Clip In Hair Extensions || How To Sew On Clips || Shannice B.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel in this video i'll, be showing you how i got my hair from this to this so guys for this look i actually use clip in hair extensions and i sewed on the clips myself um. I have this wig that i got from everything her i'll put their information in the description box, because guys the quality hair that this company sells yo bomb, so um. What i did was, i actually deconstructed the wig. So this is the back of it using a razor blade. I just like um undid the threading and took the hair off, and then i dyed the hair in black, because this is the virgin hair color, which is, i guess, a natural black. This is what the weft looks like when i take it off. They double the wefting, so i have a full. You know track to work with, which is amazing and mind you. You may not be starting with hair from a wig. You might be starting with like a longer um track and it's literally the same process so because of the way the wig is some of the pieces that i got were smaller like this one is smaller. I think the smallest piece is this so that that's kind of like perfect but say you didn't have um the pieces cut small already. All you literally have to do is like measure the track to your head and cut it. So i took off a total of seven tracks off of the wig, but i felt like i needed one more. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na use this track and measure it around my head to show you like my cutting process. So this is pretty good and then i'm going to cut right here. So this piece is the only piece i'm going to use a longer piece and then this piece i could always put a clip on to like attach it somewhere in my head. If need be, i'm gon na measure it again. I think it's still a little bit too long, so i'm gon na take a piece more off great. Now i have a perfect um. So now i have the perfect um track to put in so for this. I only put three clips on here, and these are what the clips look like. It has two holes on top of each side. That'S what i used to like sew it onto the weft i'll, put the link in the description of where i got these clips from, and they open really good and close. Pretty tight on my scalp, which i love. So i'm gon na go ahead and sew this one on and then show you the attachment and guys i use weaving needle and thread for this as well. Okay, all right guys! Now that my clips are sewn on, i take out the back piece like three inches, so i take out all of this like so, and what i'm gon na do is i'm just gon na wrap this part up and secure it with a bobby pin? It'S kind of long, so i have to like wrap it a couple times. I know it looks kind of botched, but that's how it looks with all the bobby pins and then the first piece i'm gon na put on is the smallest piece that i got from the wig. I'M gon na put it in the extreme back. So i just opened the clips like that. You know the deal then put it on the piece that i pin up so and then i close the clips so like that period. So now i'm gon na put this other piece, which is a little bit longer right. Above that, one, okay, so now we're gon na go back into this piece and take some out, and then i'm gon na put another piece in this. One is the longest one. So not that not that so this piece is a little bit like in between. So we're gon na put this part in now. Wonderful. Now a lot of people tease their hair at the root. I don't have to tease my hair because literally when i'm like pulling the the clip, it is not moving like the clips that i purchased are super super tight, so you could tease it if you want to. But for me i don't same thing again. I'M gon na take out some hair. I don't really care about how it's like parted in the back. I don't care as long as the clips are put in nice, so i'm gon na put this piece in now on top of that. Okay, now we're coming to here, so this is for the longer pieces so right on the edge good. So i'm gon na do the same thing again: take out a little hair all around use this piece - oh i'm gon na put this last piece in at the top. Oh great. Now let me comb down everything and see how it looks and my hair just blends. Like seamlessly into the weave, i do have one more piece that i want to like. Add it somewhere in here, so i'm going to probably put it on top of one, that's already there. So let me just try to find it. Maybe here, okay, make sure. That'S nice and flat boom boom. This is literally how i get my extensions in and this hair feels so amazing period. So there you have it guys. This is the final look true story. I was curling my hair and my curler broke. I mean i like it straight or whatever i just wanted to give it a little bit more volume, but it is what it is. As you can see, it's very blended. I tried not to bring the hair too far up here, so this part could be nice and flat.
