Steps:
1. Section the natural hair where your first extension will be placed.
2. Using your tail comb, pick up a thin slice of natural hair as wide as your tape extensions (you will apply extensions to both sides of this natural hair slice).
3. Peel away the tape backing of your first extension.
4. Hold the natural hair and position the tape hair underneath it.
5. Press the natural hair downward into the tape leaving space between the scalp and the extension.
6. Peel away the backing of your second hair extension.
7. Place this piece directly over the first, sandwiching the natural hair in between.
8. Press the extension pieces together.
9. Continue this process until you have completed your desired installation.

First thing we're going to part the hair., So this is where our tape hair will be positioned.. Next, we're going to pick up a small piece of the natural hair.. This is the hair that the tape hair is going to be situated on.. So it's a very thin parting.. Next, we're going to take our tape, hair, peel away the tape backing., I'm going to hold this hair up and I'm going to position my tape, hair underneath it. Kind of press it up and then down. And the reason I'm doing that is I'm just getting it. As close to the scalp as possible., And then I'm going to lay it down so that it's going in the right direction., The next thing is to take my second piece of tape: hair remove the backing on it and then I'm going to place that right. On top of the other one., I'm going to press them together and it's as simple as that.. Now our tape hair is installed.. This completes your first piece of tape. Hair extensions continue working until you've completed your entire installation.

Doctored Locks: If its installed with the sandwich method, it should last for up to 2 months (or a bit longer) - even with regular shampooing. Just make sure you don't sandwich too much hair in between pieces - you will need the tape to grab the other side around the natural hair to secure it best.
