Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it's [ __, ] ain't Mickle's. So in this video I'm going to be showing you guys my micro links so the owner of the shop I work at actually did them and I believe these are the eye tips. I'M not really sure I don't really know too much about the method, but this is how it looks like slowed it down for you guys. So basically, all my hair is out - and I just have extensions throughout it, so I'm gon na go ahead and take my small flat iron and just get my edges and when she finished my hair she did curls. You can still kind of see the curls left in it. I'M gon na go ahead and straighten the whole thing and then put it in a ponytail. That'S just the way I like to wear my hair. I don't really like wearing my hair out. If my real hair is out is most likely always pulled back, so that's just my preference, so I'm going to brush it out on be careful when you do this, because you don't want to snag any other bees that your ring - and I did just get this Done yesterday so it's kind of fresh, it doesn't hurt, but you can definitely tell something's in your head. Don'T know if you guys can see, but a lot of my top is out. That'S because we ran out of bees, but I actually don't mind that because it allows me to part my hair wherever I want. She does actually want to go back and fill that part in. But honestly it doesn't even bother me. I'M gon na go ahead and cut the hair just to make it straight. I'M gon na cut it a little bit shorter and then I go ahead and cut some light layers into it. So I leave my two front pieces out of the ponytail. That'S just the way I like it and I put the hair and I'm hunting so, and I feel like he looks super super natural like to me reminds me of clippings, but you just don't have to take it out at night, like you can keep it in. For months at a time, so I really like it, I feel like it's super convenient and you can't see the beads at all when you pull it up, so it just looks super natural, so the whole process took about four to five hours and I'm not really Sure she got the hair from because she provided it herself, but I will have all her information down below in the description box if you guys want to check her out. So this is the look, nothing major. I will keep you guys updated on whether I keep these or not. You guys know. I do Wieck reviews, so I want to see if a wig can fit over this. If so, then I'll definitely keep them. If not, then I'll just get them taken out, but of course I will keep you guys updated. I hope you guys enjoyed the video and I will see you my next one.

SRC: I know I’m a random guy lol but my sis got something like this put in, she’s white, straight hair, and it really broke her hair off. It looked good at first but over the course of a year with having them redone on schedule her natural hair got shorter and shorter. I don’t know what was up with it. She seemed to take care off it like they told her. Just wanted to share

Chosen by Grace: In Nigeria, there’s a technique we refer to as “touch and leave” where we just use the same hair extensions used for the micro-links, just without the actual beads used for the links. So, we would just braid in the hair extensions in the same way we would when installing micro-braids. The difference is that instead of braiding all the way to the end, we stop at half an inch or less past the root, and then make a specialized knot to keep braided portion from unraveling . It gives exactly the same illusion as micro-links, but is less damaging to the hair. It’s also cheaper to install, and doesn’t require too much skill. However, it doesn’t last as long as micro-links, and you have to be very careful and intentional about brushing.

Beyond Balloons Namibia: This looks really nice. The microlinks were a trend in my country, but instead they were called "one-by-ones". But people use to have them even infront "their edges" and it causes a lot of people to loose their baby edges. Just make sure they aren't too tight.

Can you please give more details on who, where and the care maintenance of the micro links. I have seen some hairstylist say micro links have the weft attach to the links. Either way it looks beautiful and natural on you. I am absolutely amazed.

Anna Smith: I use a leave in conditioner hair repair, Paul Mitchell on the last spot the bead was before the micro tip is moved up. Wash carefully because the weight of the water put too much weight on the hair and cause breakage.

ItsJust Queenie: Been doing extensions forever micro links pull and tuck natural hair they are so bad for your hair no matter how good you take care of them . Fusion hair is also horrible. I make a living on it but if you have fragile thin hair i highly recommend clip ins or tap ins.

Anna Smith: Where in itips in a ponytail puts stress on the stresses of your hair into thin your hair out terribly. You need to carefully put your hair up and wrap it at night or else this can cause stress on your tresses. Don’t put them into tight have somebody move it up for you that knows what they’re doing when a hair grows out after a week or two weeks. I will put these in rockers hairs in Las Vegas but they were not African-American
