If you need to, watch our video on how to create your base first:

The base gives you a foundation for a variety of different looks.

In this video we show you how to apply a wig and how to sew-in wefted hair extensions.

For installing wefted hair extension bundles, you'll need a rounded needle and some thread. Follow Raymond as he takes you through the process of sewing through each braid of the base.

So her base is done now, all her cornrows are have been braided. Her natural hair has had braided hair treated into it. Not with this foundation. We could do many different things. We could apply wefted, hair extensions and a lace, closure or frontal to create a natural hair style. Look as well as you can also braid your base down like this thing, you can apply a wig. It gives you the versatility of the two different looks. So what we're gon na do now is we're gon na take the custom wig and we're gon na go ahead and apply it over the base, so go ahead and tilt it back a little bit and just hold the front of it on the top and she's Holding it to secure it as we pull it down over her base and we're gon na make sure we get it well, the ear is nice and good, and then this is one of my favorite units. Ever I've actually had it over three years now it was made using three bundles of Russian platinum, hair extensions, which were initially fully platinum, blonde colored by our stylist to achieve this, how they're? So what we're gon na do now is we're gon na go ahead and remove the wig it's easy as 1-2-3, so you just take it off and it comes right off. This is a custom-made wig with a hair extension bundles and a lace closure. So what we're gon na do is another way to utilize. His base is we're gon na apply these two bundles of hair extensions and a lace closure that which is applied to the top part, to give a natural illusion of the hair coming out of her scalp. So right here we have a bundle, that's been previously open of the same batch and we're gon na go ahead and we're going to sew a row on to show you how they're installed. So when I do the installations we always go from right to left. So what we're going to do is we're gon na go ahead and thread the needle we're gon na even out the ends. You'Re gon na go ahead and fasten it off into a knot so that it's nice and secure and you want it as closest to the edge as possible. And now your needles threaded, we're gon na. Take the needle and we're gon na put it through the braid and then we're gon na, take it through the tip of the left and then we're gon na take it through the two threads and this locks it in place. This is what secures your weft at the beginning. You'Re gon na want to go through it twice, so that it's properly secured, and then you could go ahead and move forward stitching all the way across. So when you're sewing in the hair, extensions you're gon na want to sew, through the braid and through the weft, to make sure that it's extra secured there's another way of also applying it too, as well as by going under the web and through the braid. It'S just a preference call, but you're gon na want to sew through the each braid to secure it all the way across now that we're coming to an end, you're gon na want to fasten it off by going through that last stitch three times and then we're Gon na go ahead and we're gon na cut the thread. We'Re gon na go ahead and tie it in a knot. I always triple knot it and then you're gon na cut the end of the Left right here and by cutting the weft. It just secures your whole foundation. Is it being extra flat so that old lay as flat as if you were to apply it away, so we're gon na go ahead and continue this method all the way up to the top?
