4 Cons On Why I Do Not Like I-Tip Microlinks + Not A Protective Style | Ariel Deann

hey babes, so i decided to take the time and money to get i-tip microlink extensions to see what all the hype is about and it’s not that hype for natural babes.

I would say to save the heat damage and hair loss that you can get from i-tips and try a different hair styles, protective at that!

I got the hair from perfectdistractionhg.com

I can say that the hair was sent the same day or the very next day. Which is the type of shipment everyone dreams of.

Their Instagram is @perfectdistraction, so go check that out!

Hey guys welcome back to another video, so today i'm we're going to be talking a little bit more about eye tips and kind of like the reasons why i really don't like them. So let me find somewhere nice to sit um. I ended up cutting my eye tips because i wasn't really my hair and the items weren't blending right and it was just looking very just like unnatural to me, so i just decided to go ahead and cut them kind of like i want to go shorter, but My hair is pretty long. My hair goes down it's about right here, so i don't want to cut any of my real hair. So that's why it's at this length. So i feel like this was a good like a good length to blend my real hair and the eye tips together. Maybe the texture just isn't the same as my hair, so i feel like that's why i'm not really liking it so we're just going to go through just different. Like reasons why i just don't i wouldn't, i would recommend i tips to women who straighten their hair. Almost every single day who wears their hair straight every single day and when i mean wear to their hair straight, i mean, as in like straightening, their hair they're, real hair, not um, not a wig or anything like that, but they're real hair. I am 100 natural. I don't get so silk presses at all. Actually this is my first press and i can't even tell you the last time i got it so pressed if you live in an area like mine, where it is 100 hot, all the time and very humid. They do understand that um getting a soaked press in the summer, just isn't a it. Just, isn't a good idea. A lot of people get took prices like during the winter time and stuff like that. I would really not recommend this hairstyle in the summer, but my birthday's in the summer - and i wanted my hair done so this is the hairstyle that i chose. So it's been about two weeks since i um two weeks since i got my hair installed like this. So i think i'm gon na write it out for another two weeks and then take the hair down um this whole. The whole hairstyle was about five hundred dollars. So that's why i'm not taking it out so soon um, but it's just very bothering that i have to straighten my hair every single day, really just maintain it every single day just to make sure that, like you know it's blending right and stuff like that. So i just wanted to make this really quick and fast, because i'm going on a dinner soon, okay, so um, i'm going to upload a picture of one of my eye tips falling out. So this is the first eye tip to fill out. This is maybe the fourth or fifth eye tip that fell out. Um one fell out today, while i was trying to do my hair and um. If you get gotten eye tips or you haven't done eye tips um, when the eye tip falls out, your real hair is coming with it because of the bead um. Some people have um beads with the silicone inside, so it doesn't stagger any hair and some people don't, and so my hair stylist did not have silicone to grip to not really grip on um, my natural hair. So whenever the eye bead falls out, my real hair falls out with it. So one thing i can say that i do like about the eye tips. Is that i'm able to put my i'm like i'm sorry, the sun's kind of my face is why i'm like this, but i'm gon na go back to watching. So the one thing that i did do like about eye tips is that i am able to put my hair into a bun or a ponytail whenever i'm feeling caught it's kind of hard doing that with the wig, because you know, like the wig looks left in The back it's hard doing that with um with the sew in because you know you see the weft, so this hairstyle, i feel like, is really good for someone who also likes putting their hair up in a bun or a ponytail, because then you have a really Good amount of hair covering the eye tip, so it's not really a bad thing. That'S all i wanted to say this isn't going to be a very long video i just wanted to let you know let you guys know like how i'm doing with eye tips. Personally, everyone has a different experience, because everyone goes to a different hairstylist, so um yeah and also the hair that i ordered um we're gon na talk about the hair. Also before i leave the hair um, i don't know what it um. What it is, but, like my hair, looks really really great. Whenever i brush it out, it gets really really tangly like super duper tangly, so i have to brush it like every 10 minutes and no one wants to brush their hair that they bought for 330, every two minutes so yeah and then, like i don't know, i'm Just really picky about my hairstyles and that's why i always. I always want to try out hairstyles on myself before someone else. Does it, because i can do it just the same as home when i was getting it and going paying money to get it done. So i just don't like straightening my hair every single day i may or may not have heat damage we just have to find out whenever i decide to take these out and wash and deep condition, my hair, i'm probably going to do a protein treatment too. Just to get those bonds back together, after doing all the straightening, and you can see that my hair is getting very, very oily just from like continuously spraying heat protectant on it and, like you know, trying not to freaking burn my hair, but so so i'm gon Na go ahead and finish getting ready to go to dinner. I tips and i'll see you on the next video

CasinoGal: I have these also. I agree that it's definitely NOT a protective style. It feels much better than a sew in but I feel a sew in is better for hair growth and protection. I love the way they feel though.

Adwoa Mk: I hear a texture release works against humidity. It's best to wrap the hair too. It seems the stylist got some cheap extensions. It shouldn't be tangling after 2 weeks.

Latrese Phillips: I would of cried if my I-tip fell out with my hair I’m 31 and I’m a crybaby when it comes to my hair

Angel Hobbs: I wonder if you would’ve gotten curly hair similar to your texture that way you don’t have to flatiron all the time.. and or maybe try braid outs or twist outs on it

Leah Viviane: It sounds like, for the most part, your hair stylist wasn’t particularly informed on how to do the links

Froggy Lippoo: Nice vid

Becky Goody: Why not get itips to match your natural hair?

Froggy Lippoo: Your so pretty omgluv u
