Talk to you guys about my Weston hair extensions. Now a lot of you guys wonder if you followed my channel for a little while that I was where I type in hair extensions for probably 10 years plus - and I do have videos on my channel of how to apply those yourself, how to remove them and All things like that, so a couple of nice videos I will link up above, if any of you guys would like to check that out. Basically, I want to talk to you guys about my updated hair extension routine. If anybody is here to see specifically just how they're within extensions were apply, I will leave on the screen the time to skip to, because I'm kind of going to talk about my experience products I use where I get them done. The hair I use I've got a couple of discount cards for you guys and things like that. So if you want to hear about all of that, then keep watching now, unless you can skip ahead to the tutorial at the end of the video I've had western extensions now for approximately a year and a half I was so sold on. Having taken hair extensions, I always found that tip easy. I liked that I could do them myself. It was easy to add more if I wanted to the only thing that was a little bit. Frustrating was obviously when you remove them. You'Ll still look with sticky residue in your hair. It was quite difficult to get rid of that, even if you use really really amazing product. I also have to be really really careful of what shampoo and conditioner I use, because anything could make those tapes slide out, and I was finding that almost every single time I wash my hair, especially around the front, I was losing a lot of extensions, so it Did kind of make me want to try a different style of extension and I have seen a lot of people wearing the weft and extensions, so I decided to give them a go approximately a year, a half agari. So the extensions that I'm wearing in my hair is still from the same company, so they're from human hair extensions online. I do have a discount card for them still, I'm pretty sure so I'll pop that on the screen and in the description box down below. So in my hair, currently I do have two full heads or about a head and 3/4 of Western hair extensions. Basically, in my hair, I've got three rows currently and on each of those roads. There'S three rows of hair. So all I've got about nine layers of extensions in my hair. Sorry, the haircuts that I go through. They applied my extensions for me. They have really amazing prices, so that is studio, a credit card, not everything. I tell you guys like anywhere, I go or extensions. I use or discount cards I'm going to link them in the description box down below. So you know just remember everything, but studio excited card does have a deal for you guys. So anybody that follows my channel or wants to go, get the head on once to get extensions, they're gon na do it. I really really bring awful for you guys. We haven't discussed that just yet. So when that is sorted, I'm gon na link it in the description down below and you guys can check that out. Honestly, they I like the hair extension Queens and my hair has never looked better, so I highly recommend going there. They do my color. They generally do my styling every week. However, I did style it myself today and that's been applying my extensions for maybe like a year and a half. Now I can't remember exactly, but they're really really good with it. They know what they're doing and they're really amazing with extensions. So just like you know, human hair extensions online with extensions they do come with feeds pre-attached, but what we do we just cut them off, because that's not how my hairdresser applies them. So we cut the beads off and then, as you'll, see towards the end of the video with the application, video you'll see that we kind of just applied them like normal with extensions and then used beads to create like tracks. In my hair, sorry, we did cut the beads off. There are different ways to apply them, so you can obviously watch different videos on YouTube and see how to apply. Website are already pre beaded, but we find that they stay a little bit that are doing it. The way that studio a clinical does sorry for me, the benefit of using western hair extensions. Is there so much less maintenance and I'm very, very fussy with shampoo and conditioner products that I can use on my hair when you're using tapes you've got to be really really careful because they can just slide out. So if you use something that feels really amazing. On your hair generally, your tapes are going to slide out and it's a little bit frustrating so having the West has been like a lifesaver for me, because I can use amazing products that make my hair feel silky and soft. But I don't have issues with any hair sliding up because they're sewn in weft extensions. They pretty much lost the same amount of tape. Extensions, so the hair itself can last you, 12 months, plus, if you look after it and use good quality products and each time that you have them in your hair. Basically, it's six to eight weeks before you would go back to the hairdresser and have them moved up again, obviously, later on, I am going to be showing you guys how they were applied, I'm not showing you so that you can learn to do them at home, Because it's way too hectic like it's nowhere near as easy as applying tape and extensions, so your best to leave it to the professionals, because you don't want to end up damaging your hair by trying to do it at home and doing it on yourself. It'S going to be almost impossible, so my recommendation is: if you're in Brisbane or the Gold Coast head to shriyak lediko or find a hairdresser, that's going to be able to apply them for you, okay, so the hair can I've been using on. My extensions is from SF haircare. I'Ve been using their hair care for ages, so basically I normally use the shampoo conditioner and a conditioning mist and the best thing about whips is they're such low maintenance, my hair's never looked so natural. I feel like it blends a lot more and what I have tapes people did used to notice that I had hair extensions now, if I say I've got hair extensions, they're like well why's. Your extensions like I feel like I just blend in so much better. If you want to see a video on how I styled my hair today, just let me know down below, because it's super easy. I drew curls, it's basically like a wide muck straightener and it's honestly amazing now is caring for my extensions. I washed my hair twice. A week so generally I wash it myself on like a Sunday night and then on a Wednesday or a Thursday, I'm usually booked into studio, a credit card and they'll wash and blow-dried. For me, which is lovely. However, if I can't, obviously I just wash it myself now, because my hair is super thin around my hairline, the Western extensions can be seen in my hair when I wear it up in a ponytail if you've got thicker hair than mine and they're placed in a Slightly different position: you're not going to see them when you have your hair up, but just because my hairline is so thin and I do still want my hair to be quite full towards the front. We'Ve applied them a little bit closer towards the front of my hairline, as opposed to like where everybody else would kind of have them apply. But for me that works fine because they look a lot more full and that I'm going for so I just don't wear it up if you can see them. So this is what it would look like if I wear my hair up, so you can sort of see where they are here and then on this side. I'M not sure if you can see that in the video but you'd be able to see sort of where they're sitting here so generally, I kind of only wear my hair up when I'm at home and if I'm going out my hair is generally out in style. Now, having hair extensions can be a bit of high maintenance. I found a way to kind of make it easier for me. So basically, I find, if I curl my hair at last, a lot longer without me needing to straighten it and style it, and it's obviously better for my hair without using heat on it every single day. So basically, what I do is on a Sunday night and on a wind, Sara Thursday night I wash my hair as soon as I get out. I blow-dry it and I style it straight away and then I don't need to do it until I wash it again. So basically I'll just give it a brush. Every morning I sort of tease through the roots, to just give it a little bit of volume, and that's literally all I do so. It'S a bit of maintenance, like you, do kind of have to put that effort in when you wash it. You need to dry it. You can't go to bed with wet hair. It'S got a tangle. Another little tip is sleep on a satin or silk pillow, because it basically stops your hair from knotting up. So I don't wear my hair to plat to bed or anything. I basically just sleep on a satin or like a silk pillowcase. My one was from SF haircare the same place where I get my hair care from now. I hope you found this video helpful and fingers crossed. I didn't leave any important information out. If I did I'm going to just write in the description down below, because it's likely I've forgotten something if you've got any questions, just leave a comment down below as well hope. MJ Chandler: I can't thank you enough for this wonderful, extremely educational and very thorough tutorial!!! I have been doing beaded extensions for years but this technique is phenomenal! I can't wait to incorporate it into my business. XOXOXO You are an absolute angel!!

clipinqueen: Thanks for this video. I actually do this method on myself and it takes a lot longer than tape extensions for sure! I am getting better at it each time I do it. I enjoy doing it because it's a challenge and once you're done, it's worry free; doesn't fall out due to conditoners or brushing. Loved the detailed demo of this method - thanks!

kuts_by_kristal: Can you do a video on how you move the extensions up after they grow out?

Kimberly Walter: A voice-over and a close up of her tieing the first knot would be nice...

M C: Hi Kirsty! I am just starting my DIY extension experiments (saw your tape in video just AFTER I did mine!), and when you said you now have wefts, I hoped you would make this video. I have never seen this beading technique interweaving strands and it looks so secure and less likely to drag then other methods, distributing the weight, and all hairs are so neatly laid I can imagine it's pretty comfortable. And the result is gorgeous! You own hair always looks so undamaged, with no breakage and no missing spots at the roots even from so many DIY tapes in the past. I doubt I will do as well! Happy to have found your channel

Kasey Turbiak: i live in the US and iv been doing wefts for a while now and ive never seen this method so interesting! where did you learn this?

Kirstie Roche: What method of hair extensions do you like best ? I am loving wefts, to add extra volume around the front, it can be a great idea to add a few tapes too xx

Lydia Woodruff: This looks perfect

Anthea-Victoria Buttons: Are these less damaging than tapes? Are they a better, less damage than normal braided weaves? Xxx Hope your staying well and happy xxx

D: I love your placement of the wefts. Are they hand tied? They look thin so I'm thinking they are. They laid very flat on the head. Was it 5 wefts. Looked like 2 on each of the two bottom rows and then the last row was 1. Or they were folded in half on those two rows. Im trying to figure out how many is the norm. I like how you came closer around the head to the hairline on the top two rows. That gives more hair on the sides. I really like how you did it. I had mine done that way exactly years ago, but she braided my hair and sewed the weft to the braid. It lasted a long time and was very comfortable. Felt very natural. My hair is brown with blonde highlights. And I have some grey, so it was easy to touch up my roots also. I want to out them back in now. I have shorter hair than I did before, so I think I am gonna use clip ins till my hair grows a little more so it will blend better. But I really like your placement. Perfect!

Sun Flower: Thanks for your contribution ! I found your hair really healthy and I wonder if you take some vitamine or product for that ? I have looked for a routine video on your Channel but it doesnt appears..im a suscriber from France .

Jessica VanDrese: Hey! Your hair looks amazing! I am a stylist learning this technique and would love to know what the crocket tool is called that she is using to pull more hair through the bead is. If you could let me know, I’d appreciate it so much!

Vern Poll: I LOVE my sewn in Weft extensions. Unfortunately I have not been able to get them moved up since Covid struck. I’ve had them in for about 11 weeks. Is there a way I can move them up at home or must I just remove them until salons are open again?

Blow Glow: This method is perfect for any hair type with the least amount of tension. Trying this method tomorrow!!!

Zoe Johnson: does running your fingers through your hair tug? or when washing your hair, can you scrub your scalp? or will you have to avoid that? i’m trying to figure out if i want weft extensions but i’m scared i’m going to tug on them too much as i like to run my fingers through my hair and scrub my scalp in the shower!!

chic4fashion27: Hi! How long does the hair itself last?

Victorian Angel: 70 percent alcohol takes tape inns right out when u spray the alcohol in a spray bottle u keep spraying them and they slide off ♥️

Serena Wijnen: Amazing video does anyone know the name of the song that starts at 14:50

Amelia Nicole: Great video! Have you tried the hair extensions from Markethairextension before? It is very cheap and have high quality!

Chevy Lily: Can’t wait to get mine done next month. I’m indecisive about what color I want tho..

Esmie R.: I wish I would've done this method. I just got itips 2 weeks ago

Veronica Collins: MY OPINION ALL PROFESSIONAL EXTENSION ARE GREAT !!! This professional is not putting this in with a lot of tension she knows better, I feel this one is a great method, as many are, I know at least 8 different ones, I’m ready for what ever a client NEEDS In love WITH the fact that you can get so much in very little time, this usually come at a price and usually worth it, you pay for what your cosmos know and how many years invested, truly a hair life change, GREAT JOB !!

Miss Champion: are these single strand wefts or are there two wefts sewn in?

Tierra Jones: Can you please do a close up on how she is beading the hair thru the link??

Kathleen Visel: I’m getting next week covid made my hair thin few months ago

xMzCeex: Can ponytails or buns be styled with the beaded weft?

asia gijsbertsen: Is the same install like the IBE extensions?

GlamRowsTV: Can you show how she retighten this?

Zach Felton: Hello beautiful!!! Love your hair!!! You always look amazing!!!

Roeksana Vieira: I have like 75% grey hair in front which extension should i use? My hair is getting very thin of dying it.

A A: So gorgeous

Hairitis 4Students: cool!

Miss Melanie Smith: Hi you hair looks fabulous, do you know how many grams you had put in? Xxxxx

Walt Moore: Hi beautiful watching your video just curious ;) hair extension I could never tell that you have them

Remi Thomas: I want these the tape in ones pulled the hair out during these hard times had to take them out my self omg I was so scared nothing was open

Walt Moore: kirstie over a long period of time is it not good to have the roots of your hair pull tight . I have heard l corn crows style is not good fro the roots of your hair but I don't know it thats true

Kiara Gunning: How many grams did you use

Jodi Cherry: And the reason they can get your natural hair to blend so easily is by THINNING the crap out of your natural hair Unfortunately that’s the risk you’re going to take when getting your natural hair to blend with the extensions it’s just too bad because if not for the extensions your hair would not look very good being stand out so much

Farzana Firoz: Does it hurt ?

Tawn: That hair did not match and it looks like she's let her roots grow out way too long. Epic fail.

Julia Spencer: Very awesome video, three days ago I got the same product from newigstyle..com

Walt Moore: that's alot of work Kirstie

Jodi Cherry: Baby girl, you are too beautiful for the bright dot at the end of your nose. Please believe me

Household Use: Yt pipo and their cultural appropriation

Jeremiah Sanadion: You have 9 rows!!!? Your hair must be nill?

D U H: NOT ENUF WEFT!

Elsa ZHAO: 5:10 r u gonna get to the video yet?

Shear Beauty: What length extensions do you get

Melissa Wilhour: Why do you have to fast forward it during the part that we actually want to see what a stupid lame video

Anastasia B: I see your own hair in the frond and it’s not matching...it’s it hard to wash your hair? Doesn’t it stink?

em rosa: I prefer tapes In my opinion weft , weaving on western hair is not ideal as our hair is not as strong or thick like African hair thats why it hurts , is Abit tight and get a few bold patches lol But it looks great on you xx

Nicole Hutson: Like #4 fuck yeah

rosa lina: Hello , its the Meghan markle méthode...bé careful for thin hair because its heavier than tap or clip in..this hair seems synthetic ..and too blond for matching with your own hair..just my opinion..but thanks to share with us !! What product do you use to remove fastly tape in? ..i have try oil , remover with solvant , or conditionner and always its not easy ...

Lexi Smith Hair: Is this NBR?
