Hey everybody, Ruby Martinez here for you once again with a quick, helpful hint from Donna Bella hair calm. Today we want to talk about and kind of help you guys along the way with proper extension placement, because we all know there's different walks of life coming through the salon doors with thick hair, medium hair, fine hair clients coming through wanting extensions. So we got to know it's the placement, this thing for each and every one and when we know right off the bat I got ta, let you know it's not so I want to make sure we can help you out along your journey with our extensions. You ready to rock and roll: let's do this! Okay! So now I'd like to introduce you to a little someone say: hi to Savannah Savannah is gon na help us out and just describing what we're talking about as far as placement when it comes to extensions. Okay, so the first thing we want to do is go ahead and part in a tea section. What I mean by this is parting: it down the middle top of the head behind both ears on each side. Okay, that's your first initial approach when it comes starting a full head of extensions. So now you want to start from the very back at the nape area on your client. The first thing I'm gon na do is start my first row at the very bottom and work. My way up, I'm actually gon na get started on my first row to demonstrate the proper placement of that first row. So I just finished my first row and I'm really excited because this is the beginning of it all now check this out. I did leave a perimeter section out so that way I can go ahead and cover these beads. If she decides to pull it back into a ponytail, the cool thing about the perimeter section, it may vary on certain clients. You can have somebody with fine hair, medium, hair or thick hair, and of course, you want to just adjust it accordingly. So now my first row is complete. My next row is gon na be, if it she has thick hair, I'm gon na go right. On top of this row, I'm not gon na leave no hair in between that would be considered a thick hair application. That'S every single strand per row, no Bricklin a solid row because we want to make sure if they sell it all the way down at the bottom. So once again, every single strand per row every row as needed. Well, how high is as-needed reub right. You might ask yourself: you want to make sure that you we don't go higher than the horseshoe of the head, okay, the horseshoe of the head, and you can tell if your clan has finer hair up on top. You don't want to go so high, where that's gon na be Picabo II when she's doing this number either in the club or she's shaking her hair around back and forth. You want to make sure you keep these as muffled as possible. So now that's how high you want to go, but as far as every single role, you're gon na apply a thick hair application consists of every single strand per row. Every row that's needed what about medium hair right? What about medium hair, though we can't? Let forget about medium here. That'S gon na be the same thing somewhat every single strand per row this time it's every other row as needed. Last but definitely not least, we have fine hair when it comes to fine here once again, every single strand per row, but this time every two rows as needed, because you want to find that even balance. So that way, your client is just flowing with tons and tons of ChaCha, but not where it looks like it's obviously extensions right. We want to make sure it's not too obvious. We want to make it look natural balance and just study okay. So now I want to talk about the side of the hair for a little bit, because once you go back up to the top, you want to make sure that you're gon na go ahead and focus on the sides right. So when it comes to the sides, remember our clients are just like Savannah right here we have a lot of hair missing in this area because of the ear section. So, just a little side note always do a thick care application when it comes to the sides of the head. Remember all this right here is the perimeter section. That'S gon na be left out. Okay, none of this will have extensions and that's going to vary because once again our clients have their hairline. It varies as well, so it could be half an inch to two inches wide, so you want to make sure that every row is gon na start from say about right here in this section row after row after row. Remember the sides of the head are always gon na, be a thick hair application to compensate for. What'S not there do that crazy, ear, section right! That was really quick, but really thorough. So if you want to tune in for more insightful helpful hints when it comes to application methods and everything that we got going on in the world of Donna Bella, hair extensions, just join us join us here at Don here.
