Hey guys welcome back to behind the scenes for this month we are taking you into the world of microwave. Now some of you may have heard of this with Caucasian hair, but we found and hairstylist in the DMV area, who was doing micro links for black hair. So, of course, we went behind the scenes to see how she does it, how long it takes and how you can do it to stay tuned and you'll find out. I said micro link extensions. These are like the most popular method out years ago, but now they're becoming more of a reign because they are reaching out to more diverse audience. Now back today, you going to get diet tips for like Caucasian and Asian now, they're becoming a lot more popular now, because we have different textures that are available so well. We were making fun by hand. These were actually free orders, so these were pre-made, but these are all hand handmade they're attached with a small micro ring. This is a micro bead with the carrots and infused cushion that protects the hair so that the hair is damaged. These expecially staying sometimes leave within 3 to 6 months, so it's a very lightweight method and very safe method for me and I didn't get to do hands-on when I learned I was I was, it was pretty easy. I was definitely on once I actually got into someone's hair. I was like oh wow. This is different, but I got it. I got it. It'S really a lot more beneficial if you actually doing something hands-on, but they're really not hard if you are licensed or even if you have a neck for there is something you know, I'm a visual person pick up just by looking, but it's really not hard. It'S really just that if you actually understand here and build up a hair, the signs of hair so you're able to maintain and advise your clients properly. You don't want to just put these type of inches in and they're mishandled or put in any kind of way and clients. Not advice, probably is you know with any hair extensions. You have to have some knowledge and you know be able to advise your clients on the do's and the don'ts proper maintenance in soy, and this super lightweight cometh, and this showcase that everybody's just and I you know - I have me myself - enjoying very lightweight our weights. Four years, eight nine years - and now it's a great alternative to Robert doing that so we'll do let's do one more round. You can make a little crazy today so again, so they can keep your name for violet money come on three months after ten weeks. You don't have your fine come back and I'm gon na show you how we do because the weight of the extension, the ring and the new growth might be a lot of stress on the hair, so even make sure they come back and get their hair. Proper maintenance, but they treat like that on they shampoo, there's a you know, do everything that they know there was a flat iron curl, all the above. If they swim, you want to make sure that they are either put the hair into braids. They don't go to sleep with their extensions wet, at least they need to start to finish about three hours time, so the coloring process can be a little bit more theoretical, so the prep part, you know, of course, will take a little longer. But from start to finish to actually apply the extensions in, thankfully someone should become more versed and more. I started those I'm doing them like within, like two and a half hours now that I've got like the hang of it. If you want to ask them if they're hairy bull, you know you say you wan na do half down if they do that, I believe a little section at the halfway point of their hair I'll go where they can pull it up, pull it down some people. If their hair spin or I don't really - and I feel like they need all the tips, I won't even ask I'll just do it all throughout cuz I even my like minor minor all throughout, I could still pull it up halfway, come on like one month later, The new hair come on yeah and take that circle it'll be different. Well, this is just for practicing purposes so like with this much particular moment, you want to make sure with anybody that we do. Then we have texture that matches them just because she's training. This would be more appropriate for house because there's inherent texture, so when the new road comes, it will all be consistent, because we're gon na have the same texture for the individual. The only reason why they're mismatched right now is this because we're practicing, but that's what we do. Let me do the console process, everybody that gets my legs has to be the consultation, because these are important factors that we have to put on the back there and you got ta make sure the texture, color density. Everything is on the same wavelength as we have everything from start to finish: cuz. You don't want to put in and touch it. It doesn't matter if it's just hair, no matter how much they want. Like almost with these give me some pressure. If you have naturally course here is your hair texture, it wouldn't want. Suffice. I got it as a professional. I advise you on what's best, which is definitely gon na, do something that matches your texture and theirs. Yes, well, I'm making up because actually ordering photos distributor getting our hands on these. It takes about ten days to prepare this sometimes ten business days, and sometimes you have a fine day walking like hey. I want to come in tomorrow ahead to make coming today. So you have no choice but to go in and make them by hand. So you get loose, hair or you'll, get truck, hair and you'll cut it off the wet. And then we have a tool, it's similar to a flatiron, and we have some glue and we uh we make it. Sometimes you have some people with specialized pressing fits distributed, does not make certain heights, so we have to yeah. That'S the blue right there. Those are the ribbons, although the clear beads all of those are different types of these are all different types of pollutants so and I'll show you how how we make them so, while she does that I'll show you how we make how these are made, so how You discuss their size, we're innocent, that we have someone that has a specialized texture, that we just can't get our hands on, we'll just cut it off of the wax. This is the same glue they use in the process of on engagement. Actually so infusion is very similar to micromanage, but they are done with instead of the micro bead we use glue and then they they put it on at the base of the head, make it a little tacky, don't-don't-don't laughs my nails, guys my nail appointments at seven O'Clock today, then we go in then you wan na make sure that you keep like in one of your. I keep one of my. This is the micro bead, so you keep one of those just to measure just to make sure it's not too thick. So this one yeah okay, so there we go so these are active yeah. So that's how you make it so we can order them. I like to order them them because to make a entire head, which is like a hundred and fifty pieces. It takes about four hours to hand make so I like the order of at least I can just take them out the back way, but sometimes in some instances you have a client that walks in say, hey, I got to go to Miami tomorrow. Can I please get on and I don't have ten days to wait for the hair to get here, so I have to sit and make it so, but it is a fee for that guys. I can actually uh yeah baby fifty dollars an hour just for me. The tip of the but beautiful thing about these is they're very natural-looking lightweight and keep them in a long-term, and - and it's worth it you know, and in lieu of putting wigs on sewing wefts onto hair, it can be stressful on the hair. So this is a great method of hair extensions that is natural-looking without causing damage to the head, but it has to be probably maintained by a professional. Oh, it sounds easy right make a hundred fifty of these four hours later you like look. Who, who do I order from but sometimes you got ta do? Is she either doing it's a good bag? You know how to do it, because you will have instances where you or you might have ordered a hundred and fifty pieces, and you don't have enough for your client and you ran out and you have to go back to basics and you got ta make them. So yeah, so you just make sure you have all your tools and certain certain colors blues we're starting color hair. You know blondes and lighter colors. You got ta use, lighter blue and darker hair ribbon. This is all good baby, cutting small cubes. So, let's roll submissive methods, all this madness, but definitely has the reverse and training properties to know how to do it fully now. Yet this is perfect, so you see how the texture you know when it grows. This texture matches this hair, so this hair will. Everything is gon na fall into place and usually your natural hair and the crown will cover the link. So none of this will be busy visible depending on the hair texture. These it's staying up to six months as long as they're maintained properly I've seen people see them in longer eight months, ten months, but you know you have to come in and get them they open the month at the link. I'Ll show you how and they're about yeah about two months or so open it up, and you see in the tool. So after you I'm before you shampoo your client area, you want to go in this is before this. It'S been two months now: you're gon na take all of their things. You'Re gon na open it up with the same tool, mind you, the hair is gon na be grown, so we're gon na pretend that this is where it was. We open it up cuz. This is work when they come in. This is how it's gon na look. This is how some looking some less so slightly you're gon na push it all the way up to the root you're gon na clean everything before you, shampoo, you're, gon na clean out. All the sucks cause it's gon na be build-up and it's gon na be loose hair because you know the hair supposed to strikes on the shed. A hundred cents tries a day, so you are gon na, have some shedding, but it's not it's minimal and it's normal. Then you go back in insert it to I'd set and then you type it down, and this is maintenance. So after eight weeks that's what you do know eight to ten weeks I say ten weeks yeah. So that's a yeah, so you got it so when they first get it done. You notice it's gon na be up there. So when you try to pull it up, it might be a little tight, but I always tell them the first day is always a little tender, but then it gets loosen. Yeah yeah, that's it so the next one - and this is - will be pause, invisible, great Lestrade, asleep. I can you do a mix like what you like, so you can have your client if you have to take a whole other side, just plus today, we'll just use clips, but when the fine hose it is a lot more small pieces right here. Oh, you know what, because you did a link, that's how I would have my client so piece of her hair. He said of tracking a piece from underneath a nudist. I mean it's slightly with the okay and the piece behind you have too much as a 103 to pull up. It'S too much make it fella. So your hair, everything is in nails that there's no great yep so break this week. He'S gon na try to do something: it's really preference, usually of some Iseman. The content will be all out as well, so you can probably double it and do like a run in their half or you can get to it. How large clients head is or what there was, what they're requested some people, just not some proponent, some people. So if somebody wants a fullness, I'm gon na try to do as much as I can't get you out soon. So getting two or three bundles in it. Really happy so it's just different methods for different types of looks that individuals on somebody wants something really really cool like three bundles honestly: just go ahead and get us there, so men now! So that's that method, and this is how you survive. You see you're gon na incorporate right with this one and if he has my life short here or just somebody that just wants some pieces and you can do it this way or you could do it the way I just showed TV. Oh, no, my oh, you got want to shred it a noodle, a study underneath it Hey, and this is another method of breadless. We know break its bladder and it's not weighed down by a braid. I had a client that came in and said she wanders in for two, so this is so and then no brain, so some people just want it flat with no brains. So that's a these are good, just keep your sectioning rectangular and you want to make sure that you don't use too much hair because someone who won't fit in your beater and you pulled it perfectly down to zero degrees. You don't want to fit it like all the way up here. Cuz, it's not it's gon na fall. The client is just like staff, a client. You want to drag it down a little bit so remember, client. They must have about five inches all the way around. At least shoulder we're gon na make sure that you are using the appropriate. This is big. Make sure that you see this right here, make sure it's a little low, because if you pull it up, you see in my stab her. So you good tips. You want to just drag them down just a bit so that way, it's pliable. It come down just a little bit. If so, we covered how to make the links, I mean how to make your Isaacs. However, the Braille is Thank You Jimmy shoe, so much for showing us how to do my collegues.
