Honest Bellami Hair Extension Review! | Magnifica 240G 24 Inch

Hi everyone josephine here, i'm really excited today, because we're going to be talking about extensions, it's one of my favorite topics to talk about, because i love hair, especially extensions and i'm excited, because i have new extensions and i'm excited to put them in and see what They look like and have some fun, but first i've just done my makeup for a video that i will link right over here and i'll link it below. If you want to see how i did this look, it'll be there, but i did forget in the video to do my finishing spray, so i'm gon na do that now. So just bear with me: i'm gon na be using the nyx dewy finish spray. So i'm not a fan of the freckles, though i love fake freckles, but i don't know i'm just like. I don't like the products that i use to get these there's a lot of products right now that are available to people that are specifically for fake freckles, and i want to buy them because they look actually really good. Let'S talk about extensions, it was my engagement party in 2019 and i wanted to get some new hair extensions because the ones that i had originally they were the 22 inch kind of like a dark brown. So since then, that was about four or five years ago that i was wearing them, my hair was um a little lighter than it is now, as you can see, i've done it a little darker. So i'm almost like a black. I dye my hair like a really really dark brown, so the extensions that i had they did blend okay, but they they are pretty light compared to what i have now. So i wanted to get some darker hair extensions and i wanted to go a little longer and i wanted them because, like i said, my old extensions were too light for me and they i had them for a really long time for like four years, and they Were just not as cute as they used to be, they were very not as soft anymore. They had really lost their softness. I had washed them a few times. I'D styled them a lot. I brushed them a lot, so they were just very worn out. This is what they look like in the packet. You get a little tester piece right here. If you want to just check before you open up this section, you can see if this actually is the right, color the right length, it's exactly what you want. So you kind of have to get a little tester, which is really, i think, a really good idea. So it says here the bellamy magnifica 240 grams 24 inch and in the color 1b, which i believe is uh off black yeah. So i'll. Just let you see it there and um: they had a kind of a free gift with purchase, which was a bellamy, wrap ponytail, which is here, and i won't lie to you. I have and tried to use it and yeah. I did not did not work. It'S um, it's velcro yeah, it's kind of hard to describe it's. Basically, a fake ponytail, a ponytail extension that you put your hair up in a ponytail, your natural hair. Then you grab the extension and you kind of wrap it around the ponytail, but to actually stick the extension to your hair or to itself or whatever, to kind of actually clip it into your hair. All it has, is this really thin clip and some velcro and it does not stay in my hair. I don't know what they were thinking to be honest, um, it's a bit disappointing, but it was a free gift. So i'm not like gon na complain or like right, write to them and say this is not working because it was a free gift. I didn't pay for it. I'M thinking i might buy some extension clips and glue or sew them to it, because it's actually a really beautiful piece of, like extension, hair. So i don't want to waste it because it's going away so shipping again it did take a while, but it actually took less time than my first time purchasing bellamy, hair extensions. I think this time it was a lot easier, but the tracking number didn't really work. So that was a little hug, so i was like, i hope it comes before the engagement party, but they did, which is great. I don't have them in now. This is just my natural hair. My natural hair is quite long. My hair is not very thick, so that's why i like the extensions it gives it a lot of thickness and volume, and i can do a lot more with like hairstyles and stuff, so that i really like that. This is basically what it looks like without them. I'M gon na put them in now. Okay, i'm back. I'Ve put them in again. Let me know um, and i will definitely show it to you guys, but this is all of that hair, all of them lengths. Can you not already see a difference, though, like you can just see how thick it looks. I feel like i look like morticia, which is like my dream. Like funny story, i used to always get called morticia um when i was like 19 at university um, because i'd always have like long dark, hair and wear black dresses and it used to make me so upset. I used to be like i didn't like it and now i'm like. Oh my god. Yes call me matisha, that's like my dream, scott and i want to dress up as morticia and uh gomez for halloween that'd be awesome anyway. This is, this is what it looks like 24 inches of gorgeous dark brown off black hair um, the bellamy extensions 24 inches 240 grams. I am very happy um, they just feel amazing. They look great, they look really natural and normally people think that this is my actual hair. I wish it was, but it's not um but yeah. I would. I can only really see myself buying bellamy, hair extensions. To be honest because, like i said before, i have gone to stores that sell hair extensions. I felt them. I'Ve looked at them. I'Ve also got friends who have different types of extensions, different brands of extensions, and i can always see a difference and feel the difference when i've touched their hair compared to my own extensions. The only thing with um extensions, in my experience with both these and the ones i have bought previous, was just having to bring a brush. That'S really the only thing i have to always like bring a little brush with me, um in my purse, when i'm wearing them just because they can get like tangled, because they're so long and they are very thick. They get a little tangled and just giving them a brush like helps everything. I haven't really styled them. I i waved them um like a week ago and now i've just put them back in again and just given them a brush. So they've got like a little bit of a kink to them from when i previously waved them, they hold curls really well, so i can basically do whatever with them. I normally just straighten them or i'll just give them like um i'll get my curling wand and just wave them like do some curls at the ends holds it really well, i never have to s um hairspray them. I personally wouldn't be using any products. I did use products on my other hair extensions, the ones i first purchased and i don't think it really did much to them, but i just think like you're, not washing that out, because you're not really washing your hair extensions like every week or every a few Times a week like you would with your natural hair yeah, i try not to use any products on them and i haven't, and i actually don't need to because they hold heat really well. If i straighten them, they stay straight. If i kill them, they stay curled or waved. So that's really great um i like to just have them pretty natural, just like normally just straight or just like, with a little kind of natural wave to them and i'm happy i've got in not all of them. You get 10 pieces and i'll get get to that in a second. So i've got the four clip piece at the back and i've got the two three clip pieces, one here, one here and then i've got two of the two clip pieces. So one here one here and that's normally what i will use, but i will show you how they look when they're not clipped in. I would recommend you guys getting one of these. This is a lifesaver. I actually got this hair extension story. Storage kind of hanger, with my first purchase with bellamy all those years ago. There, but basically for free as a free gift. I got this little like hanger, which really came in handy and if you don't have one and have extensions, please i recommend you to go get it. I if i didn't have one i would have bought one. So luckily i already had one from my other hex and basically you just open up this. You just open it up, lift it up. You put your extensions in and then you clip it and then you just put it inside of this. Put it inside this little hook will come here. You can hang it in your closet, which is where i store mine. I think it's better to store them upright. You basically get two four clip pieces. Two three clip pieces. Two two clip pieces: four one clip pieces; okay, so here's one of the one clip pieces see that so it's just like one little strand. These are really good. If you've kind of got any areas that you feel like you don't need a little extra like. If i felt like i needed some extra at the front, i could just clip this in. Have it at the front if i needed it, if you're doing your hair in like a ponytail, you could use it to wrap around the ponytail, so these are actually really handy, so you get four of these, which is great actually, technically. I guess you get three, but the tester, which i just showed you before at the bottom. That is just a one clip piece and that's also the same hair here is four of the one clip pieces, as you can see one two three and four - and i don't really use these much. But if i feel like, i need a little extra something at the front here, they do come in handy, they feel great. They feel like real hair, all my friends and anyone who ever touches my extensions. They literally can't tell the difference of what's my extension and, what's my actual hair, because i mean it is real hair, but it also feels like it. This is the full clip piece as you can see, it's a lot longer um and you get two of these. Like i said so, that's what a clip looks like and all you need to do is just clip it like that. So those are my extensions. I love them, i'm really happy with them. I love the way they feel they suit. My hair perfectly. I'Ve really got nothing to really say. The only issue i had was the the ponytail um extension because they just didn't have any clip or anything to actually clip it in your hair. You wrap it around your real hair and then it just falls off. So that's my only issue the shipping's a little bit annoying just because the tracking number didn't work as i was in a different country, um and it takes a little longer but yeah, i'm really happy.
