lightly pressing her hair out with some cloud: nine hair, straighteners and then i'm gon na add some little waves into the end so guys this is our final result, like i said she had 200 grams or 200 strands of eye tip hair extensions in the Yaki texture they're available on our website.
