How To Detangle Curly I-Tip Microlink Extensions

Hi, this is Kristen at evolution for heron. I am demonstrating how I detangle and style my isip extensions. This is a fresh. This is on freshly washed hair and I flipped my head over to detangle by sectioning the hair from the back to the front with my hands. Then I run my fingers through each section, so that section with your hands and then detangle section and end detangle. So it's important to be very gentle so that you don't lose strands from pulling, and this is my first day with the extension. So I don't know if I would recommend wedding and detangling the hair every day, but that's probably best to make sure that your hair that you're keeping the hair detangle. So, as you notice here, I've lost a strand because the hair was tangled, and I wasn't gentle enough to make sure that it happened so moving too fast will cause this so take your time. But if it does happen, let your stylist know and continue to detangle. Your hair, don't let that keep you from detangling so now that I've gotten a few tangles out, I'm going to use curls cream with a little curl creme brulee to moisturize my natural hair. Now this product is a curl, defining and moisturizing cream and help fight, freeze and add shine and also to encourage hair growth according to the bottle so make sure this product or a similar, applied to the perimeter of your natural hair all around and also to your Hair that has an extension attached so put this all over to keep your natural hair moisturize and that's very important to make sure you do that, and I didn't notice that I missed a couple of spots in the back. So it's important to make sure that you are applying the moisturizer all over your hair so that you don't have any areas that are dry and become brittle. So next I'm using Miss Jessie's pillow soft curls, which is a styling lotion. It also helps detangle and define your curls, I'm applying it in the same manner as I did the moisturizer to my natural hair, and this helps my hair to blend even more and then once I get it on my hair. The product is pulled down onto the extensions here as well. Now my hair is really short because I'm coming out of a pixie. So if your hair is longer, you have the option of twist setting your hair with this product and that will help your hair to blend better with the extensions hair, but even before you get to that step right here, you can see me doing that detangling technique, That I did in the beginning before we use any product where I am sectioning the hair and then detangling with my fingers. So just continue to apply as much or as little product as you feel like you need on your natural hair and on the extensions hair. As well the extensions hair the curl is formed, so you really don't have to put a lot of products on the extensions here itself. I would target more of putting the product on your natural hair and doing whatever it is that you have to do to your natural hair, to define that curl and to make your hair blend with the extensions hair. So, as I mentioned before, that might include doing the twist set or on your natural hair, where you're twisting the hair into the extensions hair to get it to blend better. So now, what I'm doing is I'm just distributing the product. I miss jessie's product all throughout the hair down to the ends of the extensions just to give it like just to reduce any frizz, and here is the product on my natural hair, I'm adding more of the Miss Jessie's to my natural hair to help it blend.
