Storytime: I Got Jumped!

And all of a sudden, i hear footsteps of somebody like running up behind me and then i feel somebody punch me in the back of the head in today's video i actually was really struggling about which story time i wanted to give y'all. I have one that i really want to do about um when i got arrested. But then i have this one of like when i got jumped and i figured like y'all would really like this one. While i'm telling you the story about the time that i got jumped, i'm going to be installing this gorgeous 30 inch wig from you, nice, it's a curly, 30 inch closure, hd, lace, wig and it's a really bomb wig. So let's get into it. Okay! So, first of all, let's give it up for nice because they have new packaging. I don't know if i just haven't gotten a package from them in a while or if this is new packaging or if it's just like christmas packaging, but this is cute and it like comes up like this. I can put other stuff in here. I love stuff that has multiple purposes. Today'S wig is this 30 inch. I'Ve never had 30 inch hair. This is my first time having 30 inches of hair um, but this is a 30 inch curly wig. It is a closure wig, not a lace front. So it's only going to be like from here to here, and it is hd lace, so it should blend in to my skin, pretty good without me having to really put makeup on it. I bleached the knots already. A lot of these knots are still black, but, to be honest with you, i don't care i'm going to be installing this wig with this wonder lace bond. This is the only thing that keeps my wigs on i've discovered it at a beauty supply store. I don't know if it's new, because i've been seeing it lately on people's youtube videos too, so i'm just like tightening the wig to make sure that it stays tight on my head. Okay, let's get into this story, i was in virginia. My sister actually was going to uh norfolk university um and i was going to visit my sister for the summer. I was like you know what i'm going to come out and stay with you for the summer, so where my sister was staying, i guess it was close to her campus um, but i mean it was low-key kind of like i'm not afraid to admit it was Low-Key kind of like her specific complex, wasn't the hood, but it was like a hop skip and a jump away from the hood like if you live in atlanta. You know how, like um, fourth ward is or like boulevard, how they're like trying to gentrify it, but literally as soon as you come out of your neighborhood, you just see like homeless people and guns and people getting shot like that's how i was so. I guess like a lot of like the people that was my age, that um lived in there. They started seeing me all the time like leaving my sister's complex um, just like chilling outside listening to music. Oh, i also forgot to tell y'all that my friend was out there with me um. My sister had allowed me to bring um the girl who's. My best friend when i was in high school, her name was courtney, so my sister allowed me to like bring my friend out there too. So i'm out there with like my best friend and you know, i'm feeling good like it's about to be a great summer, because my sister, basically let me do what i wanted to do and my mom didn't so anyway, not long after i got there. Of course, there was like a couple who were trying to holler at me, and i had like two that i thought was really cute, but there was one that i thought was cuter than the other. It was his light skin boy and he had like these blonde dreads like back then like that was just so my type like a light skinned boy with some dreads. You couldn't tell me nothing but anyway yeah. So it was this lifespan, boy that had these dreads and i thought that he was really cute and then there was another boy that was trying to talk to me and i think his name was tariq or tyrone. One of those i'm just saying his name was tariq, so i think his name was tyrek and he liked me too, and he was like my second choice. So i really wanted to talk to the boy with the dreads. But i never like really got around that boy long enough to like be alone with him. So one of the girls who lived in the complex, like a bunch of them, came to my sister's door and um. My sister was like oh some girls here that want to see you or whatever, so i went to the door and they basically they was acting like they was cool. It was like just acting like really nice or whatever, and it was like. Oh what's up like this is my name, but i think there was at this point. They were just trying to be nosey to see like who me and my friend was like which what like, what like, what are y'all about type. So the girls were like. Oh, why don't y'all come downstairs and hang with us so me and my homegirl. We go downstairs um and we're like sitting outside, like sitting on somebody's car with these girls, so we're outside they're, getting they're trying to get to know me or whatever and get to know. My friend and the question comes up of somebody asking. If? Because i have like a 24 inch like sew-in in my head back then and um. The question comes up like oh, is that your real hair and y'all know the whole um the like running joke when somebody's like yes, my hair, i paid for it type like. Oh, i bought this hair. I i bought it. So it's mine, like that joke. I told that joke and i'm not sure if these girls rode the short yellow buzz, but they did not get the joke. They thought that it was my hair they didn't get when it was like. Is that your hair and i was like yeah - i bought it? I they thought that i meant like when i bought it like yeah. I got it done or something like i. They didn't get the joke, and, what's so crazy is after, like i told that joke there was like a clear like shifting energy off the fact that these girls thought that that was my real hair. There was just like a clear shift like one of the girls had asked like what like an attitude. She thought. Oh, you must be indian or something, and i was no i'm i'm black but nonetheless like i'm younger. So i wasn't really understanding that. At that point, i probably should have just like not really been around them anymore, if your energy is shifting over the fact that you think that this is my real hair, even if it was my real hair, like i don't understand the shift in energy um, but I probably should have not been around them at that point, but i mean i'm younger, so i was stupid, so they invited me to a party. The party was not until like a couple days later, while they invite me to this party. I meet this boy. The boy tyrek that i was telling you about and he tries to talk to me. I have found out that the boy with the dreads was one of the girls uh boyfriends. So, of course, like i'm like okay, that's my boyfriend, i i don't play them type of games like i'm not about to mess like with somebody's boyfriend. So then i was like okay well, i guess tyrique gon na have to do. He was cute to me too. I just thought that the boy with the dress was cuter and it's probably because he had dreads. I think that's it, because now that i think back on it, like the guy that i started talking to was probably the cuter one. I think i just was attracted to dreads, so anyway, i'm talking to tariq actually for a few days and we actually really really really started liking each other. So i asked him so i asked i was like you know. Will you walk me to the party? Because, where the party was was literally directly across the street, from where my sister's apartment was so, i was like you know, the party is like tomorrow and a couple days, but, however far away it was i was like. Will you walk me and my friend to the party and he's like yeah, so the day of the party comes um? He walks us to the park. I don't remember what i had on, but i know it was super cute because it was my sister's like i went in my sister's closet for the outfit like for this party. I'M trying to get all this excess lace, but it's like really like stuck on my head. There we go so the day of the party comes and he walks us there or whatever, and we get to the party and it's very crowded. A lot of people show up. The problem was that nobody was dancing like y'all know, like back when i was younger, like you used to pop that thing on people like it wasn't no standing around parties like we was like popping while the boys friends was like holding them up so me, and My friend courtney, like you, know we're from atlanta. We like what y'all doing in virginia like y'all, be dancing like what's going on, but you could tell like people went into this, but nobody wanted to be the first to dance, so the song um. What song was it walk it out by dj unk, walk it out by dj, came on, and you know like we from atlanta. So we was like you know, we're not gon na just sit here and not dance to like our song. So me and my friend courtney literally go into the middle of the party and we start dancing so when we start dancing literally like a crowd like comes around us and they're like cheering us on and then everybody started dancing. So, like me and my friend, courtney like we are like literally like so proud, like we like yeah, we got the party started now all of a sudden, not everybody dancing, but nobody was like really like dancing before type. So me and my friend courtney like we were really proud of that, like we were like really excited that people were um dancing because we got them to dance so um. I think like after, like an hour being at the party um, we ain't gon na, be there no more, it wasn't like nothing. We just was like all right. Well, you know. After a while parties get bored, and so we were like okay, so let's just go across the street back to like my sister's apartment and then this is the part where it probably gets really confusing, because you're going to think like there's some missing holes in the Story, but there is not. I hung out with them girls one time that time that i went outside my sister's apartment and i was sitting on a car with them and they was just asking me questions and me and my friend questions about like living in atlanta asking us like about our Hair and just like just different questions about like what we do in atlanta and other than that, i was hanging out with my boyfriend for the summer like time and my friend was with me like we was going to his house, we were walking to his apartment In my sister's complex, like we were not around those girls like pretty much like at all, so i tell my little boyfriend. You know that i'm ready to go and he's like. Okay, let's go. We walk out of the party me my friend and my little fake boyfriend, so we're standing in the parking lot, leaving the party like about to walk back to my sister's apartment and all of a sudden. I hear footsteps of somebody like running up behind me and then i feel somebody punch me in the back of the head. I'M gon na top my lace down for a couple minutes, but yeah. So after the person runs up behind me, hit me it's not like. They just keep hitting me. They hit me and then, like i kind of like fall forward a little bit, but they don't continue to hit me. So i turn around and there's a girl behind me and y'all can correct me. If i'm wrong, i'm not going to turn around and say who hit me if you're behind me, i'm about to smack you later on, come to find out the girl that was directly behind me actually did not hit me. It was her friend, but i mean you were right there, so i feel, like you, were planning to do something anyway. So, like that's, the girl that i swing on so me and her start fighting. I ain't gon na lie. I'M beating her ass one on one. She was not seeing me, it was. It was overweight, for this, like i was, i was on top of her beating her ass and all she was trying to do was pull my hair, like i'm literally two-piece in this, and all she's trying to do is pull my hair and no. My friend did not jump in because i didn't need no help like i was beating that girl ass. Like i don't i didn't, i did not need no help that girl's getting her aspy, but i guess her friends was like okay she'd, be in my friend, so we finished so we finna jump her, i'm about to use this almond and avocado curl enhancing mousse. At first, when i was getting jumped, of course my friend jumped in at that point, so both of us is getting jumped, it's like seven, eight of them and it's two of me. It'S me or her and i go live. We was holding our ground, we it wasn't. No, oh, they was b, they was beating our ass like at first, we was really like really holding our ground, but then, like both of us, ended up falling because, like we're next to each other, me and my friend are next to each other like trying to Fight eight and at some point like we're, we're getting like pushed back our fight in so we both like kind of tripped and we failed. So now it's a bunch of them on top of us, and now at that point i'm getting my sp like it's once. You fall it's over with if you getting jumped, you need to do your best to like stay on your two feet, because, after that, it's over with you, you go get your ass beat. So at that point they murk in my ass. They work at my ass. Don'T ask me what my boyfriend was, because i don't know so me and my friend are somehow able to like escape like from under, like getting jumped by all these girls and we're able to be able to like run across the street. We look behind us and the girls they're still like across the street they're still like in pursuit of us, but they're not really like in a rush, and i found that to be kind of suspect. I was like why they not like running after us when they're. Clearly like trying to follow us and keep jumping us, so i'm able to pull my phone out call my sister. I call my sister, i'm literally on the phone and i'm screaming, i'm like jennifer i'm getting jumped and my sister thought i was playing girl. Imagine calling like your sister or anybody that you know like about to come and shut down, and you like screaming, crying like i'm getting jumped and they like on the phone like man stop playing like that was my sister and i was like i'm not playing the Girls from downstairs are jumping me and my sister. Why are you serious and she asked me where i was at? I was next to like a mcdonald's or a wendy's or something so i told her where i was. I was like i'm right outside the apartment, i'm trying to walk towards you. My sister's apartment was really close to the party, but at the same time i got girls chasing me. So i'm, like my sister, like i need my sister to like, come and help me. So at this point, there's a dude that comes across the street right and i don't know who this man is i've. Never. I had never seen him before, so i didn't think nothing of it and it's a busy street. So he easily could have just been like a pedestrian that was crossing the street y'all. This man crossed the street and he walked up to me. He was like yo. What'S up you, okay, you good and i'm like i'm trying to explain to him. What'S going on. I'M kind of in a panic, i'm like no, like they're, trying to jump me they're coming across the street, i'm trying to get my sister blah blah blah and do y'all know that this man, i'm like, because i'm talking with my hands like this, he grabbed my Hands - and he pushed me down into the bush behind me and held me there until some girls came across the street, so they can keep jumping me like a whole dude ran across the street because they told they told him. That'S why they were that's, why they were taking their time because they had somebody that was about to come across the street and hold me there. So my friend is like trying to trying to fight him to get him off of me because he's holding me down the bush, but he's a dude. So it's not much. She can do so. Then, of course, the girls finally like they run across the street, so they can continue. Dropping me but mind you, i'm still flabbergasted, because nobody is trying to like, like they're kicking like my sides and stuff, but nobody's really trying to hit my face. I don't know if that was the case or if i really was just covering my face because, like i don't play about my face, all i feel is like y'all. This is not my hair, it's a sewing, so the wasn't moving. It wasn't going nowhere. My mama sold my down. It wasn't going nowhere, but i'm like after after i got jumped later on. I was like all of that because i thought this was. This was my hair when i basically told y'all that this wasn't my hair y'all just didn't get the joke and i'm not about to sit here and explain it to y'all okay. So i'm getting my ass b, i'm pretty sure my friend was getting her ass beat too. She shouts out to courtney, because courtney stayed 10 toes down um because i was clearly their target, but courtney was not letting me get jumped by myself. So i'm getting my ass beat for maybe like another five minutes and then my sister pulls up and my sister jumps out of her car when my sister jumped out of her car. I kid you not. This is not an exaggeration everybody, scattered my sister and, like all her home girls, that she went to college with her dancing. Some girls, like from the dancing my sister's on, like they, jumped out the car and it was like you know, what's up what's up like it's my sister, she care how old she was like she's been a beat they ass, so my sister, like jumps out of The car and her friends jump out the car they're like what's up everybody scatters everybody runs like they act like the police pulled up. I don't know what it was, but then, after that, like i'm standing there and i'm like yeah cause, what's up. What'S all that they're not truly acting like i wasn't just getting my ass beat like i, i had a lot of mouth after i got my sb so the next day, the next day, my sister was very much like do not go nowhere, while i'm in class, Like she was telling me and my friend, courtney like we are not allowed to leave her apartment to go anywhere. She don't care if it's the store, she don't care. If it's a fire like she's, basically saying like y'all, are not allowed to leave my apartment until she come home if she's, not home, we can't leave so my sister finally got a class, her somebody knocking her door and my sister go answer the door and this My boyfriend is to do tyrique and my sister instantly like start cursing him out because like where was you when my sister was getting jumped basically, and he was basically like very apologetic, but he was like oh, but my mama taught me to never put my hands On a woman, so i felt like my hands were tied and if that was just like the only thing i probably would have been like. You know what i can understand that, but where was you and that was holding me down in the bushes? I was y'all when that man was holding back down in the bushes. Do you know how scared i was because it was so many things going through my mind, like he's holding my arms and he's pushing me down into some bushes. I didn't know if he was trying to assault me. I didn't know like what was going on. I just knew that this tall, ass boy came and you and helped me and held me down in some bushes and my boyfriend. My boyfriend was nowhere to be found. So i don't know why you at my sister door, but i really honestly, have nothing to say to you because you let me get my ass beat and i don't. I really don't care about that. Whole: oh, not put your hands on a woman, i'm getting jumped! You should have been smacking left and right. You should have been the hulk. You should have been throwing girls off of me like i. I don't understand now that i think about it. I feel like because the girls had men with them. I feel like he was scared of getting jumped like he didn't want to get his ass beat too, but that just means you don't love me because you you should have got your ass beat with me, but after that he told me that he burned a cd For me and that he wanted me to come, get it so. My sister was like go ahead, but please be really careful because you had to go down like this wooded path to get to like his apartment, and she didn't want me to get jumped inside. The wooded path - and i walked past the girls. They was looking me up and down, but they didn't try nothing. They didn't say nothing to me, um. I went and got my little burnt cd from him because i was a sucker for a burn cd um. I went and got the cd from him and then i went home early. I wasn't able to stay for the rest of the summer. I think later on, i found one of the girls and i like ended up writing her on, like i forgot what it was. If it was like facebook or myspace or something, but i found her on online and i wrote her and told her - she was a weak ass because she was you're weak for that. If i, if i see any of those girls now, i would say the same thing like he was real weak for that, like y'all y'all really jumped me, because y'all thought that some weed was my real hair. That'S why y'all jumped me for real, like that? It was too many y'all fixated on trying to pull my tracks out. It was way too, like like they was like this like they was like separating my hair and like this like pulling like putting all their might into trying to pull my tracks out but anyways. That was my. I got jump story time um. I hope that y'all enjoyed it. This is my second story time. My first story time did really good, so i'm gon na do these more often, this hair from you, nice is actually really soft. Like i'm able to run my fingers through it, it's not really shedding. The curl pattern is gorgeous a lot of these companies that send me curly, hair. Once i wash it because you know like most of the time i like to wash my hair before, i put it on my head um most of the time when i wash it, the texture does not look the same. This texture looks really good and it actually looks even better after i washed it and put some product in it um. So thank you to you, nice for sending me this bomb ass closure. Wig.
